我们都知道，一旦废弃在自然界电池中的汞会慢慢从电池中溢出来，进入土壤或水源，再通过农作物进入人体，损伤人的肾脏。在微生物的作用下，无机汞可以转化成甲基汞，聚集在鱼类的身体里，人食用了这种鱼后，甲基汞会进入人的大脑细胞，使人的神经系统受到严重破坏，重者会发疯致死。可想而知，电池的危害性多强啊!所以，我、爸爸和妈妈都一致认为首先应该来环抱电池。我们先把家里的废电池收集起来，再扔进小区里专门扔电池的垃圾筒里。接着，我们就带上一个袋子，到大街上去检查地上有没有别人扔掉的废电池，如果有的话，就捡起来，装进袋子里，碰上一些小店，就进去问店主有没有废电池，然后把那些废电池也收集起来，装进袋子。这样，很多很多的废电池都会被我们装进袋子，扔进电池垃圾箱。你说，我们周围的环境不是更加美好了吗?

When I was a little child, I had many dreams. I wanted to be rich, so that

I can live in a big and beautiful house. I can go everywhere by car. But now, my

dream seems to be better and more realistic. I hope I can have a good job. It

will not take much of my time, although I can’t earn much. Every year, I have

holidays to travel. Traveling is my favorite and it can reduce my pressure. It’s

good for my life. Therefore, I hope traveling can be a part of my future

life.

“妹妹，快点，前面那个房子好漂亮，我们快过去看看!”我拉起妹妹的手在姨妈家的小区公园奔跑。这已经不知道是第几次来厦门了，趁着寒假我们又来了，但每次来，每次都有不一样的新发现，就连姨妈家楼下的小区公园也是不断旧貌换新颜。这不，刚和妹妹讲解完一块写着“垃圾也有家，不要进错门”的标语牌，我很快又发现了一座特别漂亮的蓝色小房子，妹妹也和我飞快地跑上前看。

哟，你看，这座蓝色的“小房子”砌得多精致，上面有凉亭式的屋棱，流线型的屋顶上有几条小海豚在“畅游”。最特别的是房子的身上写着几个绿色的浮雕大字-“垃圾的家”，大字下面是几幅带着宣传语的图画。我好奇地问妈妈上面都写着啥。妈妈说上面写着教人们要注意垃圾分类，以及垃圾分类的好处。

妈妈指着房子旁边的四个颜色不一的垃圾桶说：“你看，这个蓝色的是可回收垃圾的家，专门来装那些可以回收的塑料和纸质用品等;绿色的是厨余垃圾的家，只能储放果皮、剩菜剩饭等;红色的是有害垃圾的家，灰色的就是其它垃圾的家。如果每户人家都能严格按照分类去丢置垃圾，这些垃圾就会得到卫生填埋、堆肥等无害化处理，部分回收垃圾可再进行物质和能量利用。”

“哦，难怪厦门这座城市总是那么干净、漂亮，原来这里的每个人都像爱护自己的家人一样，也给垃圾这么多个家，让它们不会到处流浪，是吗?”

“对对对!”妈妈会心地笑了，“垃圾也有自己的家，人们的生活水平提高了，环保的观念也加强了，正是有了每个人的努力，家园才会像花园一样啊!”

“垃圾也有家，不要进错门。”妹妹也插进来一句，逗得我们都笑开了花。
