有一次，我就没有做到环保。那天晚上，我想把用完的作业被扔掉，妈妈看见了，对我说：“这些纸回收还可以再利用，浪费了多可惜啊，纸的背面还可以用的，你就用它做草纸吧。”我低下头，认识到了自己的错误，从今往后，我就没有在浪费了。

地球是我们伟大的母亲，虽然她已经有四十五亿岁了，但地球的年轻与衰老并不是用年龄来衡量的，作为地球的孩子，我们应该让自己的母亲永远年轻!来吧，让我们一起努力，我相信，如果每个人都作出努力，微小的力量将汇聚成巨大的力量，让我们的地球妈妈一定能恢复以前的健康和美丽!

The Chinese New Year is called Spring Festival, it usually comes in February. There is a name for each year. It may be called the year of the dog or the year of the monkey. And this year is the year of the cock.

Before the Now Years Day, the Chinese people usually give their houses a general cleaning. On the last day of the old year, there is a big family dinner. All members of the family try to be present at the meal. On the first day of the new year, people go to visit their relatives and friends. As a rule, children are given some money to buy things they like.

People often have a good time during the Festival.

地球是我们的家园难道我们不该保护吗?如今地球正在受苦，水资源受到污染，森林资源不断减少，天空的容颜也改变了……

不知道你们是否听过这样一个故事：从前有一个王国，法律有一条规定是不准国民砍树，就算是刮伤树皮也不行。可是有一天国王的儿子在森林里玩耍的时候踩坏了三棵小树，被国王知道后被打了二十皮鞭从此便记恨在心，直到老国王逝世，老国王的儿子便成为了国王。有一天，有一位设计师带来一张设计图纸，图中优雅美丽，富丽堂皇的房子深深地吸引了年轻的国王，使他不顾老国王的教诲和大臣的劝阻，让他的军队将森林里的树木全部砍了用来建造图纸最后图中的房子终于建造完成，但是森林里的树木也没有了，大家都享受着新的房子，可是好景不长，没过多久暴风，沙子各种恶劣天气侵袭着这个新国度，再后来沙尘暴掩埋了这个王国，所有的一切都不复存在……

如果没有了森林那我们不是也要像他们一样覆灭吗?森林是多么的重要他们不仅帮我们挡住风沙，固定泥土地，还会将我们呼吸产生的二氧化碳转化为氧气。

森林，大地，天空，水源……难道我们可以摒弃他们吗?这是不可能的，他们是我们赖以生存的环境。森林能带给我们绿荫，大地让我们种出粮食天空给我们生存空间，水源可以滋润干涸的身躯，这些我们都能弃之不顾吗?这些都是养育我们的条件缺一不可。

地球，我们赖以生存的地球，让我们从小事做起，爱护环境，拯救地球，拯救我们的家园，也拯救我们自己。

Once man did not have to think about the protection of his environment. There were few people on the earth, and natural resources seemed to be unlimited.

Today things are different. The world has become too crowded. We are using up our natural resources,and polluting our environment with dangerous chemicals. If we continue to do this, human life on earth will not survive.

We realize that if too many fish are taken from the sea, there will soon be none left. Yet,with modern fishing methods, more and more fish are caught.We know that if too many trees are cut down, forests will disappear. Yet, we continue to use powerful machines to cut down more and more trees. We see that if rivers are polluted with waste products, we will die. Yet, waste products are

still put into rivers.

We know that if the population continues to rise at the present rate, in a few years, there wont be enough food.What can we do to solve these problems?

If we eat more vegetables and less meat, there will be more food available. Land for crops feeds five times more people than land where animals are kept.

Our natural resources will last longer if we learn to recycie them.

The world population will not rise so quickly if people use modern methods of birth control.

Finally, if we educate people to think about the problems we shall have a better and cleaner planet in the future.

Two years ago, I like to eat instant noodles very much, the instant noodles smell so delicious, because there are tasty flavor in it. When my mother was not at home, I would buy the instant noodles, as the time went by, I found my skin became bad and I would not like to eat rice. I felt so bad, my mother told me that I should not eat so much instant noodles, they contained no vitamins and also frustrated my appetite. I realized my problem and started to stay away from instant noodles, then my appetite became good and I wanted to eat rice again. Instant noodles are junk food, wed better eat it less.

两年以前，我很喜欢吃泡面，泡面闻起来很香，因为有美味的调料在里面。当我妈妈不在家的时候，我会买泡面吃，随着时间的流逝，我发现我的皮肤变得不好，我也不怎么喜欢吃米饭。我感到糟糕极了，我的妈妈告诉我我不应该吃那么多的泡面，这些没有营养，也让我胃口不好。我意识到了我的问题，开始不吃泡面，我的胃口变好了，也有食欲吃米饭。泡面是垃圾食品，我们最好少吃。
