The usage of Internet becomes one of the most controversial topics in the society. As a student, I believe Internet is beneficial to me more than the way it harms me. There are many advantages for using Internet.

First, I can best use my time to find information online instead of going to different libraries. Also, the information can be dated back in decades ago. It is very helpful to use those information as reference and historical proof. In the library, it is hard to find so much "old" information. Another advantage to use Internet is that I can stay home and have a lecture online. It is much more convenience to me because I can stay warm to have class in the winter time instead of spending two hours on the bus and physically attend class. 网络游戏，就是在电脑上和很多人一起打得游戏，但是这种游戏却对人造成了很大的伤害，所以还是少玩点为妙。

网络游戏对人的伤害具体有以下三大类：

一,身体伤害：玩电脑多了，很容易近视，此外，如果还沉迷下去，无法自拔的话，就会有严重的伤害，比如说：1、细胞癌化促进作用 2、荷尔蒙不正常3、钙离子激烈流失4、痴呆症的引发 5、异常妊娠异常生产 6、高血压心脏病 7、电磁波过敏症 8、自杀者的增加等身体上的伤害。

二，物质伤害：如果玩网络游戏，要想在游戏里出人头地，可是要下不少“血本”的，在游戏里要想主人公有一把超级武器，一两百块钱人民币是少不了的，还有的游戏更过分，就像“魔兽世界”，居然要每玩一个小时收一块钱!我想，各位那少得可怜的零花钱够花吗?

三，心理伤害：喜欢玩游戏的人，都会出现一个毛病，老是在其他场合上想起游戏，而对自己现在在做的事心不在焉，因此不认真听课，学习成绩就会下降，这个后果是很严重的。

玩网络游戏的伤害多着吧!所以，就此引以为戒，少玩点网络游戏吧

网络游戏是不少中小学生迷恋的游戏，他们往往都会沉浸在网络虚拟的世界里。

网络游戏会造成视力严重下降，视网膜脱落，甚至还有的同学沉迷于网络游戏不能自拔，学习成绩一落千丈。还有受到不良信息的影响，竟铤而走险，走上了盗窃、抢劫的犯罪道路，也发生了杀人或自杀的恶性事件。

我从电视上看到有一名高三学生在一家网吧里玩游戏时不幸猝死。经过医生现场鉴定，这名学生猝死时脸色苍白、心跳脉搏、瞳孔反射等生命体征全无，属于典型的因过度兴奋而引发心脏病的死亡。对于这一事我又想起过去看到的一些学生放学后一起去网吧玩作战游戏，由于一位同学先被瞄准在游戏中死亡，被他的同学嘲笑，它实在受不了，就拿起一直放在身上的小刀杀了他的同学。然后继续沉浸在游戏的世界了，直到警察来了后他才反应过来，自己所做的事。对于这两个例子就能看到网络游戏的危害特别大，能诱使许多对事物辨别能力差的人走向无底深渊。

这让我知道，我们憧憬美好的未来，而未来就掌握在你我手中。那些沉迷于网络黑洞的同学们，都在被网络所迷惑，都被那些看不见的陷阱埋葬了自己的花样年华!这让我体会到，我们的未来只有我们自己去把握，把握自己就是把握人生的航向;把握自己就是给自己的未来一片蔚蓝的蓝天。

同学们，清醒，清醒吧!网络游戏即影响学习也毁了前程。一旦陷入其中，就无法自拔，葬送了美好前途太不值得了。

Now many of my classmates like to surf the Internet in their free time.I think Internet can bring us both advantages and disadvantages.

For example，I can surf the internet to learn more information about the world. And I can make more friends on it. I can also talk with my teacher or my classmates some problem after class。

However, Internet can make some problems at the same time. If you spend too much time on it ,you will be come lazy and cant put your heart on study. It will be even worse if you feel you cant live without Internet.

So we must be careful when we use the Internet.

现在我的很多同学喜欢在闲暇时间上网。我认为互联网能给我们带来两个优点和缺点。

例如,我可以上网了解更多关于世界的信息。我可以认识更多的朋友。我也可以跟老师或同学下课后一些问题。

然而,互联网可以使一些问题在同一时间。如果你花太多时间在这上面,你会懒惰,不能把心用在学习上。这将是更糟糕的是,如果你觉得你的生活不能没有互联网。

所以我们必须小心当我们使用互联网。
