It was sunny and hot today. I got up early at half past six. I read English and then had breakfast. I helped my mother washed the dishes. Then I did my homework and cleaned my room. I went shopping with my mother in the afternoon. Then I played table tennis with my friends. In the evening I watched TV and read a book. I really had a busy and interesting day.

在一个阳光明媚的早上，爸爸对我说：“今天我正好有空，不如我们去棋盘上杀一盘象棋吧。”他话音刚落，我便高呼：“万岁。万岁。”于是，一场令人心惊胆寒的大战便开始了。

战斗刚刚开始的时候，便立马占了上风，因为我用了一个“无名小卒”把爸爸的那辆“大车”给吸引到了我“马”设的埋伏圈中，随后便是一声长长的惨叫，我的那颗“无名小卒”立刻就身首异处了，正当爸爸沉浸在消灭了一个敌人的欢乐之时，却想不到“螳螂捕蝉，黄雀在后”。我埋伏的“千军万马”立刻向他的“大车”发动了前所未有的猛烈的攻击，随后，那个“大车”也和那个“无名小卒”一起上了西天。

可渐渐地，先是我的“战马”误入了“死亡谷”，而被对方打得损失惨重。这时，我有了一个计划，先用一个“炮”将对方的防御打得土崩瓦解，随后，再用一个“大车”和一匹“战马”联手把对方的“大将”送上了天堂。

从这盘象棋中，我认识到了：在每一个巨大的成功背后，都有一个个小小的努力和智慧。
