Obviously, there are a number of positive features on social networking. 在我的身边也有这样的人，我的隔壁张叔叔家的儿子，在刚上高中时张叔叔为了哥哥学习方便给哥哥买了一台电脑，可是哥哥却因此逃学，荒废了学业!他白天在网吧里打游戏，晚上到家后还要玩游戏，他的学习成绩也一落千丈，不可挽救。

在这个飞速发展的信息时代，我们不得不承认网络给我们带来了许多便利，同时也给我们带来了许多烦恼。我们应该正确认识网络，用网络信息帮助学习，不要沉迷于网络游戏，因为这样既影响学习又影响健康!

网络里许多游戏如果无节制地沉迷它们，将危害到我们一生、

有一名21岁的大二学生在网吧连续玩了几十个小时的游戏。在他正准备离开网吧返校时，突感头痛、两眼发黑，续而倒地昏迷，医院收治后诊断其为“过度上网导致视网膜疲劳、低血糖症”。2004年5月，江西某学院一名大四学生上网成瘾导致狂想症后杀死二人、重伤五人的惨剧。进入网吧人的次数越来越多，可以从中获得某种程度的心理满足;不玩网络游戏时会出现戒断症状，如抑郁、易激惹、情绪烦躁;在网络游戏室玩游戏的实际时间比预计的时间要长，考虑过停止或减少进入网络游戏室，但不能自控;有较强烈的自我表现欲。由此，网络游戏成瘾的危害性主要表现在以下几个方面：

1.浪费时间、浪费金钱。

2.易诱发大学生犯罪。

3.严重影响身体健康。

沉湎网络游戏的危害主要有以下几点

：第一、危害身体1、影响视力，网游必须要集中精力，眼睛要长时间的对着电脑肯定会受损。2、辐射危害，长时间在电脑前面，肯定会受到电磁辐射的危害。3、饮食无规律，同样会造成身体素质下降。4.抵抗力差，长时间网游，身体得不到相应的休息和锻炼，大幅度地下降，很容易生病，病了还不容易好。

第二、影响学习1、浪费时间，不能保证学习的时间。如今的文化课学习，任充足的时间保证，是难以提高学习成绩的。2、精力不济，沉湎网游后，如果通宵上网，第二天根本没有劲头。

第三、道德品质下滑1、网络游戏里面，暴力血腥的场面层出不穷，色情的场面也会影响到我们。这些东西使本来免疫能力就不高的学生，如果在受到网络游戏的危害，后果将不堪设想、

第四、影响家庭，影响集体1.孩子上网，家长肯定着急，一着急上火，那么，家人之间埋怨，互相指责，家庭暴力，家庭纠纷不可避免。2、一个班级，有孩子上网，他失去学习信心之后，必然会在课堂上表现出来，这样，也会影响到老师的教学。网络游戏所营造的是一个虚拟的世界，可以使大学生尤其是那些在同学中人际关系较为紧张的孩子逃避现实的许多不愉快。这些孩子在自己能控制的虚拟世界中能得到大愉快的体验。一旦迷上网络游戏，成瘾心理的形成在所难免。

在此，我只想告诉“网瘾少年”，别玩了， 让我们成为网络的主人，它是拿来用的，不是拿来玩的，只把它当成一种工具，不要让网络游戏把自己玩了。

网络有好有坏，下面谈谈我对网络的看法吧：

很多家长都认为孩子不应该上网，年龄太小没有分辨好坏的能力，并且影响学习。可是，我不这样认为，我们孩子上网不一定就只有坏处而没有好处。从网上，我们可以了解到许多知识，比如，我们从网上可以以最快的速度得知世界各地发生的最近的新闻，可以在网上查到不懂的知识，可以从网上得到科学技术发展的最新成果。可是，家长却总是担心我们上网是件不良的事，看不到网络好的一面，担心孩子一旦上网就会沉迷于网络游戏、QQ聊天，而且网上有很多不良信息，家长怕孩子走上坏的道路。但是，家长们的担心不是没有道理的。比如，电视上常常会出现这样的镜头，一大群小学生在网吧里玩游戏，聊天，还有大点的孩子在阅览不良信息，这些孩子看外表就没到18岁，可是网吧的老板明明知道18岁一下的未成年人不准进网吧，可是他们为了赚钱，根本不顾法律，坑害了孩子。有些孩子通宵玩游戏，甚至出现有些孩子因此精神失常或是被坏人利用，因此，家长总是以坏眼光来看网络。

我上网时大多数时间都是看新闻、电影、查找资料，很少的时间用来玩游戏，比如说，我每周7次上网里面，只有1次是玩电脑游戏。我为什么能控制得这么好呢?因为我经常阅读课外书，每当我读到的新知识，我就迫不及待地想看完这本书，整天阅读书籍这样就把网络游戏的时间用在了解更多的知识上，这样你就能够少玩游戏，少上网(必要除外)。

网络有好也有坏，只要我们好好地使用网络，不用它来阅读不良信息，网络对我们来说就有无比巨大的价值

这一段时间，我发现我有一些沉迷于网络游戏。只要一有机会，我就会不由自主地捧起Ipad，津津有味地玩起来，即便妈妈再三提醒，我也置之不理。眼 看暑假已经过掉啦一大半，而我的作业还没有完成到一半。妈妈是看在眼里急在心头，经过妈妈一番语重心长的教育后，我决定就此为题，写一篇作文，分析一下游 戏的利与弊。

我们先来说游戏的利。好的游戏可以锻炼我们的经济头脑和理财观念。例如我近期常玩的游戏叫“浴火银河”，这是一款宇宙探险游戏。在游戏当中，玩家需 要通过不同的方式来赚钱，并武装自己的飞船。我比较喜欢的一种赚钱方式是“跑商”，就是根据不同星系的商品价格，在价格便宜的星球买，到价格贵的地方卖。 比如一条“毛巾”，在这个星系十块钱，可在那个星系就变成啦一百块，你别看它一次赚钱不多，可一次运几百条，不断重复，积少成多，就能捞到一大桶金。

游戏还能快速提高我们手和脑的配合能力。“Temple Run神庙逃亡”是一款众所皆知、家喻户晓的跑酷游戏。玩家需要控制人物时而跳跃，时而卧倒，逃离魔兽的追捕，逃离神庙。游戏中，玩家不但要收集金币，还 要灵巧地躲避障碍物、悬崖等。我玩这个游戏初期，总是因为反应力慢，或双手没有协调好而坠入深渊。可是，经过我的不断练习，渐渐地，我能够跑很远啦。我在 “神庙逃亡”里练出来的反应能力在我打乒乓球时得以运用。看图猜成语游戏也能锻炼我们的思维，积累更多的成语。

玩游戏的好处显而易见，但是如果沉迷游戏，那一负面影响也不容忽视。一是玩多啦游戏坏眼睛，眼睛是心灵的窗口，我们还处在童年，但是不少的同学已经 因为玩太多游戏而带上啦小眼镜。还有许多同学深深地沉迷于游戏的虚拟世界中，难以自拔。他们荒废自己的学业，夜以继日的玩游戏。有的还因为没钱买游戏币而 铤而走险，去偷盗、抢劫。这些都是因为没有良好的自我控制能力而造成的。

游戏是利，还是弊，在于你的自我控制能力。适当玩游戏，可以帮助我们放松放松心情，敏捷思维。但是我们一定要有节制，有节制、有良好的自我控制能力是玩游戏的资格。假如你根本控制不啦自己玩游戏的时间，那你就别玩游戏啦，因为你没有资格。
