首先，说说群养的问题。现代人追求极致，不仅仅是一帮哄，而是无所不用其极。一家养一条宠物狗是玩，而一家养上十条八条的，就有些过了。一出门冲出一群，满街乱窜，争吠之声不绝于耳，扰民就在所难免；
