提起心情它是一个很抽像很难以形容和解释的东西。也许有人认为心情就是一个人的快乐和忧愁，也许有的人认为心情就是内心当中的一种感情流露或者自己心灵的一种切身体会和感受。而我认为心情就是一个人的情绪，一个人的心智和心境。其实每个人都有心情不好的时候，只不过有的人多而已，有的人少而已。

其实所谓的心情跟这个的修养结受教育程度都有很大的关系。其实所谓心情它还跟天气，气候沟通交汇方式以及理解能力有非常大的关系。我之前就是一个容易冲动和激动，被心情所掌控的人，关于我得心情是什么样子，其实都写在脸上了，只要我满脸笑意大家就知道我此时的心情一定特别好，只要我一语不发，闷闷不乐，紧皱眉头把脸拉得老长，大家一看就知道我又不开心了，又不高兴了。之前在我心情不好的时候，我总是沉默不语，不跟任何人说话，我把怒火憋在自己心里，气得我咬牙都咯咯的响。我要是真的承受不住了，我就攥紧拳头狠狠的敲击桌子，掀倒桌子和椅子砸东西仍东西，或者偷偷的找个没人看见的地方，默默的流眼泪。现在的我，可不是这样啦!因为我年龄也大了经历的事也多了，我发现我之前的做法都是错误的，并不能从根本上解决问题。而是使问题越来越严重，越来越恶化，使我的.心情越来越糟糕。

现在的我在心情不好的时候，我的做法是听一些能让我开心快乐的歌，听一些能让我心灵放松和舒心的乐曲，或者我一个人出去旅旅游爬爬山放松一下，回到大自然当中，这样我就能使我的心情变得好一些，或者我约上几个好朋友一起去KTV唱个歌飙个歌，把不满和坏情绪都发泄出去。也或者我可以找我的知心好朋友，我跟她他说说话聊聊天，把我的不开心不快乐跟他她分享，让他她帮我排忧解难。

有一天，我的朋友叫我去打篮球，我就和他去了蓝球场打篮球了。

我到了那里看到有好多的朋友都在那呢!我们就开始分队比赛了，比赛开始了，分为红蓝两队。陈司拿到了球，传给我我就开始投蓝了，耶!球进了!”我们队非常的高兴，我们镇定下来了，开始防守了，对方的鲁晓开始投蓝了，在空中的时候被我抢了，我拿到了球冲进有很多人防守的地方，来了个旋转的投篮，球又进了，我们不怎么高兴，对方的高伟冲进我们的防守的重要地点，他想投蓝，可是，他在我们的重围之中是投不进的，被我们队的周德飞抢到了球，他传给我，我传给他，他就要开始投了，投不进我抢到了球，也开始投蓝，也没中，对方抢到了球，他们来了个三分球，球还进了，我真的很佩服刘星奇他啊!”我和董和的球技差不多，我和董和打配合，每次都进，最后，还是我们队赢了!

校园里。各个年级的同学都在认真打扫卫生。他们拿着大扫把在校园里扫啊扫，不一会校园变得干净无比了，领营养餐的同学们总是那么及时地到岗，为得就是能将营养餐按时发到同学们手中。高年级同学来得早，就站在前面，低年级同学来的迟了。自觉站在了后面。可最先领到餐的却还是低年级同学，原来是高年级主动让位了。提着一筐筐苹果香蕉的总是高个子大同学，而小同学也总是笑呵呵地跟在他们后面。那便是学校一道独特而美丽的风景线。

进入教学楼郎朗的读书声打破了校园的安静。课堂上老师们用幽默独特的教学方式为我们讲授知识。老师讲的越有趣，我们听得越认真。不知不觉中，上午的课程就要结束了，我们在欢声笑语中度过了早晨的校园时光。

中午一到校，你就能发现某位同学弯腰捡拾马路上垃圾的景象。走一路捡一路，也省得同学们再辛苦打扫了。不一会儿，操场上就传来响亮的口号声，那是同学们正在上体育课呢。下午的校园多了同学们的歌唱声，又让校园多了一份趣味。

暑假的一天，我和姐姐去了交大校园里打篮球，那可是一件非常好玩的事。

篮球场真热闹啊，这么多的人，都满身大汗的，但脸上都洋溢着快乐。最多的还是男生，应该是这个学校的大学生吧，他们上上下下地跳动着，来来回回地跑动着，脸上、身上的汗水像小河似的，不住地往下流，他们完全不在乎。旁边，我看到了一个爷爷，应该有60岁了吧，看上去还是那么地充满了活力。在篮筐下，一会儿投篮，一会儿捡球，玩得很尽兴。

很快，我们找到了一个没人的场地，姐姐拿出篮球，她一个人玩了起来。只见她，熟练的拿球、带球，然后，潇洒自如地上篮、投篮，而且，一投即中，太漂亮啦，我在旁边兴奋地大喊着：姐姐，好棒，好厉害。

然后，姐姐拿着球，走了过来。问我说：“想试试吗?”我不住地点头，接过了球，我使出了吃奶的劲，用力地将球往上抛出去，结果，球连篮板都没挨着，就泄气地落了下来。姐姐笑了，我害羞了，简直太丢人了，没想到一个小小的篮球，却，这么地不听话。姐姐说：“那是你没掌握到技巧，且你太瘦小啦，得多吃饭，赶紧长个儿。”接着，姐姐跟我说了一些打篮球的基本常识，我好像懂了，但，好像又不是很懂。

看着球场上，奔跑着、运动着、快乐着的人们。不自觉地，我也快乐了起来，是的，运动让人快乐。

开学已经有十周了，我迎来了升入初二的第一场综合测试。

一场场的测试终于艰难的挨了下来。测完试之后，心情并不是那么轻松，我故意躲避老师和同学的问题，似乎一句“考得怎么样?”能把我问的哭了。周末是那样漫长又是那样的短暂，我是多么想快点知道成绩，而又想试卷永远都不要发下来，

试卷发下来了，望着试卷上的一个个错号，与一切事物相比是那么的鲜明。脸红了，眼里也有泪珠打转。不知是紧张还是发挥失常，成绩却是那么的不尽如意，是借口吧?就像数学老师说的那样：“发挥失常，说明你不会。”或许是这样。老师一句句批评的话语时而响起，不知如何回答，只是摇头。是紧张还是失望?这些都不是，唯有的只是基础知识没有学好，没有好好复习。

这些题真的都不会吗?平日里，老师都讲了，题也做了，仔细一想是如此简单，为什么试卷上会出现这么多错号?是马虎?不细心?或许是这样。

每次考试总是这样，总是马马虎虎，成绩总是不理想，总是一错再错，连一个理由，一个借口都找不出。怨谁?难道要埋怨电视节目的诱惑之大?难道要责怪课间游戏的精彩之佳?还是念叨试卷题目的难度之深?这些都只是借口。往往总是这样。做错事，总会找一个借口来安慰自己，于是就没有了前进的动力;总是觉得自己进步了，努力了，只是还在原地茫然地打转，总觉得自己不是最糟糕的。就是因为这些，才是自己没有进步。

哥哥终于放寒假了，我总算盼到可以和他一起打篮球了，哥哥可是一个左手投篮的灌篮高手。

早上起床后，我们各自读完书，收拾一番，哥哥带我来到了篮球场，那里被一圈铁栅栏围着，似乎向外界宣告这是篮球爱好者的圣地，外人不得侵犯。篮球场的两边有两个篮球架，相互对应着，像两个雄健勇猛的大将军，显得特别威武，好像只有身体强健的人才能和他相比试。

哥哥走到了篮球架下面，他要首先给我做示范，只见他熟练的双手抱球，神速的跑向球篮，同时叉开双脚，弓腰抬头，把篮球举过头顶，轻松一跳，投球，哇!球进了，哥哥果然名不虚传。下面该轮到我了，我拿着球走到球篮的最中央，站好，双手用力一甩，呜呜!篮球根本就没有向球篮飞去，而是直直的扔向了天空，于是球又毫不留情的砸向了我的头，我急忙躲避，“砰”!差一点摔了一个“狗啃泥”，篮球也蹦蹦跳跳的溜走了，此时，我很懊丧，为什么我投不进去?

哥哥走到我身边，认真的对我说：“如果想进球，就要站在球篮的侧面，将球瞄准球篮的右上角，投球时打在那个位置，球就会乖乖的进入球框中。”于是我按照哥哥说的方法进行第二次投篮，可是，球这次在边上转了一圈，直接掉在了地上。然而，这次我并没有灰心，自言自语到：“我不会放弃，我一定会进球的”!我给自己加油鼓气，到了第三次的时候，我举起球，瞄准目标，集中精力，用力一投，哇!我终于进球了，我高兴的蹦了起来。

接下来在我一次次的进球中，我感受到了对篮球的热爱，我喜欢打篮球。

友谊第一，比赛第二。今天我要去参加我们篮球兴趣班开展的篮球赛。

首先，我们队先来发球，但是出师不利，球被敌队的队员给抢走了。好在我们队的防守人员眼疾手快，像一只饥饿的豹子一样向他冲了过去，抢到了球，又飞快地传给了我队的主将，可是他被敌对的三个队员死死地给围住了。他一边运球，一边看周围，一个转身就把球传给了我，我从中场跑到敌对篮筐，对敌对人员做了个假动作，紧接着一个三步上篮。令我不敢相信的是我进球了。我们队大声高喊着，互相拥抱着，在整个球场奔跑着欢呼着：我们进球了，太棒了。

比赛并没有结束，我正在暗自高兴，大声地对队友喊着我们要加油啊!还没等我话说完，对方的球员突破重围，直接来了个三步上篮，一个两分球完美落下。

我们也不甘示弱，而且像注入了战士的血清一样，更加的勇猛无敌了。我们队的一个优点就是会团队配合传球，我们拿到球后会找好时机传给队员，不让对方的球员抢到球。于是他们就死死的盯住我们队的队长，不让他传球，也不让他靠近篮筐。眼看球就要被敌对的主将给抢走了，队长急忙一跳“噗通”一声，“我的球进了，进了三分球，进了。”队长兴奋地大声呼喊着。

激烈的比赛结束了，我们胜利了。我们队所有的队员都跳着，高声大喊着，在整个球篮球场上奔来跑去。突然感觉风真柔天真蓝啊，我们队的队员共同享受着一起努力换来的成功和胜利的喜悦。

星期天下午，天刚刚下过雨，凉爽的风吹过来很舒服。我约了三个好朋有来到花园的篮球场打篮球。一场篮球比赛就开始了。

黑白配的方法来分组，幸运的是我和我最要好的朋友程含一组。他们俩个一组比赛正式开始了，在他们还没有防备下，我们先进了一球，我们开心的跳起来蹦起来，他们也不甘落后很凶猛的再抢球，我们上气不接下气拼命地跑，豆大的汗珠就像断了线的珍珠劈里啪啦往下掉。就在关键的时候，他们连进两个球，我和程晗有点失望。可是我们还是不放弃，使出全身的力气，终于进了一个球。

时间马上就要到了，可是我们还是落后一球，不管怎样努力最后还是输了。这次比赛我们终于明白了骄傲使人落后，虚心使人进步这句话的道理，这次比赛我终于吸取教训做事要不断努力，不能马虎。

“叮——咚——!叮——咚——!……”下课钟声想起，大家欣喜若狂，抱着蓝球，往球场飞奔而去，准备大展身手。“三分球!”大家目瞪口呆，给我热烈的掌声和羡慕的眼光，那种刺激的快感叫人难以忘怀!就是这样让我对篮球如此的疯狂，只要一球在手，就让我把所有的烦恼抛到九霄云外。

真正的“绿色”不仅仅指外观的颜色，它的内涵更在于一种境界，而这境界便是体现在“自然”二字，如洞庭湖的衔远山，吞长江;如桃花源的芳草鲜美而落英缤纷;或又如衡山的威严秀丽，景色苍茫;岳麓书院弥漫的书香气息，这些景点在湖南可谓是家喻户晓，人们真正喜欢它的原因是在于它们自然的纯净。人们真正喜欢的就是四个字——绿色天地，将我们赖以生存的家园打造成一片绿色天地，是再好不过了，但要真正实现，又谈何容易。

我想说的是：“绿色是一种生活，是一种清新、自然的生活，每一个人都向往它，那何不行动起来?让我们共同携手奋进、共同打造出一片新的绿色天地，过一种绿色的幸福生活!我也曾幻想过，绿色生活到底是怎样的?是山坡上重新披上绿装，大地四季如春，一片生机?还是从此没了污染，脚下是干净的?我想这些都还不够，或许若干年以后，一种真正的绿色生活降临到我们身边，那一切的一切都应该是美好的，生活肯定会很甜很甜……

今天我和爸爸比赛打篮球。我站在一边，爸爸站在另一边。我们比谁在一定时间内投中的次数多。

今天的比赛是我总结了打篮球的技巧。投篮时应该找到感觉。偷懒是不应该使出全身的力气投篮，而应该算准距离，用到恰到好处的力度，最好还能跳起来。两手放在篮球的两边，用到恰到好处 的力气把篮球超篮筐的方向扔去。我希望我长大以后成为一个很会打篮球的少年，因为这样就会显现出我的朝气蓬勃。

这次我打败了爸爸，我真是太高兴了，不过我好要更上一层楼，最好把班上所有的人都打败。那样才是真正的英雄哦!

刚下完雨的清晨是凉爽的，树木花草精神了起来，在向我们打着招呼。广场的一处传来来一声叫喊。

“看我的吧!”我一手抢过弟弟手里的篮球，

纵身一跃,然后便把篮球往篮球架一扔，本以为能够顺利投篮，可是正当我沾沾自喜之时，球却是懒悠悠地在篮球架上转了一圈，然后就不留给我一点儿面子地往地上掉。“唉!”我摇了摇头表示无奈。但这还不是最糟糕的，更糟糕的还在后面，当弟弟在后头捂着肚子大笑时，那球却滚向了水洼处……不到三秒，那球已经变成了“落汤球”了。这时候，我感觉到篮球的衰度是二星级。

球不幸的湿了，我们找了一块布把它擦得干干的。但是这球的命运就是一个衰字啊。我和弟弟连续打了几个球没事，但是到了第七八个球，弟弟把身体向下蹲，纵身一跃的一球，竟然投到了广场的一片泥土区。这下可惨了，我远远望去，仿佛看到了篮球的一脸无奈。没办法，我们把球捡了回来，擦擦擦。我还要用手把上面的一些泥土弄走。这时候，球的衰度是三星级。

接下来，我们像呵护小宝宝一般小心翼翼地打着篮球，生怕它再弄脏了。但是，球哥这一次不是弄脏，而是砸伤了人。“你们这些人啊，咋这么不小心!砸到的感觉是很疼的知道不，整天只知道玩……”只听见那被砸伤的老奶奶的手指头一直在空中点啊点。嘴里没完没了地数落着我们以及这颗衰球。这时候，篮球的衰度是四星级。

真是的，我们姐弟俩投了好几个球都投不中。由于我们的投篮技术实在是太差劲了，所以受到了许多路人的嘲笑。现在，这篮球的脸上就是大写的五星级衰字啊!我不由得感叹起来，这真是球在衰途啊!

春节是最热闹的节日，大人和小孩都放下手中的任务，为过年做好准备。

接近春节时期，家人们从市场上买回一些香肠、腊肉。那一节节香肠，一块块腊肉，无不勾起我的食欲。看到这食物，我口水都流三丈长啦，真想大口大口吃起来，那香肠、腊肉，任谁看啦都会大吃一斤。可想而知，吃一口便能回味无穷。

到新一年，人们总会打扫自己的家，除去旧灰尘，让一切变成崭新的。大人们拿着一把30多厘米的扫帚，像涂油漆那样扫着墙壁，在那之前要用一些旧布遮住家具，不让它们受到侵袭。不知不觉中，这做清洁成为一种每家每户都参加的比赛，看谁能把自家打扫干净。

送灶神是我们这的传统习俗，每年都在灶屋烧一些纸，把灶神送往天庭，让他向玉帝汇报家庭情况。

每年街上都挂有彩灯，有苹果形，有流星形，还有五角星形……这些灯在晚上会闪烁出绚丽的光芒，使街上焕然一新，放眼望去，能看到一片灯的海洋。

除夕是春节的一个高潮，尤其是晚上，小孩子们都要守岁，待到24时，可以欣赏烟花表演。我在电视机前看《春晚》，但用余光每时每刻注意墙上的时钟，希望24时立刻就到……23时59分，人们开始倒计时，激动人心的时刻快到啦，10……1。这时，烟花冲向空中，打破啦夜晚的宁静，烟花接二连三地撞击夜空，汇成啦各种图案：有的像花儿，有的像星星，还有的像封闭图形等。各式各样的烟花为单调的夜空增添啦许多色彩，装扮啦许多服饰。浓浓烟雾都弥漫在大街小巷中，这烟雾已经遮挡啦人们的视线……

到啦正月初一，人们走亲访友、祭拜祖先。最多的是和亲戚在一起吃团年饭，吃汤圆预示“团团圆圆”，吃鱼也预示着“年年有余”。小孩子最期待的是压岁钱，可以用压岁钱买东西，对他们而言，没有压岁钱就无法喜气洋洋国新年。这一天，路上车辆也增加啦几倍，川流不息的车表明在外地的人纷纷回家乡。

正月十九后，人们又该忙活啦。

又到了腊八节，看着腊八节必吃的腊八粥，我不仅想起许多往事……

每年的腊八节妈妈用花生、红枣、核桃仁、绿豆、栗子、大米、红豆之类加上白糖熬成的热腾腾的粥。在我眼里曾经是不可多得的美食，当然，腊八粥也并是只在腊八，平常也可以吃得到，但是要看母亲有没有时间，有没有心情。每当母亲说要熬腊八粥了，那我会开心的帮母亲剥栗子、花生等等，还热心的尽可能凑着八种原料，回想起来，吃腊八粥是一件很麻烦很热闹的事。

而如今，小吃摊上随处都可以买得到的八宝粥让腊八粥对我的吸引力消失贻尽，只要想吃，出门就可以买的到。我再不会对母亲央求：“今天我们做腊八粥吧。”只因为，实在没必要费工费时去准备那些东西，真想自己做，超市里就可以买到一应俱全的材料，而失去了准备的那番忙碌，喝腊八粥也便没有了以往的乐趣。有时候，我们所在意的，真的并不是事情的结局，而是完成这件事的过程而已。就象腊八粥，没有了为其忙碌的必要，品尝起来便仿佛失去了当日的香甜。

腊八是如此，中秋、春节等传统节日也是如此。当月饼不再是只有八月十五才可以吃到的美味，中秋节在我的眼里便黯然失色。当新衣服不是只有在新年才能穿上身，只要想买，随时随地就可以购置新衣;当麻花、丸子、耦合之类不在是必须在年前准备的美食，只要想吃，随时都可以吃得到，春节在我眼里便也成了越来越不热闹的节日。为什么过年越来越没有年味，只因为，已经没有什么能令人企盼的东西。曾经和母亲忙碌着拧麻花、炸耦合的我已经一去不回了，取而代之的，是年关将近却暗暗叹息又老了一岁。似乎只是眨眼之间，曾经以为会是多么幸福的明天，摆在眼前时也不过如此，原来，幸福只是一种感觉。

腊八节的腊八粥真的是人间的美味，我喜欢腊八粥!

每个人都不是十全十美的，在任何时间，任何地点，都会犯错，都会出糗。这不，在今天，我就看见了一桩。

当时，我正和爸爸往家走，老爸骑着电动车，我坐在后面悠然自得地听着歌曲。那时正处于人群下班的高峰期，老爸骑车的速度也明显放慢。这时候，就看见一位穿黑色连衣裙的中年妇女。她一不小心把钥匙掉在地上，随即，弯下身，很从容地去捡。

她一弯腰，一撅屁股，那大红色的三角裤头就显露无遗，但她似乎没有一点察觉，依旧以很慢的地速度将钥匙捡起。

周围的人似乎也看到了，都没吱声，只是捂着嘴偷笑。那女士好像什么都不知道的一副样子，走在前方的大道上。

由此看来，爱穿短裙的女生都要注意了，以后可千万别出这样的洋相。
