I believe our classmates almost like to play games, some like to play games, some even play some bloody games.

Last week I saw a fifth grade primary school student on my computer, and I love online games. He often goes to the Internet bar to play video games, but he doesnt go home for a few days, because he is immersed in the virtual world. One day he came home and was scolded by his parents. 过去的我，总是秉持“关关难过关关过”的想法，为游戏熬夜。直到有一天，我忘记手机放在何处，才惊觉我早已被手机控制，成为广大的低头族的其中一位。几天以来，不堪劳役的双眼在那天得到释放。难得清闲的夜晚，心情却闷得几欲窒息，于是我认真思索，除了身体上造成的伤害，低头族造成什么更严重的影响。 走在大街上，常常被路人撞到，为什么？因为大家低头滑手机，忘记抬头了。人们不再面对面聊天说话，转而依赖网路，“低头”甚至连说话聊天都可替代。如此一来，人们的沟通能力大幅降低，彼此专心于手机而冷漠相待，过去祥和的氛围越来越淡，越来越淡，最后化为一缕烟，无声无息地随风飘散，这么说来，低头的现象貌似成了阻挠全人类文明发展的罪魁祸首。听起来荒谬至极，我却越想越慌，脑袋焦急地寻找出口，想逃离作为一个低头族的耻辱。 我，醒了。那天的想法如魑魅般跟随，成了一场逃不了的梦魇。

由此，网络游戏成瘾的危害性主要表现在以下几个方面：1。浪费时间、浪费金钱。2。易诱发大学生犯罪。3。严重影响身体健康。 沉湎网络游戏的危害主要有以下几点：第一、危害身体1、影响视力，网游必须要集中精力，眼睛要长时间的对着电脑肯定会受损。2、辐射危害，长时间在电脑前面，肯定会受到电磁辐射的危害。3、饮食无规律，同样会造成身体素质下降。4。抵抗力差，长时间网游，身体得不到相应的休息和锻炼，大幅度地下降，很容易生病，病了还不容易好。

第二、影响学习1、浪费时间，不能保证学习的时间。如今的文化课学习，任充足的时间保证，是难以提高学习成绩的。2、精力不济，沉湎网游后，如果通宵上网，第二天根本没有劲头。第三、道德品质下滑1、网络游戏里面，暴力血腥的场面层出不穷，色情的场面也会影响到我们。这些东西使本来免疫能力就不高的学生，如果在受到网络游戏的危害，后果将不堪设想、、、、、、

第四、影响家庭，影响集体1。孩子上网，家长肯定着急，一着急上火，那么，家人之间埋怨，互相指责，家庭暴力，家庭纠纷不可避免。

第五、一个班级，有孩子上网，他失去学习信心之后，必然会在课堂上表现出来，这样，也会影响到老师的教学。网络游戏所营造的是一个虚拟的世界，可以使大学生尤其是那些在同学中人际关系较为紧张的孩子逃避现实的许多不愉快。这些孩子在自己能控制的虚拟世界中能得到大愉快的体验。

一旦迷上网络游戏，成瘾心理的形成在所难免。在此，我只想告诉“网瘾少年”，别玩了， 让我们成为网络的主人，它是拿来用的，不是拿来玩的，只把它当成一种工具，不要让网络游戏把自己玩了。

wite-collar criminals. Thus, information security becomes an impending important issue.

In case of information breach, the victimsgovernment department, an organization, or an institution, or a company will inevitably suffer great or small loss. Government may be threated with national security. Companies may lose opportunities to develop new projects. And the publics and users will be damaged.

Then how to deal with this issueTechnology is only a partial solution to information security. Whats more important is that organizations and companies should promote the awareness on information security to its staff. However, since no system can ever be 100 percent secure, a

prevention-only approach to information security mangaement is not enough. Companies and organizations should adopt a dual approach to information security management by combining prevention and detection techniques.
