小时候，我曾羡慕穿身军装，现在我终于实现了这个梦想，如今，我又跨进全军的高等学府――国防科技大学的校门。在这里，我又读到许许多多的银河人，他们将银河精神在新时代高高奏响，为响应江总书记“科技强军”的号召，在夜以继日的、默默的耕耘与劳作。 周光铭院士在接受记者采访时说过这样一句话：“我一生也就做了六台机器。”朋友，你想想，这六台是什么样的机器啊!难道还不够吗?这，就是我们老一代银河人的骄傲!

在研制银河Ⅲ期间，卢锡城同志带领年轻人向新的技术制高点冲击，有11名同志是在攻关战斗中度过新婚蜜月的，不少人连续三次春节都在机房里度过。就是凭着这种精神，他们创造了新的辉煌。这，就是新一代银河人的自豪! 如今，再看看我这身军装，我应该掂得出她的份量。在新的历史时期，我们军队仍然肩负着重大的历史使命。放心吧，祖国，放心吧，人民，时间流逝，斗转星移，永远抹不去的就是战士对党和人民的一颗赤胆忠心!青山和大地会证明我们的忠诚，蓝天和白云会昭示我们的誓言，“奉献”，我们认了，“牺牲”，我们说值!那是因为，共和国军人的心中只有一个期盼，那就是：为了共和国明天的辉煌!

As we all know, pollution is harmful to living beings. There are many different types of pollutions in this world. For instance, water pollution, air pollution, noise pollution and so on. Water pollution cause many kinds of disease that have negative effects on human beings, sometimes the diseases will take people’s life away. Dirty air will increase the rate of getting lung cancer. While the noise pollution will cause insomnia. People’s health condition will be damaged.

In my humble opinion, people should take measures to control the pollution. Recently, not only the government, but also individual has taken part in the action of protecting the environment. This is a good sign. Rivers are being cleaned, air is purified, and the people come to realize that the importance of protecting the environment.

However, this is not enough, the problems are still exist. Not all of them have been solved. Some factories are still pouring dirty water into the rivers or give off the toxic gas into the sky. We should know that protecting the environment needs everybody’s effort.

With the improvement of peoples living standard, people more and more do not take the protection of the environment, throw rubbish everywhere and spit everywhere.

Whenever I see garbage on the ground, I will be deeply touched, protect the environment, starts from me. Take the a small river near my house, for instance, in the past, the water in the river is very clear, like a bright mirror, can see clearly the many stone in the river; You can see fish free in swimming in the river. There are often many children playing, playing in the river water; The adults in the river to wash the dishes, washing clothes. Gradually, people then throw the garbage into the river, sewage discharge into the river, make the river as well as smelly and dirty, can no longer on the bottom, into a murky waters of the bin. 每当我看到地上的垃圾，我就会感慨万千，保护环境，从我做起。就拿我家附近的一条小河来说吧，以前，河里的水十分清澈，像一块明亮的大镜子，可以清清楚楚地看到河底的许多石头;可以看到小鱼在河里自由自在在游来游去。经常有许多小朋友在河里嬉戏、玩水;大人们在河里洗菜，洗衣服。渐渐的，人们于是把垃圾扔到河里，污水排放到河里，使河水变得又臭又脏，再也不能清澈见底，变成了浑浊不清的垃圾箱。严重污染环境，严重危害了人们的身体健康。对，只有树立保护环境的观念，才有美好的明天。

星期天，我找来我的好朋友小好，每人拿一个塑料袋，把河边的垃圾一一捡光了，我们手里都是满满的一塑料袋，真是“满载而归”啊!即使我们把河边的垃圾捡光了，但是河里的垃圾是阻止不了，捞掉了还会有，怎么办好呢?最关键的还是唤起人们的环保意识，我们找来一块木板在板上大大地写上：请保护环境，从我做起。我们把它放在河边最显眼的地方，任务完成，我们高兴地回家了。

为了保护我们自己的家园，为了保护我们自己的生命，为了我们自己的将来，为了我们美好的环境，让蓝天更蓝，让清水更清，让地球妈妈更可爱，更生机勃勃，让我们张开小手，献一份爱，出一份力，共创绿色的环境。

What Can We Do for the Environment

Hello,everyone. Im Li Hua. Its nice to speak about what we can do for the environment,and I think each of us can do a little bit to help with this problem.

The first thing we can do is to use cloth bags in stead of plastic bags when we go shopping. It helps to protect the environment. The second thing we can do is to reuse the old textbooks as possible as we can. We should also never forget to turn off the lights when we leave the classrooms in order to save energy. Whats more, it would be better if we walk or ride a bike to school. We should try our best reduce pollution and waste.

In fact,even the simplest everyday activities can make a real difference to the environment. I believe we can make the world a better place to live in.

It is undeniable that the worsening environment has become the biggest concern of the present-day world. Land resources are dwindling because of water loss and soil erosion. Waste gases poison the air we breathe. The rivers and lakes are polluted by waste dumped in them from factories. It is probably no exaggeration to say that deterioration of the quality of the environment threatens the existence of mankind itself.

Some people are of the opinion that the environmental problem is the price we have to pay for economic development. But I do not think that this argument is valid. After all, what is the point of economic growth if peoples lives are adversely alfected by worsening environmental pollution ?
