这是七月中旬的一天，此时的我才从之前的一无所知的篮球小子蜕变，一步跨入了提高班的大门。在球技不断提高的同时，我亦不断成长。

而今天，教练说我们今天来一场真正的比赛吧，大家听后个个激动不已，脸上早已是喜悦的笑容，甚至周围的空气都被兴奋布满。

不知不觉，决战时刻到来了，大家早已是摩拳擦掌，两眼冒着血光，仿佛是身经百战的士兵一样。随着教练的一声哨响，一瞬间，球被传出，竟被敌方所拦截，接到球的1号队员，见我方队员正虎视眈眈地看着他，犹如对待一头无路可走的小绵羊。可谁知他一个“胯下运球”“变向”便冲出重重包围，顺势“三步上篮”，球在篮筐上转了两圈便进蓝了。

哎，篮球场就是这样，稍有不慎，便会把局势反转。我们又开始发球了，这次我们谁也不敢放松，生怕又像之前那样大意失荆州。

只见我方的3号选手一跃而上，把球传给最接近篮球框的我。我见球朝我袭来，一跃便接住了球，再借力一跃，想把球投入蓝中，可谁知对方个子最高的5号选手扑了上来，用手把空中的球拍了下来，我只好把球从对方手中抢走，想要再次投篮，可抬头一看，对方的5号选手早已在篮下守株待兔，我便想到了今日教练才教的“转身投篮”，动作虽有些青涩，但依旧是过掉了这缠人的5号选手，之后，我再一跃而起，球便直入篮筐。比分也变成了1：1。正当大家意犹未尽还想再来一局时，教练却吹起了哨，结束了比赛。

这场比赛虽然不到二十分钟，但场面非常激烈，真是激动人心的几分钟啊！

天高云淡的秋天到了，在这个秋风送爽的金秋中，同学们梦寐以求、两年一度的运动会终于开幕了，同学们各个是兴高采烈，快乐无比。

16日下午，操场上人山人海，呼喊声一浪高过一浪，响彻云霄。运动员们都士气高涨呢!经过了几场其他运动员激烈的比赛之后，五年级的跳大绳比赛终于拉开了序幕。我们八位参赛选手更是摩拳擦掌，跃跃欲试。比赛前几分钟，我们又做了最后一次训练。大绳在空中飞舞着，选手们在大绳圈中钻进钻出，表现得相当出色。

这时，广播中传出了“501班男生跳大绳组请做准备”的声音，我们便立即排出了严密的队形，精神抖擞的，都在心中暗暗下定决心：我们一定会尽最大努力，为班级，也为了自己，争光!

比赛开始了!只见夏老师与一位家长抡起胳膊，甩起了大绳。大绳击打在地上，发出强劲有力的“啪啪”声。刘卓越一马当先，率先冲入绳圈。紧接着，同学们依次连续冲了进去，一场挑战极限的比赛开始了。夏老师边甩绳，边为我们加油鼓劲。由于为了赶时间，大绳的转速比平时训练快多了，同学们跳了一半，已是筋疲力尽。可此时，我心中却想：不，我不能放弃，平时的训练都是为了这一刻，加油哇!其他运动员也没有放弃，都咬着牙，强打体力，奋力地跳着。一旁的拉拉队员不停呐喊助威，加油声此起彼伏。还为我们数着次数，“139、140、141……”“停!”裁判一声令下，“501班男子共跳了142个，以绝对的优势获得了男子跳大绳比赛的冠军!祝贺!”

“哦!”我们都欢呼了起来!几名运动员都大汗淋漓，满脸通红，可是都满不在乎。啊!为了这一刻，我们付出了多少汗水，多少心血啊!我们的辛苦付出，总算没有白费!得到了冠军的称呼，我们都无比自豪!

每当我想起小学一年级上学期期末考试的情景，就会不由自主的激动万分。 因为我们那个时候我们刚刚上学，面对着第一次大规模的考试，内心都感到十分的紧张„„全班同学都带着紧张的心情走进考场，又带着复杂的心情走出考场。

终于考完了，可在家休息的两天，我是吃不进饭，睡不好觉，做什么都打不起精神，天天都想着自己的成绩。

终于到了公布成绩的时候了，对于这一时刻的来临，我们既担心，又激动。担心是因为如果考不好的话，老师和家长都要批评我们;激动是因为如果考好了的话，就有奖品。 等等，别说话„„老师开始报分数了，李子浩，语文98分，数学92分。冯奕，语文96分，数学89分„„郎子曦„„到我了!到我了!我的心里就像揣了一只小兔子，砰砰砰地乱跳。

就在我慌乱的时候，老师给了我一个非常美丽动听的分数：语文100分。之后老师又给了我一个惊喜的消息：数学100分。

“各就各位，预备，开始！”裁判一声令下。我抓紧了麻绳，奋力往后拔。啊！我们要被拔走了！我们的局势不好！我使出吃奶的劲儿，怒吼一声，似一头凶猛发怒的狮子。其他同学也不例外，更不亚于我呢！对面的胡智军咬牙切齿，脸涨得通红通红的，似乎被火烤着了似的。

“耶！耶！”一阵阵欢呼声传入我们的耳中，这出自于我们的胜利！

紧接着，田径运动会正式开始了！一场又一场激烈的比赛，打破了操场本有的寂静。

吃饭中饭，意识将近一点钟了。下午，这个激动人心的时刻！我也要参加比赛了——调高与跳远。“请五年级女子跳高到检录处检录！”我和余楚烨迅速来到检录处。毫无跳高经验的我显得格外紧张。我不停地拉起余楚烨的手：“余楚，怎么办，怎么办？我跳不过去的！”而余楚烨总是安慰我说：“没事的，这只是心理作用，你一定可以跳过去的！”我稍稍缓了一些，心里却总有几分不安。

走上正源楼，我的心跳顿时加速，不知如何是好。轮到我了，前面的对手都跳过去了，我对自己说：不要怕，别紧张，一定可以跳过去的。余楚烨鼓励我：“别怕，前腿伸直，左手碰右脚，蹬上去，就一定可以跳过去的！”我点了点头，向前跑去。右脚向上跨，踩到垫子上。可“啪”的一声杆子落地了。我的后脚不小心勾住杆子了。“443，再来一次。”我前脚伸直，往前蹬，小心翼翼地把右脚跨上来。啊！成功了，我为此感到十分庆幸！

当第五轮的时候，也就是92厘米，我被淘汰了，但是，没关系，重在参与嘛！我已经跳得很不错了！

刚参加完挑高层，我和余楚烨又去参加跳远了。跳远，对于我来说小菜一碟，十分拿手，去年还得了银牌呢！到我了，我丝毫不紧张，而且还胸有成竹呢！

在阳光和阵阵北风的伴随下，我们迎来了一年一度的冬季长跑比赛。

按照事先安排好的规定，我们先坐在教室里，等候上场的命令。即使坐在教室里，也丝毫没有按捺住小运动员们那既紧张又激动的心情（我就是其中一员）。你瞧：他们在座位上，有的沉思着，似乎在思索夺得第一的策略；有的一脸兴奋，似乎已得到了第一；有的拍着胸脯，似乎很自信地说：“我一定能得第一！”大家都在等着、盼着，期待着比赛的来临。

不知过了多久，终于轮到四年级学生上场了 ，听了这个消息，我们心里既激动，又紧张，一窝蜂的跑下了楼。可令我担心的是：我们班的体育健将公鲁豫由于今天身体状况不佳，跑步速度可能会下降。恐怕不能坚持到底了。想着想着只见公鲁豫已经站在了起跑线上，等候着决战的来临。随着一声枪响，已站在跑道起点的四年级男生个个像剑一样“射”了出去，我们班的公鲁豫虽然带着病，但凭着他那坚强的意志一马当先，跑在最前面。而四（1）班的谢子豪也是“飞人”，紧追不舍。眼看着谢子豪就要超过他了，可公鲁豫不知从哪来了一股力量，拚命向前冲去，把谢子豪甩在了后面。就这样，两名小将一前一后向终点奔去。三圈过去了，公鲁豫的体力也随着圈数的增加逐渐减少、耗尽了。终于，他带着病、光荣的离开了跑道。

我们班的第二大“飞毛腿”陈星宇一见他下场了，更加用力的跑着，在最后一圈冲刺时表现的尤为精彩。只见他紧抿着嘴唇，两眼喷着火光，迈开腿，奋力向终点冲去。最终以第七名的成绩突破了他之前的记录。

现在轮到四年级女生比赛了，我想：决战来临了，我可一定要努力，不能辜负大家对我的希望呀！站在起点，我用力打着两肋，尽力动员自己体内最大的能量，接着又听从裁判员的命令，做好了准备姿势。“嘭” ！一声枪响，炸裂长空。我的反应最迅速，冲在前面，但很快就有几只飞毛腿以迅雷不及掩耳之势超过了我。我见了，急忙保持好速度，不让别人能超过自己，自己不超过别人（只有这样才能保持好体力，坚持到底）。我后面还紧跟着跑得较快四（4）班的赵媚蓝，但她与我的差距还有几十米远。我暗暗松了一口气，继续保持着既不慢也不快的速度向前跑着。这时，我就悄悄下定了决心：在这场比赛上，如果我得不了第一名，也要得上前十名的成绩。

该跑第二圈了，我的体力还多的是。突然，我冒出了一个超过在我前面同学的念头。正要加速，可转念又一想，不行，这样多费体力啊！还是等到冲刺时再“执行”这一任务吧！想到这里，我又打消了这一念头。望着跑在我前面的同学叹了口气。唉！谁让她们跑得比我快呢？

跑了将近三圈，我猛然听到噔噔噔的脚步声和粗重的喘气声朝我迅速逼近。我回过头来一看：不好！赵媚蓝就要超过我了！我急忙稍稍加速，尽量用计将她甩在后面。她也丝毫不落后，紧随不舍。就这样，我在提防着别人超过自己的同时均速跑着，默默地等待着冲刺时机的来临。熬过了漫长的一圈，我小声咕哝着：“呼、呼，第。第四圈到了。”这一圈对我来说更漫长，因为我的体力已所剩无几了，又要保持速度与别人竞争，这对现在的我来说是多么困难的事啊！有时，我已经有了停下来休息的念头，但为了取得好名次，为班级争光添彩，我还是坚持着没有停下来。终于熬到最后一圈了，这正是冲刺的好时机啊！我和身后的赵媚蓝一起向终点冲去，在中途又超过了好几个人。

可没过多久，赵媚蓝就以那惊人的短跑速度占了上风，冲在我的前面。不行，让一个原本在我后面的人超过我，多丢脸啊！我拼尽全力也要超过她，决不能让她在我前面冲向终点，我想。离终点只剩一两米了，我咬紧牙关，挥动双臂，迈开两腿，用前所未有的速度往终点奔去。终于，赵媚蓝那颜色鲜明的衣服和终点线在我的眼前一晃，过去了。我的身体在被惯性带动了一段路程后，也停了下来。我大口大口的喘着气，也没有来得及数出自己的名次，却一眼瞅见了站在我身后，正在叹息没有超过我的赵媚蓝。直到妈妈兴致勃勃地跑过来告诉我：“女儿，真不错！得了第六名！”我才在惊讶之余中兴奋地跳了起来。紧接着又领到了令我向往的奖品。领到奖品后，我默默地注视着它们。心想：它们真是来自不易呀！毕竟是我用辛勤和汗水换来的啊！

虽然我没有得第一名，但我下次一定要努力，把第一名这个光荣称号夺过来！

When I was a primary school student, my family and I took a trip to five cities which were in the south of China.

First, we came to Nanjing by plane. That was the first time I had taken the plane and it took us an hour and a half to get there. We arrived in Nanjing in the morning. At 11:30 we went to a restaurant to have lunch. The food tasted delicious. In the afternoon we went to “Zhongshanling”. It was the place that preserve the tomb of Mr. Sugshan.

The next day, we came to Wuxi and then Suzhou where we visited the region of rivers and lakes of “周庄”. It was a beautiful and old place. The house there were along the river and the women always washed clothes at the bank.The fourth day, we came to Hangzhou where We visited “The West Lake. It was very beautiful and the water was clear . As we all know, Hangzhou is famous for silk and tea, so we bought some beautiful silk and famous tea of “龙井”.The last place that we visited was Shanghai. It was one of the biggest city is China. The night view in Shanghai was more beautiful than Beijing. We visited the TV tower of “东方明珠”. It was the third tallest tower in the world. Standing in the tower you could see the whole city. In the evening, we lived in a hotel with 25 floors. I was very excited that evening.

This trip took us seven days and we went back to Beijing by plane. The plane was very very big. There were three engine rooms. I felt happy and I would never forget the trip.

My traveling plan

I hope to go on a trip to Beijing,but my mother always tells me "you cant".She thinks I am too young to go to Beijing,and I am too busy at school.This term is over,To my surprise,my mother will take me to Beijing.I am very excited!Then I have a traveing plan for this trip:firstly I will go to the tiananmen square,I will take many pictures,then I am going to the palace museum,I can see many old builds there.secondly,I am goingto the wangfujing street,we will buy many things,for example,foods,clothes and some books.then I will go home. I think I will have a great trip to Beijing.

大家期待已久的运动会终于到来了。

今天早上，晴空万里。激动人心的运动会开幕式，终于被盼来了。

我校师生来到了宽阔的操场上，那骄阳烈焰，可并比不上我们那颗炽热澎湃的心。

我们静静地观看着。一个又一个班的同学，斗志昂扬地迈着整齐划一的步伐，向着前方走去。

近了，更近了，终于轮到了我们班。

我们每一位同学，怀着激动的心情，站在了跑道上。踏出了坚定的步伐。我们坚定，自豪地踏着步走上前去，激昂地喊出了我们的口号……

此时此刻，我们的心中或许有种念头在涌动。这或许就是青春。在运动场上，在人生的道路上，我们在不断地奔跑着。欢笑的我们，努力的我们，胜利的我们……这一些片段都是我们美丽的回忆。

在运动会上，不需要太多的顾虑，勇敢地向着前方的终点奔去，失败了，站起来重新来过。成功了，继续努力奋斗。

多少年来，人们都把运动视为神圣的，因此才会出现奥林匹克运动会。今天，我从那一刻感受到它带给我的激动。我是义工队的成员，就在跑道上的终点工作。高中男子200米赛跑开始了，大家各就各位，等待着选手冲刺。

“加油!加油!”啊!来了，领先的运动员像一只展翅的雄鹰，向终点“飞”来。他跑得十分拼命，头仰天，紧闭双眼，咬着牙跟，手脚迅速摆动着，在他后面紧跟着另外一名选手。也许真的是太快了，身体不协调，很不幸的，他摔倒在跑道上了，虽然如此，但身后的选手仍无情地超越他，看来他要与冠军失之交臂了。但他仍然吃力地爬起来，即使脸已经通红，喘着气，脚也擦伤了，突然，我想起来了，在以往的奥运会中，也有一名马拉松参赛选手曾负着脚伤跑完了全程，当他最后一个跑进终点时，掌声热血沸腾，“重在参与”的宗旨实在是让人可敬啊。如今，在我们学校里，也出现了有着这种精神的人，在他们胸前我看见了熊熊燃烧的圣火，那是坚强、永不言败的。运动把坚强的门推开了，坚强把不败的门推开了，不败把阳光的门推开了，阳光把辉煌的门推开了。运动把五环凑在一起，他以独特的魅力引领着我们……

上周二，我们学校举行了一场激动人心的运动会。

运动会的比赛项目有：跳绳跑，扔沙包，接力跑，转呼啦圈，仰卧起坐，拔河比赛……

让我印象最深的是接力跑。我们301班对402班，我拿着话筒拼命地喊：“加油，加油，301班加油！XXX加油！”我们班的运动员个个跑得很快，没有一个迟疑的。402班的运动员，有的像饥饿的兔子见到了胡萝卜，拼命往前冲；有的没有接住棒子又跑回去拿；还有的跑到半路，棒子掉了……。他们气急败坏地追着，我们班全部跑完时，他们最后一棒才跑了一半。最后我们301班获胜了，同学们都欢呼起来。这么有趣的比赛在我们的呐喊声中结束了。

让我感到最精彩的是拔河比赛。我们301班又对上了402班，我们班的运动员个个拉成弓步，身子像葡萄似地紧紧挨着，奋力地往自己的地方拉。402班的运动员也不甘示落，嘴里甚至喊道：“输了一局，不能再输第二局。”随着裁判一声哨响，运动员们都使劲的拉，只见他们个个都涨红了脸，一阵时间过去了，大家似乎有点筋疲力尽了。二个班级你拉我扯，分不出胜负。随着老师们、前来帮忙的家长们和参观的同学们拼命喊：“301班加油！301班必胜！”“402班加油！402班必胜！”绳子往左挪一点，又往右挪了一点，看得我们真是即激动又紧张，真恨不得自己跑上去拉一把，突然我们班的同学们像小宇宙爆发似的发出了新能量，又赢了402班。啊，团结就是力量！团结就会创造奇迹呀！

让我最难忘的是仰卧起坐，因为这个项目，我也参加了！轮到我时，我闭紧双眼，双手抱头。一听裁判一声令下：“开始！”我就一个劲地把头往上抬，自己还默默地数：1、2、3……，慢慢的我觉得有点累了，速度也有点慢下来了，我拼命催自己：“快点往前，快点往前。”“10、9、8……。”听见周围的人大声地喊着，啊，时间快到了，我使出浑身解数，继续抓紧时间做着……。终于，我做了43个，得了第二名，啊，我真开心呀！

这次运动会结束了，通过全班同学的共同努力，我们班得了全校总体第二名的好成绩。真希望下次的运动会快点到来，我们班肯定会得总体第一！

今天天气好极了，我从家里出来，走向学校，今天要比赛英语呢！

我怀着激动的心情走进了考场，心一直“砰砰”的跳，我并不知道要靠的是什么，一看卷子，哈哈！小菜一碟！可做着做着，就觉得越来越难了，不过，老师说：“认真思考，就会想出答案来的。”我一直想啊想，终于想到了怎么写！嘻嘻……

后面几道题就比较难了，我想自己应该好好想想，可想了很久很久，还没有想起来。啊！我一看表，时间快到了！还是现在答题卡上写吧！

考试后，我估计自己可以得94分，但我不知道自己的分数。

唉，这激动的一天！

Yesterday, mom and dad took me to follow tour group to visit the west lake together.

To the west lake, I saw the beautiful west lake scenery, attracts many tourists. From a distance, the west lake lake calm like a big mirror bright.

After a while, we followed the guide on the ship. Boat, tour guide will introduce us to the west lake. The west lake have broken bridge, why called middle-east? Actually broken bridge isnt broken, it is snow in winter, snow on the broken bridge. Melting, seen from the sky, I feel like a broken. There is leifeng pagoda, gem mountain west lake... We listened with relish.

The ship stopped, we went to the just, saw many green lotus leaves, they each other, like small handfuls of umbrella. Some lotus flowers in bud, some lotus in full bloom already. Beside the lotus has two mandarin duck to swimming merrily on the surface of the lake. Then we saw quite a few big carp. Visitors to give food to big carp, carp jump up and splash water around a countless more going down, like a fountain.

The scenery of the west lake is beautiful! Like a beautiful picture, I really like the west lake.

昨天，爸爸妈妈带着我跟着旅游团一起去西湖游玩。

到了西湖，我看见西湖风光秀丽，吸引了许多游客。远远望去，西湖的湖水平静得像一面明亮的大镜子。

过了一会儿，我们跟着导游上了船。船开了，导游就给我们介绍起了西湖。西湖有断桥，为什么叫断桥呢?其实断桥没断，就是冬天下雪的时候，雪飘到断桥上。融化的时候，从天空中看，感觉像断了一样。西湖边有雷锋塔、宝石山……我们听得津津有味。

船停了，我们来到了三潭印月，就看见了许多嫩绿的荷叶，它们一个挨着一个，好像一把把小雨伞。有的荷花含苞欲放，有的荷花已经盛开了。荷花旁边有两只鸳鸯在湖面上快活地游来游去。然后我们又看到了好几条大鲤鱼。游客把食物给大鲤鱼，大鲤鱼就跳了起来，越下去的时候溅起了无数水花，像一个个喷泉。

西湖的景色真美啊!像一幅美不胜收的画，我真喜欢西湖。

时光飞逝，转眼间已到了2008年，北京的奥运会开幕了。这一天，国家奥林匹克中心成了全世界注目的焦点，观众席上的加油声，欢呼声一浪高过一浪，整个赛场犹如大海的浪头一样，十分壮观。每一位观众的心都在燃烧，期等那激动人心时刻的到来。这是一场中国和美国的足球赛。

我们队有两名非常有名的队员就是王桂龙和哑铃。美国队也有两个出名的队员叫阿德雷和阿夫雷特。

比赛开始了，有很多中国人在喊：“中国队必胜，中国队必胜。”还有人在喊：“中国队

加油：”美国队也有拉拉队助阵只是阵容不及中国。中国队发球了，王桂龙首先接住球向美国队的球门冲去，阿夫雷特来不及了，王桂龙的“龙之球”进了。阿主夫雷德特注意到了他们俩，王桂龙和哑铃互相传球，以为美国队都来不及防他们俩了。他们心里正洋洋得意之时，正当要射门的时候，没想到美国队形成了他们的防卫层，阿夫雷特在后面，阿德雷在前面剩下的几个队员排成了一行。王桂龙的球被抢了，阿雷德使用了“雷电四射”，射进了一球现在已经是1：1了。中国队的王桂龙直射了一个“龙之球”，2：1了，哑铃往前冲，被阿德雷挡住了，哑铃使用了它的必杀技，“铃之球”，把阿德雷绕了一圈，然后直接进门了。现在是3：1了，一声哨响，现在是半场休息。在休息期间王桂龙和哑铃跟队员们商谅要怎么拿下这一局，他们叫队员如何掩护他们使用平时练的“龙凤旋风球”来胜这场比赛，“龙凤旋风球”他们经过了坚苦很坚苦还有他们俩的默契才练成了“龙凤旋风球”，他们要一展身手。让中国队扬眉吐气。。队员们个个信心十足。

下半场开始了，中国队员被美国队撞倒了，美国队被罚下场了3个人，而中国队已经被打伤了5个人。这时，阿夫雷特要准备给中国队来个措手不及，他使用了他的“大脚旋风球”连进了2个球。这时已经平分了，王桂龙着急了，他和哑铃一起合作使用了平时苦练的“龙凤旋风球”，在队员的掩护下，也进了两个球。这下场下的观众立刻风狂叫了起来，那场面没法用语言来表达。终于，哨声响了，比赛结束了5：3，中国队胜了。场下的欢呼声象雷鸣一般响亮。

看，整齐的步伐；听，喧天的掌声；闻，清新的空气。令人心潮澎湃的校园冬季运动会召开了，校园每个角落也随之展开了丰富多彩的画卷。

看！那是一幅不断超越的画面，它激励我们勇往直前。操场上运动员们一个个磨拳擦掌，舒展身体，准备着1000米的赛跑。校园中洋溢着一种快乐、激动的气氛，鸟儿似乎也受到了感染，在树上上蹿下跳，就连白云也白得不可思议。裁判员旗一放下，运动员像一支支离弦的箭冲了出去。开始我们班的两名运动员还在后面，跑了一圈之后他们就不断反超，跑到后来，别人都气喘吁吁，他们俩反而脚上像生了风似的，超过一个又一个选手，最后，他们二人凭借顽强的毅力和强大的实力，分别跑得第一和第二的好成绩。那一刻，我们班所有的同学都沸腾了，纷纷为他们欢呼。看，这些令人兴奋的场面怎能不让我们激动？

看！那是一幅坚持不懈的画面，它鼓舞我们永不放弃。到了比赛的第二天，天气有一丝寒冷，但人们依然是心潮澎湃。又一轮赛跑开始了，枪声刚发出，他便如一匹脱缰的野马飞驰在跑道上，跑了一圈后，他开始加速，就在这时，他突然摔倒了。当观众叹惋之际，他竟缓慢地站了起来，开始追赶前面的运动员。不难看出他摔得很重你看，他的裤子上多了两个黑窟窿。可是，他仍然坚持跑着，超过了一个又一个运动员快与第一位选手不分上下了，再坚持一下就在跨越终点的那一刻他超过了第一位选手，获得了第一名！这时，周围响起了排山倒海的掌声，大家都为这位坚持不懈的男孩发出发自肺腑的夸赞。

看！那是一幅战胜自我的画面，它告诉我们一分耕耘，一分收获。到了跳绳比赛时，气温逐渐升高，校园里依然热火朝天。裁判员一声令下，运动员们各自挥舞手中那纤细的绳子。想起平时同学们很努力的训练，黄昏下那胖胖的身影，跳得不太好的小胖子，汗珠一滴一滴流淌，旁边很多同学数着：91，92121，122，而现在，小胖子手中绳影闪闪，上下翻飞的绳子像金蛇狂舞，瘦了一圈的小身材轻松自如，旁边是我们为他激烈的欢呼，那一道道优美的弧度还在进行，一个个黄昏下的苦练，是小胖战胜困难的身影，今天取得的优异成绩，是他刻苦训练的回报。

看，那一幅幅美丽的画卷；看，那一个个活跃的身姿；看，那一次次惊人的超越。我永远也不会忘记！那激动人心的冬运会。

听说要开展一场激动人心，别开生面的航模表演，我们都很期待，这不，上午在陈老师的带领下我们来到了学校操场。

航空展开始了，只见一架红蓝相间的飞机模型停在地上，可是它这么小，能飞起来吗？就算能飞的起来的话，是不是也只能飞一层楼这么高？我有些轻视它。我正想着，只见它先是在地上跑了两圈，做做热身运动，随后飞机螺旋桨飞速的转起来，越飞越高，越飞越高……在天空划过一道道美丽的弧线。紧接着飞机在空中来了一个三百六十度的大旋转，使我们惊讶不已。只见它一圈一圈地在空中徘徊着，就连让我们上厕所的时间都舍不得去了。但我又心想着，它会不会一头“栽”到地上呢？我为它担心着。可它连续几个空中翻转后平稳落地，我们掌声不断。

随后，这辆飞机与一架迷你无人机一起升起。它们一会儿三百六十度大翻转；一会儿在空中徘徊；一会儿连续了二十二个小翻转；一会儿竖着飞。像两个美丽的舞者。我仿佛看到了一架架火箭，飞机冲破云霄升空的情景……

这真是一场精彩的航空展！

运动会因为时间紧迫的原因，广播操比赛和接力赛被换到了10月21日。晨会上，分各个年级进行了广播操比赛。

到五年级组了，放眼望去，大家都做得十分整齐、到位，所有同学都想为自己的班级增光添彩。看！我们班的同学们，一个个精神抖擞，起劲地做着，脸上挥洒着他们的阳光自信、天真纯洁！时间一分一秒地过去，不知不觉中，大课间到了，接力赛的时间也到了。“呯”的一声枪响，我班的运动健儿如离弦的箭一般射了出去，飞跑着，坐在草坪上的我们，一个个都禁不住站起来，甚至跳起来为他们呐喊助威，男子比完了，女子组运动员该上场了，各就各位后，我们对柳倩说：“加油！”她点点头，那目光，那眼神，使人浑身是力量！我的心跳在加速。随着枪声响起，我也感觉自己在跑，好紧张，一棒、两棒、三棒、三棒交完后，我默默喊，冲上去，超过前面的！虽然还在加油鼓劲，我快绝望了，突然一个熟悉的身影闪过，是柳倩，我突然振奋起来，她的速度真快，一会儿就超上了前面的几位，我对她刮目相看——小小的人能跑那么快！果然，柳倩不负众望，在小组里遥遥领先。运动员们个个气喘吁吁地回来了，在坐的伙伴有的递水，有的捶背，还有的竟然递上了巧克力给他们补充能量。这时，杜梦静跑来，对我们说：“我们班第一名，光播操也是！”“耶！”“太棒啦！”每一个人脸上都洋溢着自豪的神情、微笑，整个操场充满我们的欢笑。双喜临门，怎不令人兴奋呢？要知道，在往年的运动会上我班成绩都不如人意，总是垫底的。

这个激动人心的时刻是同学们和老师们用辛勤的汗水换来的，这些运动健将放学后刻苦训练的情景浮现在我眼前……激动人心的时刻不仅是赛事，还有我们纯洁的友情！我们用最天真的欢笑、泪水、童年，一起谱写最动人的友情乐章！
