First day of losing weight

Today is the first day of my plan of losing weight.This morning , i drunk

only a cup of milk oatmeal as plan,and then i started to studied my english.when

it was 10：00 am, the inner man began to crave the nourishment, i couldnt

concentrate my attention to study， and there fried all kinds of delicious food

in my brain:hamburgers、dumplings、egg fried rice and omelette…… .After ten

minutes strugling，I couldnt help that anymore! I rushed to the kitchen, in

which then i ate whatever that was eatable!After that i finally gave up to lose

weight, thinking that im not that fat to need to go on a diet. Anyway, i should

continue to enjoy delicious food which i think is most beautiful thing in the

world.

过端午节，一定少不了粽子!今天，姐姐就在教我包粽子呢!你瞧。

我把米放在叶子里，可米全撒在了桌上，我生气极了。姐姐对我说：“你要把叶子做成一个三角形的样子，然后再把米放进去啊!”

Today is Friday. It is my thirteenth birthday. I got up very early in the

morning and put on my new clothes happily. My parents bought me the new clothes

as my birthday presents. I went to school earlier than before.I invited many of

my classmates to come to my birthday party in the evening.

每每看三国给我感触尤深的就是：一位隐居山林的青年有着惊天动地之才，他满腹经纶，能言善辩，自比管仲；不求文达诸侯；淡泊名利，宁静致远；他未出茅庐已三分天下，为求明主，设下“三顾茅庐”以试探刘备。说他淡泊名利，他可是比谁都想做官，这样才能让自己的“学富五车”、“上知天文，下知地理”的才华能够得到展示。也就是这位青年，他左右了天下，他造就了三国，他使那原不成气候的刘皇叔坐镇荆州，正因为有了他，天下格局随之而变；正因为有了他，从而奠定了“三分天下”。

可以说诸葛亮的一生是潇潇洒洒，他把自己毕生所学发挥的是淋漓致尽，青史留名；他又善于计谋，把曹军挫杀的是死伤无数，让周公瑾口喷鲜血而亡。自从有了他，一个个惊心动魄的历史画面一一呈现在我们面前：从草船借箭到巧借东风，表现了他通晓天文，神机妙算；从隆中对到舌战群儒，充分展现了他运筹帷幄，才华出众；接着攻取益州到设八卦阵围困陆逊；六出祁山到挥泪斩马谡；空城计到智斗司马，最后病亡五丈原，葬于汉中。他的一生是如此辉煌，正真是“三顾频繁天下计，两朝开济老臣心’啊！

最让人感动的是蜀国第一次北伐失败，诸葛亮在汉中前线向全体将士公布檄文，公开表示希望大家今后能勤于指出诸葛亮的缺点，才算是忠于国家之人。他曾听从谋士杨洪的建议，急速派兵支援在江中和曹操陷入苦战的刘备，以稳定北方防务；他征求过邓芝的策略，遵从过马谡”攻心为上”的策略，南征蛮夷。或或许这些也是他心中早作的决定，但他绝不居功，让优秀的部署不要让自己的光芒所掩盖，使每个人都能乐于发挥自己的智慧，用心于公事。三国鼎立中，蜀汉的力量最小，但人才最多，所以才有力量，屡次向曹魏攻击。这些优秀的人才，的确都是因诸葛亮“不居功”、“不恃才”、“虚心纳谏”作风，才能获得。
