第三圈的时候，她明显的有点呼吸困难，体力不支，嘴巴大口大口呼吸着新鲜空气，但她仍处在第二名，“咬”住钱若研不放，等待着超越的最好时机，我们像发了疯似的头摇脚跳，大喊：“王英!加油!冲啊!”王英果真快了起来，超过了钱若研，得了第一名。

It was already late when we set out for the next town, fifteen miles away on the other side of the hills. It got dark soon; we drove fast along the narrow winding road that led to the hills. 在我成长的道路上，参加过也观看过许许多多的比赛，有跳绳比赛，夹球比赛，还有跑步比赛。但其中最令人印象深刻的是一场在南京大学的200米跑步接力。

这时，广播上喊到：“请各位运动员准备。”他们不敢疏忽怠慢，赶紧回到了起跑线上，这时，在旁边的裁判用洪亮的声音喊到：“预备，跑！”这时，有一个班的运动员一下子就遥遥领先了，而我们班呢？一个第八，一个第九，紧紧的靠在一起，然后，一班的同学就在旁边神气活现的说：“哈哈，我们班第一名。”可是，好景不长他们班的运动员很快就被其他班的超越了，一直到最后了，而我们班呢？一直在五六名徘徊，超不了其他人，我们都为他们捏一把汗，心想“加油呀，一定要超越他们！”我们班的运动员仿佛听到了我们的心声，在最后时候，以飞一般的速度开始了疯狂冲刺，手拼命地挥舞着，使劲的蹬着，发出“嗒，嗒”地声音，好像在演奏一曲优美的圆舞曲，而他们呢，就像一位位舞蹈家，在舞台上拼命地跳起美丽的舞蹈，最后，他们超越了，一个第三，一个第一。我们手舞足蹈大喊：“太好了！”

这次比赛我终生难忘。

长滩岛在菲律宾，是一个美丽的海岛，那里风景非常优美，有长长的白沙滩，海水很清并且不同时间看有不同的颜色变化，美极了!

第一天，我们坐长滩岛的特色船——螃蟹船出海钓鱼和浮潜。我把鱼食小虾挂在鱼钩上，然后把绳慢慢放下去，过了一会儿感觉有轻微动的感觉以为有鱼上钩，原来是小鱼把鱼食吃完了但没有上钩。 旁边许多人都钓到鱼了，我很着急。妈妈说，“钓鱼不要心急要慢慢的等鱼上钩。” 过了好一会儿，旁边同行的吕叔叔钓到了一条，船家说是小丑鱼，虽然我没有钓到但也很高兴。浮潜也很好玩，海底世界很漂亮，有许多的小鱼在身边游来游去，我仿佛也象小鱼一样了。

第二天一早，我们到海边玩风帆，风帆有点象螃蟹船，不过坐的地方不一样，风帆是坐在两边的网上，很自由自在的感觉。还有风帆是全部够风力的。 到了海中央几个大浪打过来，把我们的衣服弄得湿透了，妈妈还大叫起来。这里的海水很蓝，天空也很蓝，有几朵白云飘过，看远处海与天就象连起来一样，海天一色就是这样的吧。到了转弯的时候，控制船帆的人把帆落了又很熟悉的装回去，这样船就转了弯，很神奇。妈妈很喜欢坐风帆，说还要再玩一次。

长滩岛的白沙滩很出名，听导游说是世界七大沙滩之一，这里的沙就似棉花一样软和细。我在沙滩上彻城堡，不知不觉就玩了两个多小时，其间还有一个上海来的小妹妹与我一齐彻。我们两个都玩得很高兴。

长滩岛真好玩，下次还要再去!

那是一个晴空万里的下午，同学们都胸有成竹、满怀着自信与激动来到了操场上。今天的操场与往日不同，到处洋溢着运动会的气氛，充满了青春的活力。运动健儿们个个是精神饱满，生龙活虎，都想赛出自己的水平，赛出自己的风格。

六年级段的接力赛拉开了序幕，运动员们都做好了赛前准备。开始了，随着发令枪“砰”的一声，四个班的男生都像脱僵的野马飞冲出去，我们班的袁俊杰冲在第一位，可一班死追不放，紧紧地跟在后面，但“鹿死谁手”还不知，我们的心不由得悬了起来，袁俊杰的棒子顺利地传到了徐馨手里，一班也不甘示弱，在后面咬得死死了，操场上的呐喊声、加油声响成一片。“掉了，掉了，一班的棒掉了。”也不知谁在大声喊叫。我们班的徐馨借此机会猛冲过去。就这样那棒子在我们的几个健儿手上灵活的传来传去。此时，一班跟我们班的距离也越差越远，我们班的啦啦队们都放开嗓门大喊道：“604加油，604加油!”最后一棒是我们班女将郑颖，郑颖像发疯般地冲刺过去，一班再奋力地追赶也无济于事了。我们班赢了!我们班赢了!我们跳了起来，抱在一起欢呼雀跃，那时的心情真的无法用言语来表达。

接力赛拿第一是我们604班的梦想呀!六年的梦呀今天圆了!这难道不是一个激动人心的时刻吗?
