Last week , I had a busy Sunday.

I got up at six oclock at first ,Then ,I must washed my face and brushed

my teeth in ten minutes,Following,I need for breakfast .My breakfast was very

delicious ,so I ate them fast.After this,I went out and went played basketball

with my best friend ,Tom ,in the school playground .We knew many tempering is

good to health, so we can train each week together .In the noon,I went home and

小姨家是开卤菜坊的，平时生意特别好，“小赵烤鸭”远近闻名，更不用说过年了，又是冻库发货，又是做熟食，请了十多位员工还是忙得不可开交。这不，每到过年，妈妈就要到小姨家帮忙卖货，我也就自然而然地成了“跟屁虫”跟到小姨家。

在小姨家我什么事情都做不了，只是不停地看电视，眼镜几乎要“骑”上我的鼻梁了。为了避免这种事情发生，我也想做点事情，唯一能做的就是帮小姨剥大蒜做香料。

刚开始以为剥大蒜很麻烦，一剥就要剥好几斤，有些“畏惧”。其实真尝试起来，方法也挺简单，也是有窍门的，那就是用剪刀把大蒜的“屁股”剪开，再“分肢解体”，成为一个个小蒜籽，再将蒜籽的一层“外衣”给脱了，就呈现出乳黄色的嫩“皮肤”了。

这一次，我还邀请了姐姐和我比赛。我们约定谁在最短的时间内剥玩三个大蒜，谁就赢了。我发现姐姐和我剥大蒜的方法不一样。姐姐将大蒜用菜刀一拍，这样大蒜的外衣自然脱落，将大蒜皮一捡就更快了。不过她的方法也有弱点，那就是大蒜没我的完整。没过多久，姐姐就超过了我。我一着急就乱了阵 脚，速度也就慢了下来，姐姐很轻松地“赢”了我。

这件事使我吸取了教训：做任何事都要讲究方法，要沉着应对，才会成功。
