开学第一周，老师们学习了《新教师教育标准对教师提出的新要求》，通过听课发现，老师们都渗透了新课改的理念，努力尝试改变传统的课堂教学模式，不过在实施过程中还是有些问题。站在打造高质课堂的角度，我给老师们提出以下五条建议：

一、尽量把课本知识操作的简单、易学国家的统编课本是根据学生的认知发展规律、适应孩子不同学段的年龄特点编制出来的，根本上是我们的每一名学生都能接受并能学好。可是为什么有的学生学习课本知识象学天书一样，为什么有很多的孩子学习跟不上?其中的本质理由不在学生，主要的取决于老师的教育方式和教学方法。优秀的老师不用怎么说，就能让所教的学生“亲其师，信其道”，优秀的老师具有的宝贵品质就是把知识操作的并不是那么难，让学生学起来觉得很容易。设法让我们的孩子喜爱学习、喜爱在自己的班级学习、喜爱跟着您学习，把这一条当做我们责无旁贷的义务吧!

二、尽量把教学目标设计的清晰、明确精彩的生成来源于精心的预设，成功的一半在于良好的开端，这更突出了把教学目标确立好并展示好的重要性。这要求我们的老师尽量把定向做的简捷、清晰，让每一名学生都心里清楚、明确。课的开始使学生认识到求知的重要，唤发起求知的欲望，这样的课肯定会越上越好。

三、尽量照顾到不同层次的学生传统的课堂之所以落后，关键是教师完全依赖教案，课堂上讲授太多，这样的老师目中无人，或者把所有的学生看作一类人。课改的中心思想是以人为本，充分挖掘每一名学生的潜能，让每一名学生都有自己最大的收获。尽管我们还不能做到极致，但这是我们课堂教学所追求的理想。所以老师们要充分做好课后的反思，我们的课堂里尖子生是不是飞了起来，中间层次的学生学得是否舒适了，成绩落后的学生进步了多少，当然先把第三条当做评价自己的课堂效果的底线。

四、尽量让学生提出课堂中的问题，然后把问题交给学生解决

只有做到了这一点，才能称得上以培养学生自学能力为中心，做到了课堂的科学与民主，这才是真正的课改。问题是老师提出的，问题的意义就逊色很多，问题是老师解答的，问题的实效就接近于零。学生学到脑子里的知识大多是自己悟出来的，即使是通过老师讲的，最后也需要学生自己内化，这样倒不如把一切尽可能的交给学生，让他们自主、探究、再合作，这才是新课改提倡的学习方式。当然这对老师的要求高了许多，真的需要老师好好向教育名家学习，名家的方法的的确确非常宝贵，因为他们都能够高屋建瓴地审视教育发展的规律。

五、尽量在课堂上就着手培养学生优秀的品质和良好的习惯我们对学生有很多的规范、守则与要求，这不能仅仅是在课外所做的，相反在课堂上的表现是最多的，很多老师对这一点重视不够，比如让学生规范坐姿站姿书写姿态，让学生用普通话，让学生大大方方地说话，让学生真诚地与老师同学交流，让学生在讲台上去讲，让学生提出老师想不到的问题，让学生比老师讲得还好，让学生写的字比老师还好……很多很多完全是在课堂上就去做的。培养出超过老师的学生，是老师的荣幸，更是老师最大的幸福!
