一开始，堂哥和面，堂姐准备肉馅。看着堂哥用力的来回揉压面团，我们也跃跃欲试。但是他觉得我们太小，不够力气，就没让我们掺和。到面和好后，他却犯难了——原来他试做的几个饺子皮根本不象饺子皮的样：有些又大又厚，有些又太小太薄。这时，我跳出来说：“让我试试！”我心里想，堂哥力气大也是个麻烦，这下可以看我的了。我先从大面团里分出几份小的，然后用擀面杖开始擀，不快不慢，不轻不重。不久，那一团团小面粉在我手下成了一块块形状相近，厚薄适中的饺子皮。堂哥看着这些圆圆的饺子皮，脸上露出了惊讶的表情。

刚好，堂姐从厨房里端出准备好的饺子馅，为了节约时间我们决定边做饺子皮，边包饺子。于是，一边，堂弟帮我把面团分成一小份一小份，我只负责擀饺子皮；另一边，堂哥堂姐也在合作，一人放肉馅一人用饺子器包饺子。由于他们那边用上了饺子器，包饺子的速度很快，一开始我们这边还差点跟不上。可是我们也不甘示弱，我找出一套擀饺子的更好方法，加上堂弟的帮忙，速度也越来越快，最后竟然还超过了他们包饺子的速度。

等所有面团都擀完，一共包了六十多个饺子。水一烧开，我们就把饺子一个个下锅。之前我们还担心饺子下锅后会煮烂，那样我们花的工夫就会白费。但这些担心是多余的，饺子出锅了！不仅没有烂，而且一个个圆鼓鼓的，香喷喷的，令人垂涎三尺。我们把饺子分好，配上热汤，端给大人们吃。他们一个个都夸口称赞，我们的心里也乐滋滋的！

经过今天这次包饺子，我知道了一分耕耘一分收获，知道了父母平常的辛劳，更明白了只有劳动最光荣。

不忍离步，再看看田野，才几岁的“小豆点”们也拿着箩筐啦等等，跟着父母来到了各自家里的菜地。“小豆点”们有摘青椒的，有摘西红柿的，也有挖土豆的，个个都干劲十足，还时不时向父母做个鬼脸。顿时，远远地听到欢笑声，可见田里是那么的热闹！

太阳出来了，几个女孩子正说着，笑着向小溪边走去，每个人手里都拿着一桶衣服。来到溪边，先舀水把树荫下的石板擦得光光亮亮，然后“嘻唰唰”地洗起衣服来了。那“嘻唰唰”的清脆的响声组成了一支美妙的乐曲，听着它就像在收听录音一样。

一会儿，一群调皮的家伙——孩子们拿来几只勺子和几个鱼缸来到溪流的上流，轻轻地把勺子放到清澈的溪水里。几条可爱的小鱼便轻而易举地手到擒来。因为小溪就离我家的门口仅6米多远，我也淘气地参加了这个有趣的活动——虽然我已不再是小孩子了。

小溪的下流，几个大点的男孩子邀在一起在溪边放牛。男孩子们一边沿着清澈小溪走，一只只又大又壮的水牛一边把青青的水草往牛嘴里送。

顿时，我和孩子们为自己的收获感到高兴。大男孩子们看着吃得正香的又肥又壮的水牛感到欣慰，女孩子们为我们的劳动成果感到开心。我们笑了，大男孩子们笑了，女孩子们也笑了，我们都笑了，大伙儿心里乐滋滋的。

不出一天的时间，我发现了家乡真的很美，并且美得那么恬静，可爱，是一个充满欢乐的天堂，让我们抛开了烦恼，心中有的是快乐的记忆。

终于，我发现了家乡的美。我想，长大后我会深情地留恋家乡了。

我的家乡在山西省太原，那里是个风景优美的地方。

我的家乡有许多特产，比如：杏花村的汾酒、柳林的红枣、宁化府的陈醋、泌州的小米和、汾阳的核桃。我的家乡有许多名胜古迹，比如：五台山、乔家大院。还有许多公园，比如：迎泽公园，那里有飞椅、大茶壶等小朋友喜欢的游乐设施。我的家乡还有汾河公园、龙潭公园。
