元宵节有个习俗就是吃汤圆，寓意着让每家团团圆圆，今晚奶奶“权力下放”，把煮汤圆的重要任务交给我来执行。我把它看成一件十分重大的任务，生怕煮破了，因此心里好像揣着一只小兔子“怦怦”直跳。我想起以前奶奶教我煮汤圆的经验：先将糯米粉用开水调和成皮，注意水不可以太多，多了会过稀;也不能过少，少了没粘性。然后取一块皮在手掌中搓成圆形，再用手指在上面按一个窝，把芝麻捣碎做馅，放在里面“包”好。放馅时一定不可以太贪心，否则会把皮的“肚子”给撑破的。终于包好后，可以下锅了。我又按照奶奶说的煮汤圆的四个诀窍：“开水下锅，慢水煮，点冷水，勤换水”于是便将自己辛辛苦苦做好的元宵放进水里。没多久，可以起锅了，掀开盖子，只见一个个雪白的汤圆漂浮在水上，彼此紧贴着，好像一粒粒大珍珠，看得我直流口水，将它们舀到碗里，闻着那香喷喷的味道，忍不住先咬了一口，真好吃啊，又香又糯。我刚把汤圆端上桌，大家就狼吞虎咽的吃开了。大家高兴地吃完了我煮的汤圆，“美食家”奶奶还给我打了一个九十五分，夸我长大了，懂事了。我兴奋不已，第一次煮汤圆就得到这么高的评价，我心里美滋滋的。

品尝着自己亲手做的汤圆，觉得特别好吃，心里特别开心。盼望着明年元宵节时再做更好吃的汤圆给大家品尝。

我的家乡My Hometown

My hometown is Xiamen. I was born there twelve years ago. Now I live in Fuzhou, the capital of Fujian Province. Xiamen is a beautiful city that many people visit there. 我们家原来只能通过写信和远方的朋友联系，实在不方便。现在我们家安装上了电脑有了宽带网，一切都边的方便起来。有一次老师留了一项作业，让我们找一些关于名人的事迹。如果是原来，还要翻报纸，查书，一查就是一两个小时。而现在只要打开电脑，上了网，输入你想要得查的资料，过几秒钟资料便会出现在屏幕上。大大提高了我做作也的效率。

现在，我家装上了电脑，与远在日本的哥哥联系也方便了。只要坐在电脑前，轻点鼠标，上了宽带网，进入QQ视频聊天室，我和哥哥便可以面对面交谈了。记得有一次，哥哥把日本樱花盛开的录像传送给我，我看到樱花，就好像闻到它散发出的淡淡清香，就好像我也在那樱花盛开的海洋里一样。我虽然没去过日本，但在我和哥哥的交谈和传送图片中，使我了解了很多关于日本的事情，这就是网络带给我的乐趣。

未来的社会是一个信息话的社会，我们坐在家里也可以获取来自世界各地的最新信息。那真可谓是“秀才不出门，尽知天下事”

手机有利也有弊，我们要恰当地利用手机才对呢，可不能沉迷在手机的世界里了。
