Nowadays, more and more people like to travel in their holidays. The other day I read a report about the ways people spend their holidays. It is reported that in recent years several new holiday habits have been developed. Among them, the most interesting one is the growth of the so-called holiday camps.

Why did those changes appearI think there are several reasons. First, it s because people can afford traveling. Second, people prefer to pursue a high-quality and colorful life. Third, their attitudes to relaxation have changed. Less people want to save much money by leading a simple life. In short, peoples living standard today has been rising greatly. 最好的旅游方式

People travel by plane, by train, by ship, by bus. For me, the best way of traveling on a summer vacation is to go on foot.

人们去旅游有的乘飞机、有的坐火车、坐船、乘公共汽车。对我来说在暑假，最好的方式是徒步旅行。 My preference depends on the purpose of the travel. On a summer vacation I travel to refresh myself and to see the countryside. When I use my feet and walk on a grass covered path along a river or among the hills I feel detached from the noise of the city and closer to the nature. And when I travel on foot I get more freedom. I can plan my own schedule. I can choose my own route. I can stop where I like. And I can see things and people that I might miss if I travel on a train or on a bus.

我的偏好取决于旅行的目的。在暑假我旅游是为了消除疲劳并欣赏乡村美景。当我沿着河流或在群山之间走在一条青草覆盖的路上时，我觉得我远离了城市的喧嚣、亲近了自然。徒步旅行，使我很自由。我可以自己安排行程。可以选择我自己的路线。我可以把车子停在我喜欢的地方。而且我可以遇到那些坐火车或公共汽车会错过的人和事。

When faster and more convenient ways for travel are becoming available, I still favor using my own feet. I get much pleasure from it. People travel by plane, by train, by ship, by bus. To me, the best way of traveling on a summer vacation is to go on foot.

It’s really at ease if you wander with two or three china pates who have a little exploratory energy to stay in the interesting places as long as you want but just ignore the unsightly places.

旅游不单是一种兴趣，还是一门学问，快乐的旅途是你终生难忘的回忆。要是有点探险精神的，三两同游，好玩的多逗留，游个饱，不好的不看也罢，自由自在；

It’s not good to join the travel agency otherwise we should call it gaining a superficial understanding through cursory observation but not traveling. Of course, we should study to choose a most toward occasion for the most famous and beautiful scene in the places before we are going to.

不参加旅游团为好，那叫走马观花，不叫旅游。当然，出去之前应该研究一下，要知道你想前往的地方最出名最美丽的风光何时才有

And we need enough money, enough time, special channel and also an economical plane, it’s convenient for us. And we can save more time to view the blue sky generally and look out upon the cloud dancing freely outside the plane.

要是有足够的钱，宽容的时间，路线也应讲究，经济许可的可坐飞机，便捷省时，一览碧空，看云儿在脚下自由自在的飘舞；

It’s also not bad to travel by train. Enjoy the scenery out of the train on the way, just look around here and there , maybe you can get some new friends in this narrow but long carriage. Certainly you’d better choose the different path when you return back from the place of interest so that you can make your eyes full of the landscape of interest on the way and never need to revisit the once familiar place. How far-flung and galland the rivers and mountains in our homeland are! There are still too many places we can go.

坐火车呢，那也不俗，沿途景致，这边看看那边望望，说不定在车上还能交上朋友呢！当然来回路线最好不要一样，这样可把沿途的山水名胜游个饱，将来也不用再到这一片热土作重游之想了。我们的祖国啊河山辽阔壮丽，要去的地方多着呢。

Time is limited but the interest of traveling is limitless. We travel just because of our love knot to the natural mountains and rivers!

旅游之趣，不是一时能谈完的，不过，旅游，皆自对山水之钟情呵！

There is a saying that “You can either travel or read, but either your body or soul must be on the way.” With the improvement of living standards, more and more people have time and money to travel. During traveling, one can meet various people, make new friends and experience various lifestyles of different places.

有句俗话说：“你可以去旅行或者阅读，但是你的身体和灵魂必须在路上。”随着生活水平的提高，越来越多的人们时间和金钱去旅游。在旅游期间，可以见到形形色色的人，交新朋友，在不同地方体验不同的生活方式。

Regarding tour, most of people have great interests in it. It is a human nature that people who come from the dame nature just fall in love into the same.

对于旅游，许多人都怀有浓厚的兴趣。人从自然中来，崇尚自然，乃人类之天性。

The modern city, strenuous living, quickly and crowded living space make more and more people try to come to the dame nature with their light packs and travel bags. There is a song which just show peoples the dream of traveling long distance.

现代都市，生活的高节奏，生存空间的喧嚣和拥挤，使越来越来的人背起行囊轻装走向自然，记得有一首歌《我想去桂林》，正很好地唱出了人们想去远游的愿望。

Traveling, of course, it’s to get into the physical landscape which can help to give you a good temper, wash away the dust from your soul and make you cheer the nice life.

旅游，当然是到真正的山水中去，可以陶冶你的情操，荡涤心灵的尘埃，令你欢呼生命的美好。

Advantages of Travel By traveling we can enjoy the beautiful scenery in different places. We will see with our own eyes many places read of in books, and visit some famous cities and scenic spots. We will meet people with different interests and see strange and different things when we travel. We can get ideas of the conditions and customs of other people, taste different foods and special local flavour if we like. In this way, we can understand how differently other people live.

Travel will not only help us to gain knowledge of geography and history and other knowledge, which will arouse our deep love for our motherland, but also will help us keep healthy and make us less narrow-minded. Travel does benefit us both mentally and physically. With all these advantages of travel, it is no wonder that travel has now become more popular .

First of all, travel can widen our knowledge of geography, the knowledge of customs, cultures and lifestyles of different places and countries. Secondly, we can make friends and practice a foreign language through travelling. Finally, travel is the best way of pastime. We can enjoy eating various foods and seeing beautiful sceneries.

2016年1月12日夜里，绝大数人都已经进入了甜美的梦想，我却躺在床上翻来覆去无法入睡，因为此时我的心情是无比的兴奋：明天一大早，我就要坐飞机去香港了。其实，这并不是我第一次去香港，以前去过两次了，但是都是去玩儿，而这次去却有着非常重大的意义，我是要作为一名青岛镇江路小学手球队的队员，和球队一起代表学校、代表青岛，去香港参加“香港青少年手球邀请赛”。

13号一大早，爸爸定好的起床铃声还没有想，我就醒了，洗脸、刷牙、吃饭，然后穿上我们为了这次比赛特意定制的统一队服，来到学校。虽然还没有到集合的时间，但是同学们都已经到齐了，而且个个精神抖擞，一点没有睡眠不足的样子。由于是在深圳中转，我们先是飞机然后换乘大巴，直到下午5点左右，才到达了目的地——“港乌溪沙青年会活动中心”。接待我们的是一个带着大大的黑镜框的叶姐姐，她是这次比赛的志愿者，香港叫义工。她给我们做了简单的介绍和赛程，然后就给我们安排了住宿。

这是我第一次和同学一起过集体生活，去年我们球队在潍坊打比赛时，我因为超龄没有去，所以这一次我还是很激动的。我们住的是那种民宿式的房子，有客厅、有洗澡间、有两个卧室，一个卧室住4个人。我、张振浩、李晨曦、何逸凡一个屋，我睡上铺。这次来比赛的一共四个队，香港队、上海队、北京队还有我们青岛队，大概是为了让我们更好的交朋友，另一个卧室住的是上海队，我们也在当天晚上就相互认识了，最后还成了好朋友。

14、15日是我们的比赛日，因为当时的天气不好，经常下雨，所以我们比赛的很集中。14号那天我们一天打了六场，两场香港、两场北京、两场上海。上海、北京我们保持了全胜，对香港队我们虽然都遗憾的输掉了，但是不管是领队胡校长，还是于教练都表扬了我们，因为香港队是从全香港的中小学生中选拔出来的，比我们训练的时间也长，教练说了，只要我们好好训练也能打得跟他们一样好的。最后，我们取得了第二名的好成绩。

16-18号，我们比赛结束了，大家一起好好的游玩了香港。特别是去迪斯尼乐园和海洋公园，以前我都是和爸爸妈妈去的，这次和同学一起感觉非常不一样，我们玩得特别开心。

这次香港行，我们收获很多，特别是香港队，我们回来看了录像后发现，不管是身体素质、技战术配合、比赛经验等，都要比我们高很多，让我们见识到了什么是高水平。虽然我们赢了北京上海队，但是离高水平还有很大的差距。另外，由于这次的集体活动，更加深了我们队员之间的感情，让我们配合更默契了。就连于教练都说，通过这次比赛，我们球队的队员都有了很大的改变，训练认真了，训练质量也提高了。我相信，只要我们认真训练，一定会取得好成绩，为学校，为青岛争光的。

太阳火辣辣地晒着大地，空气中弥漫的热浪，让人热得透不过气。在这炎热的天气，我们学校也迎来了一年一度的夏季运动会。

这次的接力赛，我也参加了。

“这一学期里，我们的运动会即将开始……”台上的主持人激动地说道。开幕式开始了，同学们一个个都穿着校服，喊着口号，每到主持台下方，同学们都使出最大的力气，叫喊着我们班级的口号。开幕式就这样在同学们的热情下完美落幕了。接下来，就是最振奋人心的接力赛了。

“加油！加油！”啦啦队员们拿出吃奶的劲为选手们加油着。我们班的第一棒是张芝倩同学，只见她一手紧握着接力棒，一手向后微倾，一只腿向前弯曲，另一只腿向后倾，做出了国家级运动员的动作

顾不得她了，现在还有一个选手在我前面一米的位置，还有最后半圈了，还排在第二的我心提到了嗓子眼上。“这可不行，我得超过她！”斗志燃气了最后的希望，正是最后的希望让我看到了最后一缕光。三米，二米，一米！

我成功了，我做到了！汗水浸透了我的衣衫，这一滴一滴的汗水都是我成功的见证，今天的比赛让我明白：有努力就有收获！

When I was a primary school student, my family and I took a trip to five cities which were in the south of China.

First, we came to Nanjing by plane. That was the first time I had taken the plane and it took us an hour and a half to get there. We arrived in Nanjing in the morning. At 11:30 we went to a restaurant to have lunch. The food tasted delicious. In the afternoon we went to “Zhongshanling”. It was the place that preserve the tomb of Mr. Sugshan.

The next day, we came to Wuxi and then Suzhou where we visited the region of rivers and lakes of “周庄”. It was a beautiful and old place. The house there were along the river and the women always washed clothes at the bank.The fourth day, we came to Hangzhou where We visited “The West Lake. It was very beautiful and the water was clear . As we all know, Hangzhou is famous for silk and tea, so we bought some beautiful silk and famous tea of “龙井”.The last place that we visited was Shanghai. It was one of the biggest city is China. The night view in Shanghai was more beautiful than Beijing. We visited the TV tower of “东方明珠”. It was the third tallest tower in the world. Standing in the tower you could see the whole city. In the evening, we lived in a hotel with 25 floors. I was very excited that evening.

This trip took us seven days and we went back to Beijing by plane. The plane was very very big. There were three engine rooms. I felt happy and I would never forget the trip.

天空一片晴朗，阳光明媚，学校的操场上热闹非凡，这是为什么呢？我们正在举行冬季运动会呢！

我们运动会上项目非常多，有垒球，跑步，跳远，接力赛等等。我最喜欢的是男子接力赛。男子组接力赛每个班有十四个人参加，在环型跑道起点和中间点分别有七个人。

偷偷的告诉你，跑接力赛可是有很多技巧的哟。老师常说，传接棒相当重要，棒没接好那是相当浪费时间的。我们组采取的是下压式接棒法，好处是传接棒基本不会掉下地，但如果用力过猛的话接棒的人手会很痛的哟！在传接棒时接棒的人不要站在原地等传棒的人，如果这样传棒的人要减速交棒、接棒的人接棒后还要零速度起跑加速，就会浪费很多时间。最好的办法是接棒的人提前起跑，边跑边接棒。第二，在跑环型跑道在第二圈时，外圈的选手必须抢内圈的跑道。否则一直在外圈跑那可是要多跑很多路程的。

四年级四个小组分别在四个跑道上，我们班在第二跑道上。“呯”，一声枪响，四个班的第一跑像火箭般似的冲了出去。我远远的看着，感觉一股血呼的一下满全身，斗志昂扬。每二棒、第三棒、第四棒。

终到我了，传棒的是曹皓均，我一路小跑，边跑边回头看他有没有跟上。他追上来了，接力棒轻巧的传到了我的手中。我即刻加速往前冲，压着内圈往前跑。“董睿，加油！402，加油！”我隐隐约约听到拉拉队的叫喊声。冲、冲、冲，拼了！接棒的时候我是在第三，当我交棒时跑到了第二。第十二棒、第十三棒、最后一棒了。沈兆棋犹如猎豹一样冲向终点。

这一次男子组的接力赛，虽然我们班只取得了第二名的成绩，但这是在全班同学的共同取得的，虽败犹荣！同学们个个大汗淋漓，兴高采烈，脸上都露出了灿烂的笑容。
