一眨眼，五年级的美好时光就过去了。这是升六年级的间接时段，我得为小升初做准备。正好今年暑假学校举行过精彩暑假的活动，我就趁着这个机会，好好准备准备......

首先，我要坚持每天背一首古诗，并把这首古诗默写到本上，这样既能增加知识面，又能练字，真是一举两得!但是我的初衷主要是背古诗。前两天背两首古诗，第三天再复习前两天背的古诗，起到温习的作用。

然后我还要坚持学习新概念，依然是按照这种方法：一天两课，第三天复习前两天学习的。正所谓“温故而知新”呐，这温习是很重要的，要不然学习两课忘两课，就起不到它的最大作用。

我不但要学习课外知识，还要把老师要求背会的内容背会，要求写的起到作用，要求看的书，要借来多看上她一两遍。所以，我觉得这次的“与经典同行 过精彩暑假”活动很有价值。我一定要高质量完成，为小升初做好准备!

早在几天前，街道上就摆满了粽子，到处飘散着粽子的清香。今天终于可以吃到妈妈做的香喷喷的粽子了。因为端午节到来了。

啊快乐的暑假终于到了，我的暑假生活可丰富啦!除了做作业、看电视，还会打羽毛球﹑画素描……而我最喜欢的活动就是去海滩上旅游了。

今天天气十分晴朗，我和爸爸妈妈一起去浙江朱家尖海滩游玩，我兴奋得一蹦三尺高。到了朱家尖海滩的入口，火辣辣的太阳晒在我们的身上，我连忙穿上泳装奔向我向往的天地——大海。

只见，海滩上游人如织﹑人山人海。远看，金色的沙滩如同一条金地毯。我躺在软绵绵的沙滩上好似躺在丝绸床单上，可舒服了!接下来，我要来堆沙城了。首先﹑我用手在清澈的海水里捞一点海水，然后倒进沙子用手搅拌就变成了沙泥。接着我用手按呀按，搓呀搓，不一会儿一座沙城就大功告成了!在阳光下，它一闪一闪的，格外亮丽。紧接着我冲向大海游了起来，此时此刻，我觉得自己就像一只活泼可爱的小鱼儿在大海里自由自在地嬉戏，我兴奋极了。不知什么时候，忽然觉得脚丫有点痒，低头一看，呀!原来是水草啊!玩了好几个小时，我们才依依不舍地离开。

暑假的朱家尖之旅让我终生难忘。

今日晚上我，鸣鸣和妈妈__一起去广场游玩。

广场上好不热闹，有专门为妈妈们准备的健身舞;有较量耐力的垂钓游戏;还有速度比拼得打老鼠游戏。

最风趣的要数摇骰子了。规则是摇到什么数字就会有什么奖品保证你不吃亏，一元一次让你摇了还想摇。摇骰子的人可多了挤多挤不进去。我和鸣鸣好不容易挤到了人群里面，我和鸣鸣摇了一次又一次，可每次都是摇到一点小玩意。终于老天开眼了，让咱们摇了个23，得到了一只小狗。我的命运也不错摇到了一只小老鼠!

咱们还玩了投球，这回我可检大便宜了。咱们买了五个球投进来四个球将了一百元以十换百真是把摇骰子的钱都赚回来了。咱们又去吃了冰饮真是爽极了。

咱们吃完后，恋恋不舍的回家了!

太阳，火辣辣地烤着大地。忽然，下起了倾盆大，炎热的天气终于可以清凉一下了，不过这一瞬间雨又小了起来，天空中出现了一条五彩缤纷的彩虹。

湖边，柳叶卷了起来，好像害羞的小姑娘。湖边的荷花开出了一朵一朵鲜艳的花来，有粉红的、淡黄的、白的，极了。湖旁的太阳花鲜花怒放。里的知了整天叫个不停，小也整天吐着短短的舌头，大象用长长的鼻子不断地往自己身上浇水，还有老虎、狮子、黑熊整天懒洋洋地泡在水里，享受着水的清凉。

小孩们和、们一起去馆游泳，甚至让爸爸、妈妈买棒冰吃。还有的跟、去防空洞避暑，更多的是呆在里开着空调看电视。那些忙碌的爸爸、妈妈们则戴着太阳帽和太阳镜，骑着，匆匆忙忙去上班。

啊，夏天给我带来了欢乐!

走进一个拱形的大门，就来到了小花园。

首先映入眼帘的是小路两旁的一排排的垂柳，他们像一个个婀娜多姿的少女，欢迎远道而来的客人。不远处的一块草坪上小朋友们正在捉蚱蜢，一扑，一跳，玩的多开心呀，像一只只活泼可爱的兔子!草坪上的小花也都挺直了腰，在清风的吹拂下频频点头，似乎在欢迎我们。远处的假山上，传来喜鹊动听地歌声。小路左边的池塘里，鱼儿们正在自由的嬉戏，这里就是他们的小天地。抬头仰望，蓝色的天空，白色的云朵，多美呀!小路的右边可以看到一口很漂亮很大的水缸，金色的外表，三角形的花纹。这是干什么用的呢?有的小朋友说:“是洗凉水澡用的”。 有的说:“是浇花用的”。可我想：应该是装饰品吧，反正不是司马光砸的那口缸。

小朋友的欢笑声，喜鹊地歌声，小溪的流水声，让我不想离开这了。

Everyone have their own favorite season. Someone loves the spring the most,

while other one loves winter.The one who like summer might for its hot weather

and they can enjoy the ice-cream, while the autumn fans might love the sky

floating leaves.For me, I love the four seasons equally, I cannot tell which one

i love the most, because all of them have the special reason that makes me

adored them.

Spring is a wonderful season to celebrate rebirth and new life. When it

comes to spring, everything looks so full of vigor. The grass out from the land,

the branches grow new leaves, and the colorful flowers show up everywhere, all

of this beautiful scenery makes people feel encouraged and reborn.

Summer is a magnificent season, which bring warm to us, letting us wave for

it and releasing the passion. Summer is an exuberant season that always makes

people have stirrings to do something. Also, thinks to summer that makes

swimming and surfing much funnier and the ice-cream taste more delicious.

Autumn, fruit is fragrance and fruit. Autumn is the season of harvest, fall

chrysanthemums spit release each other, and a thriving scene. Autumn is the only

season that we could see the leaves flying in the sky. And it is especially

important for Chinese; one of a day of autumn which called mid-autumn festival

brings family together and enjoys happy family reunion.

Winter is a season makes people feel sad and cold, but a warm, toasty house

may feel great in the winter, that is the only charm that other season doesnt

have. Nothing is greater on a cold day than a hearty hot bowl of soup. Moreover,

we can make a snowman and have snow high in winter.

Every season has its own lovely charm, I love them all.

时间稍纵即逝，一转眼，两个月的暑假生活已经过去，我们在哀叹生命不幸，在等待希望的瞬间，时间像一只顽皮的小精灵窃笑着与我们擦肩而去。时间一天一天地过去，回忆以前无忧无虑的生活，早已如梦般散去，那些天真浪漫的往事，也伴随着日历飘逸在岁月的风中……时光飞逝，往事烟云如歌，也只能存在记忆的光盘中，而未来的时光又如一条无声的河流，在浩浩荡荡地、义无反顾地向身后延伸。岁月如梭，然而生命依然如苍穹的云朵那般轻盈，这是我们等待的暑假已过去，面对新一学期的课程，又是一番如火如荼的拼搏展开来!

这个暑假过的寥寥草草，收获虽然说很少，但这那个七月的雨季，我们惬意的心情，都将成为过去。通过初中三年的拼搏，我们也渐渐长大有了曾经遥不可及的东西，吃了曾经没有想过的美食，穿了令人羡慕的名牌。有时候我笑的泪流满面，那只是表面的，真正发自内心的笑容没了踪迹。经历岁月洗礼的我必须学会面对生活中的点点滴滴，方方面面。再不能肆无忌惮的玩耍，我必须尽力的完成我的课业。即便是完成了，在玩的同时，大脑里还想着某道问题，也许长大有长大的烦恼，暑假有暑假的.快乐，懂事有懂事的辛酸。

这个暑假感觉很静很静，我时时敲着键盘在想，不知道这是盛夏的伤感还是初冬的感动。泪水划过脸颊的那一瞬间，感觉人心很脆弱。别人眼里看到的是成长的幸福，我看到的却是一片渺茫。炎热的夏季往往是考验人毅力的时候，每个人的毅力不同，但求知的大门永远敞开。就看远处的你我愿不愿走进。走过了炎热，也就代表着走上了一个新的起点。

叮铃铃，叮铃铃，懒虫起床，懒虫起床，是谁把我从美梦中惊醒，啊！原来是我最爱的小熊闹钟。揉揉眼睛，伸伸懒腰，忽然想起昨晚答应妈妈，今天帮她买菜。看看窗外的太阳公公才刚刚升起，我想现在凉快就去胜利路菜市场买菜，早去早回。刚一出门就看见汽车在公路上川流不息，又看见老人在散步，听见小鸟在树枝上叽叽喳喳的叫个不停，夏日的微风吹在身上真凉爽，我不由得加快了脚步，不一会就到了胜利菜市场。

买菜的人山人海，卖菜的都在马路的左右两边，右边的像一列火车。有的在讨价还价，还有的在精心挑选新鲜的蔬菜。菜品真多，有黄瓜。茄子。青红辣椒。南瓜。土豆等。你看，又大又红的西红柿像一个红红的脸蛋，紫莹莹的包菜像一个小足球，青青的大冬瓜像一个水桶，弯弯曲曲的长豆角像条小蛇。我大胆地走过去问老爷爷这豆角是蛇变异而成的吗？老爷爷笑着说：“不是的小朋友买几根回家尝尝吧”。我鼓足勇气问爷爷那蛇豆角多少钱一斤，爷爷瞪大了眼睛说：“小屁孩，卖二块五一斤，还没等我回过神他又开口了给你二元一斤”。我笑嘻嘻的挑选了几根更像蛇的豆角。有了第一次再买别的菜我一点也不怕了，也在那挑呀，讨价还价。

我提着沉甸甸的菜，累的满头大汗慢悠悠的回到家门口，妈妈正等着接我那，她看着我买的菜足够一天吃了，我们都高兴的笑了，早晨真美！

I am sorry to trouble you, but nobody would come into my mind to help me except you.

You know, I had planned this holiday for several years. A t last, my dream came true. You could imagine how excited I was. My mind was completely occupied with the holiday. I forgot to collect my laundry. I dont know if you can help me collect my laundry. I sent the laundry to the Johns. It is the one down the corner on St. Peters Street. You cant miss it, because the house is painted green-a big green house. I have got two pairs of trousers, three shirts, one T-shirt and a blanket. Call a taxi to send you home. I will pay you back when I am home.

My first stop is London. It is raining. The streets are very clean. How I wish I could have the chance to see the famous London fog. But someone told me that was already the history. One can only read things like that about London in books.

暑假的一天，哥哥带我去老家的地里捉蝗虫，我怀着兴奋的心情来到了地里。

天气十分干燥，我扯着嗓子对哥哥喊道：“太好了，可以捉蝗虫喽，但天气这么热，他们怎么才会出来呢？”哥哥故弄玄虚地说：“要不你去找找啊！”听他这么说，我更起劲儿了，跑着跳着去寻找蝗虫。拨开稻草，没找到，翻来泥土，还是没有。结果，找了半天一无所获。我急的像热锅上的蚂蚁，对在一旁看热闹的哥哥生气的说：“嘿，我找了半天，找的汗流浃背的，都快累死了，蝗虫到底在哪里嘛！”“好好学语文呦，蝗虫就在你头上呦！”哦，原来是在天上飞的，它飞的这么快，怎么才能捉住呢？这时，我突然发现了一个悠然自得的蝗虫好像在等着我抓它似的，我猛一下子扑了上去，哈，终于抓住了。咦？怎么又不见了呢？哎呀，调皮的蝗虫居然飞进我的嘴里了，我连忙吐出。被气的面红耳赤的我转向哥哥，却发现他正在捧腹大笑。

这可真是一件趣事呢！

暑假里经历的事犹如沙滩上的贝壳，数也数不清，拣也拣不完。这天，我拣到了一个贝壳，述说的是这么一件事：

那是风和日丽的一天，初三年段的同学去崇武古城游玩，我也跟着去。一到目的地，我们就来到海边，把矿泉水喝完后，我们就捉螃蟹。捉完一数，才四只，有两只是我捉的，可脚都被拔段了。刚想好好浏览，可又说要去沙滩，只好又去沙滩玩。一到那里，正好涨潮，我和王婷婷(姐姐的一个朋友)去堆“沙山”。过了一会儿，我和邹勉之(姐姐的另一个朋友)第一次看见马，很好奇，付了钱，就坐上马背。马个性听话，我叫它向哪转就向哪转。下来时，我个性舍不得，但迫不得已，只得下来。

到吃饭的时光了，我们到饭桌前，看着桌上摆放着许多山珍海味，有虾、鲤鱼、鲨鱼根、大海螺……吃过饭，我们又玩了很久。校车要接我们回学校了，虽然很累，但我很高兴。

啊!这次的游玩真好。我好期望能再去一次。

Today is the annual national holiday, is a happy day.

I and my father and mother go to the zoo to play. We entered the park, we saw where the sea of people, like a long queue, more like a happy ocean.

Animal in the zoo is so much! There are cute little bunny, there are bulky gorillas, and that beautiful peacock. There are mandarin ducks in the water play, I throw food to them, they immediately ran over to snatch, really too cute. The most interesting is the monkeys of the iron gate, where they jump and jump, there is a group of macaques in the grab bottle! 今天是一年一度的国庆节，是个令人开心的日子。

我和爸爸妈妈去动物园玩。我们进了园，就看见那里人山人海，就像是一条长龙，更像是一片欢乐的海洋。

动物园里的动物可真多呀!有可爱的小兔子，有笨重的大猩猩，还有那美丽的孔雀。远处有鸳鸯在水中嬉戏，我扔了食物给它们，它们就立刻跑过来抢食，真是太可爱了。最有趣的就是铁门边的那些猴子，它们在那里跳来跳去，还有一群猕猴在抢瓶子呢!只要有人拿瓶子逗它们玩，它们就很灵活地过来抢。有些顽皮的小孩子递给它们可乐，它们毫不客气，接过就大口大口地喝了起来。这真是一群淘气又聪明的猴子呀!

一路走去，不时有鸟儿在我头上飞过，叽叽喳喳的，好像在欢迎我们的到来。河中鱼儿在自由自在地游着，那么惬意，我多么希望自己也能变成一条鱼儿，可以和它们一起嬉戏。今天真是个好日子，我好想放声歌唱，祖国祖国我爱您!

忙碌的星期天

Last week , I had a busy Sunday.

I got up at six oclock at first ,Then ,I must washed my face and brushed

my teeth in ten minutes,Following,I need for breakfast .My breakfast was very

delicious ,so I ate them fast.After this,I went out and went played basketball

with my best friend ,Tom ,in the school playground .We knew many tempering is

good to health, so we can train each week together .In the noon,I went home and

cooked my lunch by myself ,then ate it .In the afternoon ,I stayed at home .I

read books and did my homework three hours .I n the evening ,it is mountain in

the sun ,I began to washed my dirty clothes .At the oclock ,I went to bed and

had a rest.

How a busy day it is !

Christmas Day is very popular around the world, which originates in western

country, but now it is celebrated by the world. When this big day comes, there

will be a lot of products that sold in very low prices, and the Santa Clauss

image will be seen all the street. Shops will play Christmas songs. I always

spend this festival with my friends, because my parents dont take this day

seriously. We hang out the street and join the big crowd in the square, singing

with people and then wait for the time to count down. It is such a great moment

for me. I can feel the lively atmosphere, like the New Year. On the way home, we

share our wishes and talk about the happy incidents. Christmas activity brings

me unforgettable memories.

时光如水，生命如歌。在白驹过隙间，我们又送走了紧张的一学期，迎来了又一个暑假。

从这天开始放假了。老师话音刚落，同学们便欢呼起来：放假了!放假了。老师还说了些什么，没有谁听清了。大伙像放飞的小鸟，摆脱了书本的束缚。一拥而出，奔向回家的路。

走出教室，我深呼了一口气。我觉得自我犹如一只单色的氢气球，上学的日子里，老师紧紧的牵着我。放假了，老师放松了手中的线，让我飞向我梦想的地方。

放假的感觉真好。早上睡到十点多才睁开惺忪的睡眼。不紧不慢地穿着衣服，不用在担心爸妈的催促。细细地品味那武汉的风味小吃。空调吹来的凉风令我不由得想到同学。他们必须和我一样此时都在家享受着空调所带来的清凉。

放假的感觉真好。抱上一本闲书故意地从爸妈面前走过。他们的脸上挂着笑，似乎原先所反对的闲书，此时再看起来已经不闲了。

端午节是我们中国十分隆重的节日，它是为了纪念战国时期伟大的爱国诗人屈原，现在的中国人还在延续这一习俗，甚至还有一天的法定节日。

Dragon Boat Festival is a very grand festival in China. It is to

commemorate Qu Yuan, a great patriotic poet in the Warring States period. Now

Chinese people still continue this custom, even a legal festival.

农历五月初五就是端午节了，家家户户都要包粽子，还有有趣的划龙舟比赛呢!奶奶在家已经煮好了香喷喷的粽子，打开锅盖满屋都飘着粽子的清香，让我闻得口水直流个不停。我迫不及待地剥开粽子叶津津有味的吃了起来，真是回味无穷呀!

Every family needs to make zongzi. There are also interesting dragon boat races!

Grandma has cooked delicious zongzi at home. When she opened the pot cover, the

fragrance of zongzi was floating all over the house, making my mouth water

continuously. I cant wait to peel off the zongzi leaf and eat it with relish.

Its really memorable!

吃完粽子后，爸爸带我去看划龙舟比赛，这里人山人海，车水马龙的可热闹了!比赛开始了，各个队伍都蓄势待发，随着一阵枪声一条条龙舟飞快地划过水面，犹如一支支箭向前飞去。在场的观众们兴奋喊道着加油加油，在为参赛者加油鼓励，参赛者们听了心里充满了信心使劲地划桨，水花到处飞溅。各条龙舟你追我赶的，最后，落后的一号终于追上了遥遥领先的二号第一个冲过了终点，观众们不禁欢呼起来，到处都是一片欢乐的海洋。啊!这真是我最难忘的一天了。

After eating zongzi, my father took me to watch the dragon boat race. There

are lots of people here, and the traffic is very busy! The race started, and

every team is ready to go. With a burst of gunfire, each dragon boat flies

across the water like an arrow. The audience cheered and shouted, cheering and

encouraging for the contestants. The contestants listened with confidence and

strove hard to paddle, and the water splashed everywhere. Each dragon boat

chased after each other. At last, the laggard No. 1 finally caught up with the

far ahead No. 2. The audience couldnt help cheering. There was a sea of joy

everywhere. Ah! This is the most unforgettable day for me.

还有许许多多的传统节日也是和端午节一样有趣的，我们要一起保护中国的传统节日。

Festival. We should protect Chinese traditional festivals together.

People are enjoying the comfortable life of the modern civilization,

meanwhile, they are also experiencing more and more competitions and suffering

much more stress than before.With the tremendous rhythm of living imposed by

todays world, it isnt unusual for people to feel tired and to try to evade from

the daily problems and stress. I think that there is no magic way that is

appliable to every one of us, and proves itself the most efficient method of

escaping stress. Each man has his specific activities that help him regain the

joy of life. For me the best activities to reduce stress and to forget about

problems are sleeping,playing football, going on a short vacation to the

countryside, attending live performances and spending time with my friends and

with my family.

First and foremost, sufficient sleep, needless to say, is indispensable for

each person, especially those encountering difficulties and suffering enormous

stress. There is no denying that sleep could bring the body sufficient rest,

modulate the function of each organ and release the body from stressful status.

Whats more, sufficient sleep would enable the brain operate more swiftly and

efficiently, thus making us more energetic to handle difficulties. Therefore,

not only could sleep loose the fatigue of the physical body, but also release

the mental stress.

What is more, I think that family is the most important thing in a mans

life. They are always there when you need them. Family provides support when you

need it most, helps you go through the difficult moments of your life.The most

important of all, their love for you gives you confidence in yourself, and makes

your life easier and a lot more beautiful. Friends also have an important role,

because you can evade from concerns by going out with them, talking about things

that are not related to your work, and sharing with them your problems and your

acheivements.

妈妈说：“少壮不努力，老大徒伤悲”，其实我也明白：“没有付出就没有收获。”一个人不可能轻轻松松就获得成功，变得优秀，想要获得成功和变得优秀是一定要不断地努力学习的。

时间是那样的宝贵，不容许等待，期末考后的第一天，我就开始了忙碌而又充实的的暑假生活。我每天上午8：30—11：30进行古筝考级的集训课。你知道吗？二年级的我是可以自己去，自己回，不用爸爸妈妈接送了。在每天上午三个小时的集训中，我认真听老师的指导，认真学每一首曲子。我一遍又一遍地弹同一首曲子，力求弹到最完美，回家后还要认真地复习乐理知识，准备在考级中取得优异的成绩。

我喜欢画画，从幼儿园大班开始到现在我都坚持学画画，今年的暑假也不例外，每周的一、三、五下午坚持学画画，这次我学的是彩铅素描，从画画中我学到了很多美的知识。

我喜欢学习，觉得学习是一件很快乐的事情！在暑假期间，我进行了练字、写作和阅读、英语的学习，虽然学的东西比较多，但是我觉得我过得很充实，很幸福！

傍晚的时光，我喜欢到游泳池游泳。与凉爽晶莹透亮的水相伴嬉戏特别的惬意。

我还会还和爸爸妈妈一起阅读，相互分享阅读的内容……我相信只要有付出就一定会有收获，不管未来如何，我一定会坚持做好每件事。

今天，妈妈叫我把叮当放一下，可看电视入了迷的我哪能知道妈妈在叫我，妈妈就走了过来对我说：“我叫你放狗。”我就非常不自愿地去放狗。

我先介绍一下，叮当是我们家的狗，它是松鼠狗，全身都是_的，毛茸茸的，真可爱!可是它有个怀习惯，那就爱打架。不过每次都得让我出手相救，否则，它就成为别人的食物了。

叮当一见到我就对叫来叫去，我轻松地解开链子，带着叮当跑出去。突然，它在一个车轮旁边撒了尿，这叮当真是太缺德。

我跟叮当来到菜市场上后，突然看见一只好大好大黑狗，那只大黑狗正盯着我们看，我心里想：惨呀!这只就是过一次把叮当咬成重伤，就算我和叮当联手的话，我和叮当还是会死在它的手里，它一口就能咬掉半个叮当。我看，我和叮当还是逃吧!我转身立刻带着叮当逃走，可是那只大黑狗跟着我们，眼看快要被追到，我看见有一块砖头，我马上把砖头扔向大黑狗，谁可曾想到，它居然迅速地闪到一边，我赶紧趁着机会，赶快带叮当逃回家去!

吓死我了，然后就我匆匆忙忙地向妈妈汇报了这件事，妈妈非常生气地说：“下次让我遇到你，你就死定了!”

这件事让我明白了一个道理：要先想一想，再做。哎!谁叫我不先想随近有很多恶狗呢!

Dear Sir,

I am a December 2003 graduate from the University of San Francisco (USF) with a bachelors degree in International Business. As part of my career planning, I am very interested in supplementing my international business education with a basic knowledge of the Chinese language. This I hope will help me enter into business commerce with business organizations partnering with Chinas economic development.

I already have information from BLCU and hope to study there for at least one full year starting with this summers program continuing through the fall and spring semester 2006. Can your office advise me if such scholarships might be available to me?

I have been studying Chinese for one year now. I am not sure what level I belong to. I was told that there will be an HSK test in our university in September. I am planning to attend the test. But I dont know if the result of the test is recognized by your university. If so, can it be a help for me to apply for the scholarship?
