此次活动是为丰富学生的暑假生活，提高学生的英语学习兴趣，拓宽学生的视野而开展的。弥补了传统英语教学形式上的不足，丰富了学校的英语教学，激发了学生的学习兴趣，丰富了学生的英语知识，提高了学生的学习能力和团队意识。

中学的英语夏令营活动是由来自山西的3名大学生志愿者主持，由本校3名优秀英语教师辅助开展的。这种”1+1”的合作模式有利于优化课程设计，使课程更贴近学生的实际，为此次活动的顺利开展奠定了良好的基础。此次活动的主体是中学初中的百位优秀学生。来自不同年级的学生随机混合组成三个班，这样有利于实施以学生为中心的教学法，使学生相互学习，共同进步。

此次活动的课程设计是由志愿者和本校的教师参考美中教育机构提供的模板，根据当地实际情况精心设计的。志愿者和教师对课程内容灵活操作，将玩与学有机结合，寓教于乐。主体内容有意在提高英语听说读写能力的各种游戏如hot potato、who am i等和意在提高团队凝聚力的music chair、english song等。还有涉及英美文化、利用手势突破发音。此外，老师们还放映了适合初中英语学习的英文电影。志愿者还利用准备的材料和自身特长教给了孩子们一些英语歌曲和舞蹈。总之，此次活动的内容丰富，形式多样，满足了初中生的发展需求。

此次活动中，学生们除了学到英语知识和学习方法外还了解到了现代大学生的生活是什么样的。这些见识增强了学生们对大学的向往，增强了学生们的学习动力和学习兴趣。志愿者和教师的鼓励和关爱帮助孩子们突破心理障碍，树立自信，有利于孩子们的健康成长。

我们通过此次活动，获得了一些宝贵的经验，通过和师生交流也发现了一些问题。这对以后的教学工作和类似的活动的开展都有有益的指导意义。成功的经验是要夯实基础知识，丰富教学形式，引进教学方法，激发学习兴趣，提高学习能力。发现的问题是学生们的英语基础知识薄弱，如不能根据音标识读单词，没能掌握语法基础知识(句子成分，词类等)。在以后的教学工作中，我们要注重基础知识，多给英语老师自主权，让其尽展才华，丰富教学方法。在以后类似活动中，我们应注意立足本校实际情况，同时积极配合志愿者组织安排活动内容。

此次活动总体上是成功的，我们希望以后能有更多类似的活动来丰富学生们的学习生活。

It is very important to deal with the rubbish in cities. Rubbish must be thrown away or reused properly. Or it may cause a lot of problems. It may pollute the air and water. People may get ill when they breathe the polluted air or drink the polluted water.

五、 活动地点：山东工艺美术学院19号公寓前十字路口

六、 活动形式及目的：

a) 活动形式：英语散文的征集和评比。

b) 活动目的：为丰富校园文化生活，以及迎接即将到来的大学英语四、六级考试，特开展主题为英语写作的比赛活动，以锻炼在校大学生的英语能力，培养大学生学习英语的乐趣。

七、 具体流程策划:

a) 提前一周张贴海报通知。

b) 选手报名,在公寓楼前十字路口。

b) 给参赛者一周的时间进行英语散文的创作。文章以电子稿或打印稿的形式提交。电子稿发到群邮箱，打印稿安排会员进行收取。

c) 由工作人员负责整理收集稿件

d) 作品由专业老师评选优秀作品。

e) 公布比赛结果并颁发证书。

1、本次作文比赛面向所有山工艺在校大学生。

2、本次活动主题鼓励积极向上、能够真实体现大学生生活的文章。

3、字数不限，以400字以上为佳；

4、主题鲜明，语言流畅、生活性强、内容丰富，真实感人，意境独到；

5、文章应有独立的观点及创新的理念、文字通畅；

6、作品须原创，没有在其他地方发表过。若有抄袭嫌疑，将被取消参赛资格。

7、投稿要求：

Why？ ——Fresh air is getting less and less in Japan， and so is it in the U. S. A. In fact， environmental pollution is a very serious problem the whole world is facing. it is mainly caused by the waste products released from artificial substances， industrial production and increased consumption of goods. Bedsides， the use of chemical substances in agriculture also causes environmental pollution. Look at the sky， you can see that dense smoke is being released from the high and big chimneys；

those dirty and poisonous substances are flowing into the rivers that we use for drinking water and millions of tons f waste products are heaping around us. How to change this condition？ More and more countries are trying to work out some effective means to bring it under control， but no great success has been made.

In the 21st century, humans science economic development has reached a very high level. But I want to ask: do you have any aware of human activities on the environment will be what kind of impact?

There are,to my mind,plenty of shaping factors,among which,the following ones are particularly worth mentioning.One of the most valuable one is it is the field that I like.I can find a place to say something,either to the world or to myself,which will make me feel relax,get a good mood and enjoy myself.Another fundamental one which should not be neglected is I can appreciate others’ merits and find my own weakness,and then make up for it.Last but not least,I can find people who have the same thinking and interest with me,and become friends.Take myself for instance,it is in the psychological composition competition that I find my soul mate.

Judging from the reams of evidence,it is safe for me to conclude that psychological composition competition is the campus activity that has benefited me most.If it had not been for it,I could not have enjoyed myself so much.
