我们的团队全称是：广东工贸职业技术学院夏乡情缘服务队，由武术协会，石鹰书画社和品派营销三个协会组成的队伍，其中武协去了13个人，石鹰那边有4个人，还有品派那边有2个人，这支队伍一共就有19个人。在此次的三下乡社会实践活动中，我最重要的一个任务就是：支教。本着商务英语这一专业，我很荣幸地在这众多任务中担任支教这一角色。虽然我本打算要参与这一次活动的每一个环节，但是我本着心中的念头：不做队伍的绊脚石，服从命令，听从指挥。就这样，我乐意地接受了队长何炳峰和武协的老大培胜师兄派分给我的任务。

在这短短7天的支教实践中，我收获了不少珍贵的果实。这些果实不仅仅包括学习知识的方法和技巧，更重要的是与队员们在这7天的相处里面，让我收获了很多很真挚，很珍贵的友谊。并从这次下乡的各位可爱的小老师们身上学到了认真负责与无私奉献的精神，这些积极向上的精神深深地影响着我，激励着我。让我暗暗地下决心要当一名志愿者，希望能用我的爱和力量孕育出更强的“树苗”。

但是作为大学一年级的我，没有丰富的教学经验，为了不让这些可爱的小朋友失望，我早在出发前就已经利用好时间准备好了教学的内容，并尽量往“在快乐中学习”的方向出发备课，为了能更加吸引那些小朋友的兴趣，我尽量把教学内容改编成以唱歌的方式来教学，为了要提起他们的兴致，我还尽量添加了很多不同类型的游戏…我备课的出发点都是在为学生们着想，我真心希望我的精心准备和我备课的热情能给那些小朋友们一个精彩而难忘的暑假。

满满的期待终于拉开了三下乡社会实践活动的序幕，每个队员都有了自己的职务。而我这一支教的任务让我有了足够的勇气站在讲台上，即使课室里面有时候还坐着几个学生家长，但是我没有丝毫的胆怯之意。在与这些小朋友的近距离接触后，发现他们都很活泼可爱，在教小朋友的同时，我也能从他们的身上学会好多好多的东西：有些东西，甚至是我愿意用一辈子的时间去呵护，有些感情，是我愿意用一辈子的时间去守护，有些记忆，是我愿意用一辈子的时间去怀念…

太累了早点睡，明天也会继续坚持。累，也不会怕累，因为辛苦和身体的劳累无法扑灭心中的热忱，再多的汗也浇不灭心底的那团火，越训越带劲。

我已经在大学中度过了3，4个月的生活，寒假过后我就要进入大一下学期了，在体验了大一上学期后，我感受到大学生活有时候是快乐的，而有时候又是枯燥无味的。但是在大学中确实能学到很多在从前不能接触到的知识。

大学生活有时候是快乐的，我还记得刚才入学的时候，我们正在军训，为期10天的军训对我们来说还是很久的，但是很幸运的就是我们军训的那些日子大部分时间都在下雨，这个时候我们就会在寝室里面上一些网课，适应一下宿舍生活。我还记得我们的军训服装是很漂亮的，我们也都很喜欢穿，我们的教官是学长，是一名前海军，他长得很帅气，对我们也很和善，经常跟我们讲故事，讲他当年当海军的时候的经历。经常在别的班辛苦训练的时候，他就让我们坐在一起给我们讲故事，和我们表演才艺玩游戏。在最后的会操表演中，我们也拿到了我们学院的第1名的好成绩，真可谓一边学一边玩儿。

那些天在下雨晚上的时候，班级为了促进同学之间的相互认识和更亲近的相处，就让我晚自习的时候班干部和帮助组织一些活动来促进同学之间的关系。那个时候帮助有时候会让我们聚集在班级里玩一些小游戏，有时候也会让我们照到多媒体教室里一起看看恐怖片。军训的那几天是很轻松的，虽然是军训，但是我们并没有晒到什么太阳，总体来说还是很快乐和轻松的。

另外大学的课堂上并不像高中一样，需要时刻的绷紧精神，好好的听老师讲课，大学的课程有部分是很有趣的，即使是没有学业要求，我也是很乐意去听的，就比如说我学习的有门课教艺术史，在上艺术史的时候，老师就会给我们讲古希腊古埃及的一些神话故事，给我们讲那些人物关系和一些很有名的故事，包括宗教神话的缘起，讲宙斯这些故事我们都会听得津津有味。

另外也有更多空闲的时间是可以由我们自己分配的，这个时候时间变得很自由，这也是让我觉得大学生活比较开心和愉快的一件事情。

我最好的朋友是吉姆，他是一个很酷的男孩。他有一头金黄的卷发，大大的眼睛和小小的嘴巴。他喜欢吃草莓和香蕉，并且他十分热爱运动，他经常在学校的操场打篮球，每天晚上他都会看体育节目。他有礼貌，学习好，因此大家都喜欢和他做朋友。

周五早上，下了第二节课要去参加英语比赛。虽然准备比较充分但我的心情还是有点紧张。万一过不了预赛怎么办？“叮铃铃，叮铃铃”第二节课下课的铃声响了，我拿起水杯，飞快的向外跑去。

到了赛场，哇！真是人山人海，有的大人在着急的等待，有的同学紧张的要哭，还有的同学紧张的直冒汗……我找了一个空，挤了进去。轮到我抽号了，就要这个吧！打开一看，耶！是39号，不错，和我的参赛号一样。我拿好笔和纸，信心十足的上楼做听力。之后又满怀希望的回一楼讲了一个英语故事。最关键的时刻到了，马上就要公布成绩了，我又紧张起来。我也感觉到我的手心一直在冒汗，以前从来没这么紧张过。人名一个一个的念着，我的心情也是时起时落，终于在最后颁发的一等奖获得者名单里念到我的名字了，“我得了个一等奖，这表示我晋级了！”

加油！相信自己能走到最后。我兴奋的对自己说。

八月二十四日，来到军训第四天。

今天我们进行了二连的会操，我们三排受到表扬了。六个连中的优胜排，我们有些惊喜。因为，这对我们很突然，突然地发出命令说要会操。之前也没怎么统一动作的训练，就要上台表演了。

教官和我们都很紧张，但是也都从容不迫地坚持下来了。很不错，为自己鼓掌加油!

这次会操是对我们前三天训练成果的一个考核，也为我们以后的训练和会操奠定基矗还有的是今天见到了二营的营长，连长向他报告工作，这个礼节也一直是我们要学习的。

这次会操很成功，我们会继续加油!

不过当中还来了个痛苦的事。在我们被命令稍息着接受表扬的事的时候，我们的队列里有人动，有人笑，这些刚好被连长看到了。他竟然就在连队里当场罚我们在场地上站军姿十分钟，这是一个教训啊!

难道这就是我们骄傲的表现吗?这教官也太会摆阴阳脸了吧!他的命令谁敢不听，我们也只能傻傻地在阳光下站军姿了。

大概在五分多钟的时候，我们被咱教官解救了，他露出坏坏的笑容，教导着以后在队列里别乱动，一切听领导的，一切听从指挥!

解救之后，去了车库休息纳凉。惩罚就这样结束，半天的活动也结束了!

下午又是看电影，自从前天看了那场史上“最恐怖”的电影之后，我们都恐惧看电影了。

不过今天有些不同，教官没有整顿我们的坐姿，让大家好受了一点。

今天看的是《惊天动地》，是有关汶川地震的救援影片，电影中展现了军人的使命和精神，有些让我们看了感动，会流下泪水。总的来说，这部影片是不错的，还有许多明星加入演出。不看电影可以度过半天，看了电影，这半天就过得更快了!

晚上，今天的站军姿有些特别。

在我们站军姿的同时，教官竟然跟我们说了他当兵的历史，引起我们的一阵阵笑声，他叫我们别笑，应该他别继续说了才对，但是他反倒说个没完了，真是个搞笑的教官。他又说了昨天我们写的心得，评论了一番，指出我们的不足，真有趣啊，又引发了狂笑声。

开始看到他的时候，还以为他没什么笑脸，我们会很担心呢，现在看来他也挺兴奋的，也多了很多笑容，这下我们不用担心了!

今天晚上结束得比较早，也就没有唱歌，期待明天可以吧!我们有歌词了呀，当然要尽兴地唱咯!

体育游戏课应该说是在大学里特别受欢迎的，就算是老鹰捉小鸡这样比较小孩的游戏大家也会玩得比较疯狂。在我的实习课上，我也采用了体育游戏，可是让我意想不到的是，他们的积极性特别不高，表现的很冷漠，有的学生还对我说：“老师，这样的`游戏好幼稚啊!”他们的态度让我的心里很不舒服，因为我们这些自称大人的大学生还在玩他们认为很幼稚的游戏，而且我们还玩的很开心。

课后我认真总结了一下，90几个人的一个班，要组织出一个体育游戏确实特别难，而且要使这样的游戏符合大众的口味就更难啦!像这样多人数的班，我一般采用的是接力性的游戏，理由是便于组织，而且适合的集体参与，可是学生参与积极性仍然不高。这里就存在着一个问题，学生的竞争意识。

由于学生的竞争意识不够强，因此在整个游戏过程中，学生只是被动的做游戏，而不是积极主动的参与游戏，这样让学生感觉到的仍是一种任务的完成，而不是以一种愉悦的心情玩游戏。所以这就是为什么大家对游戏表现冷痰的原因之一。另外一方面就是各个班所表现的氛围不同，对于同一个游戏不同的班也有不同的表现，所以针对各个班的特点，应有不同的游戏设置，绝不能一劳永逸。

我想其中最重要的原因就是，他们并不是体育生，体育生一般都性格开朗些，而且对于体育活动的参与也是万丈热情，所以在面对这此示是体育生的学生时，我们体育老师应该认清这一点，不能将我们对体育的热爱理所当然成为他们的热爱，只有认清这一点我们才可能更好的摆正自己的心态，更好的组织我们的课堂教学。

This afternoon, we play a game called ‘Family Tree’. This game is very

interesting. I’m very interested in it. Our teacher’s family is very large. She

has many brothers and sisters. But I am unlucky, I has only a sister and I

without brothers. But I think I have the best parents in the world. They are

very friendly to me. I live in a good family. My grand parents loves me, too.

When they buy meat, they will give the best parts of the meat to me.

When I was a child, I can’t undertand them. I want to have bread. My grand

father took a bike to Qu Tang. Because in our village there is no ‘bread house’.

Qu Tang is far from our village. Now I grow up. I understand them when I think

of this things. I will cry I can’t use words to say I love them.

I love my family!

今天下午，我们玩了一个游戏叫做“家谱”，这个游戏很有趣。我觉得非常有趣。我们老师的家是非常庞大的，她有兄弟组妹。但我是不幸的，我仅有一个妹妹并没有弟弟。但我觉得我有全世界最好的父母。他们对我非常好，我有一个好的的家庭，我的父母也很爱我，当他们买肉，他们会把最好的给我吃。

当我还很小的时候，我不理解他们。我想要吃面包，我的伟大的父亲骑车去Qu Tang.因为在我们乡村这里没有面包房。qu

tang离我们村庄很远，现在我长大了，我明白了他们为我为我想要的事，我感到愧疚，无法用言语表达我爱他们。
