第二天早上，我从床上坐起来，瞥见床头那本没读完的书。我把它拿来只是想随便看几眼就放回去，不想却看到这么一句话：“若，万事不先有一个起头;那，你如何才能知晓其终点是怎样一帆风景。”这句话是一位垂危的父亲在病床上，对着自己胆小的小儿子说的。读完，我不仅没有得到满意的答案，反而又开始忧伤起来：我的终点在哪里?我知道，所有人的终点就是死亡，我纵使有着富可敌国的金银，一人之下万人之上的权杖，也走不出死亡的影子。原来我们每个都在死亡的影子下长大。

我想了很久很久，忘了学习和生活。

直到被父母批评的时候，才发现我忧郁的那阵子什么事都没做。成绩是直线下降，个人卫生是一塌糊涂，在学校更是无人问津的地步——我思考那会儿谁也不搭理!

顿时，我才发现想这些有的没的是真没用，不如先做好眼前的事!我不能盯着远方的诗干瞪眼，我也得着手打理眼前的苟且啊!

我恢复正常生活的同时，也得到了关于起点的答案：也许当一名作家是件有意思的事。通过文字的方式，向世界表达出心中所思所想，撰写自己的文字。我不知道自己有没有天赋，但我就是想试试。大概什么时候就成了呢!

Spring - It is quite late now, though it was not late to me before at this clock. I should not stay so late I know. When one is getting old,he knows more about life. I think I do. 家里又有人生病了，这是个不好的消息。他一向节省，从不舍得乱花钱。而今天，出乎所有人意料，他竟拿出好多好多的钱，心平气和地对大家说：“去医院检查检查吧，有多的，买点儿营养品补补吧！”这时，我们一家人十分感动，心中很温暖，很温暖。

不久，生病的人痊愈了。大家表面上并没有答谢，却在用实际行动来感谢他！

这时，他已把自己冬天般冰冷的心释放为春天般温暖的心了。

抬头看吧，看那明亮皎洁的月亮，它的心是那样的纯洁无瑕。它用温柔的光照着大地；它用温馨的笑照亮人们的心田！它——总是在别人不知道时，默默奉献。

I come from Enshi, Hubei Province, a small developing town. I like to watch

the scenery, walk, chat on the Internet and play games.

In sports, I occasionally play basketball, football, soldier ball and

badminton.

For the coming college life, my expectation is to learn English well, adapt

to college life as soon as possible,
