在擦灯的过程中，我还见缝插针地顺便清洁了一下洗手池，白白的，干净地能映出我的笑脸了。

最后我还帮妈妈擦了踢脚线，因为妈妈这几天腰疼，不能弯腰了。妈妈告诉我擦踢脚的立面和上面的楞儿。在擦阳台踢脚线时，我擦下来一堆渣子，有墙皮，有石粒，还有灰尘毛毛，平时不起眼儿的小地方，想不到会这么的脏。干活儿也不容易。

In fact, I really can’t stand it. In the afternoon, we meet English teacher. He

is really tall and thin. He is funny and friendly. The lesson is very

interesting. We like him. Then we meet Maria Zhang. She can speak English very

well. She teachs them about genesis and sing an English song. They are so

great.

今天，英语课好无趣。

我们着急的来到上英语课的教室，等了一会儿，这时，开门的来了，当时我正在和同学聊天，没有注意到，后来我才发现，就匆匆进教室了。

接着，老师进了教室，原本我还很兴奋的，又能学新的一课了。可出乎意料的是，老师竟生气地说：“怎么还有人没来？”大家异口同声地说：“学舞蹈去了！”老师说：“那这节课又上不成了，你们回去吧！”

我星期二也要去打乒乓球，可我还是坚持学我喜爱的英语，因为我知道，通过学习英语，可以增加更多的知识，我们将有更好的机会阅读各式各样的书籍和报纸。所以我不去打乒乓，也要学好英语。

过端午节，一定少不了粽子!今天，姐姐就在教我包粽子呢!你瞧。

我把米放在叶子里，可米全撒在了桌上，我生气极了。姐姐对我说：“你要把叶子做成一个三角形的样子，然后再把米放进去啊!”

于是，我按照姐姐说的步骤作了一遍，在米上按了按，咦?旁边那个盘子中间放的是什么?原来是肉馅哦!我在糯米中间挖了一个小洞洞，把肉馅弄成圆状，塞入糯米中，让它也加入糯米的行列中。可怎么封好呢?我看了眼姐姐，就明白了一切。

我把翘起来的一片叶子按下来，并用绳子用力的扎紧。成功啦!我按照前面的方法，包了好多个。现在就要下锅了，先是把水烧开，然后把粽子放下去。

过了一会儿，粽子煮好了。大家四人坐在桌子旁，吃起了粽子。

我把绳子解开，正想把叶子摘掉，可我一碰，就被烫着了。姐姐看了，哈哈的笑了起来。我吹着吹着，把让热气吹走了。我再次小心翼翼的将叶子掀开，吃起了自己亲手做的香喷喷的粽子来——白白胖胖的糯米中间，包着一团鲜汁可口的肉馅，放入口中，不油不腻，又有嚼劲，感觉太好了!

端午节就这么过去了，嘴里吃着自己亲手包的粽子，心里想着我国唐代诗人杜甫写的诗：宫衣亦有名，端午被恩荣。细葛含风软，香罗叠雪轻。自天题处湿，当暑着来清。意内称长短，终身荷圣情。

这真是一个快乐的端午节!

January 21

It was cooler than yesterday. One of my father’s friends invited me to eat red bayberries. You must know it is unusual. Because we will climb the hill to eat red bayberries. January 23

I have rested for 10 days. In these days, I felt very bored. I didn’t know to do what. Although I had a lot of things to do, I felt uncomfortable. I was ill because of the cold weather. 实习日志一

为了提高自己的英语水平， 把知识和实践结合，在朋友的介绍下，我来到了龙海学友教育补习机构，开始了我的执教之路。该学校是经教育行政主管机关批准成立的专业中学学培训机构，我的实习地点是福建漳州龙海市，这里是风景秀美的旅游区，这里有我的汗水和欢乐。我的实践内容是教培训班的学生英语课程。由于教学经验很浅，对于教学活动的程序和要求都不熟悉了，我对于教学工作不敢怠慢，认真学习，深入研究教法，虚心向学校里有经验的老师学习，获得了不少的关于中学英语教学现状的信息和对于英语教学的知识技巧。学校总负责人也为我安排了一位专门的指导教师——赵老师。在王老师的耐心指导下，我学会了如何写备课笔记，如何活跃课堂气氛，如何用简单的英语句子和同学们进行课堂交流等等。特别是她和另几名教师教我的小游戏，使我在课堂上很好地调动了学生的积极性，令我受益匪浅！

实习日志二

今天新来了俩个同事，都是漳州师院的。她们都比我一个大二，一个大三，但是她们看起来挺干练的，一问才知道她们从大一起就在周末兼职了，因为家里经济压力比较大的原因她们从大一起就自己解决生活费了，一个女生告诉我大一的时候她每个周末会骑两个小时的自行车到一个小学生家里当家教，上课的时间也是两小时来来回回的感觉一天都在忙碌虽然钱不多一个小时20元但是很充实。她面带微笑的给我描述那些但是还是想我想到了很多，想想在大学的时候有多少学生在学校攀比挥霍，他们可曾想过穷人家的孩子为了区区40元要如何去努力呢。包括今天新来的两个同事，住在一起的老师一共9个，有教数学，化学，物理和英语的。虽然中学的时候我的物理还是不错的，但是我还是选择了自己的专业英语。学友负责人是个挺帅的男老师，他姓卓他自己是教化学的是化学组的组长。他给每个老师分配了一下各自的教学任务额课件。我是英语教研组的组长助理也许是因为我是大四的学生吧就把这个职位分配给我了，不知道能不能做得很好但是我会尽力的，既然来了就要做好。她还给老师没人发了两套工作服和工作牌挺职业的感觉。整理好自己的东西我就进了房间，还好有空调不热，美美地睡一觉明天好好工作。相信自己能行的。

实习日志三

今天早上我们一早起来就唱了学友教育的主题歌《我相信》感觉充满了斗志，接着我们看了一集《赢在中国》感受颇深，这是在学校的时候从来没有去关注过的东西。下午我们沿街发学友教育的传单，要每个店面一家一家的发过去每人发300张，发的过程中你要去给每家店主介绍学友教育，还要收集20条建议，发传单不难一家一家的介绍过去才是最难的。因为以前很少主动和陌生人说话现在一说还要说那么多，刚开始进到店里的时候还好店主没有对我表示反感，耐心地听我介绍了学友教育可能是因为他也有小孩在中学读书吧。聊着聊着的时候店主还给我倒了杯水。进入下一家店的时候是一家服装店，里面很都客人我给店主和客人都发了传单，但是店主好像不欢迎我的样子，说她们不需要这些，我突然意识到可能是我影响了人家的生意了换位思考要是我是店主我也不希望我在做生意的时候被别人影响的。接着我就学聪明了看到店里没人的时候我才进去。和店主们谈了很多他们也给了我们很多很好的建议，比如暑假期间能不能解决孩子食宿问题啊，小班教学人数能不能再少点这样老师就能顾及班上每一个同学了等等。我都记录好了回去可以总结下反馈给负责人。300份总算发完了，好像完成了个巨大的工程。晚上老总请我们吃了海鲜大餐还不错哦。

实习日志四

卓老师给我们说前几天的培训重点还是放在备课上，备课一定得充分，只要能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。上课内容要丰富，现实，教态要自然，讲课要生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。学友有一对一的学生还有小班的学生，所以在备课的时候我格外关注细节，作为老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。我们都知道英语是一门外语，对初学者而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学也无法学下去。教案也是教学前的重头戏，以前从来没有备过，为了做出实用的教案，我专门在网上查找了相关的资料。为了第一节课的教案，我接连奋斗了两个晚上，总算捣鼓出一篇像样的教案。虽算不上精品，但至少在上讲台前要有充足的准备。教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，曾有一位前辈对我说：“备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。

实习日志五

这几天还一样都是培训期今天上午卓老师还没有让我们上课，他让我们在三楼的教室里继续备课，但是从今天开始就要互相试讲了，卓老师告诉我们备课的最终目标是要脱离课件，我虽然备课是挺充分的但是要脱离课件我觉得好难啊因为内容实在是太多了。下午再进行正规的上课指导。在教室里刚开始的时候会有点小紧张虽然我们是老师之间互相的练习，但是毕竟以前没有过这方面的经历，所以有点摸不着头脑。不知道如何去把握课堂的节奏。师院的老师还是很专业的从她们的站姿和板书的内容就可以看出了，轮到我上去了，开始的时候声音还会颤抖连我自己都感觉到了，但是每个老师都用鼓励的眼神望着我我就不那么害怕了，想想现在算什么啊还是磨枪的时候呢。后来我就很自如的讲了自己刚才准备的东西，到现在我还记得自己第一次试讲的内容是定语从句。我还是没有脱离课件，我觉得是要多试几次把自己要讲的东西思路理得非常顺的时候才能脱离吧。在我一遍又一遍的试讲之后我感觉好多了，好像更自信了。现在才明白了practice makes perfect的含义呵呵。但是我感觉大学里学的东西好像和现在的内容联系也不是很大还是要花好多时间去备课的。还要自己去补充很多的知识，这样才是对学生负责的。我现在才明白老师的压力其实很大的，你要保证你会回答学生的每一个问题还要保证都能回答对，其实老师不是圣人也有不会的时候。我在想上课的时候要是学生问我的问题我不会怎么办呢？唉下午要去请教高人了。

实习日志六

今天卓老师让我去听听学友元老级英语教师赵紫刚老师上的英语课，听说他上课上得很好，作为实习老师的听课与以往的听课应当不同的。可叹自己做了16年的学生，听了各色各样的老师讲课，或严谨或幽默，或深入浅出，或步步深入，习惯了听课只是记笔记，学知识，从来没有留心去观察老师上课的方法，但是这堂得听课，我的重点就是去观察一个老师是如何组织她的教学活动的。赵老师讲课声音很宏亮，我坐在最后面还可以听得非常清楚。第一次听课听的便是新单元的对话与短文理解。那些对话与短文我倒是可以讲清楚是什么意思，但是对于其中体现的语法，新单词的运用等我却并不能一一指出。尤其是那些什么形式宾语，定语，状语之类的术语，自己最是难以说清。再加上大学里学的英语多是欣赏阅读，很少涉及到句子结构语法分析。大二时讲的语法课是全英文的厚厚的一本，当堂课还知道讲的什么。课后全不知什么了，发现自己的英语知识只是零散的东一块西一片，没有形成整体的结构框架，不知道怎样串起来，也不知道哪里是重点。看见赵老师给同学们一条一条例举的详略得当又重点突出，觉得自己在教学太欠缺了，得好好学习一下了。但是我还没有直接问他因为我感觉自己能解决的问题自己先解决比较好。

(1) interpret college student’s ways of spending vacations in 1980 and2004,

(2) analyze possible reasons for the change, and

As is clearly shown by the two pie charts, from 1980 to 2004 the students who go traveling and do social practices during vacations increase greatly while those who stay at home decrease a lot. For instance, in 1980, only 9% of the students took advantage of their vacation time to do social practice, but its percentage has been more than tripled in 2004. Obviously, great changes have taken place in the way that college students spend their vacations.

Considering these changes, we can find there are possibly three main reasons. Firstly, with the fast development of economy, many people have become rich, which makes it possible for more students to go traveling. Most parents tend to support their children to travel financially. Secondly, the reason lies in the fact that the boom of tourism has made traveling attractive and, also, modem transportation has made it easier for students to go out to travel. The travel agencies not only provide historic sightseeing but also cultural as well as educational tour around China. What is more important, the fast changing society has raised higher requirements for college graduates. The authorities of Chinese university or college have been encouraging their students to do social practices in the hope that college students would broaden their view to know more about the society and become more adaptable to the future work after they graduate. Therefore, more students go out traveling or doing social practices during the vacations.

As a college student, I think the charts reflect the exciting progress on the college students’ thinking patterns. We have become much mature to realize how to spend our vacations meaningfully and practically. Form the changes in the charts, it is easy for us to predict that more and more college students will walk out their home and throw themselves into more various vacation activities.

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

X.xx 星期五 小雨

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗?”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。

Saving Water

Water is the most valuable resource on the earth. Water is the necessity of

our life and we must drink it everyday.Now, many people can not drink clear

water, because many of them are badly polluted. So, in order to save water, the

first thing we should do is reduce water pollution. In addition, we should

develop good habits to save water. For example, turn off the tap after we use.

Or we should recycle the water to make it full use. In one word, water is scarce

for all of us and we should try our best to save it.

保护水资源

水是地球上最宝贵的资源。水是生活的必需品，我们每天都需要喝水。现在，很多人都喝不到干净的水，因为很多水都被严重污染了。因此，为了节约用水，我们首先要做的就是减少水污染。另外，我们应该养成节约用水的好习惯。比如，用完水的时候关掉水龙头。或者我们应该循环用水以达到充分利用。总之，水是对我们大家都是稀缺的，我们应该尽最大努力保护它。

This is our school. There are many classrooms in it. There are eight

hundred students and sixty-nine teachers in our school. There are many trees and

flowers in it. All the teachers and students like our school very much.

We come to school at seven. We have four classes in the morning and two in

the afternoon.

Our classroom is big and clean. We have lessons here, We do our homework at

home.

All the students study hard.

这几天还一样都是培训期今天上午卓老师还没有让我们上课，他让我们在三楼的教室里继续备课，但是从今天开始就要互相试讲了，卓老师告诉我们备课的最终目标是要脱离课件，我虽然备课是挺充分的但是要脱离课件我觉得好难啊因为内容实在是太多了。下午再进行正规的上课指导。在教室里刚开始的时候会有点小紧张虽然我们是老师之间互相的练习，但是毕竟以前没有过这方面的经历，所以有点摸不着头脑。不知道如何去把握课堂的节奏。师院的老师还是很专业的从她们的站姿和板书的内容就可以看出了，轮到我上去了，开始的时候声音还会颤抖连我自己都感觉到了，但是每个老师都用鼓励的眼神望着我我就不那么害怕了，想想现在算什么啊还是磨枪的时候呢。后来我就很自如的讲了自己刚才准备的东西，到现在我还记得自己第一次试讲的内容是定语从句。我还是没有脱离课件，我觉得是要多试几次把自己要讲的东西思路理得非常顺的时候才能脱离吧。在我一遍又一遍的试讲之后我感觉好多了，好像更自信了。现在才明白了practice makes perfect的含义呵呵。但是我感觉大学里学的东西好像和现在的内容联系也不是很大还是要花好多时间去备课的。还要自己去补充很多的知识，这样才是对学生负责的。我现在才明白老师的压力其实很大的，你要保证你会回答学生的每一个问题还要保证都能回答对，其实老师不是圣人也有不会的时候。我在想上课的时候要是学生问我的问题我不会怎么办呢?唉下午要去请教高人了。

今天，在将教案交给管老师审批通过后，我开始为第一次的课堂教学做准备，制作课件。

以前在如皋高等师范学校，也开设过这门信息技术课程。我们都学过，但印象不深，到现在也快忘得差不多了。所以不得不重新拿起电脑，一步一步地从头摸索起来。

我边摸索边想：自己以前的学习太过功利了，总以为这些课程有什么用呢？学的时候可以不用太过上心，所以没好好地努力学，只能留着现在后悔了。

但现在我明白这些道理，也许还不算晚。人的一生要做很多事情，有意义或无意义的有的事情的意义和价值不是现在立马就能显现出来的，有可能要等到几年、甚至几十年以后，我们方能体会到他们的价值。

尤其是学习，这种终身性的事情。我们万万不能急功近利，因为这样的学习才是真正的徒劳。
