暑假我与妈妈去了乡下，我一个人在田间的小路上散步。走着走着，一只正在缓慢爬动的小动物进入了我的眼球。 仔细一瞧，原然是一只小蜗牛。我突发奇想，我想与这只小蜗牛一起散步。

My summer holiday begun on July 7th.I love summer holiday because I dont

have to go to school and I can enjoy myself with my friends.I often spend the

不一会，一个浪头向我扑过来，当这个浪扑过来时，我才知道桃源河在下雨后的水势真的太大了。啊!又有一个浪向我扑过来了，这个浪以迅雷不及掩耳之势，灌进了我的鼻子，模糊了我的眼睛，把我的全身都打湿了，我的船进了不少的水。

过了一个又一个的浪头，我看见了美丽的玉女裙瀑布，然后就进入了魔幻洞，这意味着本次漂流就要结束了。

这次漂流有惊无险，我们带着疲劳和满心的欢喜，依依不舍地离开了这美丽的桃源河。

Last night ,I dreamed I became a very beautiful brid.I dreamed that I was

in a forest. In tht forest,there were a lot of animals.Then,an old bird told

us,"we have a very beautiful forest,we should therefore protect it from

pollution."All the animals agreed with him.

But the second day,people came into our forest.Many animals were caught.The

people wanted to build house and parks in our forest.Many old trees were

felled.And then suddenly,nothing was left standing.

I was so shocked and then I bursted out crying.I woke up at midnight.It was

only a dream.

“耶!终于可以出去旅游了!”我欢呼道。虽然，我不知道这次去哪里，但是我还是十分高兴… …

我来到宜黄的第二天，和大家一起出去玩。

This summer, I had some special days. I joined Dongzhou International Educational Exchange Summer Camp.

First, I will tell you about our foreign teachers, they are Shrina and Rebecca. They are friendly and beautiful. They are students at Oxford University.

We talked about many things: famous people, subjects in England, different jobs, our deal days, western star signs, what can we say in a restaurant and so on.

We know lots of things, like what the difference is between “chef” and “cook”, all the parts of the body…

We tried to write a letter to Principal Zhang. We made a play and we drew our own comics and tried to sell it. We gave some other students English lessons, we taught them about Chinese Dragon, Chinese Martial Arts and the Olympics.

Every afternoon, we played exciting games: Chinese Whispers, Tongue Twisters, Wheelbarrow, egg and spoon, three legs…

On the last day, we had a good time. We made black tea. We put tea bags, some milk and lots of water in to a big bowl, and then we stirred the tea until it became red and dark. Oh, it tasted good! Later, we used eggs, flour and milk to make many pancakes. To cook them is very interesting. When we finished it, the pancakes looked round and nice. We put some jam on it. How delicious! I won’t ever forget it.

The summer Camp is a really good chance for me. I know the local things in England. I learned a lot and like English more. I also know better ways to learn English well.

I hope one day I can see you in England.

暑假过去了，这长长地暑假中，有一件事儿在我的记忆中总是别有趣味，精彩无比。

在炎炎夏日的七月，我参加了重庆时报第五届暑假成长动力特训营，短短的六天让我难忘。

六天里，我们进行过很多艰苦的训练，参加过很多有趣的游戏，最让我难忘的要算第一天的百里夜行军了。

晚上10点开始，我跟着上百人的大部队从出发地出发了，我不知道这是哪里，但我知道，我们的目的是几十公里外的歌乐山营地。每一个队员都背着自己的背包，里面是水壶、一点干粮、手电筒、洗漱 用品和换洗的衣物。

我望着夜空，天空中数不尽的星星在向我微笑，好像是在对我说：“加油!相信自己是最棒的!”这给我增添了信心，又开始了下一段夜行。

天蒙蒙亮了，我与同伴们都变得很非常疲劳，走起路来摇摇晃晃的，似乎喝醉了酒。我们相互牵着手，互相支撑着，迈着一致的步伐共同向前。

教练一直高声地为我们打气加油：“还有五分钟就到了!”这句话后来在我的记忆中甚至睡梦中出现了无数次。我知道，这是教练善意的谎言，它激励了我，不要放弃，坚持就是最后的胜利。早上7点多 ，营地终于到了，疲惫的我真正的感受到胜利的喜悦和成功的得之不易。

随后几天的训练，我在教练的鼓励和伙伴们的协助下完成了所有的项目，特训营的生活让我感受到了坚持、奋斗和团结才能取得最后的胜利。

Saturday, my grandma made dumplings, one of the dumplings like obedient

一天的时间很快就过去了，在今天的时间里是我过得非常有意义的一天，在这一天里我不光是学到很多新知识，还亲身去体验了我们人类地球上不同的自然风貌。

见过我的人都对我的映象很深，因为我有一个突出的特点，那就是眼睛大，牙齿大。眼睛大起来还比较好看一些，因为有时也会让人想起那歌词里的“一双美丽的大眼睛”。但是我那两颗门牙就给我带来了很多烦恼。

因为我的两颗门牙大得出奇，所以得到了很多的绰号，什么米老鼠呀，兔子呀，小辣椒之类的。我不喜欢他们给我起的的绰号，这些绰号表面上都可爱，其实这些都是对我的一种侮辱。

我爱笑，但笑起来时却总会露出两个超大门牙，所以有的同学说我笑的时候特别不好看。知道自己笑起来难看，可我还是笑个不停，因为我不是这么认为。

我爱笑，但是，妈妈却叫我不要笑得的太多，特别是在人多的时候，她要我注意形象。在照相的时候，妈妈也不会让我咧嘴笑，因为这样会照出那两颗大门牙，就不好看了。尽管如此，我却还是控制不住自己。只要一有什么好笑的事，我都会忘乎所以，开怀大笑。

Sunday ,grandma and grandpa are my house. Everybody is working.

The first time of eating buffet

This morning，my bset friend XiaoLuo called me out for buffet dinner. I have

never gone to eat buffet before.

we met at the gate of buffet restaurant of HanTingXuan near the Center

square in GuiLin downtown at 11 am.After buying tickets we went into

therestaurant excitedly.As a food junkie，to be honest，I was totally stunned by a

whole bunch of

delicious!grill，hamburger，cake，sushi，drinks，seafood，iscream，hotpot，ect. In

total， I ate four piece of cake，five sushis，a plate of grill，an iscream，a cup of

lemon juice，five dumplings，a fly rice，a cup of pudding，a plate of fruit

sala，some popcorn，two puffs and some Canonese Dim Sum.After two hours eating，I

felt extreamely stuffed that my belly were going almost burst !To relieve

stomach tension，then we hang around the town.

Stuffed and tired，but I felt very happy!

第一次吃自助餐

今天早上，我最好的朋友小罗打电话叫我和他一起去吃自助餐，在这之前我从未吃过自助餐。

上午11点，我们在桂林市区中心广场附近的汉庭轩自助烤肉餐厅门口见面，买票之后我们激动的进入自助餐馆。说实话，对于一个大吃货来说，看到满目琳琅美食的我简直完全惊呆了!烤肉、汉堡、蛋糕、寿司、饮料、海鲜、不冰淇淋、火锅……总共的，我吃了四块蛋糕、五个寿司、一盘烤肉、一个冰淇淋、一杯柠檬汁、五个饺子、一份炒饭、一杯布丁、一盘水果沙拉、一些爆米花、两个泡芙和一些广式点心。我们吃了两个小时，我简直撑得肚子都要爆炸了!为了缓解肚子，我们然后就去逛街。

虽然又撑又累，但是我觉得非常开心!
