环境污染也使人类自食了苦果，让我们回顾一下历史，看看前人是怎样受到自然的惩罚的，这就是世界著名的八大公害事件：

1、比利时马斯河谷事件：1930年12月，比利时马斯河谷工业区，排放的工业有害气体和粉尘对人体造成重大影响，一周内近60人死亡，市民中得心脏病、肺病死亡率增高，家畜死亡率也大大增高。

2、美国洛杉矶烟雾事件：20世纪40年代美国洛杉矶的大量汽车废气在紫外线的照射下产生光化学烟雾，造成许多人的眼睛红肿、咽炎、呼吸道疾病恶化及思维紊乱。

3、美国多诺拉事件：1984年10月，美国宾夕法尼亚州多诺拉镇的二氧化硫及其氧化物，与大气粉尘结合，使大气严重污染，5911造成人暴病。

4、英国伦敦烟雾事件：1952年12月，英国伦敦由于冬季燃煤引起的煤烟性烟雾，导致4天时间内4000多人死亡，两个月后又有8000多人死亡。

5、日本水俣病事件：1953年至1968年，日本熊本县水俣湾，由于人们食用了含汞污水污染的海湾中的鱼虾，造成近万人中枢神经疾病，其中甲基汞中毒患者283人中有60余人死亡。

6、日本四日市废气事件：1961年，日本四日市由于石油冶炼和工业燃油产生的废气，严重污染大气，引起居民呼吸道疾病骤增，尤其是哮喘病的发病率大大提高，形成了一种突出的环境问题。

7、日本富山的痛痛病事件：1955年至1977年，生活在日本富山的人们，因为饮用了含镉的河水和食用了含镉的大米，以及其他含镉的食物引起痛痛病，就诊患者258人，其中死亡者达207人。

8、日本的爱知粮油事件：1963年3月，在日本的爱知县一带，由于对生产米糠油的管理不善，造成多氯联苯污染物混入米糠油，人们食用了这种被污染的油之后，造成13000多人中毒，数十万只鸡死亡的严重污染事件。

6月7日，利用赶集日，修文县在县体育馆开展以“践行绿色生活”为主题的“六•五”世界环境日宣传活动，县政府副县长王天镜亲临活动现场，县生态文明局、公安局、发改局、工信局、司法局、城管局等13家单位参加活动。活动现场发放环保、法律等各类宣传资料8000余份(册)、环保手提袋3000余个，接受群众咨询300余人。

本次活动通过设立法律法规宣传咨询点、受理环境投诉、悬挂宣传标语、摆放宣传展板、发放新《环境保护法》等环保宣传册及各职能部门相关资料的方式，倡导广大居民牢固树立保护生态环境的理念，养成低碳、节俭的绿色生活方式和消费模式，增强了居民的节约意识、环保意识和生态意识，为我县生态文明建设奠定良好的社会和群众基础。

世界环境日宣传活动简报【3】

今年6月5日是新环保法实施后的首个“环境日”，为切实组织好今年的“六・五”宣传活动，合浦县认真部署开展多种形式的2015年“六・五”世界环境日暨宣传月纪念活动。

一是合浦县环境保护委员会办公室于5月27日制订印发了《合浦县环境保护委员会办公室关于举办2015年“六.五”世界环境日暨环保宣传月活动的通知》，发动15个乡镇政府、15个县直单位等相关环委会成员单位积极参与，部署开展多种形式的宣传活动。

二是举办纪念“环境日”广场宣传咨询活动。6月5日，组织发改、林业、住建等15个县直环境保护委员会成员单位在县城还珠广场围绕2015年环境宣传主题“践行绿色生活”，以悬挂横幅、展出板报、发放宣传材料和设立咨询台的形式开展宣传。当天，共展出板报15块，发放各种宣传资料约3000份。

三是开展进企业、社区、广场、学校、乡镇等环保宣传活动。一进企业开展环保宣传活动，现场向企业员工发放环保宣传资料;二进社区开展环保宣传活动(廉州镇平田社区、廉东社区、白沙镇榄根村委等)，悬挂宣传标语，制作宣传板报，近距离向群众宣传新《环境保护法》、有奖举报办法和相关环保知识;三进广场开展环保宣传活动，在县城客运中心、超市等人流密集地方向群众发放环境保护宣传资料，解答群众环境问题和咨询;四进学校开展环保宣传活动(合浦四中、廉州小学、平田小学等)，在学校设立环保法律法规和环保知识流动宣传站，利用课余时间向老师和学生发放环保宣传资料及宣传品，同时鼓励有条件的绿色学校，组织开展知识竞答、板报设计等多形式的宣传活动;五进乡镇开展环保宣传活动(廉州镇、西场镇、山口镇等)，在各乡镇中心地段摆放环保展板、粘贴宣传海报，向群众发放环保宣传资料，提高群众环境保护意识，共同打击环境违法行为。

四是与中国移动通信合浦分公司协调，利用手机短信播放环境保护宣传标语。

五是通过电视台滚动播放环境保护宣传标语。

同学们一天中大部分时间都在学校里度过，学校为我们创造了良好的学习环境，因此，校园环境需要同学们来维护保护校园环境应该做到以下几点：

(1)不随地乱扔果皮、纸屑。同学们吃了零食以后，经常把那些塑料带随地乱扔，给校园环境带来了重大危害。想想看，如果你生活在一个满地都是垃圾的学校里，心情还会舒畅吗?学习还会搞得好吗?

(2)不能破坏花草树木。学校里栽着许多绿叶繁茂的树木，五彩缤纷的花朵，碧绿的草坪，它们提供给我们新鲜空气，它们不但给我们带来了美的享受，还让整个校园充满了清香。所以不能让它们受伤害。不能用刀在树杆上刻字，不能乱摘花朵，不能残踏草坪。

(3)见到地上有垃圾要随手捡起，扔进垃圾桶里。

(4)如果看到有人正准备随地乱仍垃圾，就要告诉他不要乱扔，然后叫他扔进垃圾箱里。

(5)不在墙壁上乱写乱画。墙壁是洁白无暇的，可是有的同学就是手闲不住，偏偏要在墙上画上那么几笔，这样就不美观了。

(6)积极参加保护校园环境的劳动。学校经常组织一些保护校园环境的活动，比如锄草、擦墙壁等等，这些活动我们要经常参加，为保护校园环境贡献一份力量。
