“加油，加油。”同学们不停地为我们两队队员加油。正在想着策略的我已经满头大汗了。然后我带着球猛地冲向“敌人”的龙门……

那是一个晴朗的下午，我们组织了20人准备正在进行的激烈的足球比赛的场面。我们在20人里选出了两个球员来做各队的队长。过了不久，我们已经分好工作准备开始。

“开始”叫声一完。我和我的队员小明做前锋。小明带着球拼命地朝向“敌人”的阵地里，然后他被人拦住了。小明不慌不忙，右脚包球一踢，球滚到左边去了。“敌人”的身躯已经往左边倾斜。正在这时候小明左脚轻轻一踢，球又落到右脚上了。这时“敌人”已经没办法反应过来。小明趁这机会跑上前去了。到“敌人”不远的时候，小明又遇上了一位“敌人”。这时小明没用刚才那招。因为他知道“敌人”已经看清楚他的底细了，所以他用力一踢球落到我脚上了。这时“敌人”的目光已经注意到我了正朝我这边跑来。我不停地用假动作来耍掉“敌人”。后来我遇到一位身材高大而有强壮的“敌人”，我不停地用假动作骗他走开，但是已给他一一破解了。在我没办法的时候我脑袋一转想到球可以从他的裤子底下那个洞穿过去，然后我把球轻轻地穿过他的洞最后我从他身旁跑过去接球。这只剩下龙门员一个“敌人”啦。我跑到他前面，龙门员跑过来想把我的球拿住不给我射。这时小明走了前来，我把球传了给他。这时龙门员反应不过来还朝着我这边做来。小明就用脚猛地一射。“进啦！”围观的同学们高声喝彩。

最后我们已3：2获胜了。这场足球赛令我懂得了做事一个人的力量是不够的，还要加上团队的力量才能把事做的十全十美。

[激动人心一幕作文

周四上午，太阳时隐时现，微风习习，正好适合户外运动。而我们檀枫小学首届田径运动会就在此时拉开了帷幕。

首先是开幕典礼，运动员代表、裁判、副校长逐一致辞、宣誓，然后由校长正式宣布运动会开幕。

比赛项目有很多，譬如垒球、跳远、跳高、六十米、二百米······

我所观看的第一个比赛就是男子跳高。不一会儿就轮到我们班的方羿阳了。只见他助跑、蹬腿起跳、收脚，一气呵成，越过了栏杆，成为了小组第二，并且在之后的总决赛中以优异的成绩荣获第一名。

周芷亦是我们班的跳远健将，只见她先以利箭一样的速度进行助跑，然后起跳，最后以3。55米的成绩让对手落下一大截，并取得了第一名的好成绩。

第二天进行的八百米决赛，我们的长跑健将陈帅宇和周轶承双双参加。随着“呯”地一声枪响，比赛开始了，所有运动员都像一匹脱缰的野马，窜了出去。陈帅宇首当前冲，一下子就领先了，可周轶承因先前二百米冲刺时失误而与冠军失之交臂，还没从刚才的阴影中走出来，大失水准地在第三和第四名间徘徊。四圈过后，陈帅宇得了第一，二周轶承却得了第四，咱们班的同学忧喜参半。

当然，最精彩最激烈的还数接力赛了，参加4＊100比赛的四名队员不负众望，为我们班又摘得了一个桂冠。

短短一天半的时间让我们明白了运动员取得名次的艰难，也再次诠释了“团结就是力量！”这一道理的深刻内涵！

I went hiking to a mountain with my friends last summer.

It was a good trip at the beginning but something unexpected happened on the half way. One of my friends suddenly felt a terrible pain in his stomach and he couldn‘t move any further. Nobody knew what to do.

One girl tried to call her mum with her mobile phone but there was no signal in the mountain area. Luckily we brought a tent with us. We put it up and let him rest in it. He took some medicine. Then he drank some water， and ate some food. After a while， he felt much better and we walked on. We all enjoyed ourselves on the top of the mountain.

"砰",比赛开始了!只见十几只皮艇在水上争先恐后地比赛.我国队员孟关良是个右撇子,而后面一位队员(因为当时太激动,把后面那位的名字给忘了)是个左撇子.他俩极力配合.但可惜的是,我方队员在一开始的时候就落后了好几名.两位队员奋力追赶,一左,一右,一左,一右,终于追上了暂时位居第一的俄罗斯队!当快到终点的时候,我们全家都屏住了呼吸,只见我国队员和俄罗斯队员几乎同时到达终点!因为裁判无法用肉眼判断,所以只有靠监视器判断.而监视器里显示:我国的皮艇和俄罗斯的皮艇到达时,我们以不到十厘米的优势打败了俄罗斯队!全场一片欢呼!

而在绍兴观看皮划艇比赛的孟关良的父母激动地当场就晕了过去.等他们醒来时,身边已经是围满了市领导和记者,这下把孟关良的父母高兴得合不拢嘴!

11月6日那天，碧空万里，阳光洒满大地，校秋季运动会正在紧张进行着，那热烈的气氛中，个个班的同学都为自己班的运动员纳喊，希望他们能获奖。

正在举行的是六十米跑步，小莉本来占了上风，但是后来被其它班的同学追上了。最终，小莉只得了第四名。

哎!我们班的同学正在努力地，发挥出正常的水平。我在心里默默祈祷：希望我们的同学都能拿第一。Yeah!小梅用自己的水平创造了第一名的好成绩。

金风送爽，我校的金秋运动会拉开了序幕。赛场上的运动员奋力拼搏，赛出了水平、赛出了风格!“加油!加油!”一阵阵加油声不绝于耳。经过一轮轮精彩的比赛后，终于轮到我们四年组的跑步了!

比赛开始了。只听“砰”的一声发令枪响，我班号称“小刘翔”的王者同学就像一支离弦的箭，“嗖”的一下冲出了起跑线。他迈开大步，俯下身子，双臂用力摆动，使劲地跑着。这时，他既像一匹飞奔的骏马，脚下又好像踩了“风火轮”一般。可是过了一会儿，王者已经累得气喘吁吁、上气不接下气了。此时，他已经从第一名落后到了第四名，豆大的汗珠从他的脸颊上流了下来，他好像有点坚持不住了。这时，我班所有的啦啦队员着急了，他们齐声给王者呐喊助威，有的一边挥舞着红领巾，一边在喊：“加油，王者，你是我班唯一的希望!”有的在喊：“王者，你是最棒的，你是我们班的英雄!”??呐喊声响彻了云霄。王者在同学们的鼓励下，更加卖力了，他的双臂使劲地摆动。哇!他从第四名追到了第二名。

到冲刺阶段了!“小刘翔”好像要把身体内的一切能量都发挥出来。他咬紧牙关，奋力地跑着。现在只剩下10米了，操场上的加油声又响了起来，这加油声此起彼伏，一浪高过一浪，真是震耳欲聋。还剩5米了，王者使出吃奶的劲儿，冲过了终点线。“我们第一，我们第一。”就这样，金秋运动会的100米跑步比赛画上了圆满的句号。

瞧，这是一场多么激动人心的跑步比赛啊!

Making a trip to Beidaihe on May 18 was an experience which I will never

forget.

A arrived in Beidaihe at about 2 oclock,and immediately took a No.5 bus to

the sea area.The beautiful blue sea was so large that I couldnt see the other

side of it.After getting off the bus,I went straight to the shore.Taking off my

shoes,I put my feet into the water.The water was cool,and walking in the water

was such a great joy that I didnt want to stop.Then I collected shells.When it

got dark,I sat on the shore,watching the sea.The night scene was simply

marvelous!

Finally I had to go back.It was an unforgettable day in my life.

有这样一个人，他的命运遭到过沉重的打击;有这样一个人，他热爱音乐却无法逃避耳聋的命运;有这样一个人，他不愿用愁苦去挖掘，却始终用奋斗去开垦!

如今我正在聆听这位音乐巨人的曲子。近了，近了……我仿佛渐渐看清了他那张不屈于命运的脸。我不禁潸然泪下，我发现我的心已经完全融入到了这曲子中，心中升起一股说不清，道不明的情绪。我不能也没有资格去对他的曲子做任何点评，或许这本身就是不公平的。又或许，在这曲子，中本身就蕴含了他的情感，他的灵魂!否则，他怎能仅用一首曲子，而震撼整个世界呢?

曲子渐而渐高，我也仿佛看到了他：独立而骄傲，沉郁而坚强，严肃而善良;热爱自然，追求自由，乃至将整个生命都献给伟大的音乐!

终于，曲子达到了高潮，声音戛然而止。我仿佛看到他在向命运，向黑暗势力作最后的宣战!我仿佛看到了他向黑暗势力挑战时那坚强的意志和永恒的信心;仿佛看到了他不屈于命运的斗争精神和乐观品质;仿佛看到了他对幸福与美好生活的渴望与追求!

曲子结束了，我激动的心却难以平静，是什么，让贝多芬能够仅以《命运交响曲》这一首曲子而震动整个世界。现在我有点领悟了，因为懦弱的人永远用愁苦去挖掘，而坚强的人始终用奋斗去开垦。

或许，贝多芬正是凭借着这坚强的意志和不屈于命运的精神，才能在世界音乐的历史上留下这让人永远无法忘记的一页!

星期五的那天下午，我们班举行了一场激动人心的拔河比赛，老师选了十男十女参加比赛。

比赛开始了，我们先和三(1)班比，我们全班都奋力的往后拉。虽然我没有参加比赛，但我也和房梦遥在旁边大声的喊“加油，三(3)班!加油，三(3)班!”就在离我们胜利还有一点点的时候，我们鼓足劲，一拉，我们赢了。

第二场比赛是我们和三(4)班比。

比赛开始了，我们双方都非常用力，因为这次比赛就是决定胜负的一次比赛。我们全班都发出震耳欲聋的声音，更大声地喊着“加油，三(3)班!，加油，三(3)班!”就在还有一分米我们就要赢了的时候，他们不遗余力的拉着，慢慢地我们被拉了过去，只听哨声一响，我们输了。

大家都垂头丧气的回到教室，渐渐的，班里传来一阵阵哭声，差不多90%的人都哭了。

我也哭了，我们都非常伤心。

我永远忘不了这次拔河比赛。

It was already late when we set out for the next town, fifteen miles away on the other side of the hills. It got dark soon; we drove fast along the narrow winding road that led to the hills. Wecouldntidentify any sign of the town marked on the map. Suddenly the car stopped. We had run out of petrol. Therefore, although we had little food with us, we decided to spend the night in the car.

在我们动身前往下一个镇的时候已经很晚了，那个镇在山的另一边离我们十五英里远。天黑得很快;我们沿着狭窄曲折的道路往山上的方向把车开得飞快。我们在地图上找不到去那个镇的任何标志。汽车突然停了下来。我们的汽油用完了。所以，虽然我们只有一点点食物，我们还是决定在车里过夜。

Our meal finished very soon. I went to sleep at once. But my companion Bill who was a poor sleeper went for a walk up the hills. From the top of the hill he saw the lights of the town we were looking for. We unloaded all our luggage and pushed the car to the top of the hill at once. Then we went back to the luggage, loaded the car again and set off down the hill. We reached the town less than a quarter, and found a hotel quite easily.

我们的晚餐很快就吃完了。我马上去睡觉。但我的同伴比尔睡眠质量不太好所以他就到山上去散步。从山顶上他看到我们正在寻找的镇的灯光。我们马上卸下我们所有的行李，把车推到山顶。然后我们回去拿行李，把它装到车上之后就下山了。不到一刻钟我们就到达镇了，并且很快就找到一个酒店。

How an exhausting day!

多么疲惫的一天啊!

这是个不平凡的日子，因为这天是中国自行研制的神舟号飞船的第六个，由嫦娥六号运载火箭，搭载着它升空，这也是历史上的突破，因为它将搭载着费俊龙、聂海胜两名宇航员飞天，宇航员还将进入轨道舱内进行操作，这也是历史上的第一次。

这天北京航天中心与酒泉卫星发射中心的操作人员很早就来了。他们正紧张的进行操作，把数据统计到最精确。只剩下20分钟了，大家都注意着火箭的状况，希望不要出现意外。还有10分钟了大家更紧张了，毕竟这样的飞行是第一次嘛!我的心也渐渐绷紧了。只有5分钟了，我的手已经捏出汗了。进入一分钟倒计时了，这时我的心都快蹦出喉咙了。50秒、40秒、30秒、20秒、10秒、9、8、7、6、……我忐忑不安的坐着，好像在飞船内的不是别人而是自己，再看看别的同学他们也非常紧张，有的捏着拳头，有的转着铅笔，还有的用手指敲着桌子。5、4、3、2、1、点火成功，我的心随着火箭的升空而平缓。一二级火箭行驶了400秒后与三级火箭分离，三级火箭点火或继续，冲出了大气层，随后整流罩分离，一会儿三级火箭熄火，它载着飞船滑行，过了几秒钟后，船箭分离，我的心似乎已平静但还是有点紧张如果太阳能帆板打不开那不就前功尽弃了吗?过了几秒钟后，飞船打开了太阳能帆板，此时大家响起了热烈的掌声，我的心里也有一种说不出的高兴和欢乐。

我非常高兴，原来，自己只见过发射中心和模拟飞行过程，这次我看见了真正的卫星发射的全过程，能不让人高兴吗?

Last summer vacation，my family and I went to Qingdao by train。There wasalways sunshine and fresh air，which made us so comfortable。We went to theseaside，the sea was as blue as the sky，and bathing in the sunshine on the beach，was really an enjoyable thing。

I also picked up a lot of colorful shells with mylittle sister。

There we bought many interesting souvenirs，I was planing to sendthem to my friends。We ate many tings there，such as fish，prawn，and so on。They arevery delicious。Then we lived in a clean and tidy hotel，and the price was not soexpensive。

I like Qingdao very much，and if I got a chance，I hope to come hereagain，it is such a beautiful and interesting place。

Making a trip to ShangHai on May 18 was an experience which I will never forget.

I arrived in ShangHai at about 2 oclock,and immediately took a No.5 bus to the sea area.The beautiful blue sea was so large that I couldnt see the other side of it.After getting off the bus,I went straight to the shore.Taking off my shoes,I put my feet into the water.The water was cool,and walking in the water was such a great joy that I didnt want to stop.Then I collected shells.When it got dark,I sat on the shore,watching the sea.The night scene was simply marvelous!

Finally I had to go back.It was an unforgettable day in my life.

I went Chong Qing in July 22.It is a city which was built near mountains.

So people call it Mountain City. In Chong Qing,I went to the Red Stone Center, to see the places which the prisoners lived in the past. It is a terrible and awful trip. There are a lot of dogs, and soldiers with guns near the prisons. And most of the prisons are good, they didnt want to tell the bad people where the other people were. They lived in very small houses. No good food to eat, no good water to drink.They had only twenty minutes to stay out side per day but they still said nothing.

I think they are the heros in that century. I will follow their spirit.

我打量了比赛场地，坐在最左边的是同学家长，他们正玩着手机，一声不发。坐在中间的是同学们，他们在热火朝天地讲着话，这个偶尔盯盯老师，那个站起来搞搞怪，好不热闹。坐在最后面的就是我们比赛选手了，一个个浓妆艳抹，妆容整肃，都在默默地背着词，还时不时有人借借化妆品，补补妆。

“本次配音比赛圆满结束！”王一凡微笑着，台下的我们也笑着……
