1、在种树的地方设置几个探头，但凡发现有人砍伐树木、破坏树木，就发他在这个区域内种十倍的树木。这样，既可以让他不再犯错，也可以绿化环境。

2、如果我们平湖只有十四万辆汽车，就分批驾驶。那么xx，每天只有两万辆车。这样，每天汽车尾气的排放就减少了很多。

3、每户人家只能买一辆汽车。如果买了一辆以上的汽车，就要交更多的税。这样一来，就能控制好汽车的数量，还能用所得税种植树木，绿化环境。

4、建一座垃圾分解站，最好用顶尖的科学技术。这样就便于打捞河水中垃圾的工人处理垃圾，也便于清洁工人扫到的无法再次利用的物品得到处理。

5、在每条河上，设放一条专门打捞垃圾的船，船上配置2-3名打捞垃圾的工人，打捞起来的垃圾送往垃圾分解站。这样，河水母亲就能恢复美丽的容貌了。
