So many people like going to visit Guangzhou. An other reason people like to visit Guangzhou is it has convenient traffic.

转眼间我们的军训已经接近了尾声。在这么多天的军训洗练中，消磨了身上的傲气和假期中的惰性，为今后的独立生活开个好头。

烈日炎炎，太阳好像要用全部光和热融化这个世界，整个训练场地就像是一个蒸笼。我们在这样的环境下踢正步，枯燥而烦躁的动作，每天都挥汗如雨，脚酸腿疼。

每天都是新的一天，每一天都是一个新的开始，沐浴在阳光下的成长，我们茁壮成长，每天的坚持就是一种胜利，每一个困难都有一个挑战，让我们拿出勇气去挑战困难，为集体而拼搏!

八月二十四日，来到军训第四天。

今天我们进行了二连的会操，我们三排受到表扬了。六个连中的优胜排，我们有些惊喜。因为，这对我们很突然，突然地发出命令说要会操。之前也没怎么统一动作的训练，就要上台表演了。

教官和我们都很紧张，但是也都从容不迫地坚持下来了。很不错，为自己鼓掌加油!

这次会操是对我们前三天训练成果的一个考核，也为我们以后的训练和会操奠定基矗还有的是今天见到了二营的营长，连长向他报告工作，这个礼节也一直是我们要学习的。

这次会操很成功，我们会继续加油!

不过当中还来了个痛苦的事。在我们被命令稍息着接受表扬的事的时候，我们的队列里有人动，有人笑，这些刚好被连长看到了。他竟然就在连队里当场罚我们在场地上站军姿十分钟，这是一个教训啊!

难道这就是我们骄傲的表现吗?这教官也太会摆阴阳脸了吧!他的命令谁敢不听，我们也只能傻傻地在阳光下站军姿了。

大概在五分多钟的时候，我们被咱教官解救了，他露出坏坏的笑容，教导着以后在队列里别乱动，一切听领导的，一切听从指挥!

解救之后，去了车库休息纳凉。惩罚就这样结束，半天的活动也结束了!

下午又是看电影，自从前天看了那场史上“最恐怖”的电影之后，我们都恐惧看电影了。

不过今天有些不同，教官没有整顿我们的坐姿，让大家好受了一点。

今天看的是《惊天动地》，是有关汶川地震的救援影片，电影中展现了军人的使命和精神，有些让我们看了感动，会流下泪水。总的来说，这部影片是不错的，还有许多明星加入演出。不看电影可以度过半天，看了电影，这半天就过得更快了!

晚上，今天的站军姿有些特别。

在我们站军姿的同时，教官竟然跟我们说了他当兵的历史，引起我们的一阵阵笑声，他叫我们别笑，应该他别继续说了才对，但是他反倒说个没完了，真是个搞笑的教官。他又说了昨天我们写的心得，评论了一番，指出我们的不足，真有趣啊，又引发了狂笑声。

开始看到他的时候，还以为他没什么笑脸，我们会很担心呢，现在看来他也挺兴奋的，也多了很多笑容，这下我们不用担心了!

今天晚上结束得比较早，也就没有唱歌，期待明天可以吧!我们有歌词了呀，当然要尽兴地唱咯!

以队长为代表，首先向煤矿负责人咨询有关煤矿的一些情况，例如：黄冲煤矿的年产量及煤矿工人的生活情形。负责人很耐心地回答我们所提的每一个问题，并向我们详细讲解了煤从挖掘到出井再到运输的一系列流程。大约半小时后，煤矿保卫科黄科长来到会议室，而这对于我们的疑问又是另外一位至关重要的负责人。因为每每提及煤矿，大家首先映入脑海的是安全问题。黄科长很坚定地告诉我们：身为国有企业的矿业集团，他们始终把矿工的安全放在首位。而在矿区悬挂的横幅上，我们也看到这样的字样-“安全是根本，质量是基础”,黄科长详细地为我们讲解了黄冲煤矿为保障矿区安全所采取的一系列安全措施。

这次对煤矿的走访，我们了解了很多有关我们江西煤矿的情况。科长告诉我们，现在江西所有的煤矿基本都是由江西矿业集团掌控，在江西有三大矿区，分别位于萍乡、丰城和新余。而萍乡矿业集团作为历史最长的矿业集团每年的产销量也是位于三大矿区首位，萍乡除国有企业集团的煤矿外还有一些大大小小的私营矿区，但不管是国有的还是私营的，都为萍乡人民提供了众多工作岗位，解决了当地人的就业问题。

今天，参观了两个萍乡市的企业，大家都感触颇深，认识到当地企业对于当地的经济发展确实起着不可小觑的作用。而萍乡兼具矿业和花炮产业的存在，经济无疑得到飞快发展。

I have a great time during the winter holiday, because I enjoy myself as

well as focus on my study. As it’s known to all, the Spring Festival is the most

important in winter holiday that would occupy much time to celebrate it.

Therefore, I finished my homework first, so that it won’t bother my enjoyment

during the festival. I finished my home work in one week. And I went shopping

with my parents. We bought a lot of things, especially snacks and fruits. Then,

it was the Spring Festival. We had a big dinner on the New Year’s Eve. My

7月16日

今天我们趁着是当地的街日，而且又是开超级稻签约动员大会暨收割大会人流比较多的原因，在当地政府的帮助下，进行我们关于电脑知识的宣传以及调查问卷。

早上7点30分我们就来到大会场，协助当地政府布置会场并展开我们的宣传画，拉好我们的横幅。由于调查问卷和传单数量都不少，我们在布置妥当，人们刚开始聚集的时候就开始了工作。

我们负责调查问卷的同学首先深入到群众当中，对他们进行问卷调查，还有另外一些同学就负责发传单。经过全体队员的努力，我们好不容易把两百多份的调查问卷给完成了，在大会正式开始的时候传单也所剩无几，以至于到大会开始了，村民们纷纷涌到科技处，质检局那边拿传单，我们都没有得发了。据我们向被问卷调查的人了解，一些30到40岁的人很想学习计算机知识但又没有条件，希望我们可以给他们开培训班。

经过这次活动我们了解到这里的电脑知识并未普及，我觉得下次我们系三下乡时可以发挥我们系的专长，专门对电脑知识这块进行着手。针对一些年青人及有需要的人士，不一定面向当地中小学生开培训班。

7月17日

今天是7月17日

早上我们一大早起来，准备好各样东西，去探望五保户。这次活动我们分为两个小队，这是根据两个五保村所处的地方不一样来定的，而且目的地离我们的住处也比较远，需要乘车去，而我们能够用的车子跟活动的经费有限，所以只能分两队。

一队是去离我们住处较近的新楼村探望了83岁高龄的退休老干部五保户杨__，另一队是去离我们住处比较远的雄会村。我们两队人同时出发，分头行事。我跟随队长去了新楼村的五保户，我们一路驱车，沿途一路阳光明媚，不一会就到了目的地。那住着八位五保户，我们到那儿的时候，刚好有两位60多岁的爷爷正在吃早饭，我们寻到了杨爷爷，他已经80多岁了，但身体还是很硬朗，视力还很不错，同学们跟老爷爷进行了亲密的交谈，和他拉拉家常，谈谈他过去的光辉岁月。并问寒问暖。最后我们大家一起合照，然后告别了这些五保户们。

通过这次活动，我真切感受到还有很多需要我们去关心，去关爱的人。我们能够帮助他们，自己心里面也会得到比物质更重要的满足感。

7月17日

今天下午，我们要与当地政府组成的篮球队进行一场篮球友谊赛，这也是我们这次来到__区__镇的最后一项活动了。

下午6点，我们来到政府球场上，为我们的队员加油，比赛开始时我们以10分的大比分遥遥领先。首先由我们的队员谭湘鲲个人突破得分，刚开始的时候我们打得还算轻松，第一节结束了，对方还是没有突破0分的记录。第二节开始了，对方看出了我们的球路，对我们的主要得分球员进行了攻防，但由于与我们相比，他们的总体技术比我们稍狲一筹，我们仍以几分的比分领先。但他们已经有所得分，第三节下来，他们换上了自己的`王牌，他在运球，投篮，攻防方面的能力都是一流的。我们的比分越拉越近，最后在紧张而激烈的气氛中我们以36比35险胜。

这次比赛我们本着友谊第一，比赛第二的原则，取得了胜利，即赛出了我们系的风格，又赢得了友谊。

通过这次“三下乡”活动，我认识到了什么是吃苦，也了解了现在农村的发展。有机会，我还要参加更多的服务活动。

An interesting thing happened on yesterday.At night,when I was sleepping ,I

dreamed I sleeping on a dogs body,and the dog suddenly jumping up and shouting

at me,he said:"I want to eat you,you smell very delicious!"Then I ran away

quickly......"ling ling ling!!!"A big sound was happened,I woke up

quickly,then,I thought,where I am?Oh,that is my dream,just a dream.

昨晚发生了一件有趣的事情。晚上，当我睡觉的时候，我梦到自己睡在一只狗的身上。这只狗突然跳起来，并且冲着我大叫：“我要吃了你，你闻起来太美味了。”我吓的快速的逃跑。。。“呤呤呤”我在一阵响亮的声音中醒来，然后想：我在哪?哦，我在做梦，幸好那仅仅是一个梦。

我的一天

I got up early this morning. I cleaned my room. I opened the window and

aired the room. I picked up the paper and swept the floor. Then I made the

bed.

我今天很早起床。打扫了房间。我开窗通了风。我捡了地上的纸，扫了地。然后我整理了床铺。

I played computer games. We had lunch at 12:00. We had fish for lunch.

我玩了电脑游戏。我们在12点的时候吃了午饭。我们吃了鱼。

After lunch we went to the park. In the evening I did my homework. We had

delicious food for supper.

午饭后，我们去了公园。傍晚的时候我做了作业。我们晚饭吃了美味。

I was very happy today.

我今天过的很愉快。

Someone said “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a

book, whose pages are infinite”. I don’t know who wrote these words, but I’ve

always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to

be. We are all in the position of the farmers. If we plant a good seed ,we reap

a good harvest. If we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.

一些人说“我们正在读一本无穷的书中的第一章的第一节。”我不知道谁写了这些话，但是我一直很喜欢它，因为它提醒了我，我们能够创造我们想要的未来。我们都是农夫。如果我们播下好的种子，我们将会丰收。如果我们的种子很差，有很多草籽，收割的将是无用的庄稼。如果我们什么也不播种，什么收获也没有。

We are young. “How to spend the youth?” It is a meaningful question. To

answer it, first I have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth?” Youth

is not a time of life, it’s a state of mind. It’s not a matter of rosy cheeks,

red lips or supple knees. It’s the matter of the will. It’s the freshness of the

deep spring of life.

我们是年轻的。“怎样度过青春?”这是个有意义的问题。为了去回答它，我首先要问“从‘青春’这个词中你能理解到什么?”青春不是人生的一个时期，而是精神的一种状态。青春不是桃面、丹唇、柔膝，而是深沉的意志，。青春是生命的深泉在涌流。

A poet said “To see a world in a grain of sand, and a heaven in a wild

flower, hold infinity in the palm of your hand, and eternity in an hour. Several

days ago, I had a chance to listen to a lecture. I learnt a lot there. I’d like

to share it with all of you. Let’s show our right palms. We can see three lines

that show how our love.career and life is. I have a short line of life. What

about yours? I wondered whether we could see our future in this way. Well, let’s

make a fist. Where is our future? Where is our love, career, and life? Tell

me.Yeah, it is in our hands. It is held in ourselves.

We all want the future to be better than the past. But the future can go

better itself. Don’t cry because it is over, smile because it happened. From the

past, we’ve learnt that the life is tough, but we are tougher. We’ve learnt that

we can’t choose how we feel, but we can choose what about it. Failure doesn’t

mean you don’t have it, it does mean you should do it in a different way.

Failure doesn’t mean you should give up, it does mean you must try harder.

我们所有人都希望未来能比过去更美好，但是未来能自己变得更好。不要因为结束而哭泣，微笑吧，为你的曾经拥有。从过去来看，生活是艰苦的，但我们是更坚强。我们知道我们不能选择感觉，但是我们能选择和它相关的东西。失败并不意味着你不拥有成功，它只意味着你应该用另一种方式去做这件事。失败并不意味着你应该放弃，只意味着你应该更加努力。

As what I said at the beginning, “we are reading the first verse of the

first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. The past has gone. Nothing

we do will change it. But the future is in front of us. Believe that what we

give to the world, the world will give to us. And from today on, let’s be the

owners of ourselves, and speak out “We are the world, we are the future.”

正如我在前面所说的“我们正在读一本无穷的书中的第一章的第一节。”过去的已经过去，无论我们无力改变，但是未来却在我们前方。相信“我们给了世界什么，世界也将给我们”。并且从今天起，让我们一起做我们自己的主人，一起大声说出“世界是我们的，未来是我们的。”

Today, I still went to my mother’s office. My mother was very busy, so was

my father. They always live in Beijing. They must get up early. Because they

will manage the factory. So I know they are very laborious. So I should save my

money. Also I should help them. Although I can’t do something useful, but I

think I should share the work with them. I am one of my family member. In the

future, I will take a job and work. It’ time for me to begin to learn how to

work.

英文日记主要由三个部分组成：日期天气、标题和正文，在写英文日记时，我们需要先在第一行靠左位置用英文写上年、月、日、星期和天气(如：Monday

November 10,2020)，将天气情况写在右上角，再另起一行写上标题后，再写上正文即可。

在写英语日记时，日期和天气是必写的，至于日记的标题可写可不写，在进行日记正文的书写时，正文主题内容可以是本日生活的记录，也可以是某一件事的感悟。注意避免流水账样式的记录，尽量让记录下来的文字生动有趣。

对于英文日记来说，你可以将日记写成记事的类型，也可以利用夹叙夹议的方式，又或者是添加一些抒情的句子，使得日记整体内容变得丰富起来。写英语日记主要的目的还是为了帮助我们英语的提升与学习，所以在写日记时最好能过将学过的高级词汇与句型灵活运用到当中。
