春节，我们全家包了饺子、放了烟花、大人们还给我“拔个”了!

除夕夜，我们全家开开心心地包三色饺子，绿色的是用菠菜汁和的面，紫色饺子是紫包菜汁做的，橘红色的是胡萝卜汁做的，颜色鲜艳的饺子看着就让你眼馋，吃进嘴里更是美味无比，现在回想起来，还是让我回味无穷。

虽然，深圳禁止放烟花，但是爸爸还是带我到指定的地方放烟花。烟花的种类可多了，有窜天猴、魔术弹、小摔炮、、、、、、烟花在天空绽放，就像在天空中开起了一朵朵美丽的花儿。

春节晚会也很精彩，节目丰富，我最喜欢的是魔术表演，那画上的金鱼不知怎么回事，就被魔术师变成真的了，在水里快活的游来游去。

不过，最有趣的要数“拔个”了，爸爸一下子把我举到了门框边上，叫我用双手抓紧门框，大人们有的在为我助威，有的在为我数数，看我能坚持多久。今年我太高兴了，我坚持了十秒，打破了我个人的记录。

这是一个难忘的春节，不仅使我大饱口福，也让我欣赏得到了魔术的神奇。

永远爱你的妈妈

一天，我坐在沙发上没事做，而妈妈却在忙里忙外地坐着家务。看着妈妈忙碌的身影，我的心中闪出一个念头——帮妈妈做家务活。

开始，妈妈硬是不让我做，她说:“你平时在家里娇生惯养的，还想帮我做家务，别帮倒忙就行了！”我撒娇地对妈妈说:“就是娇生惯养才要锻炼嘛，您就让我做，您去歇着吧！”妈妈被我缠得无可奈何，最后还是答应了。

首先要做的是擦地，妈妈叫我不要用拖把拖，要用抹布擦，这对我来说可是高难度的呀！我先从浴室里打了一桶水提到客厅里，有从阳台拿来抹布。我把抹布丢在水桶里浸湿，在拧干，然后学着妈妈的样子，挽起袖子，把抹布紧紧地攥在手里，接着半蹲在地上，使劲的擦着，地上的灰尘全都被我擦掉了。有时候，腿蹲得酸了，我干脆跪在地上擦。我从角落里往外擦，从房间擦到客厅。等我把地擦好后，我已是汗流浃背，两边膝盖也跪得红红的，但看到一尘不染的地面，我的心里甜滋滋的。

干完了第一件家务后，我来到房间里，看见床上有几件脏衣服，我便把这些衣服搬到浴室里，准备开始洗衣服。

我先拿出一个大水盆，在水龙头下接了半盆水，然后把脏衣服全部倒进大水盆里，再往里面加入适量的洗衣粉，搅拌均匀。我又从房间里搬来一张小板凳，便开始一件一件地搓洗着。一不小心，白沫溅到了我的脸上，我看到镜子里面的我，不禁哈哈大笑起来。

我把一件件脏衣服都搓洗过之后，就把盆里的水全部倒掉，又重新接了半盆清水。我把衣服全部倒进盆里，让清水把衣服上的洗衣粉洗干净。洗干净后，又把盆里的水换掉。就这样，我洗了好几遍，直到水清得看不见泡沫，我才准备把衣服拿去晾干。我刚要直起身，“哎哟！”我的腰疼得不得了，我都站不起来了。

晾完衣服后，我又帮妈妈做了许多家务事。一天下来，我已经筋疲力尽了。

我终于体会到了妈妈平时做家务的辛劳。今天，真是难忘的一天啊！

马上就要迎来中华人民传统的节日——春节了。过年可好啦，能吃很多的美味佳肴。有四喜丸子、红烧狮子头、清蒸鱼等很多很多的好吃的，还能收到压岁钱。我们小孩子最喜欢的事就是过年了。哎，爸爸回来了，我来问一下他们小时候是怎么过年的。 爸爸听了我的问题后，便滔滔不绝地说了起来。“我们小时候啊，可没有你们现在这么幸福，想要什么就要什么，想吃什么就吃什么，只有逢年过节才能吃到肉。虽然这样，可我们那时还是觉得很幸福。”正巧，妈妈买菜回来了，听见我们的对话，便说：“是啊，现在的生活这么幸福，你可要好好学习，将来报效祖国呀!” 问完了爸爸妈妈就该问奶奶了。我跑到厨房，这时，奶奶正在包饺子，我走到奶奶身旁问：“奶奶，你们小时候怎么过年呀?”奶奶说：“我们小时候啊，比你爸爸妈妈他们还苦，一年甚至几年的时间才能吃上一回肉。想想那时的生活，真是令人心酸呀!”奶奶说着说着，还抹起了眼泪。最后，奶奶也像爸爸妈妈那样叮嘱我，要我好好学习，长大为祖国效力。 听了爸爸妈妈和奶奶的话，我受益匪浅。祖国这些年进步得这么快，我一定好好学习，让祖国更加繁荣。

春节期间，我和弟弟都得到了新年礼物，是什么呢一把枪(当然不是真枪了)!那天吃完午饭，我和弟弟拿着枪冲出了门，还带了十几个气球，干什么当然是打气球啦!好久没玩过枪了，一见枪我的手就痒痒。 During the Spring Festival, my brother and I got New Year gifts, what is a gun (of course not a real gun)!The gun rushed out of the door and brought a dozen balloons. 户外天气不错，尽管是在严冬之时，暖暖的冬日却照得人身上暖洋洋的，蓝蓝的天空没有一丝风，是打枪的好天气。我费尽了力气，才吹起了几个气球。新气球太难吹，加上弟弟又在一旁兴奋得“袖手旁观”，我光是准备工作就花了十几分钟。我把气球挂在架子上，又定下了打气球的规则：两人轮流打，由弟弟先来打;打中个头最大的蓝气球得两分;打中黄气球得三分;打中个头最小的红气球得四分。

弟弟拿起枪，似乎很专心地瞄准了一阵，只听“嘭”的一声响，一个黄气球应声炸裂，“哦，哦!我打中喽!我打中喽!”弟弟高兴得手舞足蹈。

第二枪轮到我了，我瞄准了一会儿，一下子打到了一个红的，四分。我看弟弟的脸色一下子就转“阴”了下来。接下去由于心情不好，弟弟连续几枪都没打中一个气球，他气急败坏，暴跳如雷，大嚷：“怎么回事!”还把嘴一歪着，看上去，嘴上还能挂个瓶子呢!

天气越来越热，我一看瞄准镜便头昏脑胀，那气球也不给面子，一个接一个的炸了，弟弟就在计分本上写写画画……到了最后我一核对，咦，怎么少了几个然后加上炸掉的再算，他得分比我多，咦啊哈，原来弟弟把炸掉的气球全加到他的得分里了。好呀!你这个小鬼!本来说好炸掉的气球平均分，你又……他倒一本正经地说：“你是哥哥，应该让弟弟……”弄得我哭笑不得。

“打靶”结束，在回家的路上，弟弟边跑边喊：“我比哥哥打得多喽!”我们一起开心地笑了。尽管我们“打靶”只有一会儿时间，却也弄得手臂酸疼。我想解放军叔叔在祖国边疆天天站岗放哨，是多么辛苦呀!他们春节也回不了家和亲人团聚，我一定要学习他们那种不怕艰苦，无私奉献的精神，用解放军叔叔的精神来鼓励我好好学习，天天向上。

Every year, Spring Festival makes me happy, because I can spend a long

holiday to stay with my families. On the New Year’s Eve, all the families got

together. We woke up early in the morning and then my mother started to purchase

some food to prepare the big dinner. I helped my mother to bring the food.

Before dinner, there was a tradition in my hometown. We needed to bring the

chicken to take a bow to our ancestors, showing our respect and gratitude. When

the dinner’s ready, we ate happily and talked a lot. Then at night, the families

pasted the New Year’s scrolls and decorated the house. What a harmonious

environment and we enjoyed the family hour. In the next few days, I visited a

lot of relatives. It was a good chance for us to communicate with each

other.

Our school had to give-away activity for the poor kids.Students gave away their pocket money,toys,used books and stationery to kids in need. This activity helped kids out of trouble.And it passed on kindness to others.Helping others made me happy.This activity can help kidslifes better. I hope you can help people in need.

Music is part of our life, nearly everybody will listen to the music, no

matter what nation they are from. Music is divided into many types, such as the

blues, the country music, the rock and roll. Once blues belonged to the black

people, but as time went by, music is accepted by all classes. People always

share the hottest songs together, just like they can communicate. Once in the

foreign country, I had dinner in a restaurant, where there had the singers.

People enjoyed the music when they were eating. At this moment, it was music

that brought people together, and they share the same emotion.

Christmas Day is on December 25th. It was originated in the western

country, but today, this festival has been celebrated by the world. For the

manufacturers, they are very happy to make this day as a shopping day. I enjoy

the great atmosphere.

I had a very special Christmas day last year. I experienced the western

style festival. There was a new foreign teacher taught us the lesson. She was

about 50 years old and she was very kind and we all liked her. On Christmas Day,

she brought us the desserts she made early in the morning. We enjoyed the

home-made cakes. Whats more, she invited us to came to her house and spent the

day with her. Then for the first time, I ate big turkey, which was so delicious.

The turkey was filled with many stuffs and the flavor was so good. After dinner,

we sang songs and danced.

Thanks to my foreign teacher, I experienced the American style festival. It

was such funny for me. Though today many people enjoy shopping in all kinds of

festivals, the meaning of these festival should be remembered.

第一次被这家规整惨的人。正是我不知天高地厚的妹妹，她整天嘻皮笑脸自由自在的玩，功课都荒废了。很快的她的考试分数急速下滑，眼看已经三次被罚了，妹妹愁眉苦脸天天不能打计算机、不能看电视，就看她欲哭无泪的抱怨著：“这日子多苦啊!”

还好妹妹知道改过向上，考试的分数慢慢上升，最近已经恢复标准了，所以她现在已经自由了，她的脸上充满笑容，又变回了一位阳光女孩。

家规不是乌龟，是规范我们的好法律，只要遵从就天下太平罗!

I am a December 2003 graduate from the University of San Francisco (USF) with a bachelors degree in International Business. As part of my career planning, I am very interested in supplementing my international business education with a basic knowledge of the Chinese language. I already have information from BLCU and hope to study there for at least one full year starting with this summers program continuing through the fall and spring semester 2006. Can your office advise me if such scholarships might be available to me?

ways to avoid or settle their stress.However, is stress a bad thing? As far as I

aspects.

For one thing, stress is a kind of mental burden caused by nervousness or

anxiety. In modern society, stress is mostly caused by the high requirements or

heavy burden from surroundings or us, such as stress from peers or stress in

economy. If we cannot handle the stress well, we would be easy to be in a

negative mood and lost our motivation and courage to keep going or struggle with

difficulties. In this aspect, stress is a threat for our body and mental.

However, for another, stress can also be changed into a kind of motivation

if we handle it well. For example, when you find that you are surpassed by your

新加坡因国土面积小，环境优美被称为“花园城市”。但是这个国家仍在沿用着一种古老的惩罚方式：鞭刑。在新加坡，至少有三十多种罪名适用鞭刑，不仅监狱用鞭刑，军队用鞭刑，连学校也用鞭刑。他们用这种方式来约束国民行为。诚然，鞭刑是监督国民遵守规则的武力行为，但规则意识源于敬畏!人人敬畏规则，使得新加坡成为社会秩序的国家之一。

“敬畏之心”，是一种自我约束，是一种自我监督，更是一种自我鞭策。如果每个人都强调自由，无视规则和纪律的约束，那么破坏规则只是逞一时之快，得到的是众人的鄙夷与内心的不安，当规则消失之时自由也随之消失。因此，遵守规则，敬畏规则，才会有真正意义上的自由。

规则是汹涌的浪涛，让一切试图亵渎它的人束手无策;规则是一轮明月，我们在它的照耀下欣赏社会的美善;规则是芬芳的花朵，让坚守它的人分享到甘甜的蜂蜜。

让我们敬畏规则。

当我迈着沉重的脚步，离开美丽的校园时，当我仰望浩瀚的蓝天痴痴畅想时，才觉得“相见时难别亦难”，可是雏鹰终将离开熟悉的故土啊~~今年夏天，我们即将迈进初中的门槛，负担也会一天天加重。这小学甜蜜的岁月，我怎么能忘怀?

日月如梭，时光飞逝，转眼间到了紧张的期末复习阶段，在即将毕业的日子里回首往事，让人感到幸福快乐。在跟施老师学习将近两年的日子里，有多少快乐，多少感动，多少风雨，多少泪水交织在一起。

每当我们成功的时候，眼里充满了欢乐;当我们面临失败时，各个垂头丧气。记得那次拔河比赛时，在同学们的齐声高喊加油中，我们的“选手”奋力拼搏，终于战胜了对手。同学们考试失败时，流下的泪水便孕育着下次的成功。

记得五年级时，我们遇到了一位老师——施老师。她经常带着我们到野外去打野战，爬山，逛超市，有时星期六或星期天带我们出去玩;她带我们去畅游那书的海洋，学习那丰富的知识，有时，她还常跟我们一起劳动，包饺子，做煎饼给我们吃，吃着老师给我们做的东西，心里有说不出的感觉。那感觉是高兴的、快乐的、幸福的。有时我真庆幸自己在小学认识了许多的朋友，还跟了这么幽默风趣的老师。现在即将离开校园的那一刻，心里不免有鞋悲哀，亲爱的同学们，即将别了;亲爱的母校，也即将别了。我挥挥手，不带走一片云彩。我会在梦里变成一只紫色的飞机在母校周围徘徊~~

记得在三年级的一次体育课上，我一不小心把膝盖摔伤了。回到家里，姑姑知道我受伤了，急忙来到我面前，让我把裤子慢慢卷起来。姑姑看着我的膝盖，心疼地说：“摔疼了吧?还能看见血呢，以后可要小心些，伤口这么大，要注意些，别让它发炎了。你坐好了，我先帮你消消毒。”

姑姑说完，就去拿医药箱了，一手取出一瓶消毒水，一手拿着棉签，小心翼翼沾了些药水涂在我的伤口处，我却依然哇哇直叫的。这时姑姑温柔地说：“忍一忍，一定要消毒干净了，不然很容易发炎的，伤口要清理干净，不然以后会留下难看的疤痕的。”说着又把她自己的亲身经历的事说给我听。

姑姑一边讲着过去的事，一边帮我细致地处理着伤口，消完毒后，姑姑在伤口上帮我倒了些云南白药，她说这样可以早点好，然后姑姑拿着纱布，把纱布缠绕在我的伤口处，并用胶布把纱布固定在腿上。晚上要冲凉时，姑姑又叮嘱：“夏立峰，伤口是不可以碰到水的哦，过来一下，让我帮你在你的伤口外绑上一个塑料袋，让水不会流到你的伤口上。”就这样在姑姑细心地照顾下，我的伤口很快就好了。从这件小小的事情中，让我感到了姑姑的好。

在我成长的时光里，您一直是那颗耀眼的启明星，在漫漫长夜中指引我前行!您又像那充满无限光芒的太阳，温暖着我的心灵。姑姑，有你，真好!

After the Spring Festival, here comes the Lantern Festival. In China,

people celebrate it on the lunar calendar fifteen. It symbolizes the short rest

has come to an end after the spring festival; people need to get back to work

with their best wishes in the brand-new year. We all celebrated this festival

with plenty of food and fun. The most important and traditional food on the

Lantern Festival is Tang-yuan. With sweet and soft rice outside and peanuts or

sesame inside, this little rice ball stand for the happy reunion, and the best

wish for the whole families. Apart from having dinner with parents and

relatives, there are also lots of activities on that day. The Lantern shows as

well as guessing riddles are part of the Lantern Festival; and the most

interesting part of the show is that the riddles are written on the Lantern.

After dinner, the whole families go to the lantern fair, to enjoy the happiness

in this moment.

In every city, there are always a main street known for its lantern fair,

on that special day, the street will become as bright as daylight in the night

with myriads of lanterns and streams of spectators. At this moment, the

happiness in the heart is beyond all description. By watching various lanterns,

eating sweet Tang Yuan, and hanging out with the people we love, thinking of the

bright future in front of us. It’s worth everything.

去年，在我的如海洋广阔的心灵之中，一直停泊着一叶舟，我想驶走它，却总是驶不走，仿佛有一个锚一样锁住了。

这一叶舟就是我的一个心愿——拿比赛的一等奖。

一次偶然的机会，学校组织了一次英语演讲比赛，我一开始认为这是一个很不错的拿奖机会，可又转念一想：等会儿!是英语的演讲呀!之前就连……连普通话演讲也没拿到奖，还报名英语的?要是到时候了，奖没拿到，还浪费了时间，不就完了吗?不过不努力一把又怎会知道不行呢?于是，我犹豫不决地举起了手，手心在不经意间出汗，脊背上也冷冷的。

回到家后，自然是做准备工作，七点多写好作业，连叹息的机会也没有，便开始练习，我站在大厅，挥动双手，开始边讲边跳，想尽可能把自己变得活泼，有趣。日复一日，月复一月，这种生活仿佛都是之前的重影，我开始烦躁这种生活了，不想再过下去，我一脸苦闷地对妈妈说：“妈!我不想比赛了，太累了，这种生活有什么好的，为了一个虚名值得吗?”妈妈意味深长地说：“你要坚持，之前也许差了一个坚持的梯子，这次只有坚持才能成功!”

不知不觉开始比赛了，赛场座无虚席，人头攒动。我好不容易坐了下来，开始准备上台，其他选手，基本全是标准笑容，神情饱满，我又开始慌了。天呀!这要我怎么办呀!我只能默念：“我是戏精……”我曾多次想回去，但又忍住。不一会儿，我上台了，全场目光聚焦于此，我有点怕，握紧双拳，长叹一口气，放下心慌。开始比赛，我尽力微笑，尽力的活泼一点，三分钟，如三个世纪，终于，我完成了比赛，共89分，竟是全场第一。我一蹦三尺高，我自己也没料到，恨不得撞破天空，分享喜悦。

终于，这一叶舟，一叶小舟起航了，缓缓驶向远方，消失于无边的星空……
