排里少了人，但同时也来了十七排的新战友，教官未我们取名为“179加强排”，当我们调侃说“无敌排”时，教官终于露出了微笑，松了眉头说：“不能太高调啦!”我们也对视大笑起来。69个人，多了生机，少了伤感。

晚上下着蒙蒙细雨，原来学习擒敌拳的计划被打乱，我们转移阵地到架空层，展开了179排大联谊，比拼唱功，很不幸的是，我们连续输了三次，但惩罚却是双方的，很有趣，虽然教官一直在旁边静静地看着，但是，我认为，他应该不知道我们唱的绝大多数歌曲。其中有一幕最忍俊不禁，就是十七排的副排长做自我介绍时，竟说出：“大家好，我是17排的排长。”此刻，我们都狂呼：“你夺了教官的位置!教官快惩罚他!”教官淡定地站起，做了一个“嘘”的动作，又安然向他对视，我们都快笑出眼泪了。

179排，并不是所谓的“酱油”排，因为我们有“挑剔”的教官在，肯定可有变得更强大!而且很多优秀人才“誓死”跟随教官留在本排，可见我们教官人格魅力之大。

是的，今天经历了别离，但是我相信他们的心还在我们大本排，重逢是必然的事;今天也认识了一帮战友，坦诚相对着。或许，军训也在教我们选择，是去?还是留?选择总是痛苦的，但选择过后，我们必须坚定地走下去，因为这是我们的选择，跟随着自己的心走。“塞翁失马，焉知非福，”凡事皆有两面，但是我坚信着，我们的心一直在一起，未被分开过!这不仅是团结，更是信任的力量!

就在昨天，我做完了语文和数学作业，正准备好好放松一下，却不由自主地想到了英语作业本上少得可怜的钩。算了，为了能听懂英语老师讲课的内容，为了能看懂英语书上的单词，为了能按时交上英语作业，为了期末英语考试不抱。大鸭蛋》······我还是努力搏一搏吧。我一边想一边大义凛然地抱起英语书背起了单间spring、...ing"···春季。。我机械地背着单词，反反复复，心里却不时地想这外国人可真够怪的，创造的单词怎么这么难背，我还不信我背不出!

不知不觉10分钟过去了，20分钟过去了，一个钟头过去了······。天哪，我怎么才背了一个单元的单词?为什么我不是外国人啊!。一番感叹后，又忘了几个单词，照这速度，我的"周末计划"肯定要泡汤了。没办法，谁让我的英语不咋地呢!用一甸话来概括我当时的心情，真可谓。哥背的不是单词，是烦恼。。后天就是周末了，看来这个周末我只能在枯燥的背单词声中结束了，一想到这些，就觉得自己好可怜。真烦啊!

让我烦恼的英语啊，你何时才能成为我的快乐呀?

The hot sun is like our enthusiasm, because no matter how hot the weather

beautiful voice. Today our theme is youth. After the teacher spoke. I suddenly

understand that maybe being young is our advantage, so we must value every

minute. We have to do something significant.

In the afternoon, our American teacher is father who is an associate

proferssor of English from central college give us a lesson. He told us

something about higher education in the USA. I think it will be useful for our

future.

On the other side. I felt uncomfortable today. Perhaps it’s a small regret

for such a wonderful day. But I think tomorrow still will be rosy.

Today， I was late for school because the traffic was jam. I usually so to

school by bike but I hurt my leg the day before yesterday. So I had‘to go to

school by taxi this morning. I left home very early. When I took the taxi， I

found the traffic bad. The traffic was so busy that the car couldn’t move at

all. I think the government should get the road wider so that the car can run

今天，我们排增加了一项新的内容，那就是跑步走。前两天都是在练起步走，开始不是很好，但是每天都有进步，还是值得赞同的。

跑步走，这个动作相对来说比较难，所以教官就定下心来，一步步地教我们。他用分解动作，为我们呈现了学习的内容，使大家更容易了解和学习。

跑步走，我们练的比较少，以后还是会经常练习的，也定会达成协调一致的步调。我们会继续加油!

下午又是内务整理。

我的运气竟然超“好”,抽到我代表三排参加连里的“叠被子”比赛，这可真是雷到我了。我的学号竟然这么特别，可以为连队增添光彩，佩服啊!

教官来了，一来就到我们寝室，看到地上我折过的被子，有些欣喜。可能还行吧，接着他就要我当着他的面重新叠一次。

很多同学都过来了，看的我都不敢乱动了，汗水也一直滴下来，真是紧张、辛苦啊!我叠到一半的时候，他说我不对，就来教我怎么叠了，他可是能手，而我们不是呀，看着他熟练的动作，真有点惭愧!他弄了一半，我接着叠另一半，效果就是不一样啊!他又要我重新掀开，再接着自己叠，我也只有硬着头皮做下去了，没办法，谁叫我这么倒霉呢!

后来，又接着叠了几次，越叠越不满意，真是气死我了。

最后，索性不叠了，去看别人叠，因为还有一个同胞也被抽到要参加，我们只能服从了!在她的寝室耗了一会儿，也叠了几次，教官就说那些原来的毛病，我们又不是军人，哪里有那么标准啊，真是的!既然这么说，我们当然要加油了，为了整个连队嘛!

27号上赛场，一定要表现出最好的水平，我们二连一起加油!

到了傍晚，天空昏暗，雷电交加，暴雨侵袭，我们的军训理所当然的取消了，一个小小的幸福弥漫在我们中间!

回到寝室，看到窗外的雷阵雨，真是老天开眼呀，终于下雨了!我们能待在寝室，那是多么惬意!希望明天会更好!

Smoking And Health

especially to women and children. Therefore, many countries have made laws

戒烟吧，如果你还未染上，请不要开始;戒烟吧，为了你的健康，为了你的家庭的健康，为了整个世界的健康。

今天，是我实习这么多天来性质最不一样、意义最为重要的一天。因为今天我完成了人生职业生涯里第一堂课的教学，心中感慨颇多。

为了今天的这一堂课，虽说只是一个小学、一位老师，一堂简简单单的随堂课。但对我来说，却是最初的尝试，意义非同小可。所以我还是花费了很多的心血和精力，精心地准备了一番。

在准备的过程中，我体会到了教案设计的艰辛，课件制作的不易。但更重要的环节还在后面，那便是真正的课堂教学过程的组织。

对于今天的课堂，我进行了一定的自我反思。首先是课堂有时显得过于拘谨，以致于我出现了频繁的小动作。

其次，板书设计不够科学合理，重难点体现得不够分明、有层次。

再者，课堂用语不够简洁明了。没能针对四年级小学生们现有的英语水平进行相应的交流。

最后，就是发音问题，由于紧张出现了一定的发音问题，这也是基本功不够扎实的体现。

这些问题，只是一些小细节的问题。至于更为深刻一点的问题，比如：课堂设计、师生沟通等等这些理论化的问题，我也没能思考出什么学术性结果，便不想赘述了。这些问题的解决，还需要我更多实践性的结果。

总之，先由浅入深，今后要先对这些细节性小问题多加注意并改善才是。
