春节大扫除

Tomorrow is New Years Day, my family have had a completely cleaning for

two days. Then my father and I decorated our flat and my mother cooked delicious

food for our meal. After supper we watched TV program. How happy we were!

明天是春节，我家里以近在两天前做了彻底的大扫除。然后我和爸爸一起装饰家里，妈妈则在烧好吃的东西。晚饭以后，我们一起看电视节目，我们多高兴呀!

一个周末，在义安区有个长跑比赛，妈妈帮我报了名，可是我自己却不是很想参加，心里暗暗埋怨妈妈，为什么要给我报名长跑呢，我本来身体瘦弱，短跑都不行，怎么能长跑呢？我心里始终在纠结。这时爸爸鼓励我说要和我一起去长跑，挑战一下自己，妈妈也在给我鼓劲，我想了想，还是去参与一下吧。

下午4点半我和爸爸到达了活动现场，哇！人好多啊，我看到现场有许多和我差不多大的孩子，还有许多比我小的小朋友，心里顿时平静了下来。我赶紧去领了参赛号码牌，然后和大家一起集合好，就准备开始跑了。

刚开始的时候我和爸爸跑得很快，一下子甩掉许多人，但跑到铜文化园广场的时候，我就渐渐体力不支了，爸爸和我放慢了步伐，到中途的“加油站”取了水，小小地喝了几口，又开始跑了起来，不过速度比之前慢了许多，很快被后面的人反超了，我跑得越来越慢，心里就开始着急了，因为妈妈来电话说已经有人到终点了。爸爸安慰我说，即使是最后一名也没有关系，重在参与。这时，我想起龟兔赛跑的故事，兔子因为骄傲自大在比赛中途睡觉，最后输了比赛；乌龟虽然爬得慢，但通过坚持不懈赢得了比赛。我想我也一定可以跑到终点。跑着跑着我惊奇地发现，我竟然绕天井湖跑了这么大一圈，不知不觉就跑了这么远，我顿时对自己充满了自信和力量。眼看着就快要到终点了，我使出了最后的力气，奋力跑向终点。爸爸鼓励我说：“你能跑下整个路段就很好了。”我沮丧地说：“可是我没跑到第一名。”爸爸说：“你要挑战的不是别人，而是你自己，今天你跑完全程就是战胜了自己啊！”我突然明白了参加这次长跑比赛的意义了，很多事情并不像想象的那么难，只要自己努力坚持下去，总会有不同的收获。

这次长跑比赛给我留下的印象十分深刻，往后的日子我要加强锻炼，让自己有个好的体魄，争取有机会下次再参赛。

“1——2——3——拉!”激烈的拔河比赛在操场进行着，正是我们六年级二班和六年一班的拔河比赛。

赛场上加油助威声连成一片，我在赛场上拿着绳子，将绳子在我手上缠了一圈，开始向后发力，我的脸憋得通红，仿佛身在战场，丝毫不敢放松。

比赛到了白热化阶段，对方猛然加力正是重要时刻，我的鞋底却像抹了油一般，一滑，我摔倒了。一瞬间，我方少了一个人的力量，对方看准时机猛然发力，我们立刻如割韭菜一般倒下——我们输了。

我知道这一次是因为我的错，也许是我的姿势不对，也许是我鞋的原因，也许是没睡好……我知道我们败了，是因为我输了，输得很严重，我不敢看他们的眼神，可能那眼神如千年寒冰，如狼的眼神般尖锐……我逃到一个角落，轻轻地抽泣，天上阴云密布，寒风潇潇。

也许是他们才反应过来，少了一个人，开始满操场找我，他们找到我了。

“没事的，不就是一场比赛吗?下午还有一场，扳回来不就好了!”他们轻轻地安慰我，此时我觉得阴云散去，阳光又回到了我的心田。

“我有一种新方法!”我说：“我们将一个胖子放到最后，用绳子缠腰向后坐，这样便可以将重量化为力量。”出于羞愧的我提出了这个想法。“诶，这个想法不错，就这么干!”他们接纳了我的意见，我开心极了，可以帮到大家，我非常开心。

下午，比赛马上开始，我站到队伍的前列，严阵以待，转头一看，后面八个胖子正在——吃饭?对，为了增重，必须这样。

比赛开始了，我尽力地向后拉，我发现对方力气很小，原来后面可还有一“吨”的重量呢，这次绳子如一根箭般飞到了我们身旁，我们胜利了!

直到现在我才发现，我败了，败于愧疚，也胜了，胜于自己与同学们的友情。

My happy Spring Festival After the New Year’s Eve dinner with my family, we began to sit down in front of the TV, and enjoyed 2008 CCTV Spring Festival gala. At about ten o’clock, the black sky was lightened by lots of fireworks with colorful light and happy sound. We stop watching the CCTV 2008 CCTV Spring Festival gala, and began to climb up the balcony to see the beautiful fireworks view, and my father took some fireworks up, and we also began to play fireworks. What a beautiful night. Later, my cell phone was ringing all the time. I received lots of short messages from my friends and classmates. They all blessed me happy New Year. I gave same bless to them by sending back the happy words. At almost 12 pm, I made a wish in New Year, and began to sleep.

When I woke up in the first day of New Year, my father and mother gave two red packets to me, and blessed me that everything will go well on me. I thanked them, and accepted the red packets happily. I have been waiting for the day that I can get lots of red packets. This is my happiest time of the year. After lunch, both my family went to the park, the streets, and the shops or supermarkets. We took many photos in the park, and bought many things in the shops or supermarket.

I met my uncles and aunts, they all blessed us happy New Year and gave me red packets. I was too happy to count how many red packets I got. The following days, we visited my grandparents and some of relatives. We happily talk with them, and brought some presents to them, and also received some New Year presents. This was how did I spend my Spring Festival; I really enjoyed myself in Spring Festival.

New York is the first city in America. When people come to take a visit of

America, they always choose New York as their destination. New York has many

world-famous tourist attractions and people can find them in the Hollywood

movies. The Statue of Liberty is one of the symbolic building, which represents

America. The statue is a gift to the people of United States from people of

France. The meaning of freedom and friendship are shared by both countries.

Today, the meaning of this statue is admitted by the world and when people see

it, they think of freedom. On the right hand, the woman holds a torch and on her

left hand is the book called Declaration of Independence. Whats more, on her

foot is the broken chains. All of these stands for freedom.

I am Happy

Today， the biology class is very different. We don’t need to sit in the

classroom， because the teacher takes us to do activities. We go to a field that

is near our school， and the task for us is to observe flowers. We feel so

excited and finish the task very carefully. It is a good way for us to learn

knowledge. I am so happy.

再次翻开姚xx老师的这本《小学英语情趣课堂教学》时，说心里话真的是很痛苦，像是下了很大的决心。过了两个月的无拘束、无压力的生活之后，发现静下心来做一件事很难，尤其是读书。因为是王老师给我们下了死任务，只好硬着头皮去读。事实证明：有压力才会有动力。这句话说的一点儿也不假。我重点研读了本书的第六章。本章节向我们展示了一些优秀的情趣英语课堂教学设计与课例，精心的教学设计，精彩的教学预设，无不体现了编写教师的独具匠心。设计中体现了人文主义，从教学目标到教学过程，都很巧妙地将传统的“要我学”转换成了“我要学”。

第一部分以北京师范大学新版小学英语教材四年级下册第十单元 Mc’s stre 6个课时的教学内容为例，展开基于情趣教学思想想的教学设计。阅读的过程中，可以看出编写教师非常细心，把课堂上的每个细节都处理的很到位，包括课堂的一些预设，生成。这一单元是一个阅读课，一提到英语阅读，我的脑海中就是bring, difficult。纵观这六课时的教学设计，教师借助插图、对话，并通过肢体语言、声音、多媒体资源、设置有效情境，挖掘文本固有的情趣，给予学生适时的语言支持和铺垫，帮助学生理解语言，理解故事。一步步地帮助学生把握技巧，培养他们的阅读能力。成功地把阅读变成悦读，使它真正地变成一种乐趣。在今后的阅读课上，我会尽力效仿，使它变得不枯燥。

第二部分是姚老师本人执教的展示课例。就像姚老师所说“情趣教学着眼于对学生学习兴趣的诱导”。在教学设计上，教师立足于激发学生的学习情趣，并通过多媒体资源，为学生呈现多个自然又生动的教学情境。另外，姚老师的板书设计给了我耳目一新的视觉体验，能够立足于文本内容的同时，重难点突出，也符合中年级学生的认知特点。

读罢此书，心中感慨万千，作为教师，很佩服姚老师的那份执着，以及对教学认真的工作态度。相比之下,我是差太多了。在教学设计上，我也要有所创新：

1.导入部分需要为所学内容做铺垫，不能华而不实。

2.适当地体现小组合作的魅力，锻炼学生的语言运用能力。根据学生的能力，在适当时机把主动权交给学生，充分关注学生的主体意识，激发学生主动参与的热情。

3.注重教学设计的整体性，连贯性。

今天，我很荣幸代表我们学校到侨乡体育馆参加丰泽区第六届小学生运动会田径比赛。一进赛场，那里人山人海，看见那参赛者个个年纪比我们大，个子也比我们高，这次要和这些哥哥、姐姐比赛我们绝对得不了名次。

首先，100米跑步开始了，枪声一响，大家跑得比兔子还快，我用尽全身力量，还是跑在最后面，根本追不上，他们跑一步等于我们跑两步，我根本赶不上去。

Springin March， accompanied by the comfortable weather and warm sunshine， our class had a springOutingon Saturday. 终于到了“六一”这一天，台下坐满了学校的全体师生，台上布置得红色的条幅，上边写着“六一儿童节文艺演出”，台边摆着花篮，台子的中央摆放着立式的话筒，两边是音响。我第一次被这阵容吓到了，昨晚上准备的歌词也基本上忘得差不多了，感觉后背的汗毛都立起来了，第一次紧张的这么严重。

节目开始了，所有的小朋友都表演的特别好，我在台下哆哆嗦嗦，老师和同学们都为我鼓劲加油。终于，轮到我上场了，大家响起热烈的掌声，我上台鞠躬，站在话筒前，说：“我今天给大家带来的节目是歌曲《小青蛙》”，全体师生鼓掌欢迎。我开始唱了，幸运的是我没有忘词，但是脑子里一片空白，也不敢看下边的人，眼睛直勾勾的看着远方。终于把歌曲唱完了，鞠躬下台，所有人都为我鼓掌，那一刻，我才放松下来。

经过那一次表演之后，每年的文艺表演都有我，但是我的紧张逐渐的消失了。舞台能够锻炼一个人的胆量，让你在今后的生活中走的越来越好，以后的路越来越宽。
