您好!很感谢你长期以来对我的关心与支持!现在的我已不再是那么忧郁、自卑的楚昕了。真的，自从接受你的一对一心理辅导，听取你两天的nlp心理课程后，我懂得了应如何调整自己的情绪。因为我本身就是一个感性的人，遇到一点点事就极易生气、郁闷。而你使我明白我的这些情绪都源自内心的感受，更确切说是我遇到事情时，总是那么的无奈，更有一种无力感。它使我成为情绪的“奴隶”，无法从正面去感受、取舍，它同样也成为我工作上最大的“敌人”，不能让我有效地作出判断，致使我和同事之间闹得不愉快，它严重成为我走向成功的绊脚石。我为此而烦恼不已，我不断去寻找解决方法，听取很多课程、咨询心理辅导师，却试而不成。结果一次偶然机会，我接触到顾老师的心理学课程，说实话开始我只是抱着试试看的态度，没有想到当我进入课堂，听取“十二条前期假设”使我有太多的震撼。例如：

1、没有两个人是一样的。它指在这个世界上没有两个人的人生经验、想法做事态度、信念、价值观、规条等方面完全一样。

而我呢。总是自以为是，总想去操纵他人同我一样，结果是我和同事之间产生很大的矛盾，我只有尊重他人的不同处，别人才会尊重我的独特地方。给他人空间，则是有利于我们之间更好的沟通。

2、有效果比有道理更重要

以前我只强调做法正确或讲出道理而不去顾及这些是否有效果，他人是否会接受、认可。由此看来，我所坚持的道理不能放在他人身上。因为那些道理只是我自身的一些信念、价值观和规条而已，所以我辛苦地在那讲的一些言语，无论有多么激情，也不能使他人接受。只有在有效果上加理论方面的认可，才有机会改变收听效果，达到真正的和谐!

在听取顾人福老师的课程中，我才真正明白我自身有太多的盲区，有太多的方式是没有效果的。我在工作中遇到的问题以及和同事之间的矛盾出在什么地方，课程使我有了整合。回到家，我就告诉自己，我不要再过这样的生活，我要把顾人福老师的课程带入我的生活、工作中，我要从中获取更多的成功快乐!

他养成了很多良好的生活习惯，回家先洗手，勤喝水，玩完玩具会放回去，在家里不吃菜，在幼儿园却吃的相当好。独立能力也在不断提高，能独立按时睡觉，吃饭时也很规矩，不用大人帮忙，自己能做的事情自己做。记得最清楚的就是“我们老师说”：爸爸下班回家了，爸爸辛苦了，我给爸爸倒水，搬凳子;吃饭后帮妈妈洗碗、扫地;出门时帮妈妈拿东西，大东西拿不动就拿小的;懂得好东西要分享，有吃的先给爸爸妈妈，自己吃小的。记得于老师说过一件事也叫我很感动，在幼儿园看到于老师总是站着，便搬来小板凳叫老师坐，吃水果的时候也要分给老师吃，这么小的孩子能想到老师，怎么能不叫我们做家长的感动和欣慰呢?和小朋友一起玩时不仅玩具可以分享，还懂得交换，“我们可以交换玩具玩吗”。

悠悠原来上学的时候总是很不情愿，一步三回头，看到老师也不愿意问好，大人提醒也不管用;现在只要老师来开门，他每一次都要冲上去和于老师大声问好，于老师总是站在门口迎接并呼喊孩子的名字，接过孩子的书包，可亲热了，和妈妈再见后头也不回的走进教室,于老师脸上始终洋溢着母爱般的笑容,一直温暖着我们的心。

老师还耐心的跟我们讲解孩子在园的表现，悠悠有些害羞，贾老师说可以带他多出去和小朋友们玩，现在到了外面不管认不认识，和大部分孩子都能玩到一起;老师上课的时候孩子坐不住，而且注意力不集中，贾老师说可以叫他多玩些静的游戏，经过老师的指导悠悠现在可以很专心的听老师上课，即使是在家里玩一种玩具都能玩很长时间;于老师说养成良好的习惯可以让图画书来帮忙，现在悠悠不仅有良好的阅读习惯，而且语言表达能力也有显著的提高;于老师说要培养孩子的表现力，悠悠刚来幼儿园的时候不仅害羞而且胆小，我们就带他多参加亲子活动，鼓励他上台表演。

她们不仅要教授教学课程，还要关心孩子的“吃喝拉撒”，工作量很大，十分辛苦，但她们毫无怨言。刚开始悠悠在幼儿园尿裤，拉粑，于老师都给洗干净了。有的孩子不管怎么哭闹，不管有多么难缠，老师从不对孩子大喊大叫，而是向对待自己的孩子一样，不厌其烦，认真引导，老师们在孩子身上倾注了多少心血和爱心!这种充满人性化的教育管理方式，让我们这些家长很放心。
