今天妈妈爸爸带我出去玩。

我们坐地铁去金茂大厦。到了金茂大厦看起来十分雄伟，壮观。我们坐着电梯上金茂大厦去了观光台。电梯5楼，5楼的上，一分钟都不到就到了88层，观光台一共有三百四十米。我们从金茂大厦往下看人，就像似小蚂蚁，汽车就像小型玩具车。我们人顶上向下俯视中心，可以看到中心是空的，楼梯一卷一卷的像一个大弹簧，我很害怕，我们会不会掉下去，说完我们就在金茂大厦玩了一个多小时，接着，我们就排队坐楼梯下来。

Christmas Day is on December 25th. It was originated in the western

country, but today, this festival has been celebrated by the world. For the

manufacturers, they are very happy to make this day as a shopping day. I enjoy

I had a very special Christmas day last year. I experienced the western

style festival. There was a new foreign teacher taught us the lesson. She was

about 50 years old and she was very kind and we all liked her. On Christmas Day,

she brought us the desserts she made early in the morning. We enjoyed the

home-made cakes. Whats more, she invited us to came to her house and spent the

day with her. Then for the first time, I ate big turkey, which was so delicious.

如果没数错的话，他提到了四次。其中一段原文是这样写的：“下功夫叫自己心理上松动，包管你有好成绩。紧张对什么事都有弊无利。只要凭愚公移山的意志，存着我尽我心的观念;一紧张马上就叫自己宽弛，对付你的精神要像对付你的手与指一样，时时刻刻注意放松。”

我认为这种随时调整自身精神的习惯不单适用于傅聪比赛前，也适用于学生考试前，适用于我。像我现在的学习生活，时常会有大考小考如果精神一直处于长时间紧绷的状态，不利于心理健康，也不会对学习有太多帮助，反而会适得其反，陷入疲劳而耽误课业。在考试前，也应做到不紧张。但是这并不是能轻易做到的。

这时回顾傅雷说这话的背景——傅聪每小时练习钢琴八小时以上。他的充分练习是他放松精神的前提。这也告诉我，并不是你什么都不做，还一昧放松，读后感.考试也能出好成果的。在你有一定的付出，一定的努力后，达到了放松的前提，再是调整的时间。而这个标准对我来说就是扎扎实实地落实好基础，彻彻底底地掌握老师讲的知识。

这时再有一颗“得失置之度外”、“胜败兵家之常”那样无挂无碍的心，只求竭尽所能，无愧于心，效果反而好，才能希望有好成绩。这就是傅雷要求傅聪做到的，也是我要求自己努力做到的。

今天，爸爸带着我和舅舅一起来到了云南、贵州、广西三省交汇处的万峰湖钓鱼，这里的景色真没啊!天是蓝的、山是绿色的、水是清澈的，我们坐在船上一阵微风吹来，感觉特别凉爽。

当我们到达钓棚的时候已经接近黄昏，舅舅和爸爸急急忙忙的找钓位和整理钓鱼装备，我却看着他们忙来忙去不知道该干什么，不一会儿他们就把钓位和装备整理好了，我们就开始钓鱼。

我在爸爸的帮助下，挂上饵料，按照爸爸的指导把鱼钩慢慢的放下去，不一会儿杆稍就出现了轻微的抖动，我急不可耐的迅速提杆，由于提杆太早，什么也没有钓到，我又按照爸爸的指导迅速的下了第二杆，等了大约半小时都没有看见杆稍有动作，我就跑回房间里面玩手机游戏，突然听见外面爸爸说“中鱼啦!”，我放下手机，迅速的跑过去，看着爸爸在哪里慢慢的遛鱼，我心里特别激动，不一会儿，一条半斤左右的鱼就被钓起来啦!

这次我们在万峰湖钓了3天的鱼，看着满满的鱼获，心里特别高兴，真的有点舍不得离开。

游紫微洞

今天是暑假假期的第二天，我和堂妹运佳两家一起去紫薇洞玩。

天下着雨，到了巢湖，我看见山腰上好多好多的雾，高耸入云的山和雾在一起，可有趣了。

到了紫薇洞，我们兴高采烈地走进去。哇!好凉快呀!里边有各种颜色的灯光，好美!运佳说：“里边会不会有鬼?”我坚定地说：“没有的!”可她还是很害怕，紧紧牵着我的手不放。

我们走了好一会儿，忽然发现前边的石板路没有了，而是一个小湖泊，必须坐船才能通过。我跟运佳开心极了，觉得坐船好刺激。上岸后，我们走了好多的台阶，我脚都麻了。从洞里出来，运佳他们就回家了，我们又去附近表姑的学校玩了一会。表姑的寝室好大，一共住了四个人，她还在寝室里安了一张吊床。我躺上去，摇摇晃晃，真好玩!

从表姑的学校出来，天快黑了，我跟爸爸妈妈奶奶一起开开心心地回家了。

在我身边有很多人都是热心的，不止我的家人，还有一些陌生的人很热心。

今年暑假。我吃完午饭就想去找我的朋友，太阳十分明媚在加上清凉的风让人多么神清气爽，我骑上自行车，我既激动又高兴。

因为朋友家距离我们家很远，骑自行车起码要花上一个小时的时间。一想到要去朋友家十分兴奋极了，很像快一些到我朋友家，我飞快的蹬着脚踏板，就感觉飞起来一样。只听“啪”一声，我想一只没头的苍蝇乱撞，最后从车上摔了下来。我赶快立起身来，一看链子掉了我心想：唉我回不了家了，刚好骑了一半惨了。我越想就越想哭。我就一边放声大哭一边推着自行车慢慢悠悠的走着。

走着走着一位叔叔和一个阿姨走过来。那位阿姨亲切的说：“小朋友怎么了?”我闷闷不乐的说：“我的车子坏了，回不了家了。”叔叔看了看我说：“我来帮你修吧。”阿姨看着我，叔叔去拿工具箱。我想：这个叔叔好像没有修过车，咳!我这会没救了。过了一会，叔叔来了，他帮我修了半天，累的满头大汗，最后终于发现问题的所在，车链上没有油了。叔叔为车链浇上润滑油。自行车就和以前一样了。我立刻转悲为喜，我笑逐颜开的向叔叔和阿姨说了声谢谢，叔叔和阿姨面对我笑了笑，我就赶快的回到了家。

这一次，可是有惊无险呀，如果不是因为那个叔叔和阿姨，我很晚才回到家，累个半死呢?
