Finally, the pressure put on high school students by excessive schoolwork can cause serious stress, which is unhealthy physically and mentally. i do not advocate the elimination of schoolwork. i do think, however, that a reduction of the current heavy load would be beneficial to students and to the society as a whole.

My Computer

When I was in grade four in primary school, my father taught me how to use computer. After that, I was very interested in playing computer. I watched movies, played computer games, searched the Internet and listened to the music on computer. Because my father must work in his computer, so he bought another for me. I was very happy that I had my own computer. It was put in the study. I am always very careful to use my computer, because I am worried I would break. I often chat with my net friends. Subway: It can be easily seen in big cities like Beijing and Shanghai. Its

Mother’s love wins people’s praises for its selflessness. In fact, father’s love is as great as that. They bury their love in the deep bottom of their hearts and will never show it. 今天终于结束了考试！刚上初一的我，对一切都充满了期待。现在，努力了一个学期了，迎来了三天的考试。考试一科比一科难，一科比一科多，看得我眼花缭乱，措手不及。

第二天上午考的是数学和生物，下午在家复习。今天我是彻底完了，因为我数学一般，地理还是差到不行，我看今天就是我的“末日”。考数学了，我想，数学应该不会难到哪里去，我上课也有听老师讲，上80分应该不算难吧。我还发现，数学真的很简单，即使你不会写，稍微动动脑筋也是会想得出答案的。数学考完后就是考生物了，我凭着自己对书上的记忆写了不少，剩下将近50分的题目，我居然不记得答案的内容了。我看是真心玩完了，但我还是例行我的原则，永远不能留空，所以，即使不会写，也只能随便写点了。真是应了老师那句话——考试要是不会，绝对不能留空，要例行，会写的就写，半懂的就猜，不会的就乱写，至少能得40分。第三天了，终于是考试的最后一天了。我想着，终于是最后一天了，考完试就可去玩了。哈哈哈，想着想着就情不自禁的笑了起来！考试了，是考英语，历史，和政治。这几门课刚好是我的强项，特别是政治和英语，我这两门课可是全年级前10，从没下过90分呢。（下午放学）终于结束了，学期也结束了，瞬间有种舍不得学校，舍不得老师和同学们的感觉……眼泪一下子就迷了我的眼睛，我哭了，在学校和大家在一起的点点滴滴，那些难以割舍的情都在我的脑海里闪烁。

在今后的教学中应注意开阔学生视野，多渠道、大容量地给学生提供具有时代感的英语信息，加强语言运用能力的培养，少讲解，多给学生实际运用语言的机会，在用中学英语。

The Yangzte River is the longest river in China. And it s important and

helpful to us Chinese. But these days the Yangtze River is bringing us serious

floods.

Many villages were destroyed by floods. The floods made hundreds of

millions of people lose their homes, relatives and friends. Many children can t

go to school as usual .Now the foods have drawn the attention of the whole

world. People from abroad have offered their help too. In China, millions of

soldiers are busy fighting against the floods. They are working very hard. Many

of them have lost their lives in their attempt to save the villagers.

Though we can t help them to fight against floods, we should help them to
