Li Ming came in .He walked towards my bed and asked my body. Then he said he would help me with the subjects. I didn’t agree with him .After a day’s classes he was very tired. But he insisted on helping me with the subjects. In the end, I agreed. Whether it was fine or not, he came punctually. I was deeply impressed by his kindness. Apart from helping me with the subjects, he also comforted me. And I felt better. As proverb says “If you tell your sorrow to your friends, your sorrow will be reduced by half.” I thought he had helped me a lot. If he had not helped me with the subjects at that time, I firmly believed I would have fallen behind others. I felt an immense gratitude to Li Ming. I was happy to have such a friend.

To sum up, a life without a friend is a life without sun. Friendship is one of the most valuable things in life. We should treasure our friendship.

Among all the four seasons,I like autumn best.

一年四季中，我最喜欢秋天。

Compared with summer,its very cool in autumn.People can go travel or just have a walk in the day.Leaves begins to turn yellow,if you walk on a road with trees on its both sides,you will see all kinds of yellow leaves on the road,and some leaves are falling and dancing with wind.What a beautiful view.

和夏天相比，秋天很凉快。人们白天就可以出去旅游，或者只是出去走走。秋天叶子开始变黄了。如果你走在两边都是树的小路上，你就会看到各种各样金黄的叶子铺在路上，还有些叶子正在掉落，随风起舞，多么美丽的精致啊。

Autumn is a harvest season.Wheats ,vegetables and fruits all get ripe.Farmers are busy with harvesting.And we children also help our parents at time. Though its very tired,we are very happy.

秋天是丰收的季节。小麦、蔬菜、水果都熟了。农民伯伯忙着收割。而我们这些小孩子也会帮爸爸妈妈的忙。虽然这样很累，但是我们很开心。

This morning, my father took me to school by bike. I sat at the back of the

bike, eating a banana. After I ate it up, I threw the skin onto the street

randomly.

今天早晨，爸爸骑车带我去上学。我坐在后车座上，吃着香蕉。吃完后，我顺手将香蕉皮扔到了街上。

this, father praised me and I felt very happy.

In the hospital, the door a look, besides the doctor uncle aunt, a nurse, there is a room full of patients. Waited for a long time, very not easy its my turn, the doctors uncle asked me where is uncomfortable, I the ability of doctors uncle, doctors uncle said I have a cold, the prescription, want me to take medicine regularly; And to drink water more, rest more, less to the public.

On the way home, I deeply feel sick very bad, the body uncomfortable, to eat bitter cant afford to eat medicine, only darling lie on the bed, what also cant do, also cant go anywhere, mother also want to ask for leave at home to take care of me, but also worry about me, really bad illness.

Remember that in the analects of Confucius had asked Meng Wubo filial piety. Confucius said: "parents only its disease." Take care of your body, also be an act of filial piety. So to take good care of the body, more exercise, eat more fresh and nutritious food, not partial eclipse, nutrition to be balanced; A balanced, will be resistance; Resistant; Dont get sick easily. If you have the flu, more want to avoid in a public place, make their own health, prepare a handkerchief, toilet paper, must wash your hands before you eat, keep health habits, dont eat junk food, dont drink rubbish, always keep a happy mood, to have a healthy body. In fact, health is wealth, and to possess wealth, it must have health first. Because I was ill, so can feel the importance of health.

一大早起来，就觉得跟平常不一样，喉咙有点痛痛的，额头和身体都有点烫，下床的时候，头有点晕晕的，不舒服到了极点，我赶紧告诉妈妈，妈妈要我回到床上休息，之后妈妈向老师请病假，再带我去医院检查。

到了医院，进门一看，除了医生伯伯、护士阿姨以外，还有一屋子的病患。等了好久，好不容易轮到我，医生伯伯问我哪里不舒服，我一五一十的告诉医生伯伯，医生伯伯说我感冒了，开了药方，要我定时吃药;而且要多喝水、多休息，少到公共场所。

在回家的路上，我深深觉得生病很不好，身体不舒服，要吃苦苦又不能不吃的药，只能乖乖躺在床上，什么也不能做，哪儿也不能去，妈妈也要请假在家里照顾我，还要为我担心，生病真的不好。

记得论语中曾 有孟武伯问孝。子曰：「父母唯其疾之忧。」好好爱护自己的身体，也算是一种孝顺的行为。所以要爱护身体，多运动，多吃新鲜又有营养的食物，不偏食，营养才 会均衡;营养均衡，才会有抵抗力;有抵抗力;才不容易生病。如果有流行性感冒的时候，更要避免出入公共场所，做好自己的卫生，准备好手帕、卫生纸，吃东西 前一定洗手，保持卫生习惯，不吃垃圾食物，不喝垃圾饮料，永远保持愉快的心情，才能拥有健康的身体。事实上，健康就是财富，而要拥有财富，就得先拥有健 康。因为我生病了，所以才能感受到健康的重要。
