妈妈终于破天荒地同意了我想去游泳的请求，今天晚上六点半，我穿好游泳衣，和妈妈一起冲向游泳池!

来到了游泳池，我竟然发现了我的几个好伙伴“皮皮”和“豆豆”，可惜得是，他们都不会游泳，游泳圈都不离身，我跟他们玩也就没了乐趣。于是妈妈就看我可以游多远，我同意了，就一个扎猛子窜进水里，笔直往前游，在又一次换气时，我感觉有些不对头，妈妈去哪了?我回头一看，切，妈妈正在我的右后方呢!我又往前一看，哎呀，我都偏到哪个奇怪的方向去了，我不好意思的挠挠头，马上改变方位，向前游了起来，还没游到头呢，妈妈把我拉了起来，说：“‘皮皮’‘豆豆’他们在打水仗呢，你去吗?”我马上兴高采烈地加入了他们，和“皮皮”一起围攻起“豆豆”来了，由于“豆豆”总是“临阵脱逃”我跟“皮皮”商量好了对策：“豆豆”怕我而不怕“皮皮”，“皮皮”在前面与“豆豆”迎战，不让他“临阵脱逃”我用潜泳从后“包抄”“豆豆”把他打成“满地找牙”!果然，“豆豆”被我们打得落花流水，这时，“豆豆”的爸爸“江叔叔”躺在一个游泳圈上飘进了我们的“战场”，我们互相使了个眼色，大家都心神领会，我游到了“江叔叔”的后面，猛地一推游泳圈，又猛地一拉，趁“江叔叔”一不注意，把游泳圈往上一抬，“江叔叔”滑进了水里，哗!胜利喽!

今天是我暑假的第一次游泳，我开心极了，希望可以总是来。

暑假里，妈妈带我去游乐园里玩。

我和妈妈玩了好多好多的游乐项目，然而，我和妈妈还在游乐园的3D巨幕影院里看了一场叫《生命之光》的电影，主要讲了在生命诞生之初，地球上还是一片汪 洋，慢慢地有了陆地，在陆地上最早出现了恐龙，那是在2亿3千万年前的三叠纪，它占据了天空，地面，水中。可是，由于一场火星撞击地球的大灾难，恐龙时代过去了，一段时间后，哺乳动物慢慢地到来，苍鹰成了天空的霸主，猛犸的出现，渐渐地到最后有了人类。

看了这场电影，我了解到了，生命，是浩渺宇宙的一个奇迹，而人类更是蒙造物主的垂青，成为了万物的宠儿!

Humor is a flavor of our lives. Humor can soften relationship between

people; humor can adjust the atmosphere of different occasions; humor can bring

more fun and joy to our lives.

First, humor is very necessary in communicating with others because it can

soften relationship between people. In the process of getting along with others,

the occurrence of difference and contradiction is inevitable. Sometimes, when we

want to persuade others to agree with our points, we will find that our points

are easier to be accepted if we argue in a humorous tone.

Second, humor can adjust the atmosphere of different occasions. A person

having a good sense of humor is good at adjust the atmosphere. For example, in a

family, if the husband has a good sense humor, their family life would be more

harmonious because he can adjust the atmosphere in time to avoid the occurrence

of quarrel.

Finally, a person having a good sense of humor can bring fun and joy to

others. It is not difficult to find that a humorous person is always warmly

今年暑假，我和爸爸、姐姐，大姨一起到珠海去玩。因为是第一次坐这么长时间的空调火车，一路上我不停地看左右两边的风景，只见一块块绿色的田地就像一块块地毯，连绵起伏的。群山不时

夜晚的珠海更是迷人，各种各样的霓虹灯把街道装扮得更加美丽、动人，在海风的吹拂下我们漫步在海边，感到非常凉爽，抬头仰望夜空，你会惊喜地发现夜空中有许多架飞机在空中飞过，那飞机上的安全灯一闪一闪的，就像星星一样，又像顽皮的孩子在眨着眼睛……啊!珠海你太美了!

捉鱼记

今天，因为天气炎热，所以爸爸带我到河边去玩，还带了瓶子装鱼。来到河边，爸爸坐在大树下乘凉，我呢，就在河里玩水呀、捉鱼呀。

暑假的一天，我怀着无比激动的心情来到了被人们称为“天下第一奇山”的黄山旅游。

明代大旅行家徐霞客游览黄山后，对黄山推崇备至，说：“五岳归来不看山，黄山归来不看岳。”

今日，我也有幸游览了黄山，再一次证实了黄山的确不同寻常。他兼备泰山之雄伟、华山之峻峭、庐山之飞瀑、衡山之烟云，以奇松、怪石、云海、温泉“四绝”闻名于世，是实至名归的“天下第一奇山”。

黄山的山峰是莲花峰，海拔一千八百多米，那耸立天外的峰顶，云雾缭绕，神秘莫测，使人感到其攀登之难，难于上青天啊。特别是山上那奇形怪状的岩石，似乎摇摇欲坠，令人心惊胆战。

黄山景色秀丽神奇，尤其是那些怪石，有趣极了!就说“仙女弹琴”吧，那美丽的仙女弹着琴，悠扬的琴声在山间久久回荡，好像在让人们欣赏回味。再看那陡峭山峰上可爱的小狗，正抬头望着月亮，好像是想到月亮上去看个究竟，这，就是有趣的“天狗望月”。黄山奇石还有很多，如“狮子抢球”、“猴子观海”、“龟鱼对望”等，千姿百态，惟妙惟肖。

玉屏楼的附近，有几棵古老的松树，其中有一棵叫做迎客松，它的姿态好像时刻都在欢迎游客的到来。还有一棵叫做送客送，好似在殷勤地送客：“祝您走好，欢迎下次再来!”

黄山归来已经许多天了，但那秀丽的风景犹如一幅幅美丽的图画，仍时刻浮在我的脑海里。

I am terribly sorry that I failed to arrive at BLCU last Friday. I hope that this did not mess you up completely, although I know that you had already made some special arrangements for my visit with you parents and friends. I am very sorry about all that. I am sure you will be sympathetic, however, when I tell you that my father is dangerously ill in hospital, and that I found it impossible to leave for the visit when he is in this state.

My father was working very hard on his project on protecting the environment. I know the project has come to a very important stage. He and his assistants did not take regular rest for three weeks. Last night, my father had a heart attack and was soon sent to the hospital. The doctor said my father was in a very serious situation, and, he might need an operation.

今天早上，爸爸把我叫醒说：“一会儿去玩儿，你去不去?”我说：“去，当然去!”爸爸说：“去，还不快起床!”爸爸说完就去院子里做鱼竿了。我赶快起床穿衣，洗漱，还擦了点防晒霜。

一切都准备好了，爸爸就开着车带着我们去__大山里玩了。到了__大山里，爸爸把车停在了大马路边上。我们下车来到了马路边，边上有一条水渠，跨过水渠，就是一层层的石阶梯，我们爬上阶梯，向下一看，哇，还有一段长阶梯，看起来有点危险，又长又陡，还有点窄，我们沿着向下的楼梯走，走到底，然后回头一看有一个大大的山洞，我们走进了山洞，哇!里面好多人呀!

我们也在里面休息了一会儿，突然，我听到了隐隐约约的水流声，我跟爸爸说：“另一个洞口有流水声!”然后爸爸朝着那个洞口走去，我们跟着爸爸这走走，那走走，在池塘里，我们发现了鱼，我拿起渔网，开始捕鱼，我把渔网放到愚蠢我把渔网放到鱼群的旁边，一会儿有一条小鱼碰下渔网立刻后退了，一会儿又碰了下渔网又后退了，直到他觉得没有危险了才跑到了渔网的上方，就在这时，我迅速把鱼网拿起来，这条鱼就跑不掉了，今天我开心的不得了!

快乐的暑假来临了，大家都在计划这个暑期怎样度过，不过，我却要提醒大家：预防溺水，警钟长鸣!

近几年，溺水死亡的事件越来越多，例如：2013年6月26日，3个同胞兄妹在村口的池塘边玩水而溺水身亡;2014年4月28日中午，3名学生为了救一个名叫小文的孩子溺水身亡;2015年2月22日，6名儿童在河上溜冰，不慎落水，打捞上来后抢救无效身亡;就在我们身边还

发生了小学生游泳溺水身亡的事件。

为什么会发生这么多溺水身亡的事件呢?我上网查了资料，进行整理后，认为主要可以从五个方面来分析原因：

一是心理原因：1.怕水心理严重，遇到水就惊慌失措，四肢僵硬;2.因好奇心重而不小心落入水中;3.与人打赌，争强好胜，更容易导致溺水。

二是生理原因：1.潜水时间过长，产生缺氧窒息;2.体力不支，饱食、饥饿、酒后等原因;3.寒冷、疲劳或者用力不当，在水中发生肌肉痉挛。

三是病理原因：患有心血管病、精神病及癫痫病的患者，下水后引起病发。

四是技术原因：1.突然呛水，不会调整呼吸;2.水中打闹玩耍，被人误压水底时间过长;3.入水方式不当，意外受伤。

五为其他原因：1.对水域情况不明，误入深水漩涡;2.游泳场馆等场所管理不规范，设施、人员存在不安全隐患。

不查不知道，一查吓一跳!危险就在身边，我们怎么预防?我觉得作为小学生最起码要做到以下几点：1.无论去什么地方游泳，都必须有会游泳的大人陪伴;2.做好下水前的充足准备：器材、热身、既不太饿也不太饱等;3.未知情况的水域决不能下水游泳，也不要在水边嬉戏、逗留;4.去正规的场所先学会正规的游泳技术再去游泳吧!

暑假期间天气炎热，的确应该快乐地度过，不过我还是要提醒大家防患于未然，让预防溺水的警钟长鸣!因为只有在安全的前提下，才会带给我们真正的快乐哦!

夏天到了，骄阳似火，只听见外面的知了不停地喊着，好像在说：“热死啦!热死啦！”我和妈妈两个人在家，眼看着午饭时间就快到了，妈妈忍受着炎热，去给我做饭。

我一个人悠闲地躺在床上看电视。过了一会儿，我看到妈妈的额头上满头大汗，于是，赶紧从床上跳下来，跑到妈妈身边，对妈妈说：“要不要我帮你呀？”妈妈欣慰地说：“不用了，谢谢宝贝。”可我真的很想帮妈妈做点事情，就赖着不走，妈妈经不住我的苦苦哀求，无可奈何地说：“好吧，你帮我洗菜吧。”

我迅速地把番茄拿过来，打开水龙头，将它们左冲冲，右冲冲，一会儿就洗干净了，这时，我仿佛看见一个个红彤彤的番茄在向我笑呢。接着洗我最爱吃的辣椒了，别看它的“外衣”绿绿的，里面可不好洗，妈妈千叮咛万嘱咐，一定要把辣椒种子和内皮上的茎洗掉。我不敢有半点懈怠，小心翼翼地完成着使命。最后是土豆了，它们可不是一般的调皮，黄色的“衣服”上全是泥，用手是没办法洗干净的，这该怎么办呢？这时，我看到了一把刷子，三下五除二，不一会儿，土豆们都换上了“新装”。妈妈看我洗得很认真，心里美滋滋的。菜都洗完了，我把它们轻轻地放在篮子里，然后给妈妈切菜、烧菜。在我这个小助手的帮忙下，不一会儿，香喷喷的饭就做好了。

我开心极了！希望以后还可以帮妈妈做更多的家务活！

今天是8月11日，我特别兴奋，为什么呢?因为我们辅导班要带我们去旅游，六时半的时候我们终于出发了。一路上，我们为了不无聊，就唱起了歌。车经过地方都留下了欢快的笑声。经过两个小时的行程，我们终于到达了目的地——“杂技之乡”吴桥。

导游早在这里等候我们多时了。他说：“快一点，节目快上演了。”我们慌慌张张的来到一个了房前，果然，节目开始了。这个节目的名字叫伞技。是由一位老太太表演的。他把一个小皮球放在伞上竟然没有丢下来。她说：“来点儿重的。”说着，她拿出了一个碗，既然还能不掉下来，这时她打出了一个面具。你去竟也能在上面“奔跑”。

导游说：“孩子们，走啦!”我们跟着导游来到了一个露天的场地，那儿有一个胖叔叔，他说：“今天我来表演一个我的拿手绝活。”他摆了个要劈砖的姿势，可是他没有劈下去，他向观众看看说：“大家既然有的在照相，我就摆个posture吧。”说着，他摆了个耶的姿势。开始表演了，他拿出了一块砖，他说：“大家帮我验证一下。”一个男人摸了摸说：“绝对是真的砖。”胖叔叔举起手来，使劲往下劈，“啪”的一声，砖头被劈成了两半。

导游又领我们去了一个黑暗的小屋，突然，灯亮起来。只见一个娇小的女子躺在一张小床上登一个小罐子。哇!他既然能让罐子在她脚上“跳跃”起来。这时，走上来了四个大汉，其中一个将女子蹬的罐子拿了下来，紧接着，十个大汉一起把一个一口180公斤的大罐放在了那个女子的脚上，我们都为她捏了一把汗，可是，他横着蹬，竖着蹬，侧着蹬，一点儿都没有掉下来的意思。导游介绍道：“这是吴桥八大怪之一，千斤大缸蹬的快——魏春华。”对了，导游还给我们说了一个关于她的顺口溜，我给你们读一读：吴桥女儿真厉害，千斤大缸蹬的快，嫁个郎君不愿意。

吴桥还有好多杂技我就不一一说啦。通过本次旅游，我对“冰冻三尺非一日之寒”和“台上一分钟，台下十年功”理解更深了，我还知道了“吴桥八大怪”。

包馄饨

今天一大早，奶奶就去菜场买来了包馄饨

九点多一点，奶奶开始动手了。她先把肉洗净，然后放在菜板上，把肉切成条，然后，切成粒，最后剁细。她又从菜蓝里拿出香菇、榨菜、葱等作料，同样切细，和肉一起放在一只大盆子里。然后，放一些盐、味精、菜油等调料，拌匀。接着，奶奶拿了一只碗放了一些水放在桌子上。一切准备就绪，奶奶就开始包馄钝了，

包好馄饨，奶奶特地从我包的馄饨中拿了二十只放到锅中煮。过了一会儿，就煮好了，奶奶盛出来给我吃。我吃着自己做的馄饨非常高兴：因为肉香四溢，味道鲜美。我越吃越爱吃，竟然吃了三碗，不是奶奶限止不让我吃，我还要吃三碗呢!

After dinner, the whole families go to the lantern fair, to enjoy the happiness

in this moment.

In every city, there are always a main street known for its lantern fair,

on that special day, the street will become as bright as daylight in the night

with myriads of lanterns and streams of spectators. At this moment, the

happiness in the heart is beyond all description. By watching various lanterns,

eating sweet Tang Yuan, and hanging out with the people we love, thinking of the

bright future in front of us. It’s worth everything.
