今天，我校举行了“**实验小学第四届师生素质运动会”，小学生学校运动会的作文。上午8时左右，在雄壮的运动员进行曲中，各班队伍排着整齐的队形，依次进入操场，运动会正式开始了。

第一个项目是女子100米短跑，我们班的运动员是许心怡同学，随着“砰”的一声枪响，运动员们都像箭似地飞奔出起点，许心怡也不例外，但其它班的运动员也不甘示弱，都飞奔着，好像要和我们班的许心怡一决雌雄，操场边，我们班的同学都在大声喊着：“许心怡，加油！许心怡，加油！”这时，已进入了最后的冲刺阶段，只见许心怡奋力一冲，超过了其他班的选手。我们班的同学都在一边欢呼：“我们赢啦！”

此时，操场中间正在进行着男子垒球比赛，我们班的运动员是未经沙场的林梓豪，我心里有点紧张，害怕我们班输了。但只见林梓豪沉着的一投，投出了好水平，“哈，哈，哈，哈！我们班赢啦！”同学们的欢呼声在耳边回荡。

这次比赛，我们班有几个项目没有取得好成绩，仅得了四年级段的第二名，但是我们的运动员都已经非常地努力，他们发扬了友谊第一，比赛第二的精神，我还是为我们班感到骄傲。

“钉纽扣比赛正式开始”随着陆老师一声令下，我们开始忙活起来。

同学们有的交头接耳，有的摩拳擦掌，有的手拿针线忙碌着……我暗自窃喜，不就是穿针，引线，打结，订纽扣嘛！这可是我的强项。平时穿珠子，做手工，不在话下，怎么会被这区区一粒纽扣难倒呢？这根本就是张飞吃豆芽—小菜一碟。开始穿针了，我学着奶奶穿针的样子，将针高举对着光，一只眼闭着，一只眼眯着，试着穿了好几下，哎，穿不过去。今天的针和线好像成心和我过不去似的，手举得倒有点酸了，真是想想容易，做起来难！我环顾四周，一些同学开始在订了，我暗自着急，乱戳一气，居然被我穿过去了。我偷眼一瞧，呀！有几个同学已经订完第二粒了。我手心开始冒汗。接着要打结，我挠着后脑勺，该怎么打才能让这结大于针眼的宽度呢?仔细一看，原来只要在同一个地方多打几个结就能搞定。终于可以钉纽扣了，这个步骤也有点难，针在布下怎么也对不准纽扣的眼。我摸索着，发现了一个秘诀，只要按住纽扣，用手摸着，就可以感觉到针，然后调整针的位置，对准扣眼穿上来，但这手不能按得太牢，不然会“一针见血”。针上下来回多次，一粒纽扣便安安稳稳地订好了。有了第一粒成功的经验，后面就顺利多了。我这架势真有点飞针走线的裁缝样。以前在家订扣子不是奶奶帮忙就是妈妈搭把手，今天却全靠自己，虽然一开始小看了这活，但经过自己的摸索、尝试、总结，最终把这扣子征服了，我的心里如同吃了蜜糖一般。

学本领第一，比赛第二。下课时，老师并没有宣布此次比赛的胜负，但我觉得这是一场非常愉快而又有意义的比赛。

老师宣布，现在开始一场掰手劲比赛。

首先，杨超和张正午上来表演，他们分为蓝队和黄队。现在，裁判罗玉海宣布：“比赛开

始！”我们顿时沸腾起来。比赛争斗得非常激烈。杨超使了吃奶的劲用力往右边扳。张正午满头大汗，脸红得很，用尽了全身的力气，用手往左边扳。他俩争斗得不可开交！这时，我们四、五组的同学都为杨超紧张起来，高喊：“杨超，加油！”可是，最后还是黄队张正午胜利了。

这次，老师要女同学来玩。吴昊上来了，她跟段佳欣比赛。比赛开始了，吴昊不仅用了大劲，而且还咬紧了牙关。段佳欣看样子坚持不下了。这时，段佳欣的啦啦队都不敢看了，眼睛盯着她给她打气。结果是吴昊赢了。后面两局也一样，段佳欣大败而归。

又上来个选手--张君上来上场挑战。吴昊一开始就坚持不住了。同学们着急了，都给她打气。这下，吴昊又充满了劲，用力往右边扳。张君捏了一把汗，毫不留情地往左边使劲扳。最后，吴昊反败为胜。第二局开始了。随着一声令下，张君马上使足了劲，一转眼就把吴昊扳倒了桌边，吴昊又支持不住了。就在一刹啦，吴昊的手被扳到了。第三局开始。张君又满头大汗，吴昊使了一把劲。像前面一样，吴昊还是坚持不住，被张君扳倒了。最后，红队获胜。

星期六早上，庞老师组织我们来到了南城中学参加比赛。首先进行的是男子和女子的100米预赛。赛场上我看见我们学校的运动健儿们，以非凡的速度进入了决赛。

紧接着就是女子800米比赛，我怀着兴奋又紧张的心情来到检录处。我被分到第4组的第6道。“预备，砰”随着枪声，我们学校的运动健儿，以矫捷的身姿领先了第1道。再跑第二圈时，她有一点坚持不住，我们大声喊：“宋碧琪，加油！”她一听喊声又以惊人的速度取得了小组第三名！

一组又一组的比完赛了，马上到了第四组。我首先做好热身运动，然后来到跑道上做好准备。“预备，砰！”我一开始就遥遥领先的跑过中心小学，因为只有中心小学才是我们的对手！到了第二圈，我觉得自己在第一圈消费力气太多了，弄得现在上气不接下气。不一会儿，只剩下一百五十米了，我用尽全身力气去冲刺！可是中心小学的队员好像还有很多力气没有爆发出来，马上超越了我，取得了小组第一名。而我也凭着坚强的毅力，获得了小组第二名，四个小组中的第四名。

buildings,and no strange houses.All the buildings are common,but they stand in

special relationship to each other,making a nice learning atmosphere for us.The

our campus.It is seven storeys high.With its bright,spacious reading rooms and

很快，比赛进入僵持阶段，尽管双方都很用力，但中间的红缨像定住了一样。这时我们有点着急，变换着方式拉绳子，用劲有点不一致。这时，对手随着拉拉队的喊声，一齐有节奏的用劲，不一会，我们就被拉过去了。“停”，裁判员说：“三(1班胜)”。我们输了，这时个个像霜打了的茄子。

回去总结时，樊老师语重心长地对我们说：“今天我们失利的原因后来劲没往一处使，队行乱了，没有一齐用力。虽然每个人都很用力，但总力量变小了”。这时，我明白了，做什么事都不能用蛮力，要讲究技巧，劲往一处使才能更有劲!

“斗牛”二字，会让你大吃一惊。什么？在教室里斗牛？难以置信。其实，这次“斗牛”是牛与牛之间的战争。老师选两头“牛”，并在他们的背上别上字，“牛”可以采用各种方式，谁先看见另一头“牛”背上的字，就获胜。

老师开始选“牛”了。“刷”地一下，一只只小手全举了起来，像一片小树林。哎？老师在看着我，好象在选我耶！我正高兴呢，老师的目光又扫了过去，唉，看来没希望了。最终，选了两名男生，一个称为“白牛”，一个名为“蓝牛”。

除了杜元浩，我印象最深刻的就是由16人组成的大绳队了。他们为了保持平时状态，不发挥失常，还做了赛前准备，这样的队伍，我就不信他们会输！他们有的眉头紧锁，好像心里还没有底；有的神态自若，似乎有必胜的信心；有的若有所思，好似在思考如何配合才能战胜别的班，直冲第一；有的双手握拳，昂首挺胸，似乎口哨一响，就会带着队友跳过那根一指多粗的大绳------。我真想对他们呐喊：“你们是最棒的，是最快的，加油，四年级第一非你们莫属！”

口哨一响，大家就挨个挨个地跳了过去。我想：三分钟的时间，足够了！我想着，他们也跳着，踏踏的声音，有节奏的脚步，让人看了觉得他们是必胜的队伍，其实时间很快，不一会儿就到了，成绩是322个，虽然是第一，但我们并不骄傲，因为谦虚使人进步，下次我们一定会跳的更好！

三跳比赛虽然很有趣，但时间不长，我期待着下一届的三跳比赛。
