2008北京奥运会，为我的暑假增添色彩，使我的假期更加充实、愉快!我忘不了那一次激动人心的暑假。

“加油！加油！”“加油呀！射进去！”

放学的铃声一响，同学们都拎起书包冲出教室，他们约定好放学后进行一场足球友谊赛，有些同学早就按捺不住自己的心情了，上课时屁股都坐不下来，思想更不知道飞去哪了。

这是一块空地，没有球门，他们就把书包叠起来代替。观众席上坐满了人，有同学，有家长，还有一只正在睡觉的卷毛狗。

现在是点球赛，甲队的守门员正目不转睛地看着球，眼睛渣眨都不眨一下，生怕就在那一瞬间让对方进了球。他双腿紧绷，神情严肃，一副誓死也不让对方进球的样子。

观众们更是紧张地不得了，一个个都忘记了喊加油，一双双眼睛齐刷刷地望着那头，一个男孩踮起了脚伸长了脖子，生怕错过了那精彩都画面，那个穿西装的叔叔撩撩衣袖，仿佛跃跃欲试，连那只小卷毛狗都醒了，豆豆眼睛瞪着球，也被吸引住了。

最紧张的人非点球员莫属了，他全神贯注，一个转身把球挑了起来，那球如同一颗子弹射向了对面的球门，观众的目光随着球在空中划过一道弧线，最终落在门前。

随着卷毛狗的几声“汪汪”，球场上分出了胜负：平局。双方队员都十分兴奋，期待着下一次比赛。

一年一度的运动会开始了，我们穿戴整齐，排着整齐的队伍走过主席台。远远望去，操场上人山人海，那场面真让人激动啊!

董俊杰是我们班俗称的“飞毛腿”，他参加的是男子100米跑。经过紧张的检录，他站上了5号跑道。“各就各位，预备——”随着枪“啪”的一声响，董俊杰像离弦的箭一样，右脚使劲一蹬地，向前冲去。他手臂前后摇摆，双脚迅速前后交替。他心里想：我一定要为班级争光。突然，别班的同学一个箭步追了上来，他们两个不相上下。董俊杰说：“跑得挺快嘛，但是永远是我的手下败将。”那个同学说：“我才不会输给你呢，你才是我的手下败将。”马上就要到终点了，董俊杰使出全身力气，跑了第一名。我们大喊：“好样儿的，董俊杰!”

This time, the main destination is Australia, a country which is in the Southern Hemisphere. I want to feel the opposite climate, see never-seen scenery and experience the land and its people and live a quite new life for 7 days.

The first day:

I will take the Qantas Airways non-stop international flight (QF106) to Sydney, the capital of South Wales and Australia’s oldest largest city and port, to star the trip to Australia, overnight on board.

I will take a flight to Cairns, a city which is rounded by palm trees. It’s a tourist city, where there are magnificent mountains, dense rain forests. The forests are the world’s oldest, largest tropical rain forest. I can novel amphibious vehicles traveling around the forests, experience exotic enjoyment. What’s more, I can watch the indigenous people’s wonderful dance performance.

The fifth day:

Take a bus to the Great Barrier Reef Marine Terminal and take a ship to the world-famous Reef. Located off the coast of the north-eastern Australia, it is the world’s largest coral island, which stretches over 2000km, including thousands of coral reefs and shoals, known as “the eighth wonder of the world”. It is my plan to have a journey abroad. It will cost about 12000 RMB for the agency and I need another sum of money to support my self-consumption and other costs. 星期五，我们期待了许久的“梅郎杯”足球赛终于开赛了。我、潘畅、龚铭轩、黄博等人担任男队队员。

比赛即将开始，天上却下起了小雨，但这点小雨怎么能浇灭我们踢球的激情呢？今天的比赛是我们班对战七班，两个班的同学都到齐后裁判就吹响了比赛的哨音。先由七班队员发球，他们互相传了几球后出现失误，球被我们抢走。我们便开始发起进攻，球在我们班队员脚下变得听话极了，让对手很难抢到。突然，潘畅将传到了龚明轩脚下，龚铭轩用力地大脚射门，对方守门员来不及反应，球便飞快地滚进了球门。“进球了！”大家都欢呼起来，兴奋地鼓起了掌。

Will Christmas Replace the Spring Festival？

Christmas arouses increasing attention year by year in China。 Christmas cards become popular with students。 People hold Christmas parties and exchange Christmas girts。 A lot or TV and radio programs about Christmas are on。 Meanwhile the Spring Festival is less appealing to youngsters。 Thus some people wonder whether Christmas will replace the Spring Festival。

My plan of next year

A new year ，a new start，when I stand on the edge of a new year，I cant help thinking about my plan of next year。

Just as the old saying：“Well began is the half of the success。”So I decide that I should be at work while the others are still relaxing ，and then ，at the beginning ，Im quicker than the others and of course I will get better result than the others。

But ，what I really decide to do is that I must make good of anytime I can spare though it seems impossible。 While，I will do my best to live up with what I have planned，and the result will prove it。

今天，老师满面春风地走了进来说：“今天，我们玩一个小游戏好不好?”“太棒了!好!”全班同学一下子炸开了锅。热情涨得把屋顶都可以掀开了。“那好，我来说一下游戏规则。”游戏规则如下：全班同学分成两个组，每组选一个队长。再派三名同学上前，搬五个凳子围成一个圈。开始时，六个同学围着板凳飞快的转圈(放音乐)，音乐一停，同学就坐下(在凳子上)，没有抢到凳子的人淘汰。把一个凳子搬开。继续玩，看谁最厉害!

于是，我和周琪分别为2组和1组的队长。2组有1个女生，1组全是男生，情况有点不妙，我想。

开始了，音乐声响了起来。我们开始围着凳子转。我的心都提到了嗓子眼儿，但听到2组的拉拉队的加油声，我又立刻放松了下来。我的屁股紧紧的贴着凳子。突然音乐停了，我一下坐在凳子上。取得了这个凳子上的“统治权”。2组的一个女生被陈嘉鸣这个大屁股给挤了下去，她遗憾地被淘汰了。

第二局时，我完全放松了。还跳起了骑马舞呢!不过我还是一样——取得了一个凳子。哈哈!

一直到最后一局，只有我和黄成文PK。这下只有一个凳子了。我的心呯呯地直跳，仿佛就要跳出来了。再看看啦啦队的表现。第1组，哇，他们简直跳起了江南STYLE。再看看第2组的表现(我的组)，嘿，他们开始在桌子上叫：“你，姜云天，要是敢输有你好看!”我被他们逗得笑了出来，可一想到比赛，我不由得严肃起来。音乐声响起，我和黄成文都屁股挨在一块儿，开始了前所未有的，史上第一次“屁股大战”我仗着屁股大，挤了过去。可是他耍小把戏，把凳子搬了过去。可恶，我只有跟着他跑。他跑不过我，被我追到了。我手一把凳子抓住了。我和他又开始了“抢凳子大战”我手一拉，他差一点栽了一个大跟头。他也不甘示弱，卯足了劲拼命地扯，我可是100斤的牛人。扯不动，哈哈!

可他手一松，我的头往后一倒，差一点就摔倒了。就在这时，音乐声停了，他一屁股在凳子上坐着，我输了。

这一次的游戏真有趣!

儿童节是每个儿童最盼望的节日，而这次儿童节，我听见许多人说学校会表演各种各样辣眼睛的节目，真是让我迫不及待地想观看这次演出。

我盼星星，盼月亮，终于盼到了这难得一天——6月1日。老师带领着我们来到了风雨操场，观看这次对我来说好比观看奥运会开幕式的精彩演出。

只见风雨操场人山人海、光彩夺目，大有古代圆明园的壮观气派。无数学生老师众心拱月围绕着舞台。舞台上更是让人看得眼花缭乱。琳琅满目的装饰物全都装上了。大屏幕上有一个个五颜六色的小光圈。舞台上站着两位风度翩翩的小主持人。一男一女。

女主持人用柔美的声音说道：“下面请欣赏……”伴随着女主持人柔美的声音，一群高年级的大姐姐们拿着跳操垫大步流星地走上了舞台，从她们的眼神中就让人感觉到她们自信满满。女同学眼里满是期待，而我们男同学却异口同声地喊了一声：“切——。”只有杨鱼乐把眼睛睁得像玻璃球似的，死死地盯着打屏幕，似乎发现了什么奇珍异宝。我们除了杨鱼乐之外，都是要么有时看个两眼，要么有时跟同学讲两句话，无聊地看完了这个节目。

后面还有很多引人注目的节目，有走T台秀，听同学朗诵千字文，听一个六岁小孩演唱《我是一只小小鸟》……应有尽有。不过在众多节目中，我觉得还是听六岁小孩演唱最引人注目。只见那个小孩穿着西装，镇定地走上了台。这时，场下一阵惊呼，在唱歌的过程中，全场掌声不断，一阵阵欢呼声从场下传来。演唱结束后，场下又是一阵惊天动地的欢呼声。

过了三个小时后福6+1活动结束了，真是让人难以忘怀的精彩活动。

天高云淡的秋天到了，在这个秋风送爽的金秋中，同学们梦寐以求、两年一度的运动会终于开幕了，同学们各个是兴高采烈，快乐无比。

16日下午，操场上人山人海，呼喊声一浪高过一浪，响彻云霄。运动员们都士气高涨呢！经过了几场其他运动员激烈的比赛之后，五年级的跳大绳比赛终于拉开了序幕。我们八位参赛选手更是摩拳擦掌，跃跃欲试。比赛前几分钟，我们又做了最后一次训练。大绳在空中飞舞着，选手们在大绳圈中钻进钻出，表现得相当出色。

这时，广播中传出了“501班男生跳大绳组请做准备”的声音，我们便立即排出了严密的队形，精神抖擞的，都在心中暗暗下定决心：我们一定会尽最大努力，为班级，也为了自己，争光！

比赛开始了！只见夏老师与一位家长抡起胳膊，甩起了大绳。大绳击打在地上，发出强劲有力的“啪啪”声。刘卓越一马当先，率先冲入绳圈。紧接着，同学们依次连续冲了进去，一场挑战极限的比赛开始了。夏老师边甩绳，边为我们加油鼓劲。由于为了赶时间，大绳的转速比平时训练快多了，同学们跳了一半，已是筋疲力尽。可此时，我心中却想：不，我不能放弃，平时的训练都是为了这一刻，加油哇！其他运动员也没有放弃，都咬着牙，强打体力，奋力地跳着。一旁的拉拉队员不停呐喊助威，加油声此起彼伏。还为我们数着次数，“139、140、141……

“哦！”我们都欢呼了起来！几名运动员都大汗淋漓，满脸通红，可是都满不在乎。啊！为了这一刻，我们付出了多少汗水，多少心血啊！我们的辛苦付出，总算没有白费！得到了冠军的称呼，我们都无比自豪!

无疑是激动的一天，我们舞蹈班要参加一次激烈的竞争——拉丁舞团体赛，天空仿佛也知道此事，变得晴空万里。

今天早晨我洗漱好，穿上舞蹈服。收拾的井井有条，像一位正要远军的大将军似的。到点了，我和妈妈急急忙忙地向301站点进军。“嘀嘀- -呲”汽车如一条猛龙向我们飞来，停下了，人们蜂拥而至的向车上跑来，我和妈妈先上了汽车抢了一个可以看风景的好地方，位置全都站满了。一个老太太上来了，我看他年纪太大，就让了个座位给她。

路上，我们观看了一片美丽的小树林，还有一条清澈见底的湖泊，汽车行驶的很快不一会就到了目的地，我们又搭便车来到了齐大文化宫。

刚一进门，望眼一看人山人海，比赛的人好多呀!我心里不由得打颤。我们坐在了后台里，等待着上台。

现在请“团体舞比赛”登台表演，到了，我急忙脱掉外套，站好了排列的队形。上台了，我们随着轻快的曲调跳起了我们排练的舞蹈，每个人都各显身手，大家个个都不示弱，像自己和自己比一样，跳完了整节舞蹈。

值得激动的是我们获得了第一。这激烈的一次团体舞比赛，使我难忘在心。

春光明媚的一个上午，学校春季运动会开始了。广播通知了第一个比赛项目是一~三年级的接力赛。我们班的人激动极了，因为接力赛我们班跑得都很快。

不一会儿比赛要开始了，老师让我做第一棒。那时，我想第一棒太重要了，我不能让大家失望，我一定要领先。

很快一年级的比赛结束了，二年级的也马上要结束了。我很激动，也很紧张，我一次又一次地克服了自己的紧张心情。就在这时，二年级的结束了，我想：哈哈，该我们三年级的上场了，等着看我小宇宙爆发的惊人速度吧！

老师叫了声：“准备！”我的注意力特别集中。接着裁判老师又叫一声：“跑！”我飞快地跑到对面，在中途我都比他们领先一大步，为我们班争到了一个很大的优势。但在关键的时刻我的脚抽筋了。我觉得这一切也是值了！

我们班的运动员跑呀跑，就是没有哪个班跑得过我们。

激动人心的时刻到了。最后一棒开跑了……

比赛结束了，十几分钟后，老师在广播中宣布：“三（3）班第一，三（2）班第二，三（1）班第三，三（4）班第四。”得到了第一消息，全班都开始庆贺，有的跑来跑去，有的跳老跳去……大家都无比的开心。

至今想起当时的情景，真是让人激动不已。

Travel Alone

I think nearly everyone likes traveling. Sometimes we will travel with our friends or families, but sometimes we will travel alone. I believe different ways for traveling will have different feelings. And I prefer travelling alone. Travelling alone is more excited. Just imagine, you go to a beautiful place, but you have never gone there before, so you have to deal all the things by yourself. It is very adventure, right? In addition, travelling alone can avoid many conflicts that will have when travelling in group. Last, watching the same scenery by yourself or with many people will have different feelings. Therefore, sometimes you can think about traveling alone. It is good.

１．I was born and grow up in the south where is not too cold in winter and I had never had a chance to see, snow. Happily, I made a trip Harbin this winter and I finally enjoy the snowing.

One of my aunt lives in Harbin and she invited me to visit her. I stayed at her home for almost ten days. It snowed two times when I was there. One day, the weather report said that there would be a snow in the next day. Since then, I expected it so much. Next morning, when I woke up and looked out the window, I saw the outside become white. It was so beautiful. I went out immediately after I had my breakfast. The snow was on everywhere, the street, the car, the tree and the roof. I was excited to walk on the snow, leaving my footprints. Besides, I also went to see the ice engraving. They were all made by ice and were made into various figures, such as castles, cartoons, animals and so on. When the colorful lights turned on at night, it was another amazing image. It seemed in the fairy tale.

How wonderful the visit to Harbin was!

我在南方出生、成长，这里的冬天并不算太冷，所以我一直没有见过下雪。值得高兴的是，这个冬天我去哈尔滨旅游，终于欣赏到了雪景。

我的一个阿姨住在哈尔滨，她邀请我去玩，我在她的家里住了差不多十天，期间下了两次雪。有一天，天气预报说第二天会下雪，我十分期待。第二天早晨，当我醒来看向窗外时，外面全部变成了白色，非常漂亮。早餐过后，我迫不及待地出门去。外面到处都是雪，街道上、汽车上、树上和屋顶上都铺满了雪。我兴奋得踩在雪地上，留下一串串脚印。另外，我还去看了冰雕，它们全都是用冰做成的，被刻成了各种形象，有城堡、卡通人物和动物等等。晚上，当亮起彩灯时，又是另外一番美景，像在童话故事里一样。

这真是一次精彩的哈尔滨之行！

２．Last year, I traveled to Beijing by train. It was very fast. I like travel by train, because I like the feeling in the train. Besides, I can enjoy the scenery on the way.

However, after the journey last week, I dont want to travel by train anymore, because it is too tired to have fun. It took me sixteen hours on the train. I was very tired and I had to spend a day to have a good rest. And it was boring on the train. Therefore, I think it should not travel by train if its far.

去年我坐火车到北京旅游。火车速度很快。我喜欢坐火车去旅行，因为我喜欢在火车上的感觉。除此之外，我还可以享受沿途的风景。但是，上个星期的旅程过后我就再也不想坐火车了，因为我累得不能好好玩。我在 火车上度过了十六小时。我觉得很累，不得不花一天时间休息。而且火车上很无聊。所以，我觉得路途遥远的话就不要坐火车旅行。

３．Nowadays, people prefer to travel by air. This is

because air travel has some advantages. First of all,

airplane, the miracle created by man, is the fastest means of transport. It takes the least time for one to travel by air from one place to another. Besides, traveling by air is

convenient and comfortable. Friendly air hostesses are affectionate and considerate. They look after passengers all the way to their destinations. In addition, on long

distance flights there are films and music for people to entertain themselves.

As a popular saying goes, "Everything has two sides." The same is true of air travel. It has some disadvantages, too. For one thing, air travel is expensive. The average

Chinese are not rich enough to afford expensive air fares. So they prefer to take trains, which save a lot of money.

For another, although passengers are assured of their safety, they are still worried about it during the journey because flying always involves more or less risk.

As for I am concerned, the advantages mentioned

above exceed the disadvantages. If I were given choice between traveling by air and by train, I would certainly prefer the former, especially the long distance journey,

because time is the most important thing I have to take into consideration whatever I do.

现在，人们喜欢坐飞机去旅游。这是因为坐飞机旅游有一些优点。首先，飞机是人类发明的奇迹，是最快的交通方式。坐飞机从一个地方到另一个地方花的时间最少。此外，坐飞机旅游方便舒适。友好的空姐深情体贴。她们一路上都照顾乘客。另外，长途飞行有电影和音乐给人们自娱自乐。

在我看来，上述优点多于缺点。如果让我在火车和飞机之间选择,我宁愿选择前者，特别是长途旅行，因为不管我做什么，时间是我应该考虑的最重要的东西。

金秋时期，我盼望已久的，一年一度的运动会开始啦!

比赛当天，我们排着整齐的队伍，浩浩荡荡地来到了体育场。瞧，观众席上黑压压的一片，呐喊助威声彼此起伏。

运动会开始啦!瞧，掷实心球的同学个个脸涨得通红，青筋暴起，奋力地向前掷球;再来看跳高的同学们，他们奋力助跑，纵身一跃，个个身手矫健。我这个小运动员也不例外，戴上号码牌，去参加跳远项目。轮到我了，我拼命向前冲，在白线的边缘，一只脚用力一蹬，腾空而起，在空中掠过一道矫健的剪影。周围的同学发出了惊呼声，我成功了!不要以为比赛就这么结束了，我还有个比赛项目——接力赛。我正好和三班的小飞人在同一棒，我有点忐忑不安。我们都来到了指定位置上。“嘭!”发令枪一响，运动员们飞快地冲了出去，快轮到我了，我想：我千万不能掉棒，一失足，得成千古恨哪!我一接到棒子，就铆足了劲向前冲，把棒子递给小邱。她一接到棒，就像离弦的箭向前冲。我们获得了冠军!我们激动地抱成一团，欢呼声回荡在运动场上。

啊，这次激动人心的运动会多么难以忘怀啊!
