它不仅可爱，而且很聪明。刚刚把它从原来的主人那里接回来的时候，它不熟悉环境就随地大小便，妈妈批评了它并告诉它要在卫生间大小便。几天后，它就知道在卫生间大小便了。

淘淘虽然聪明可爱，比较听话，但也很调皮。有一次，我的红领巾掉在了地上，我没发现，淘淘看见了跑了过来，把我的红领巾叼着撕。还好红领巾比较结实，只被它咬了几个小洞。

还有一次，它偷偷地跑到爸爸的鞋柜上捣鼓了一阵，然后又若无其事地跑去玩球了。我走过去一看，哎呀！爸爸的鞋垫居然被它咬破了。

记得又有一次，爸爸妈妈在看电脑，我在写作业，厨房门是开着的。它神不知鬼不觉得溜进了厨房，妈妈有一种预感：它在扒垃圾桶。果真不假，它竟然把垃圾桶给翻倒了。

这就是我家的宠物狗，因为特别淘气，所以我们叫它“淘淘”。

Last year，my friend gave me a little dog. I was fond of him very much. I liked to play with him after school and he liked to follow me wherever I went. I was very glad that I had a “body guard”。

Last winter I was very busy with my lessons and came home very late every day.However，no matter how late I went home，my dog used to stand at a comer near my school waiting for me. When I passed there，he barked two or three times then ran towards me. It seemed that he was calling me.

My dog not only，took good care of me，but also was respoasible at home. When strangers came to my house，he barked at them but not hurt them. What a lovely dog he is!

去年我朋友送我一只狗，我非常喜欢它。我很喜欢和他一起玩，放学后他喜欢跟着我，无论我走到哪里。我很高兴我有一个“保镖”。

去年冬天我功课很忙，每天回家都很晚。但是，不管我到家多晚，我的狗狗经常站在一个角落里在我的学校等着我。当我经过那里，他厉声叫两到三次，然后跑向我。似乎它是在呼唤我。

An ox and a dog serve for the same farmer. One day the dog arrogantly1 says: "How grand I am! In the daytime, I watch out for the cattle in the meadows; at night, I guard the house. But you…"

"Me? How about me ?" the ox says

"You can only plough or draw a cart," the dog slightly says. "Yes. Its true," the ox says. "But if I dont plough, what do you guard?"

一头牛和一只狗同时为一个农夫工作。狗骄傲地说着：“我是多么重要啊!白天我在牧场看护家群，晚上我看家。而你呢…..?”

“我?我怎么啦?”

牛反问。“你只会犁地或是拉扯。”狗不懈地说。“是的。你说得没有错，”牛回答道。“但是如果没有我犁地，你看护什么呢?”
