昨天晚上我做了一个美妙的梦。梦里我骑着自行车在乡间的小路上。路的两边种满了树，这些树上有不同的水果，有苹果、梨、橘子、香蕉和很多其他水果。果子成熟了，我可以站在自行车上摘水果。水果很美味，我吃了很多水果都饱了然后就回家了。我把故事告诉妈妈，但是她不相信我，然后我就醒了。

一个万里无云的下午，我们班和五3班进行了一场精彩的拔河比赛。

每班各派8个同学，分成一队，最大力的排在最后。

比赛开始了，随着一声令下，双方用力地往里拉，我方的林一浩使出了吃奶的劲。苏?豪蹬着地，半蹲着，腿稍弯，身子往后斜，紧紧地握着麻绳，表情狰狞。看，何以轩涨红了脸，像一个红红的大苹果，在这红红的“苹果”上流了几滴汗水。我方的大胖墩儿挺着大肚子，瞪着眼睛，像灯泡似的，绳子忽左忽右，对方的啦啦队拼命地喊：“五4班，加油!”绳子拉回来了，我看着都着急，也跟着欢呼。突然，对方有一个队员摔倒了，趁着这次机会，用力一拉，这一局我们赢了!

接着，第二局开始了。欢呼声，笑声，真声游荡在空中。个个拉的青筋暴起，嗤牙咧嘴，场面再次僵住，不分伯仲。我都替他们拧一把汗，巴不得跑上去助他们一臂之力。“加油!加油!”观众们高呼着。啦啦队们都要喊破嗓子了。比赛进入高潮，我方的苏?豪地叫：“一二、一二。”伴着口号，绳子慢慢地移向我们这边。“我们又赢了!”我们欢呼起来。

通过这次比赛，我懂得了一个道理：坚持就是胜利。

It was sunny today. I was excited. I got up at a quarter to seven.

I made a appointment to meet at nine o’clock. After I had my breakfast, I went to the Wanjia Market . It was hot outside. When I arrived, my friends didn’t arrive. I waited for him in front of the KFC’s door.

I haven’t seen them for a year. And in a year, we didn’t come into contact with others frequently. About ten minutes left, my friends arrived one by one. After we greeted,we went to play basketball in Liwan Gymnasium. The match last for tow hours.Oh!I fill very happy today!

“加油”！“加油”！咦？这个声音是从哪里传来的？原来是“小桔灯作文培训班”在举行激烈的端乒乓球跑比赛呀。让我来说一说经过吧！

今天上午，在作文培训班里，老师为了培养同学们的协调能力和团队精神举行了一场激烈的端乒乓球跑比赛。老师一开始讲了比赛规则：每五人一组，每组同学只能用一只手拿球拍端球行走，另一只手和身体不能接触球拍，运球时不能挨到别的选手，球掉了就捡起球，在原地继续向前走。哪一组先走完，就是优胜者。老师规则还没讲完，同学们就已经开始摩拳擦掌，跃跃欲试。比赛开始了，同学们一个个地开始运球，一会儿就轮到我了，我信心百倍地接过球拍，小心翼翼地走着。一不留神，球突然掉了，在教室里乱跳乱串，好像在专门跟我作对。尽管有点手忙脚乱，但我还是迅速从地上捡起球……。

这时，在一旁观看的同学有的在座位上静静地坐着，眼睛在比赛的同学身上穿梭。有的拿着瓶子，嘴对着瓶口，大喊“加油”。还有的同学早已按捺不住心理的高兴，跳到比赛场地来呐喊助威。

“停”！随着老师一声令下，这紧张激烈的气氛一下子静止了。比赛结束了，我们组赢了！我们组的同学相互击掌，欢呼雀跃，另一组的同学们垂头丧气。通过这次比赛让我明白了：一个人的力量是不够的，只有大家团结协作，才能赢得胜利。
