因为我是个小学生，所以只有放假期间才能玩电脑，但我依然乐此不疲，因为“梦幻”着实让我感到快乐。在“梦幻”里，我认识很多形形色色的人：有严厉的哥哥，平易近人的姐姐，和蔼可亲的师傅。他们常常叮嘱我：不要过度沉迷于游戏，学业才是最重要的。所以，我不但是“梦幻”里的小小一名成员，也是现实生活中的一个好学生、好孩子。在“梦幻”里我还是个助人为乐的人，朋友有什么事都找我帮忙，我也一定会尽量地帮助他们，有时，我实在办不到，就请师傅出马。“梦幻”让我学会了助人为乐。在“梦幻”里我还是个为升级赚钱而发愁的小角色，“梦幻”让我体会到了父母赚钱把我养大的艰难，也让我知道了，只有以学业为重，努力学习，长大才能找份好工作，才能让父母更好的安度晚年，报答他们对我的养育之恩。“梦幻”还让我知道了团结力量大，一个人的力量是渺小的，而大家的力量是巨大的，只有通过互相帮助，才有可能创造“奇迹”!当然，“梦幻”有好也有坏，在“梦幻”里也有一些不正当的人。我通过师傅的教导和朋友们的忠告，尽量和坏人们保持距离。小小的“梦幻”竟然让我这个未知世事的少年体会到了：人世间，有好也有坏，不管坏的势力多么强大，也终将邪不胜正。

“梦幻西游”让我体会到了世间百态和一些为人处事的道理。但我深深地知道“梦幻”只是个虚拟的游戏，是不能当饭吃的，只有以学业为重，通过努力地学习，才能过上幸福美好的生活。

而网络是一把双刃剑，会帮助人并且更会害人。如果你利用正确，它会帮助你，如果利用不当，那后果可得自负。别人也许帮不到你。

那就先说说它的好处，而网络的好处多得数不胜数，比如：它可以帮你解决你不会的难题，也可以从网行走遍世界各地的名山大川；也可以从网上看到世界各地的最新新闻，也可以从网上寻找到自己的知心朋友……网络的好处是多得数不胜数。

而网络的坏处是建立在网络的好处之上。刚开始的网络是帮助了许多人。而人们就开始想出利用网络去骗人，刚开始发展的网络是单纯的互联网，慢慢游戏便开始出现，开始由单机游戏发展为网络游戏，而暴力游戏也开始出现。而暴力游戏正是处于逆反心理的青少年的所爱，而这正是网络的弊端，也使许许多多的青少年身陷其中不能自拔。

现在的高科技犯罪也大多数来字网络，比如最近出现的网络病毒“熊猫烧香”和“灰鸽子”侵害了许许多多的大公司的利益。

那些暴力游戏吸引了许多的青少年，而这些青少年整天沉溺在这暴力游戏中，自身被暴力游戏所感染，没有上网费而学暴力游戏中的情节去抢劫，去偷东西，去杀人……而这些杰作都是暴力游戏所创作的。

还有许多青少年整天沉溺在网络游戏中，只顾自己的快乐，忘了家人的痛苦，自己在网络游戏中高高兴兴而家人却在家里担心自己的孩子。由此可见网络的坏处是多又多，此所谓“害人害己害社会”。

所以本人奉劝各位网友：千万不要玩网络游戏，特别是暴力游戏，更不要沉迷于其中。本人曾亲身体验，现在迷途知返了，所以本人奉劝各位了！

2004年5月，江西某学院一名大四学生上网成瘾导致狂想症后杀死二人、重伤五人的惨剧。进入网吧人的次数越来越多，可以从中获得某种程度的心理满足;不玩网络游戏时会出现戒断症状，如抑郁、易激惹、情绪烦躁;在网络游戏室玩游戏的实际时间比预计的时间要长，考虑过停止或减少进入网络游戏室，但不能自控;有较强烈的自我表现欲。

由此，网络游戏成瘾的危害性主要表现在以下几个方面：1。浪费时间、浪费金钱。2。易诱发大学生犯罪。3。严重影响身体健康。 沉湎网络游戏的危害主要有以下几点：第一、危害身体1、影响视力，网游必须要集中精力，眼睛要长时间的对着电脑肯定会受损。2、辐射危害，长时间在电脑前面，肯定会受到电磁辐射的危害。3、饮食无规律，同样会造成身体素质下降。4。抵抗力差，长时间网游，身体得不到相应的休息和锻炼，大幅度地下降，很容易生病，病了还不容易好。

第二、影响学习1、浪费时间，不能保证学习的时间。如今的文化课学习，任充足的时间保证，是难以提高学习成绩的。2、精力不济，沉湎网游后，如果通宵上网，第二天根本没有劲头。第三、道德品质下滑1、网络游戏里面，暴力血腥的场面层出不穷，色情的场面也会影响到我们。这些东西使本来免疫能力就不高的学生，如果在受到网络游戏的危害，后果将不堪设想、、、、、、

第四、影响家庭，影响集体1。孩子上网，家长肯定着急，一着急上火，那么，家人之间埋怨，互相指责，家庭暴力，家庭纠纷不可避免。

第五、一个班级，有孩子上网，他失去学习信心之后，必然会在课堂上表现出来，这样，也会影响到老师的教学。网络游戏所营造的是一个虚拟的世界，可以使大学生尤其是那些在同学中人际关系较为紧张的孩子逃避现实的许多不愉快。这些孩子在自己能控制的虚拟世界中能得到大愉快的体验。

一旦迷上网络游戏，成瘾心理的形成在所难免。在此，我只想告诉“网瘾少年”，别玩了， 让我们成为网络的主人，它是拿来用的，不是拿来玩的，只把它当成一种工具，不要让网络游戏把自己玩了。
