一阵阵枪声，一片片笑声，喊声、加油声……操场上响成一片。一幕幕激动人心的时刻，一次又一次在我眼前出现。我们班里的同学左盼右盼，终于迎来了这一天，那就是运动会了，班里的同学都说：“一定要和二班，三班分个胜负!”

我的心像着了火似的：怎么女子60米还没开始?一个激动人心的消息传到我耳中，我飞快的跑到操场上。操场上的人可多了。有的在做热身运动，有的在玩，有的……

我又一次站在了起跑线上，面对强手我的心一下子跳了起来。只听“砰”的一声，操场上有一匹“野马”在疯狂地驰骋，我就像一支离弦的箭，飞一般地冲向60米的终点。我后面的四名运动员也紧追不舍。10米、9米、8米、7米、6米……“倪慧丹冲啊，加油啊!”同学们的加油声，老师的鼓励声，还有呼呼的风在我耳边呼唤着。时间越来越紧，离终点的距离也只有5米了。我越跑越快，勇猛地冲向终点。

“破了吗?”我和同学们议论纷纷，9秒44没破，我垂头丧气地走着，从小学三年级到五年级，我年年破校记录，可今年却没破。我的泪水像要涌出来，老师和同学们都安慰我：“没事的，你已经尽了自己最大的努力!”

回到班里，同学们知道我得了第一名都欢呼雀跃。

赛后，操场上又沸腾起来，“砰，砰……”这震耳欲聋的枪声，一次又一次地回荡在校园的上空。

我知道她已经初三，即将毕业，面临着繁重的学业和将临的中考。这将会是她最后一次参加属于四中的运动会，最后一次在这个赛场上奔跑出速度与激情。我多想走过去和她说一声：学姐，好样的!可是我没有，我只是单纯而赞赏地笑着，把这份感动和敬佩深深埋藏在心底。就如那位学姐，也许，她在跌倒时有过伤心有过自责，也许，她在最后一次无缘奖牌时有过懊悔有过遗憾，也或许，我们无从得知。

暑假里的一天，我和妈妈去了常州嬉戏谷游玩。这天下着小雨，但游玩的人还是很多。

下午四点多旅游车停在了嬉戏谷的梦幻广场。从英雄门进入，经过淘宝大街，来到了儿童天堂――摩尔庄园。我们坐了“飞旋骑士”到么么公主的家“作客”，在她的小床边，秋千上拍照留念。

转眼间，我们来到了操场左侧边，第一局是别的班对别的班，我们蹲在场内的界限外，过了一会别的班终于比出来了!我们班才开始了与别的班的最后一站。对手是10班。个子稍微比我们班的篮球队队员高一点点。我就担心啦假如比个子的话是10班占到了优势吧，但仔细一想，不用担心~我们班的篮球队队员可是很厉害的，最之前的2场，我们都是14比0呢!

I used to think Beijing must be a grand and special city, given that it was the capital of China, and lots of events I have heard took place there. But soon after I got off the plane, I knew all was but my illusion. If I had to use one wordto describe it, nothing but “grey” will fulfil the task. As far as your eyes could see, all was covered in dust and haunted by air pollution.

Though it was the first time I had been to the North part of China, I was still surprised by the sharp contrast between the South and North. It wasnt hearsay.

于是，我和周琪分别为2组和1组的队长。2组有1个女生，1组全是男生，情况有点不妙，我想。

开始了，音乐声响了起来。我们开始围着凳子转。我的心都提到了嗓子眼儿，但听到2组的拉拉队的加油声，我又立刻放松了下来。我的屁股紧紧的贴着凳子。突然音乐停了，我一下坐在凳子上。取得了这个凳子上的“统治权”。2组的一个女生被陈嘉鸣这个大屁股给挤了下去，她遗憾地被淘汰了。

第二局时，我完全放松了。还跳起了骑马舞呢!不过我还是一样——取得了一个凳子。哈哈!

一直到最后一局，只有我和黄成文PK。这下只有一个凳子了。我的心呯呯地直跳，仿佛就要跳出来了。再看看啦啦队的表现。第1组，哇，他们简直跳起了江南STYLE。再看看第2组的表现(我的组)，嘿，他们开始在桌子上叫：“你，姜云天，要是敢输有你好看!”我被他们逗得笑了出来，可一想到比赛，我不由得严肃起来。音乐声响起，我和黄成文都屁股挨在一块儿，开始了前所未有的，史上第一次“屁股大战”我仗着屁股大，挤了过去。可是他耍小把戏，把凳子搬了过去。可恶，我只有跟着他跑。他跑不过我，被我追到了。我手一把凳子抓住了。我和他又开始了“抢凳子大战”我手一拉，他差一点栽了一个大跟头。他也不甘示弱，卯足了劲拼命地扯，我可是100斤的牛人。扯不动，哈哈!

可他手一松，我的头往后一倒，差一点就摔倒了。就在这时，音乐声停了，他一屁股在凳子上坐着，我输了。

这一次的游戏真有趣!

Since I went to college, I have made many friends and we shared the same interest. My friends and I liked traveling so much. We decided to travel abroad. The destination was Thailand. We spent ten days there and had a nice trip. It was such an unforgettable trip, and I learned a lot.

6日下午一点半，我坐在“星星火炬”决赛备考室里等待考试。

回想起来，我从初赛到现在，风雨历程真是激动人心。那是一个下午，我正在初赛考场上答卷。全场同学有的认真答题，下定决心要考个第一；有的却无所事事的玩耍，认为就是认真地答题也考不了好成绩；还有的正在下决心要取得好成绩，可却被卷子上的题难倒了，额上沁出了细细的汗珠……总之，全场沉浸在一个紧张的氛围中，大家都在为进入复赛紧张答题。而我先答完了所有会的题，还好，不会的题不是很多，但我仍在苦思冥想这几道题的正确答案。

终于，考完了试，我顺利进入了复赛，也就是决赛。8日下午，我便去了考场。

备考场里有好多学生准备考试，只见大家都神情紧张，双眉紧皱，认真练习口语，心却怦怦直跳。我先仔细地复习培训资料，然后又反复背了背口语自我介绍，准备考试。

“第3组进场！”一位老师喊到。我怀着一颗忐忑不安的心走进考场，虽只有几分钟，可我感觉好像过了几个小时。同学们也都无比紧张，也发誓必得第一。终于，老师点到了我，有前两位同学的精彩表演，我有点紧张。起初，我结结巴巴地背诵，可越背越流利，我信心大增，顺利地完成了考试。接下来几位同学也表现很好，可见大家在下面都下了很大功夫的。

2012年12月12日是查成绩的日子，我查了一下，还不错，得了89分，银奖。

凡事都有第一次，学会自信是成功必不可少的脊梁。当然，在此基础上，努力学习才会有所成就。

However, it happens quite often that people often ran into trafficjams on the way to travel. Some people think that we can relax ourselves bytraveling no matter of how many people there. Some people would rather to stayin home than going out to travel because they think there are too many people swarminto the scenic spots. In my point of view, I would rather to stay indoorsrather than going out to travel. Reasons are listed below.

Firstly, during holiday, so many peopleswarm into the travel spots that we can’t enjoy ourselves to the full. For mostpeople, they want to travel because during holiday, they can have several days torelieve themselves by traveling. However, so many people crowd together willmake their tour lose the original fun.

Secondly, during holiday, price will berising drastically. It is known to all that you need to spend much more to buythings or taking bus or any other transportation since many retailers will raisegoods’ price during this holiday to get fat profits.

All in all, travel during holiday is not agood choice for us since its inconvenience in traveling among a huge crowd ofpeople and also the dramatically high price for goods and transportations willlet us pay extra money.

在“砰”一声发令枪的响声中，我们学校的长跑比赛开始了。

只见各个运动员像一支支刚刚射出的子弹似地“飞”了出去。

我们305班的所有同学都很镇定，因为我们班的王泽宣是我们年级有名的长跑健将。他已经为我们班争过好多次荣誉呢！今年肯定也不例外。

王泽宣在由许多长跑运动员组成的长龙中一直跑在“长龙”的中间，许多同学都认为是王泽宣体力不足，大家一个个心急如焚，在观众席上猛喊“加油，加油。”有些同学早已经翻过了栏杆，几乎冲到跑道上了，恨不得上去帮他一把……眼看着离终点只有最后一圈，这时候，大家发现王泽宣开始反超了，一个、两个、三个……当剩下最后半圈的时候，王泽宣已经列居第一位。

毫无悬念，王泽宣在这次长跑比赛中又为我们班拿到了一个第一名的好成绩。

长滩岛在菲律宾，是一个美丽的海岛，那里风景非常优美，有长长的白沙滩，海水很清并且不同时间看有不同的颜色变化，美极了!

第一天，我们坐长滩岛的特色船——螃蟹船出海钓鱼和浮潜。我把鱼食小虾挂在鱼钩上，然后把绳慢慢放下去，过了一会儿感觉有轻微动的感觉以为有鱼上钩，原来是小鱼把鱼食吃完了但没有上钩。 旁边许多人都钓到鱼了，我很着急。妈妈说，“钓鱼不要心急要慢慢的等鱼上钩。” 过了好一会儿，旁边同行的吕叔叔钓到了一条，船家说是小丑鱼，虽然我没有钓到但也很高兴。浮潜也很好玩，海底世界很漂亮，有许多的小鱼在身边游来游去，我仿佛也象小鱼一样了。

第二天一早，我们到海边玩风帆，风帆有点象螃蟹船，不过坐的地方不一样，风帆是坐在两边的网上，很自由自在的感觉。还有风帆是全部够风力的。 到了海中央几个大浪打过来，把我们的衣服弄得湿透了，妈妈还大叫起来。这里的海水很蓝，天空也很蓝，有几朵白云飘过，看远处海与天就象连起来一样，海天一色就是这样的吧。到了转弯的时候，控制船帆的人把帆落了又很熟悉的装回去，这样船就转了弯，很神奇。妈妈很喜欢坐风帆，说还要再玩一次。

长滩岛的白沙滩很出名，听导游说是世界七大沙滩之一，这里的沙就似棉花一样软和细。我在沙滩上彻城堡，不知不觉就玩了两个多小时，其间还有一个上海来的小妹妹与我一齐彻。我们两个都玩得很高兴。

长滩岛真好玩，下次还要再去!

Whenever a college student is asked "What are you going to do this summer vacation?" The most probable answer might be "I am going to have a travel. " It sounds that college students are fond of travelling. Why? Because travel has numerous advantages.

First of all travel can widen our knowledge of geography the knowledge of customs cultures and lifestyles of different places and countries. Secondly we can make friends and practise a foreign language through travelling. Finally travel is the best way of pastime. We can enjoy eating various food and seeing beautiful sceneries.In a word we can benefit from travel in more than one way. It is worth spending the time.

看，整齐的步伐；听，喧天的掌声；闻，清新的空气。令人心潮澎湃的校园冬季运动会召开了，校园每个角落也随之展开了丰富多彩的画卷。

看！那是一幅不断超越的画面，它激励我们勇往直前。操场上运动员们一个个磨拳擦掌，舒展身体，准备着1000米的赛跑。校园中洋溢着一种快乐、激动的气氛，鸟儿似乎也受到了感染，在树上上蹿下跳，就连白云也白得不可思议。裁判员旗一放下，运动员像一支支离弦的箭冲了出去。开始我们班的两名运动员还在后面，跑了一圈之后他们就不断反超，跑到后来，别人都气喘吁吁，他们俩反而脚上像生了风似的，超过一个又一个选手，最后，他们二人凭借顽强的毅力和强大的实力，分别跑得第一和第二的好成绩。那一刻，我们班所有的同学都沸腾了，纷纷为他们欢呼。看，这些令人兴奋的场面怎能不让我们激动？

看！那是一幅坚持不懈的画面，它鼓舞我们永不放弃。到了比赛的第二天，天气有一丝寒冷，但人们依然是心潮澎湃。又一轮赛跑开始了，枪声刚发出，他便如一匹脱缰的野马飞驰在跑道上，跑了一圈后，他开始加速，就在这时，他突然摔倒了。当观众叹惋之际，他竟缓慢地站了起来，开始追赶前面的运动员。不难看出他摔得很重你看，他的裤子上多了两个黑窟窿。可是，他仍然坚持跑着，超过了一个又一个运动员快与第一位选手不分上下了，再坚持一下就在跨越终点的那一刻他超过了第一位选手，获得了第一名！这时，周围响起了排山倒海的掌声，大家都为这位坚持不懈的男孩发出发自肺腑的夸赞。

看！那是一幅战胜自我的画面，它告诉我们一分耕耘，一分收获。到了跳绳比赛时，气温逐渐升高，校园里依然热火朝天。裁判员一声令下，运动员们各自挥舞手中那纤细的绳子。想起平时同学们很努力的训练，黄昏下那胖胖的身影，跳得不太好的小胖子，汗珠一滴一滴流淌，旁边很多同学数着：91，92121，122，而现在，小胖子手中绳影闪闪，上下翻飞的绳子像金蛇狂舞，瘦了一圈的小身材轻松自如，旁边是我们为他激烈的欢呼，那一道道优美的弧度还在进行，一个个黄昏下的苦练，是小胖战胜困难的身影，今天取得的优异成绩，是他刻苦训练的回报。

看，那一幅幅美丽的画卷；看，那一个个活跃的身姿；看，那一次次惊人的超越。我永远也不会忘记！那激动人心的冬运会。
