Compare yourself first. Is first to see their own and school when they have progress, there is progress on the hard work, is worth celebrating!

Then compete with others. Everyones basis is different (knowledge, ability, intelligence, psychology, etc., are different, we should first recognize the gap between themselves and others) but because there is a gap, so, we should choose the target to catch up, competition, and should not be blindly complaining. This will only discourage childrens ambition and enterprising initiative!

你好!

本学期，我们的学校开始了大装修。学校大厅装扮得很精致，美术教室的桌椅摆放得很整齐，走廊的柱子刷得雪白雪白，比以前好看多了。

每天我们上学或放学都要经过大厅。只要你一抬头，就能看见头顶上飘着一朵朵对着我们露出笑脸的白云。让我们开开心心背着书包走进教室。走过大厅，就来到走廊。走廊虽然乱糟糟的，但是走廊旁的柱子比以前白多了。以前的柱子有些旧得发黄，有些柱子上还露出几个小脚印来，不知是被谁踩的。现在的柱子被粉刷匠刷得像天空中的白云一样白。美术教室就更整洁了。只要一跨进美术教室的门，映入眼帘的就是一张张摆放整齐的桌椅和柜子。桌椅是天蓝色的，半圆形的。一人一张，让人在平静的美术教室里画画，那种感觉肯定很舒服。用木头做成的柜子里可以珍藏许多好画。

虽然我们校园装得很美观，但是我们的校园就像被灰尘罩住了一样。我也希望空中的灰尘能够少一点。
