my teeth in ten minutes,Following,I need for breakfast .My breakfast was very

delicious ,so I ate them fast.After this,I went out and went played basketball

with my best friend ,Tom ,in the school playground .We knew many tempering is

good to health, so we can train each week together .In the noon,I went home and

cooked my lunch by myself ,then ate it .In the afternoon ,I stayed at home .I

read books and did my homework three hours .I n the evening ,it is mountain in

the sun ,I began to washed my dirty clothes .At the oclock ,I went to bed and

had a rest.

Save the Wild Animals

Many wild animals are facing the danger of extinction, because the environment that they are living in has changed greatly. For example, with the developmet of cities, the using of insecticide and serious pollution, their living areas have become narrowcr and narrower. Many of the wild animals, now are confronted with food crisis. At the same time, man is killing off species just for getting their fur, skin, horns, teeth and meat.

In order to protect our resources of ecology, people should realize that the loss of any species is at least the loss of source of knowledge and a source of natural beauty. There fore, measures of the following should be taken: pollution standards are made to keepdown poisons; killing off certain rare species is prohibited; national parks should be set up as wild life, reserves.

Only if we human beings take some drastic measures can wild animals be preserved.

The hot sun is like our enthusiasm, because no matter how hot the weather is, we still keep on studying English hard.

Today, the chinese teacher taught us some English songs. I like the song which is called ”seasons in the sun” very much. We all lost ourselves in the beautiful voice. Today our theme is youth. After the teacher spoke. I suddenly understand that maybe being young is our advantage, so we must value every minute. We have to do something significant.

In the afternoon, our American teacher is father who is an associate proferssor of English from central college give us a lesson. He told us something about higher education in the USA. I think it will be useful for our future.

On the other side. I felt uncomfortable today. Perhaps it’s a small regret for such a wonderful day. But I think tomorrow still will be rosy.

今天早上我醒得特别早，今天是最后一天在军校生活了，我心里情绪万千，有兴奋，也有不舍。

今天有很多比赛项目，有叠被子、打背包、国防知识竞赛等等检验我们5天来的学习成果的比赛。我自豪地代表班级去参加打背包的比赛，和我一起参加的还有赵万佳。

上午，比赛正式开始，先是叠被子比赛，我们的两名同学被别的班以微弱的优势战胜了。这时，我想：我们班的打背包比赛一定要赢!

就快要轮到我们上场了，我的心“怦怦”地跳个不停，生怕我等会儿在赛场上时间会来不及或背包会打得不美观。

千盼万盼，终于等到了我和赵万佳上场。随着校长的一声口令，比赛开始!我迅速把被子对折两次，形成一个条形，再把被子横过来，抓住两边，往里各折一次，然后再对折。我拿起绳子，把被子竖着捆起来，分成两条，再横过来，拿起两条绳子分别把被子绕两圈，绕到背后打个死结。然后把被子翻到正面，把正面的绳子分成三横两竖，理整齐。再用一根粗绳子穿过，围在身上，正面露出，打个死结，就可以了。我打完时，刚好时间到，我暗暗庆幸。最后我和赵万佳打的背包还算整洁美观，而且还很牢固，跑两圈肯定不会掉!果然，跑两圈后，我们的背包都完好无损，最终被评为了打背包优胜排。

最终，我们班虽然只获得了一个奖项，但大家还是很开心，但一想到马上就要和教官和军校分别，我就很依依不舍。再见，教官;再见，军校!

Ah! Its a warm spring! On the nice day, I, Linda and Sally go the MeiYuan

Park, have a picnic together. I must go the supermarket in advance, buy some

sock and coke.

It’s all right! We must on foot go park. We are starting the school. First,

we go straight, turn right, and then go straight, too. We are getting to the

park. Oh, the park its very beautiful! People playing so happy, the flower is

lovely, too. We eat the delicious food. Linda has many crackers and cakes, Sally

I have rested for a week. I began to feel bored. So I went out with my

friends. They are my best friends in the middle school. We didn’t go to

someplace special. We just saw the other. We had lunch together. While we were

having lunch, we were still talking about the new school and new friends. Yes! A

year later, we have grown riper. And we learned much more things and got new

life. We haven’t enough time to play, to waste and to lose the way. We only have

The tomb sweeping day is one of the traditional festivals in China. On April 5th, people start to visit their ancestors’ tombs. Generally speaking, people will bring the home-made food, some fake money and paper-made mansion to their ancestors. When they start to honour their ancestor, they will light up some candles and incense, put some flowers around the tombs.

The most important thing is to put the home-made food in front of the tombs. The food, also known as sacrifices, is usually made up with a chicken, a fish and some pork. It’s a symbol of the offspring’s respect to the ancestors. People believe that the forbears will share the food with them. The children dedicate the food and money to their forbears in order to show their love and caring. The young offspring will go down on their knees and pray for their ancestors. They can say their wishes in front of the tombs and the ancestors will make their dreams come true.

In some provinces of China, people use different activities to commemorate this day, for instance, spring-outing, swinging, tree planting and making special food. One special food is Ay Tsao rice balls. It looks like Tang-yuan, but its colour is green. Mix the ay tsao juice with the rice powder, then make it into small balls. The Ay Tsao rice ball is done. People believe that eating ay tsao rice balls can get rid of the bad luck and everything will go smoothly. Other activities such as spring outing, tree planting are the other ways to commemorate the forbears. For one thing, it is a sign that people should look into the future and embrace the hope; for another thing, we do hope our ancestor rest in peace.

People often ask and are asked that what is the most important thing in

life. Some people answer that family is the most important and others say love,

work or money. In my opinion, health is the most important in life. However, how

to keep healthy?

Firstly, being positive. A positive attitude towards life must be good to

health. It also brings you power to overcome disease. Secondly, taking exercise

regularly. Taking exercise regularly or even every day helps you build a strong

body which is the base of health. Exercise can improve the ability of the body

to fight disease. Thirdly, making friends, because friendship is an important

part to influence your health. Many studies show that people with a wide range

of social contacts get sick less than those who dont. I always feel better when

I am with friends than when I am alone. Finally, eating properly, having good

rest and building normal daily routine are aslo important to health.

Health is a problem we should attach importance to. Only build a healthy

body can us live a better life.

八月二十七日，军训的第七天。

今天早上，天气比较凉爽，温度不高，太阳不大，我们的练习也比较爽快。站军姿时，教官果真提了昨天晚上的事，让我们失笑，不过提得不多。这还好，没有太多违反纪律。

接着的练习很累，跑步走了，起步走，真吃不消。因为昨天跑步了，今天全身酸痛，脚也提不起来，所以就会感觉很痛苦。而且我又在昨天夜里感冒了，在这两项过后，又学了正步走，唉，脚更加提不起来了。勉勉强强度过这半天，不过现在想想真快，准确来说只有两天的训练时间了。

下午来了个有趣的，对我来说是重要的，我要去参加连里的叠被子比赛。这是让我无可奈何的，我只有硬着头皮上战常

来到比赛场地，我就开始紧张了。一想到有六个排的队友看我叠被子，我就会感到害怕。

在全连队员在位置上站好后，就听到指示：所有叠被子的同学出列。

在我拿好两条席子和一条被子自信满满地出列以后，身后响起了阵阵掌声。在这一刻，我觉得我是多么幸运，竟有机会参加人数极少的叠被子比赛。带着满脸笑容，走向战场!

在确定自己的位置之后，我和同班队友，一起铺好了我们的席子，又在教官等人的帮助下，将被子铺上去，看着一排整齐的被子铺在地面上，我告诉自己，一定要全身心投入到叠被子中，一定要叠到最佳状态。

待一切准备完毕之后，听取了比赛规则，时间限定是五分钟。

在一声勺响钟，比赛正式开始了。我依旧沿着教官所教的方法，不紧不慢地按着自己的路线，一条一条的做下去，没有东顾西盼，没有三心二意。在我整理角的时候，教官在我身边告诉我该如何正角，我知道自己的技术不过关，就听从指挥。时间过得真快，一下就到了最后十秒钟倒计时，我弄好后，站在席子外等待着教官来检阅。心里想着，比赛当中一直响着的加油声，对于我来说是多么得荣幸!非常感谢他们的陪伴和助威!

在我的余光中，看到了隔壁的两床被子，叠得方方正正，很有教官的感觉。虽然知道，有一个人是从部队回来的，是个军人，叠被子肯定很擅长。但是，其他几位不是啊，他们也只是普通大学生，这让我挺不好意思的，感觉差距好大。

在评分的时候，很明显，教官在好的被子前打量很久，并一直是赞扬声。但是，我也不贬低自己，我叠得也挺好啊，我做到最好了就行。听到同学的赞扬声，我很感谢，也很满足。

一轮的评比下来了，虽然淘汰了，但我很感谢有这次机会，让我展现自我希望下次可以做到更好!因为前三名的同学都很强，分不得高低，所以进行了又一轮的比拼。这下，我成为了一名观众，可以观赏他们的动作和成果。

果然，他们和我的方法是不同的，所以效果也就不同了。他们的方法真的挺好。竞争很激烈呀，原来不是军人也可以同样叠的很好，不错，不错!佩服，佩服!从中学到了另一种的方法，也很好啊!

叠被子结束，我们也就解散了!

连续两天晚上没有训练了，今天要训练竟开始有些不适应。站个军姿也搞了半天，一阵阵笑声还是不断从我们的队列中发出来。这很让人无语的……而后又是三种走法交替的练习。三种走法都很累，但还是要坚持啊!

为了明天的会操，我们排喊了自己的口号：文武兼备，磨砺青春，王者风范，唯我三排!所以，希望明天我们三排能得个好成绩，要竭力争取那个代表连参加全校会操的名额!

__年7月20日至7月27日，是我为期仅仅7天的三下乡社会实践。我随广东工贸职业技术学院夏乡情缘服务队伍来到湛江市吴川市长歧镇中心小学实行社会实践。首先作为一名湛江人，我感到非常荣幸能有这样一个机会随着服务队伍回到自己的家乡，虽然我不是吴川本地人，但是我是一名湛江人，想到能为自己的家乡做点小小的服务，我依然感到小小的自豪和骄傲。虽然只有短短7天的时间，但是每一天都过得很有意义，也产生了很多感想。

我们的团队全称是：广东工贸职业技术学院夏乡情缘服务队，由武术协会，石鹰书画社和品派营销三个协会组成的队伍，其中武协去了13个人，石鹰那边有4个人，还有品派那边有2个人，这支队伍一共就有19个人。在此次的三下乡社会实践活动中，我最重要的一个任务就是：支教。本着商务英语这一专业，我很荣幸地在这众多任务中担任支教这一角色。虽然我本打算要参与这一次活动的每一个环节，但是我本着心中的念头：不做队伍的绊脚石，服从命令，听从指挥。就这样，我乐意地接受了队长何炳峰和武协的老大培胜师兄派分给我的任务。

在这短短7天的支教实践中，我收获了不少珍贵的果实。这些果实不仅仅包括学习知识的方法和技巧，更重要的是与队员们在这7天的相处里面，让我收获了很多很真挚，很珍贵的友谊。并从这次下乡的各位可爱的小老师们身上学到了认真负责与无私奉献的精神，这些积极向上的精神深深地影响着我，激励着我。让我暗暗地下决心要当一名志愿者，希望能用我的爱和力量孕育出更强的“树苗”。

但是作为大学一年级的我，没有丰富的教学经验，为了不让这些可爱的小朋友失望，我早在出发前就已经利用好时间准备好了教学的内容，并尽量往“在快乐中学习”的方向出发备课，为了能更加吸引那些小朋友的兴趣，我尽量把教学内容改编成以唱歌的方式来教学，为了要提起他们的兴致，我还尽量添加了很多不同类型的游戏…我备课的出发点都是在为学生们着想，我真心希望我的精心准备和我备课的热情能给那些小朋友们一个精彩而难忘的暑假。

满满的期待终于拉开了三下乡社会实践活动的序幕，每个队员都有了自己的职务。而我这一支教的任务让我有了足够的勇气站在讲台上，即使课室里面有时候还坐着几个学生家长，但是我没有丝毫的胆怯之意。在与这些小朋友的近距离接触后，发现他们都很活泼可爱，在教小朋友的同时，我也能从他们的身上学会好多好多的东西：有些东西，甚至是我愿意用一辈子的时间去呵护，有些感情，是我愿意用一辈子的时间去守护，有些记忆，是我愿意用一辈子的时间去怀念…

尤其是跟这些小朋友谈起他们梦想的那一时刻，我才真正读懂了梦想的意义和美好，同时我也深深地被他们平凡的梦想却带着伟大理由一次次地感动着。他们中有许多人是梦想着想当一名出色的老师，这些人用了最淳朴而真实的想法告诉了我很有说服力，很完美的理由：他们说一名老师与伟大的科学家和宇航员相比较显得渺小而平凡了很多，但是却比那些伟大的梦想来得真实可靠多了。他们的理由个个都与众不同，却都是在为别人着想。从这些小朋友身上，我又再一次深深地体会到了拥有梦想的力量，作为他们小老师的我，真心希望这些小朋友的梦想都能一个个地实现。

我们都知道三下乡是比较辛苦的，每天都要起早摸黑地过日子，况且我们还要坚持每天的早训。想要得到每一样东西，要做每一件事情都要自己亲历亲为，都要勇敢地挑起自己肩上的重担，因为下面还有一大群比自己还小的学生在以我们为榜样。虽然很累很累，但是我们却都乐在其中，因为能像现在这样面对面地与这些小学生们交流心声，分享各自的梦想和经历，真的是一件很愉快的事情。

回想着这7天，心里美滋滋的。有句话说得好;想念一个地方，与其说想念那个地方的山水景物，不如说想念那里的人民。其实我也很舍不得离开那些可爱的小朋友们，可是这次的下乡活动本来就是很现实地注定是短暂的，我早已做好了离开时的心理准备。但是我依然会很想念在这里走过的每一寸美好的回忆。三下乡本是一段路，时而沿途风景独好，但是却不能过分留恋太久。我依然很庆幸能在这次活动中收获很多的果实。

我很感激参与这支队伍的所有成员们，感激这一路上的嘘寒问暖，感激这一路上的相互照顾，相互关心，感激这一路上有你们的陪伴。爱吃达利园的队长何炳峰。总是一大清早就给我们准备爱心早餐，让我们很感动的培胜师兄和飞宇师兄。背地里忙前忙后的华川。还有很会照顾人的武协男生们，启畅，俊庭，臻彦，茂刚和嘉宁。很会弄好吃，总在晚上抽空给我们煮糖水的武协女生丽旋和惠莹，陪我玩的厘花，吴婷和燕璇。当然忘不了还有石鹰书画社的那四金花：景丽，惠梅，晓燕和秀珍。我感激你们这一群人对我的照顾，跟你们在一起的那几天真的是过得很愉快，我很珍惜跟你们在一起的那段时间，谢谢你们!至少从你们每个人的身上都学会了该如何去承担责任，如何去照顾和关爱别人。

此次的三下乡社会实践，让我受益匪浅，此次的活动，让我收获了快乐，收获了友谊，收获了一次体验，收获了一次心灵上的成长。让我感觉到我的生活因为了这次活动而变得更加的有意义，更加的美妙精彩!感激这一次的活动，让我学会了很多，同时也让我成长了不少!

It was the third day of our winter holiday. Today, there are many business

in my mothers company. So my mother told me to help my uncle who is the manager

of my mothers company. I sat in my mothers office and help her answer the

telephone. While I was free, I was writing my homework. Although I also have a

lot of time to do my homework, I still do it. Because in my mothers office, I

had nothing to do. If I did nothing, I was wasting my time and my life. I cant

do the foolish thing. We should take good use of our time.

Today， I was late for school because the traffic was jam. I usually so to

school by bike but I hurt my leg the day before yesterday. So I had‘to go to

school by taxi this morning. I left home very early. When I took the taxi， I

found the traffic bad. The traffic was so busy that the car couldn’t move at

all. I think the government should get the road wider so that the car can run

easily and smoothly.

Today, we went to Petrified national park. We went to a trail called Crystal Forest. We saw Petrified wood. They are like gems. By the continental drift, it was hard for plants to survive. Today, I visited Hopi land. It was a Hopi village.There were three Dormitories: First Mesa, Second Mesa, Third Mesa. I visited a man named Ernie. He has a workshop. In his workshop are all amazing local jewels. He gave me a Opal. It was violet blue. There is fire in it. Today is a stupendous day!

Today, I went to drive in Monument Valley. We almost bumped our butts off. We made our own monument. We went in Monticello to go tothe restroom. It was a science lab. I copied a wolf on a computer. I also used handles to control tarish liquid that has iron in it. I also also did was control a ball. Last, I made a rose for mom and much more. Today is a supertastic day!

Today, I hiked on a trail in Arches national Park. It was the longest trail I ever hiked on. It was a rocky and dangerous mountain. I was extra exhausted. When I was at the top, WOW! It was an arch called Delicate Arch. It looks like Athena looking over everybody’s eyes to see if they are obeying rules. How can a loose little arch stand so high. So today was a miracle.

There is no doubt that learning English is vital for us. On the one hand,

English has become an international language that people can communicate with

each other in many countries. On the other hand, if we learn English well, we

could get more chance of success.

However, it is well-known that there are many methods for us to learn

English well. There are some tips. First, we can study in a group to improve

learning efficiency. Second, we could listen to English songs and watch English

movies; this way is very suitable for student to improve their listening and

speaking abilities. Third, I have believed that a great deal of practice can

strengthen language knowledge.

In a word, it is natural for us to learn English well by making efforts. If

we didnt work hard, we would never do well in learning English.

We have been in Zhejiang University for 3 days. Though we still need to

have classes, we feel relaxed and the life here is quite different from my

precious school life.

When we are at school, we are always busy reading and writing, but now we

mainly need to speak, speak loudly and well, with self-confidence. Maybe it’s a

chance for me to learn English ina different way.

For the first time, I was told that I can ask the teacher a queation. I was

very nervous. But now I never feel nervious because I know I must take any

chances to speak English. It’s important for learning English well. Just speak,

you can speak very well. I always tell myself like that.
