We got to Hong Kong early in the morning. It had taken us about 2 hours to come here by plane. It is really an exciting city and very different from Taiyuan. My uncle showed my mother and me around Hong Kong. We visited Hong Kong Park.

我在车上不怎么活动，所以不怎么缺氧，但是一下车活动，就缺氧得头晕眼花，晕头转向，幸好旁边有一个商店，我到那里买了一瓶氧气，吸了几口，才好过来。

后来，要改变方案了，我们打算去坐船，在去坐船的地方的路上，我看见了一把把白色的“小伞”，我仔细一看，原来是蘑菇，我偷偷地采了几朵。在船 上，我顺着梯子爬上了船顶，拍了许多漂亮的风景照。

这次旅行一共有三天时间，虽然十分疲倦，但是我们很高兴。

今天，老师满面春风地走了进来说：“今天，我们玩一个小游戏好不好?”“太棒了!好!”全班同学一下子炸开了锅。热情涨得把屋顶都可以掀开了。“那好，我来说一下游戏规则。”游戏规则如下：全班同学分成两个组，每组选一个队长。再派三名同学上前，搬五个凳子围成一个圈。开始时，六个同学围着板凳飞快的转圈(放音乐)，音乐一停，同学就坐下(在凳子上)，没有抢到凳子的人淘汰。把一个凳子搬开。继续玩，看谁最厉害!

于是，我和周琪分别为2组和1组的队长。2组有1个女生，1组全是男生，情况有点不妙，我想。

开始了，音乐声响了起来。我们开始围着凳子转。我的心都提到了嗓子眼儿，但听到2组的拉拉队的加油声，我又立刻放松了下来。我的屁股紧紧的贴着凳子。突然音乐停了，我一下坐在凳子上。取得了这个凳子上的“统治权”。2组的一个女生被陈嘉鸣这个大屁股给挤了下去，她遗憾地被淘汰了。

第二局时，我完全放松了。还跳起了骑马舞呢!不过我还是一样——取得了一个凳子。哈哈!

一直到最后一局，只有我和黄成文PK。这下只有一个凳子了。我的心呯呯地直跳，仿佛就要跳出来了。再看看啦啦队的表现。第1组，哇，他们简直跳起了江南STYLE。再看看第2组的表现(我的组)，嘿，他们开始在桌子上叫：“你，姜云天，要是敢输有你好看!”我被他们逗得笑了出来，可一想到比赛，我不由得严肃起来。音乐声响起，我和黄成文都屁股挨在一块儿，开始了前所未有的，史上第一次“屁股大战”我仗着屁股大，挤了过去。可是他耍小把戏，把凳子搬了过去。可恶，我只有跟着他跑。他跑不过我，被我追到了。我手一把凳子抓住了。我和他又开始了“抢凳子大战”我手一拉，他差一点栽了一个大跟头。他也不甘示弱，卯足了劲拼命地扯，我可是100斤的牛人。扯不动，哈哈!

可他手一松，我的头往后一倒，差一点就摔倒了。就在这时，音乐声停了，他一屁股在凳子上坐着，我输了。

这一次的游戏真有趣!

“呵呵，激动人心的田径运动会终于来了!”我低头望着胸前的那一个编号：4055，心里既激动，又紧张。“下面请参加女子100米跑的同学到点名处点名：蔡静怡······”当戴老师报道“张安琪”的时候，我的心一下从左心房跳到了嗓子眼。套用宋小宝的话说：“幸亏我嗓子眼儿细，要我嗓子眼儿粗(心脏)都能跳出来!”我站在跑道上，绑好鞋带，再一瞟我左右两边的人，有人和我一样紧张无比，像是要走一趟“鬼门关”似的;有的人摩拳擦掌，跃跃欲试。再一看裁判员呢?这边的裁判员正等着对面的旗号呢，再一看那边的裁判员已经准备好了秒表，向这边挥了挥手中的旗子。我一看，连忙作出准备跑的姿势，裁判员用响亮而有力的声音喊道：“各就各位，预备——跑!”听了这话的我一个箭步就蹬了出去，结果差点俯身摔倒。Why? 因为我没有听到紧随“跑”这个音之后的“嘭”一声令枪响。往裁判员那一看，哦，原来是枪没子弹了。这时，有的运动员做出了上当受骗的表情，还有一位运动员甚至在小声嘀咕：“老师这是开玩笑是为了让我们放松警惕，一会儿让自己班的运动员赢吧。”就在这时，子弹装好了，在“嘭”一声枪响下，我一个箭步冲了出去。不过很可惜，不知道是不是那位同学的话应验了，我只取得了第四名，差一点就进了前三，不过乐在参与，能取得名次我已经很高兴了。

虽然上午我没有比赛了，可我还是兴致勃勃地向跳远场走去。去年我就参加了跳远比赛，我走到那，只见一位同学向后退了一两米左右，忽然像一头猎豹一样往前跑，就像踏板上有块磁铁一样，那位同学的脚不偏不倚的踩在了踏板上，接着就像一只羚羊一样轻巧的落在了沙坑里，另一位同学和前一位同学一样跳了出去。可落地时就没那么幸运了，他是趴在了沙坑里。这时，我不禁想起了去年我也和他一样趴在沙坑里，结果进了一嘴的沙子······

女子800米和男子800米的前二和前三我们班全包了;下午的比赛结果也出来了，60米跑我还是第四。不过我看见我们班的总分是二百二十几分时，知道我们班既是年级第一，又是全校第一，真是又惊又喜。

其实，比赛最主要的是乐在参与，团结协作。所以不管有没有得第一，我都很高兴

今天我们学校又举行了一场接力赛，这次接力赛和以前的有所不同，以前用棒子接力，今天竟要用球接力。

比赛前许多运动员们都神态自若，有的脱完外套，正在休息，有的怕输给对方，再不断加强练习，有的活动自如，甚至在和朋友玩耍，当然有的神色紧张，怕发挥不当……

比赛开始了，运动员们早已摆好架势，准备听到发令枪响后冲出去。我们班第一位女生两眼瞪大，手一前一后，脚与脚之间的距离也摆得很恰当。

“Porn！”随着一声枪响，运动员们立刻像一只离了弦的箭一般飞了出去。五班的女孩和我班的同学成了“棋逢对手，"速度都差不多，似乎打了个平手。看后面的了！此时，我心想：以前我们都是因为掉棒才输的，这次改成了球，球这么滑，更容易掉了，何况刚刚才练了一次球，球要是掉丁胜负就定了，千万别掉啊！我紧皱眉头，两眼注视着球，球成功交给了第二位同学，没有任何失误，我高兴得眉头展开了，边笑边说：“嘿嘿，我们班有胜率哟！”

前面一直很顺利，五班也渐渐落后，在我心中的那块石头也渐渐放下，真当我高兴，“啪！”我班球竟然掉了，这可给我急死了，心中的石头又高一截。在别班同学的讽刺中，那位同学又同脱缰的野马般飞了出去，接连几次了，我们都没掉球，五班也同咱落下的十几米的差距，长吊在我心中的石头总算落下了，好开心啊！第一名非咱班莫属了，阳光下有一串欢快的脚步……

The Spring Festival

The Spring Festival，Chinese New Year，is the most important festival for all of us。 All family members get together on New YearEve to have a big meal。At the same time，everyone celebrates to each other。At about 12 oclock，some parents and children light crackers。The whole sky is lighted brightly。 We may watch the fireworks excitedly。How busy it is！

On the first early moring of one year，many senior citizen get up early and they stick the reversed Fu or hang some couplets on the front door。 Some houses windows are sticked on red paper cutlings。

The Chinese New Year lasts fifteen days。 So during the fifteen days，we always visit our relatives from door to door。 At that time，children are the happiest because they can get many red packets form their parents，grandparents，uncles，aunts and so on。 The last day of the Chinese New Year is another festival。 It names the Lantern Festival。

So the Chinese New Year comes to the end。

Will Christmas Replace the Spring Festival？

Christmas arouses increasing attention year by year in China。 Christmas cards become popular with students。 People hold Christmas parties and exchange Christmas girts。 A lot or TV and radio programs about Christmas are on。 Meanwhile the Spring Festival is less appealing to youngsters。 Thus some people wonder whether Christmas will replace the Spring Festival。

This worry is fairly unnecessary。 Why ？One reason lies that Christmas only affects Christians，college students and joint—ventureworkers。 Another reason is that Christmas is mostly celebrated in cities。 Few people in countryside show extreme interest in this exoticfestival。 By contrast，the Spring Festival is the most influential traditional festival in every family。

I think，it is natural that with increasing exchanges with the West，a lot of Western holidays have been gradually introduced into China。 For us Chinese we should never neglect or even discard our own traditional festivals。 For centuries Chinese have observed this traditional holiday to welcome the beginning of a new year。 And we will treasure the Spring Festival forever。

My plan of next year

A new year ，a new start，when I stand on the edge of a new year，I cant help thinking about my plan of next year。

Just as the old saying：“Well began is the half of the success。”So I decide that I should be at work while the others are still relaxing ，and then ，at the beginning ，Im quicker than the others and of course I will get better result than the others。

But ，what I really decide to do is that I must make good of anytime I can spare though it seems impossible。 While，I will do my best to live up with what I have planned，and the result will prove it。
