今天，我高高兴兴地去奶奶家，但是一听奶奶说吃西葫芦馅的饺子，我的眉头就皱了起来，不高兴了，因为我不爱吃西葫芦馅的饺子，奶奶只好改成韭菜馅的饺子了，我一听又开心了。

饺子出锅了，妈妈在饭厅喊我吃饭，我做了下来，一看洁白如玉的饺子，胃口大开，尝了一个说：奶奶的手艺真不错，色香味俱全呀。

我满意的沾着大蒜泥吃了一大碗，吃得是狼吞虎咽，妈妈看着我满意地笑了。

妈妈说：“饺子是北方人的传统美食，有句老话，好吃不过饺子，过年吃饺子，象征着团圆，以表示除旧迎新。”我听了连连点头，又知道了一个知识。

一个阳光灿烂的早晨，我和爸爸妈妈一起去观音山游泳。

到了观音山我看见了尉蓝尉蓝的大海，阳光洒在海面上，像是撒下了一层金子，波光粼粼的，这时，我迫不及待地穿上游泳衣下水了，爸爸也下来了，我套着游泳圉像小青蛙一样，游到了比较深的地方，开始游泳。

我一会儿自由游，一会蛙泳，可好玩了，接下来我和爸爸开始打水仗，我用海水朝爸爸泼，爸爸也用海水往我这儿泼，我吓得直往后游。

时间过的真快，我和爸爸妈妈依依不舍的回家了，在海边游泳真是太好玩了，下次我还要去的。

这天风和日丽，我和爸爸去游泳。

爸爸问我：“你会游泳么”“不会”“那我教你吧？”我骄傲地回答说：“不用，游泳有什么难的呢！一看就会。”“那你就试试看吧！”爸爸说还没等爸爸把话说完，我就“扑通”一声跳进了水中。没想到，我一下水，便“咕咚咕咚”地喝了一肚子的水，好不容易喘了口气，当我想摆动双臂向前游动时，却怎么也前进不了。

爸爸走过来对我说：“人啊，就是要虚心，不虚心不行啊！就像你刚才那样，泳没游成，却喝了很多水下肚。”我低着头，红着脸对爸爸说：“那你教我吧！”

爸爸首先给我讲了换气的要领……先把气呼出，再抬头吸气。我照着爸爸说的去做：第一次呛了一大口水，我不泄气，又连着做了三四次，可还是不行，我心灰意冷了。可当我看到爸爸那满怀希望的眼神，我的信心又上来了，我边琢磨边练习，终于，我能接着连换三口气，游出2米多远，那时的我甭提有多高兴了！简直是无法形容！

于是我便接着练习，我可以游得越来越远，最后可以游出十来米远，我得意的说：“爸爸，我们比赛吧！”

“预备，开始！”我一声令下，向终点游去！可爸爸马上超过了我。眼看快过路程的一半了，我急了，想了一个“馊主意”我上了岸，从岸上超过了爸爸。

今天我的收获不是学会了游泳，而是懂得了一个道理：做事要谦虚，不要骄傲！

During the winter vacation, nothing is different for my life. I wake up 11

o’clock Am everyday, after a washing, I have a good lunch with my parents. Next

I play computer games till the time to have supper. After have dinner. I go on

playing till 2 o’clock Am, and then go to sleep with tired. This is one dull day

of my winter vacation.But I haven’t bored all the time. Sometimes I read the

books, sometime I listen to the music or the radio in the bed，because it was

very cold outside and snowy all the day. And I also meat some of my good friends

during the vacation ,we have a very long talk about the life of each other in

the past year and play table tennis tegether .And I watched the spring festival

party of the CCTV in the last seconds of the 2004 year! I think this is the

thing most people of china doing at that time.that’s all, all my dull, coldly

and snowy winter vacation.

炎炎夏日，又到了暑假，像烈火般的太阳正在天空中燃烧。想起想起，我便想起我那充满欢乐的暑假计划了......

今年的暑假，有些与别不同，我决定了今年暑假要学我最爱的乐器——小提琴，我想：一放暑假后，便马上去广州天河去学小提琴，我的同学常常问我：如果用一种材料来做一个小提琴，我会选择用水晶做。的因为水晶十分晶莹剔透，多漂亮啊!!但是，我现在只是初学，不用那麼昂贵的小提琴，所以我现在只买一个‘红棉牌’的小提琴吧，待我长大后，才买它!

另外，有一个很不高兴的事儿要告诉给你们，我的数学考试只有80分和87分，所以妈妈要我到姑姑家去补习，活该!活该!

这个暑假，最令人期待的是我可以到广州的芙蓉嶂游玩，妈妈说：那儿有可以泡温泉，又可以游泳，还可以········听说那儿的风光迷人!

Lantern Festival The 15th day of the 1st lunar month is the Chinese Lantern

Festival because the first lunar month is called yuan-month and in the ancient

times people called night Xiao. The 15th day is the first night to see a full

moon. So the day is also called Yuan Xiao Festival in China. According to the

Chinese tradition, at the very beginning of a new year, when there is a bright

full moon hanging in the sky, there should be thousands of colorful lanterns

hung out for people to appreciate. At this time, people will try to solve the

puzzles on the lanterns and eat yuanxiao (glutinous rice ball) and get all their

families united in the joyful atmosphere.

Like tangible cultural heritages such as the Great Wall and the Forbidden

City, intangible cultural heritages like Peking Opera and

Confucius-commemorating rituals are equally crucial. We should make our utmost

efforts to preserve intangible heritages because, without their physical form of

existence, they are in greater risk of extinction.

According to UNESCO’s Convention for the Safeguarding of Intangible

Cultural Heritage (2003), all forms of social customs and habits, folklore,

performing arts, rituals, oral traditions, festivals, traditional crafts and

various knowledge and practices about nature and universe can be classified as

intangible cultural heritages. As a country consisting of a great diversity of

ethnic groups and with time-honored history and civilization, China abounds in

intangible cultural heritages. Cultural heritages connect modern people with the

historical past, allowing them to acquire a cultural and historical identity.

Without cultural heritages, we would be rendered absolutely rootless and we

would find it hard to cope with challenges at present and in the future.

However, the modernization process poses mounting threats to intangible

heritages. Many people have a blind faith in the latest electronic devices. It

is also pathetic to see elderly people in possession of such legacies pass away

without transmitting them to the younger generation. Faced with those

challenges, we should both preserve and renovate our ancestral heritages so that

we can help contribute to the cultural diversity of the world and return to our

spiritual homeland in this age of impersonal science and technology.

Everybody knows that our life is very short, so the great educators always

advocate us to do what we like and pursue for our goals bravely. Most people

have many ideas in their minds and they dare not to take action, because

thinking of the effort they make but what if they accomplish nothing, so they

decide to give up and just live the boring life. It reminds me of the famous

words, some people just die at age of 20 but only to be buried at the age of 70.

As we are young and full of energy, it is a good time for us to fight for our

future, never be afraid of failure, because it is the mother of success. We can

achieve our goals if we have patience, just to cherish time and keep

fighting.

今天，是我弟弟的生日，妈妈说带我们去海洋馆去玩，我和弟弟高兴的不得了。吃完早饭我们就去等车，等了一大会儿才等到，我们上了车，车上的木牌上写着自动投币，妈妈从口袋里拿出三元钱投到箱子里，然后找了个好位子坐了下来。

不一会儿就到了绿色庄园，我们在这里下车。海洋馆就在对面。来这里的人真多呀!我们走过去先买票。走进海洋馆，里面有各种各样的海洋生物，有像蛇一样的鳗鱼，有叫声像娃娃的娃娃鱼，还有呲牙咧嘴的大鲨鱼。大个的乌龟像个外星飞船??????。

所有的鱼都看完了，妈妈说该回家了。我跟弟弟依依不舍的回家了。

今天，老师叫我们做个试验，做豆芽。我放学后，就兴致勃勃地回到家晨，准备了一个盒子，对妈妈说：“妈妈，老师叫我们做黄豆芽，看看黄豆是怎样变成豆芽的，我们去买黄豆吧。”妈妈说：“好啊。”我们就去超市买了一大把黄豆回家，我把它们放在盒里，再加入些水。

第二天，喝足了水的黄豆一个个都变得胖胖的了，样子好可爱呀。过了几天，黄豆咧开嘴笑了。长出了细细的芽儿。看，那小黄豆胖胖的，小芽儿绿绿的，弯弯的，还挺着一个白白的大肚皮，多像一个个大大的珍珠啊。又过了几天，小黄豆把外面的“衣服”脱了，绿绿的小芽儿长长了，多么可爱呀。

There are various emotions in the world. People need valuable emotions

which can support them both in mind and in life. Friendship is one of the most

vital emotions.

It is not easy to deal with friendship. As for friendship, sometimes you

and your friend may meet difficulties. Trust is the most remarkable trait of

forever friendship. Trust plays a very important role in daily communication. As

the saying goes, “Between friends all is common.” Furthermore, tolerance is also

a considerable factor in remaining good friendship. If your friend makes a

mistake accidentally, you should have largeness of mind. Friendship is too

precious. When we face some misunderstandings, we need to make joint efforts to

protect our friendship. We should not give up friendship at random. We should

treat our friends as treasures.

暑假生活是多种多样的，有快乐有悲伤。但令我印象最深刻的是去海上游玩。我的情绪变得异常兴奋和开心。

那天下了一个上午的雨，下午雨过天，天空泛起宝石一般的蓝。我们出发了!途中，烈日炎炎的下午却使我那小小的心里充满了欢喜。因为一想到即将去大海，便不由自主地开心。

最后到大海，我望见码头上有许多船。所有的船簇拥在一齐，有大的也有小的。我又望望眼前的大海，听着呼啸的海浪声，我愈加感到大海的宏伟和博大。我迫不及待想要上轮船，当爸爸告诉我是哪艘船时我便立刻跑到船前。阿!真大阿!相对我来说，船是个庞然大物了。船的样貌十分像古代的阁楼，上船之后，我立刻把船全都走了一遍。

船启动了。我站在船头，海风迎面而来，真舒服。突然，有人说有个重要的东西忘记拿了，船只好掉头回去。像是有人打扰了我的美梦，我显得极不开心。等那人拿了东西后，船又开始出海了。我又最后放心没人打扰我的“美梦”了。

走了许久，望见远处有几座小岛。岛上树木很茂盛，一片碧绿。这些小岛就像是镶嵌在海上的一颗颗绿宝石，给大海增添华丽的色彩。还有一些海鸥在轮船后飞着。像在跟轮船赛跑。凉风习习、鸟声啁啾让人心旷神怡。

船集在一个小岛前，那里空气十分清新。有人已经开始钓鱼，有人下水游泳。一位叔叔朝游泳的人喊“有鲨鱼阿!游过去啦!”那些游泳的一副惊慌的样貌，我们船上的人都笑了。如果画家把这个场面画下来，那么这幅画必须很美很美。

回去时，已是今晚，夕阳落山，洒下万丈霞光，大海顿时成了色彩斑斓的舞台。流动着霞光异彩。此时此刻，天空上的余光，海中的波光，交织成人间最动人的美景。这时，海鸥又来了，然而这次它们不是来赛跑而是捕食。因为船的螺旋桨把鱼带上来，海鸥就有了可乘之机阿!此时岸边都蒙上了一层火色的纱幔，景色变得迷离起来。但是灯火辉煌。给傍晚的大海又增添了另一番绚丽的光彩。

天空从艳红变变为淡红，从橙黄退到淡黄，从浅蓝转成深蓝，直到变黑，船便靠岸了。我带着满怀的好情情回家了。

暑假里我到婆婆家去玩。到了之后我先在家吃了一顿美味的菜肴，吃完后就和妹妹到楼下去玩。我看见了许多沙，于是我们就玩起沙。

我们找来了几个一次性杯子，准备建一座我心中理想的城堡。我先用杯子装满沙子，再往杯子倒水，保证所有的沙子都湿了，再把杯子反扣过来一会儿，让水流干，接着把杯子拿掉，一座堡垒大致轮廓就完成了。再按同样的步骤做几个放在一起。随后我用已经湿了的土捏几块像橡皮一样小巧玲珑的小砂砖，等它干了之后再放上去，一座宏伟的堡垒就完成了。为了让它更加精致，我在城堡里插上了几根竹签，让它更加坚固，又在旁边做了一个游泳池：我把水，小石子，细沙放在杯子里和好，再把调出来的“水泥”沿着一个胶带圈铺满，用十几根竹签穿过去，游泳池就大功告成了。往池子里注满水，嘿，一点都不漏，我折了个纸船放在池里，真有趣。城堡建好了，我和妹妹相视一笑，我俩都变成了大花猫(因为我俩脸上沾满了土，沙和汗水)为了不让别人破坏，我把堡垒套上了袋子，每天都下楼观察巡逻。暑假很快就过去了，希望下次去的时候堡垒还在。

Do you like animal？ What’s your favorite animal？ My favorite animal is monkey. It is lovely and clever. People always say that our human beings are evolved from monkeys. In the other word， monkey looks a little like human being， which close the distance between it and me. It has a long tail. It can make different shapes by it. It likes eating bananas. It will peel off the skin just like human being. It is funny！ I love it.

“上有天堂，下有苏杭”，我和家人们一起去游览了人间天堂——杭州西湖，在那里，我们一起感受了其中的秀丽风光。

西湖最美的风景在夜晚。一到晚上，四处的灯光都亮了起来，突然，湖中喷出了一道泉水，迅速地向我射来，那水打到了木板上，一下子溅开，把我的裤子也打湿了，这让我们都哭笑不得啊!

西湖林间的美景也美得让人心醉。夜晚走在林中，常常有阵阵幽香飘来，在这夜深人静的晚上，我们躺在草地上，不时有萤火虫从眼前飞过，西湖边也是绿树环抱着，大树的影子都倒映在了湖中，湖中还有一只假的黄牛，这给西湖的景色添加了一抹光彩。我渐渐抬起头，望着天上美丽的星星，突然一只调皮的小松鼠跳入了我的眼前，正在咖啡店上面活蹦乱跳呢，也许它也被这美丽的景色所吸引吧!

哈哈……我们在这欢笑中结束了这次愉快的游玩，杭州西湖的美景可真是令人神往，无怪乎世界各地前去游览的人都络绎不绝!

暑假里的一天，骄阳似火，一丝风也没有。大地热得好象要着火似的。树叶热得无精打采地低着头，只有知了在树上不停地叫着。

爸爸说：“我们去游泳吧!”我一听，兴奋得一蹦三尺高，大声叫着：“好哎!好哎!听说新体育馆刚刚开张，我们就去那儿吧。”我和爸爸顶着炎炎烈日，来到了体育中心。换好游泳衣，我迫不及待地跑到游泳池边，只见池水碧蓝碧蓝的，清澈见底。可我心里却有些害怕，在爸爸再三催促下，套着救生圈，我小心翼翼地走下游泳池，顿时，一股清凉传遍全身，好爽啊!这时，我更加紧张了，我用手紧紧地搂住爸爸的脖子，爸爸鼓励我说：“别害怕，池水只有1米，才到爸爸胸口呢。”爸爸轻轻地把我放下，说：“有救生圈就不会掉下去了!”听了爸爸的话，我再也不觉得害怕了。我用力地踢水，拼命地游着，可还是在原地。爸爸给我做示范，我学着爸爸的样子，双手不停地向后划水，两条腿使劲地向后蹬，果然，慢慢地向前进了几米。经过反复练习，我就能游几个来回了。

爸爸高兴地看着我，语重心长地说：“不管学什么，只要有信心，坚持不懈地练习，一定能学好。”

In Chinese lunar calendar, July 7th is a romantic day for the young people,

which is called Qixi Festival that is also referred to the Chinese Valentine’s

Day. This festival has been the tradition and many young people celebrate it in

their own way. What’s more, the government listed Qixi Festival as the

intangible cultural heritage.

The origin of Qixi Festival is about a romantic story. It was said that in

the ancient time, a beautiful young lady who was an immortal came to the men’s

world. She fell in love with an ordinary man. But there was limitation between

immortal and human being, so they were separated by the lady’s parents. Their

love story moved a lot of people and the girl’s parents decided to let this

couple meet on July 7th every year.

Today, When Qixi Festival comes, the single ladies and men will try to ask

the one they like out. They want to have a date and show their likeness. So they

know each other’s heart if they say yes on that day. The romantic atmosphere can

be sensed everywhere and we are enjoying it.

放假了，随着下课铃的一声响，我们的暑假生活就开始了。

放假之后，我千方百计地争取到妈妈的同意，最后能够简单一天了，这天再也不用跟“哑巴老师”——书本打交道了。

第二天，我和暑假作业展开了“赛跑”，我在和暑假作业不断地“赛跑”中，一点一点地消耗它的“体力”，在爸爸妈妈的帮忙下，我最后赢了暑假作业，可暑假作业还有一个“弟弟”——老师的附加作业——公式、单词、对话，日记，我不断地写，最后我过五关斩六将完成了它们。

我的暑假生活是五颜六色的，不仅仅是写作业这一种色彩，我也有放松的时候，有的时候爸爸妈妈带我去旅游，有的时候我与智慧的集合——电脑交交朋友。

不知什么时候起，每当我睁开朦胧的睡眼时，奶奶那“高音喇叭”就开工了，“妈妈要上班了，快去送妈妈一程到楼下”。我无奈地三下五除二的穿上衣服，有一次，我将妈妈的小背心穿上了，刚到楼下，一个叔叔望着我梧嘴偷偷地笑，我心想叔叔中了五百万吧，笑得如此开心。我向叔叔问早上好，叔叔指了指我的衣服说：“骋骋，你怎样一夜之间就长大了阿!你妈妈的衣服也适合你穿?我恍然大悟原先穿错了衣服，我的脸刷的一下娈成一个redapple，扭头就大步流星往家跑。我跑回的途中明白一个道理，做任何事情都就应一丝不苟。

我的暑假生活不仅仅是这样，还做一些力所能及的家务，例如，刨土豆，洗碗，拖地……小朋友们，不仅仅要爱学习，也要热爱劳动。

当我看到日历上有很多的红色数字时，我就会开始焦急，如热锅上的蚂蚁，因为不知道要在家里还是要出去消除疲劳?可是老师只会出堆积如山的作业，所以假期都会被作业霸占，难道我都不能有一点自由的气息吗?

我觉得放暑假和法定假日很不一样，只要是暑假，父母都会带全家人出去旅行;但是只要是法定假日父母只会出很多的主意，如你功课写好了没?你英语单字背好了没?真是快把我变成喷火龙了!在家里过的单调又无色无味，让我很遗憾，感觉真正的假期已被父母和老师抛到脑后，让假期的味道慢慢变淡。

今年让我最难忘的假期是在暑假，我参加一个夏令营，我和朋友一起坐火车环岛。每当想起这段回忆，就像吃不完的糖果一样;但是只要是在写功课的假期，就只能幻想那出去玩的美好的味道。

假期接近尾声，我好像浪费了这段假期，跟我想像的假期差很多，就像天堂与地狱一样，一个是美好的一个是悲惨的;但是可以增添很多知识，也可以帮考试充电。可是我却不想要这样的假期。我想要有美好回忆的假期。

假期过完时，我会在心里想这个假期就这样吗?我现在就像一个坐牢的犯人，只能看到这片美丽的天空。我是多么喜欢假期又多么恨假期的人，让这一些美好的光阴飞走，我就像一只不能飞的鸟，已经忘了天有多高，真希望每个假期都能在外面悠闲地度过!

暑假里有许多的事已被流水般的时光冲得模糊了，可有一件事却使我怎么也忘不掉。

暑假里的一天，爸爸带我们深圳小梅沙玩。走进小梅沙的沙滩，站在高处上看那浩瀚的大海，无边无际，拿着望远镜一样看不到边缘。海滩虽然很大，可是这里根本没有多少空位可以站立了。一不小 心就会撞到旁边的人。

在海上，我和哥哥一起在和海浪“比武”，海浪一冲过来，我们就闭着眼扑过去，从它们的“身体”中穿过去，在穿过去的那一瞬间——好爽!海浪竟然来偷袭我，它们朝我扑来，弄得我的眼睛进水 了。在大海里学游泳，简直是在大海捞针啊!从早上到了晚上，那么久的时间里，我却是竹篮打水——一场空啊!我累了，一个海浪把我冲上沙滩，灿烂的阳光照着我。我躺在沙滩上，不想再动了。但 是爸爸却在旁边说：“去学游泳吧，我教你。”

我在海里练习了好几个钟，喝了满肚子的海水，终于学会掌握了一些游泳的技巧，可还是游不了一下就往下沉了。

到了晚上九点钟，我们才坐车走在回家的路上。我心想：不下一番苦功，休想学会一门本领。我得继续努力，学会游泳，希望有一天能在大海里自由自在地畅游。

As we all realized that every one of us will fail during our life. Take me

for an example, I fail in my exam. In fact, failure always does appear, which

also means that failure is a daily occurrence, however, when facing the failure,

different people have different attitudes.

Some people hold the view that failure is the meaning whenever they could

not be successful. Thus, if meeting with failure, they will feel so nervous that

they have no idea what they are supposed to do. As time goes by, they become

more and more dispirited while eventually, they could do nothing well.

On the contrary, there are some people tending to believe another idea.

From their point of view, failure is outstanding due to the fact that it can

give them plenty of encouragement. Therefore, if facing failure, they will be

quite courageous and then try their best to beat it, finally, they make their

dream come true.

From my perspective, failure is neither an excellent thing nor an

appreciating thing. Sometimes, it is capable to offer us with encouragement,

however, it can also make us unconfident now and then. Thus, if encountering the

failure, never could we be scared. What we should do is to face it bravely and

never give up.

In summary, I wish when failure appears, each one of us could confront with

it bravely and beat it, if possible.
