事情看透，你就明白该如何进行；人情看透，你就明白该如何相处；所以，只要用点心，其余只是接受。要做到不去在意他人的言语很困难吧？嘴巴是别人的，人生是自己的。快乐，是纯粹自然的产物，是自己百分百支持自己、肯定自己的礼物。没有了自我，一切的快乐都是虚伪的假象。即使人家批评你、否定你、攻击你，也不代表你的自我；受到否定，唯一能否定你的人，只有你自己。只要有人的地方就有是非；只要人家有嘴巴，就会有意见和批评。再者，太在意别人想法的人，不仅不能快乐，也容易失去自己的特色和个性，更没办法发挥自己的潜能。世界是多元的，社会是复杂的，人心是叵测的，关系是难解的，利益是难舍的，情感是纠结的，想要把生活过的简单是不易的。想开了，固然很好。

保持心灵与物质持平，不可以沉迷其中，在满足内心物欲之后，需要去充实自己的精神世界，丰盈自己的心灵。这样才不会在这物欲横流的社会中迷失。认识到这一点，就可以更好地去奋斗去积累财富，去开创人生。人生是自己的，其实，世界美不美，生活好不好，关键在于你要走出“关”着自己的小屋。消极，封闭自我，生命会长满荒芜；积极，热爱生活，即便沙漠，也会成为生命的绿洲。不要幻想生活总是那么圆圆满满，也不要幻想在生活的四季享受所有的春天，每个人的一生都注要跋涉坎坎，品尝苦涩与无奈。只要心中的信念没有萎缩，只要自己的季节没有严冬，即使风凄苦雨又奈我何。面朝大海，春暖花开。简单的人生才有简单的生活，简单的生活才有快乐与幸福，平凡简单。安于平凡，真不简单。

肯定会有人放下，例如修真入禅者，看破红尘者的高人，但是人生不可以。生活本来就是平凡的，世上的很多事都是难以预料的，成功常常伴随着失败，失败往往孕育着成功；好事会变为坏事，坏事也会变为好事。人的一生，本来就是成败相随，好坏更替的统一体。聪明的人，都会尽力使坏事变好事，而提防好事变坏事。换一种心态就能换一种方式生活。一个乐观的人，在生活中，就能够笑看输赢得失，而不只认最终胜负，他们深信未来，也不抱怨现状，能够利用自己的优势，发挥自己的潜能，一步步向上攀登，而走向成功。简单做人，洒脱自在。简单是一种平淡，却不是单调，简单是一种平凡，却不是平庸；简单是一种美，而且是一种原汁原味的美。善待自己，使自己成为最好的，比善待别人更有意义。

简单，对应的是复杂，就如轻放，对应的是重。简单和复杂之间的关系，看似清晰明了，可是事实并非如此。而简单的生活，对于太多人来说只是一个向往，因为简单生活的背后是不简单，学会律己，宽容别人，成全别人之外，还要学会成全自己，宽容自己，给自己更多的时间和空间，来不断发展和完善自己。这样，你才生活得充实，幸福。吃亏的目的是留有用之身办更大之事，这正是“留得青山在，不怕没柴烧”，暂时的吃亏，是为了以后更大的获取。得与失在我们心中，只有一线之隔，我们意以为得，就是得意；意以为失，就是失意。能够悟透得失的人，才会有快乐的人生。人生尽在得失之间。简单生活，不是粗陋和做作，而是一种大彻大悟后的平和。简单做人，简单做事，平凡人生不平凡，简单生活不简单。
