为了保护农村环境，我建议可以从以下几个方面着手：各个村委会给每户人家印发手册，向农民宣传爱护环境的好处与随手乱扔垃圾的后果。另外，村委会给每户人家分配一块卫生管理区，由每户人家负责管理这块区域。一月一评，评比出卫生之星并给予奖励，对于排名靠后的家庭进行提醒。
