还有，这学期我们的数学课本，别的同学都已经学过三分之一了，所以，我已经比别的同学落后了一点，正因为这样，我一定要更努力，更加油，这样我的学习成绩才不会落后。现在，我要开始做更多的课外练习，我决心不会被一个个难题给打败，我一定会用我的努力证明，我会赶上去的，让老师对我刮目相看。

另外我要改掉一个坏脾气，就是别的同学来问我题目时，我总是管自己做自己的事，不听他的话，我觉得这样就是不尊敬别人。换个角度来考虑，假如是我来问问题，被人拒绝是多么难过的事呀!

我还有一个缺陷，那就是体育不好，每次到了期末，成绩都是及格。因为我平时少锻炼，才导致体育成绩不够好，所以在这个充满阳光的春天，我要多锻炼，做好各项保健工作。只要我天天这样，我想我应该可以再升一级。

到底是什么让戴眼镜的人飞快增加呢?这个问题在我的脑海里不停地转悠。后来，我观察了很长的时间，也从网上查了资料，最终得出了结论。第一大原因：不用科学的方法去保护眼睛。有的同学长时间的看书、上网、看电视，使眼睛经常处于疲劳状态，并且不注意眼睛卫生。虽然我们学校要求同学们都要按时做眼保健操，但一部分同学还是不好好做，有的还躲在桌子底下。第二大原因：基因遗传。有的父母是近视眼，并遗传给了自己的孩子。不过这种情况好象不多，“小眼镜儿”往往是因为不爱惜眼睛造成的。

五彩缤纷的校园生活中，充满朝气。我和我的这些同学们在流金般的岁月里，一起学习，一起聊天，一起游戏，一起幻想未来，彼此都建立了真挚的友情。

在班上我和某某就是一对形影不离的好朋友。在学习上，我们互相讨论着学习上的问题，考试成绩上我们总是你追我赶，生怕成绩给对方追上，学习中我们是一对互不相让的对手，也因为这样我们的成绩在班上名列前茅。课间，我们总是一起做游戏参加课外活动，我们俩一起打羽毛球，是一对体育健将姐妹花，只要我们到场总是所向披靡。老师也特别以班上有我们这对姐妹花为荣呢!因为有我们这对姐妹花带动了班上良好的学习气氛。

可是，我们虽然那么好，也一样会有小矛盾的。有一天的英语课上，她为了让他们苹果队获胜，就在比赛时告状冤枉我们队的某某没做完英语的的作业，弄得某某都哭了。因为这件事，当时我很激动，就和她吵了起来。我觉得真挚的友情不应该是这样的，不能因为个人利益而不择手段，而是互相尊重，坦诚相对，有困难就一起解决，有矛盾就一起化解。

这样才像一对真正的朋友，友情之花也才会越开越盛，越开越美。但是我也有错，不应该那么当大家的面批评她。最后我主动向她道歉：“对不起哦，我那天太激动了，因为这样而弄的你很不开心。你想想，我们全班同学都应该是朋友，我们不能为了利益而损害我们的好朋友。你是我的好朋友，我也不愿伤害你，希望你也明白思苑的感受啊。”

她也不好意思的对我说：“对不起，那天我也错了，我太好胜所以没有顾及大家的感受，现在你能陪我去给某某道歉吗?

First day of losing weight

Today is the first day of my plan of losing weight.This morning , i drunk

only a cup of milk oatmeal as plan,and then i started to studied my english.when

it was 10：00 am, the inner man began to crave the nourishment, i couldnt

concentrate my attention to study， and there fried all kinds of delicious food

in my brain:hamburgers、dumplings、egg fried rice and omelette…… .After ten

minutes strugling，I couldnt help that anymore! I rushed to the kitchen, in

which then i ate whatever that was eatable!After that i finally gave up to lose

weight, thinking that im not that fat to need to go on a diet. Anyway, i should

continue to enjoy delicious food which i think is most beautiful thing in the

world.
