比赛开始了，原来叽叽喳喳议论的人们也都全神贯注的看了起来。先由对方发球，这是一个吊高球，还没等到球落地，对方的一个离我方球门很近的队员便把球接了下来，我方防守队员，可他左盘右带，越过了防守队员，突然，他以迅雷不及掩耳之势，一个斜射，球犹如流星一般向球门飞去，就在这时，原来喊加油的同学也不喊了，全场竟然鸦雀无声，我的心也提到了嗓子眼，心里想：完了，想救也来不及了。可是我方守门员却很沉着，并没有慌乱，他弓着腰，瞄准飞过来的球，一个饿虎扑食便把球抱住了，最终化险为夷。我长长的舒了一口气，心里的石头也总算落了地。

这时，轮到我方发球。我方守门员发了一个远球，我急忙跑到了一个离对方球门很近的一个位置，接下了球，在我对面的杜宇新向我摆了摆手，此时我已心领神会，我把球向前带了带，瞅准机会，迅速的将球传给了杜宇新。杜宇新接下了球，可是他并没有着急去射球，而是等对方守门员扑过来抢球时，绕过守门员，然后毫不犹豫一脚将球稳稳的送进了对方球门。全场顿时欢声雷动，随后，我们有势如破竹，一连进了两球，最后以3：0大获全胜！

最后，最为激动人心的4×100米接力赛开始了，四名选手都明白成败在此一举，准备尽力拼搏。万万没想到，意外发生了，第二棒陶艾坤竟然掉棒了!其它班将我班远远甩在了后面，但是，第三棒和第四棒同学毫不气馁，努力拼争，与前面班级的距离逐渐接近，超过了一个，又超过了一个……最终，我班第四棒同学率先闯过终点线。

文艺节目过后，就是各国运动员入场式，各国运动员在礼仪小姐的带领下，个个神采奕奕，精神抖擞，笑容满面，进入会场还不时向观众挥手示意，会场上一阵又一阵的响起欢呼声和呐喊声。最后入场的是中国代表队，走在最前面的是最高旗手姚明，和他并排的还有小英雄林浩。此刻会场上热烈气氛推向高潮，整个会场上简直沸腾起来。我也使劲鼓掌，联手都拍红了。

长达两个小时的入场式结束了。接下来的是我国体操王子李宁，他以空中飞人的方式点燃了奥运的主火炬。只见他腾空而起，伴随着皎洁的月光，在空中跑到上踩着祥云，用手中的火炬照亮祥云画卷，点燃了奥运的主火炬。这火炬照亮了中国，照亮了全世界，也照亮了我们的心。数万名观众惊讶!欢呼!眼中闪烁着激动的泪光!

奥运会开幕式圆满结束了，奥运会的精彩篇章却从这里开始了，我们期待出现更多奇迹，我们高呼中国加油!奥运加油!

第一天，我们坐长滩岛的特色船——螃蟹船出海钓鱼和浮潜。我把鱼食小虾挂在鱼钩上，然后把绳慢慢放下去，过了一会儿感觉有轻微动的感觉以为有鱼上钩，原来是小鱼把鱼食吃完了但没有上钩。 旁边许多人都钓到鱼了，我很着急。妈妈说，“钓鱼不要心急要慢慢的等鱼上钩。” 过了好一会儿，旁边同行的吕叔叔钓到了一条，船家说是小丑鱼，虽然我没有钓到但也很高兴。浮潜也很好玩，海底世界很漂亮，有许多的小鱼在身边游来游去，我仿佛也象小鱼一样了。

第二天一早，我们到海边玩风帆，风帆有点象螃蟹船，不过坐的地方不一样，风帆是坐在两边的网上，很自由自在的感觉。还有风帆是全部够风力的。 到了海中央几个大浪打过来，把我们的衣服弄得湿透了，妈妈还大叫起来。这里的海水很蓝，天空也很蓝，有几朵白云飘过，看远处海与天就象连起来一样，海天一色就是这样的吧。到了转弯的时候，控制船帆的人把帆落了又很熟悉的装回去，这样船就转了弯，很神奇。妈妈很喜欢坐风帆，说还要再玩一次。

长滩岛的白沙滩很出名，听导游说是世界七大沙滩之一，这里的沙就似棉花一样软和细。我在沙滩上彻城堡，不知不觉就玩了两个多小时，其间还有一个上海来的小妹妹与我一齐彻。我们两个都玩得很高兴。

长滩岛真好玩，下次还要再去!

在这秋高气爽的十月里，沐浴着秋日午后的阳光，迎来了秋季运动会。

这是我们在小学生涯中最后一次运动会，颇有纪念意义，我自然不会错过。早晨，我抑制不住激动的心情，早早地来到学校。等到教室里同学们都到齐之后，老师让我们列队去“观战”。操场上正在举行50米的比赛，我们虽然当不了运动员，但能为我们四（1）班呐喊助威也一样让人兴奋。我们快步跑到到终点处，那里已经站了不少为各自班级加油呐喊的同学了，原本寂静的赛场因为有了他们的加油声而热闹起来。只听“砰”的一声，赛场上顿时沸腾起来，运动员们一个个都像猛虎下山一飞离起点，像利箭般冲向终点，引得在场的观众们兴奋不已，不停地为选手们喊着“加油”，仿佛在赛场上飞奔的不是别人而是自己。哟！那不是我们班的杨博文同学嘛，看，他在我们班同学的加油鼓励声中，飞快地跑着，虽然没有获得前三名，但我们依然为他的努力而喝彩！我们班的女同学们也一点不逊色，朱心怡、叶紫彤、杨文丽同学也都在比赛中也取得了好成绩。后来又举行了100米、400米、800米的.比赛，我们班取得了不错的成绩。

这真是一场激动人心的运动会！

周五那天，是一个阳光明媚的日子，也是一个激动人心的日子，因为学校举行了四年级诗歌朗诵比赛，我们班获得了第一名。

那天第二节课间操结束后，我们在老师的带领下自信满满地来到了操场，期待着比赛开始。

当四三班最先上去比赛的时侯，我开始紧张起来，心儿怦怦跳，大脑一片空白，甚至连台词都忘记得一干二净了。我赶紧平复了一下紧张的心，渐渐又恢复了自信。

四四班上台后，我们班就整齐地站在舞台右边候场了。这时，有几位老师过来给我们班拍照片，我想：大概是我们班同学穿着整齐，看起来精神抖擞，连主持人也长得帅气吧！我相信，这次比赛我们班肯定能获第一名。

终于轮到我们班了，在张铭源铿锵有力的指挥下，我们迈着整齐的步伐，神采奕奕地走上了舞台。此刻，我又紧张起来，当我看见台下的张老师用鼓励和欣赏的目光注视着我们时，那种自信的感觉突然间回来了。接着，在张嘉禾铿锵有力的领诵下，我们声情并茂地朗诵起来。在比赛的过程中，我看见台下有很多的老师竖起了大拇指，这使我和同学们群情振奋，我们的声音更洪亮，更激情，更悦耳，最终，我们一字不差地圆满完成了朗诵展示！

在热烈的掌声中，我们走下舞台，来到操场中间继续观看其他班表演。同时，同学们也七嘴八舌地猜测起来。有的说我们班能拿第一，有的说能拿第二，有的说能拿第三，但我却有一种强烈的感觉，这次比赛我们班肯定能拿第一名，因为我们班的同学在表演之前付出了很多的努力！

四七班朗诵结束，朗诵比赛就画上了句号。公布成绩的时刻到了，场上顿时变得鸦雀无声，同学们凝神聆听。

"第一名，四五班！"

"耶！"同学们禁不住高声欢呼，沉浸在成功的喜悦之中。而这时，我对一句话的理解更加深刻了。“台上一分钟，台下十年功。”只有刻苦努力，才能取得最后的胜利！

A Trip by Car

I often make a trip by trains because it＇s both cheap and comfortable。 Last winter holidays I traveled in a car for the first time in my life。 At first I didn＇t feel well。 But this kind of feeling didn＇t last long。 the trip was exciting。 While travelling in a car， we could stop at any time if we wanted to enjoy the view

When I was a primary school student, my family and I took a trip to five

cities which were in the south of China.

First, we came to Nanjing by plane. That was the first time I had taken the

plane and it took us an hour and a half to get there. We arrived in Nanjing in

the morning. At 11:30 we went to a restaurant to have lunch. The food tasted

delicious. In the afternoon we went to “Zhongshanling”. It was the place that

preserve the tomb of Mr. Sugshan.

The next day, we came to Wuxi and then Suzhou where we visited the region

of rivers and lakes of “周庄”. It was a beautiful and old place. The house there

were along the river and the women always washed clothes at the bank.The fourth

day, we came to Hangzhou where We visited “The West Lake. It was very beautiful

and the water was clear .

As we all know, Hangzhou is famous for silk and tea, so we bought some

beautiful silk and famous tea of “龙井”.The last place that we visited was

Shanghai. It was one of the biggest city is China. The night view in Shanghai

was more beautiful than Beijing. We visited the TV tower of “东方明珠”. It was the

third tallest tower in the world. Standing in the tower you could see the whole

city. In the evening, we lived in a hotel with 25 floors. I was very excited

that evening.

This trip took us seven days and we went back to Beijing by plane. The

plane was very very big. There were three engine rooms. I felt happy and I would

never forget the trip.

If I were to leave my home for a year, there is one thing I definitely

would take with me: my cell phone. With my cell phone, I could call my friends

or family if I ever was lonely, needed advice, or just wanted to talk.

I went to Beijing on my holidays.

I went to Beijing more than eight times. Beijing is the capital of China. It’s a big city. I am very familiar with Beijing. It takes an hour and forty minutes from Nantong to Beijing by plane. 天高云淡的秋天到了，在这个秋风送爽的金秋中，同学们梦寐以求、两年一度的运动会终于开幕了，同学们各个是兴高采烈，快乐无比。

16日下午，操场上人山人海，呼喊声一浪高过一浪，响彻云霄。运动员们都士气高涨呢！经过了几场其他运动员激烈的比赛之后，五年级的跳大绳比赛终于拉开了序幕。我们八位参赛选手更是摩拳擦掌，跃跃欲试。比赛前几分钟，我们又做了最后一次训练。大绳在空中飞舞着，选手们在大绳圈中钻进钻出，表现得相当出色。

这时，广播中传出了“501班男生跳大绳组请做准备”的声音，我们便立即排出了严密的队形，精神抖擞的，都在心中暗暗下定决心：我们一定会尽最大努力，为班级，也为了自己，争光！

比赛开始了！只见夏老师与一位家长抡起胳膊，甩起了大绳。大绳击打在地上，发出强劲有力的“啪啪”声。刘卓越一马当先，率先冲入绳圈。紧接着，同学们依次连续冲了进去，一场挑战极限的比赛开始了。夏老师边甩绳，边为我们加油鼓劲。由于为了赶时间，大绳的转速比平时训练快多了，同学们跳了一半，已是筋疲力尽。可此时，我心中却想：不，我不能放弃，平时的训练都是为了这一刻，加油哇！其他运动员也没有放弃，都咬着牙，强打体力，奋力地跳着。一旁的拉拉队员不停呐喊助威，加油声此起彼伏。还为我们数着次数，“139、140、141……

“哦！”我们都欢呼了起来！几名运动员都大汗淋漓，满脸通红，可是都满不在乎。啊！为了这一刻，我们付出了多少汗水，多少心血啊！我们的辛苦付出，总算没有白费！得到了冠军的称呼，我们都无比自豪!

Zhuhai. Its a small but beautiful city. The streets are clean and the buildings

are huge. The traffic of Zhuhai is good. There is almost no traffic jams

here,because the transportation system is good. Macau is on the opposite of

Zhuhai.We can even see the cars running in the streets of Macau. I hope I can

step into Macau to visti this magical city.
