在面试之前，我以为支教是想参加就参加的，而且我觉得自己懂一点摄影知识，肯定能通过面试。当面试官问我能教当地小朋友什么的时候，我毫不犹豫地回答道：“我喜欢摄影呀，我保证能教会他们拍照，让他们开阔一下眼界。”面试官反问我：“你觉得当地的学生在一生中能有多少人接触到相机呢?你是为了满足你自己的欲望所以才去支教的吗?”面对这个问题，我哑口无言。的确，我当时觉得当地学生接受我们的大学的学生的授课是他们的幸运，我的付出是他们理所当然要接受的。面试官的问题引起了我的反思，支教是应该满足我们还是应该满足孩子们呢?我们觉得重要的知识对于他们来说真的是必要的吗?支教过程中，真的是我们给小朋友们知识，而他们不会给予我们收获吗?

毫无疑问，骄傲自满的我遭受到面试的失败，我也深深地明白当时的自己还不配做一名支教老师。但是我觉得我不应该止步不前，我应该改变自己的观念和能力，去支教这个梦在我心中开始生根。于是我参加了支教志愿者的培训，学到了很多备课、授课、沟通的知识和技巧，并成功加入了其他学院的下乡队伍。

于是我来到了肇庆市田心村，来到了田心小学，这个一所只有两层楼的小学，回想起我自己的小学，不禁开始感叹自己是多么幸福。我是负责数学教学的，第一眼看到当地的小朋友淳朴的眼神，朴素的衣着，真的给我一份感动，仿佛给了我一份力量。

在我的第一堂课上，我让小朋友们不要称我为老师，叫我彬彬哥哥就可以了，小朋友们也很亲切地这样称呼我。在我的课堂上，我希望能摆脱传统课堂的束缚，让小朋友们能感受到数学是有趣的、启发的，而不是为了应付考试，所以我给我的课堂增添了很多数学故事和好玩的数学现象。小朋友们都听得入神，觉得很有趣，其中有一位叫做丽琪的小朋友一直用一双炯炯有神的眼睛看着我，好像有一种对知识的欲望，此时的我终于明白，作为一名教师，学生上课时的投入对老师来说是多么大的鼓励。

因为我们的授课是没有教材的，而我所教的内容只有6节课，可能支教活动结束以后几个月他们就忘记了课堂的内容了，所以我鼓励他们做笔记，以后忘记了还可以翻开笔记本看看支教的收获。

一节课结束以后，我会收上他们的笔记本，检查一下他们的笔记是否有错误，看看课堂是否需要改进，我希望我带给他们的是他们需要的，能用得上的。在笔记的最后，我会加上一句小小的评语和问候，希望拉近我们之间的距离。

有时下课的时候，我站在一边看着小朋友们奔向操场玩耍，多多少少看到自己小学的影子，但是我玩的是更多是农村买不到的玩具，他们玩的是简单的体育游戏，不过看着他们欢快的表情，我开始明白快乐似乎是没有贫富之分，物质并不是快乐与不快乐的界限。

阅读他们每天写得日记，也是我们支教队员的任务。我曾读到过这样的一段话：“我希望我能读到一本《钢铁是怎样炼成》，但是学校没有，村里也买不到。”这句话让我多少有点心酸，对于我来说想要一本是多么简单的事情，广州的新华书店、天河购书中心等卖书的地方要多少有多少，甚至你可以不用出门，淘宝、当当、亚马逊等一系列网上书店让你轻松买到。而他们却没有这些，于是我们支教队的成员决定给小朋友们赠送他们想要的书本，希望能满足他们的需求。

随着支教的日子一天一天的过去，我们跟小朋友们越来越熟悉，我们一起打篮球、一起打乒乓球、一起聊天、一起玩耍，感受着我平时根本无法体会到的感动，是一种简单而又深刻的快乐。没错，村里的生活的确是很苦，没有水龙头、没有空调、没有餐馆、甚至连晾衣服的架子都没有、晚上的村子可是一片漆黑，但是能体会到与小朋友们在一起的快乐，也许这是苦真的不算什么。

为了更好地进行三下乡活动，我们对村民们进行调研，了解他们的生活情况。我们队员们挨家挨户地与当地村民进行交谈。经过交流，我的观念再一次改变，我曾经为我考进了大学而感到骄傲，但是实际上村里的孩子面对的压力比我们在城市的孩子要大得多。我们放学可以轻轻松松回家玩耍，但是村里的孩子要负担起家务，要回家做饭。而且在城市里，我们享受着优质的教学资源，教科书、模拟卷、辅导书要多少有多少，老师也是来自各地的精英，而农村呢?很多教师是不愿意来农村教书的，所以师资比城市要差得多，那教育资源呢?农村的学校本来就不多，更不支付不起昂贵的教育资源。在这个层面上，我们学得比农村的孩子好，是理所当然的事，农村的孩子上不了高中、大学，重要原因是他们生活压力大，教育资源缺乏。假如他们也享受我们同样的教育资源，他们做得并不会比我们差，我真心这样觉得。

一位小朋友曾经跟我说，她的梦想是做数学老师，她喜欢数学。听到这，我感受到了我肩上的责任，我有义务去帮助她实现他们的梦想，我的课堂应该启发更多的同学，科普更多的知识，让他们找到自己的兴趣，至少让他们知道，世界还有这些知识。

两周的支教转眼就过去了，在离别时，我们跟小朋友们一起唱歌，一起表演节目，一起享受这最后的时光，我们拍下了很多照片，这是我第一次感受到，拍照可以是这么有意义的，它不仅是一种艺术也可以是一种记录感动的方法。最后我在车上看着离我越来越远的小朋友们的眼镜，心里泛起了涟漪。

这次下乡让我深刻地感受到支教的意义，我们给小朋友们带来知识，他们也给我们带来欢乐，我认为我们的地位是平等的，我们不是救世主，但是我们可以让他们收获，最后一节数学课，我没有教任何的新知识，我只是跟他们分享了自己的生活，我告诉他们“只有希望是永生不死的。”，后来看到一些小朋友跟我说这句话激励着他，这让我感到十分欣慰。让下一次支教做得更好是我新的一个梦，这次支教是我梦开始的地方，我的观念改变了很多，我收获了很多，更重要的是我明白了支教是一种爱的传递，不只是我们传给孩子们，孩子们也在传递他们的爱，我们的梦在这里交融，创造出新的梦，这是我第一次支教，但不会是我最后一次支教。

今天是军训的第三天，日常训练任务照旧，上午因为天气炎热，教官体谅我们就降低了训练强度，增加了休息的频率与长度，我们训练队也没有出现晕倒等不良反应。有同学身体不舒服在场边休息了一下也很快再次加入了训练。下午教官来到我们寝室指导我们内务。我们本来以为我们的寝室已经整理的比较整齐了，但是教官一句

“怎么像杂货铺似的?”立马让我们灰了心，也为接下来2个小时的整理奠定了基调。

从桌面到书架，从书柜到衣柜，从室内到阳台，教官一处处地指导我们进行整理。教官讲解的军队宿务标准让我们目瞪口呆。二话不说，理呗!随着垃圾桶换了一个又一个垃圾袋，宿舍终于从杂货铺变成了合格的军队标准宿舍。我们花了一个午休时间终于让寝室焕然一新。而后是下午的训练，天气稍有好转，教官也加强了训练强度。虽然中午没有午睡，比较疲困，但是我们寝室还是坚持了下来，完成了训练任务。希望明天的宿务评比能取得好成绩!

As is well known,books teach us to learn life,truth,science and many other

useful things.They increase our knowledge,broaden our minds and strengthen our

I think we should have healthy diet every day and eat proper food. We shouldnt eat junk food because it is bad for our health. Drink water and milk as often as possible. Milk is a great drink that can give us more calcium that make our bones much stronger.

Dont eat too much because it will make you uncomfortable and fat. Dont spend too much time watching TV, DVDs and Videos or using computers. Its good to take more exercise such as basketball, bike riding , swimming and so on. Follow these and you can be healthy.

this week i didn’t do many wonderful things.

i went to learn developing film with my classmates on july 1st. it was easy and we all got good marks.

How to learn English is a diffcult question .but now i have a good idea .

I think we have many ways to learn English .For example .

First of all ,we can listen to English miusc and watch English language movies .

Sencond, i think we can read english books it helps us to memorize words .

Next we can listen to english tapes i think it helps us to memorize words ,too .

Finally . we can talk with english penpal .it will help our spoken .
